Amazing how easy it is for a grown woman to (without really interrupting her sentence) correct herself after accidentally misgendering me and simply continuing on with life
#this happened two days ago but I'm still thinking about it#my professor seems oblivious to the power move she pulled doing this#it was the same day my mom tried to invalidate my gender with the whole “no penis not a man” thing#like i look fully feminine other than my hair#i have c cup breasts and don't bind or wear a bra cause it's too uncomfortable to do either plus i sweat a lot#I'm also 240 lbs and 4ft 11in with a very feminine frame#so like i don't look like i should use the pronouns i do#but#my professor remembered that a week before i had mentioned my pronouns are he/him and made sure to be correct#I've worn makeup in that class#allyship is not hard but damn does it make an impact
