So yeah, uh, it's been a hot second and now I'm embarrassed by them; okay, well, one of them anyway, but I did say I'd talk about them so

I'll talk about the one that I think is actually pretty good which is the empurata Optimus (or I guess technically Orion since he never gets the matrix of leadership in this one) one. (False: as I tried to write this I found that I, in fact, am very much embarrassed by this one as well, there's no winning here jgdjtsjdt)

So basically Orion, while softer in his approach, is still very critical of the world around him. In this case he is invited to come speak to the Senate directly but it's a trap; he is captured and put through the process of empurata, changing him in a way that makes him unrecognizable and stealing his life from him.

Orion, of course, is inconsolable and it's made all the worse when they make it seem that he was actually murdered by dissonants meaning not only would no one believe him if he did try to get help but it increases the rising tensions.

Of course it wouldn't be my AU if it wasn't half baked so basically somewhere along the line of trying to find new work to keep himself afloat he meets Megatron who he becomes very close to but he also runs into one Senator Shockwave who offers him a job as his personal guard (mostly because he finds Orion wonderful company and also because he genuinely wants to help and believes his story)

Que a conflict of interests type deal where Orion feels himself pulled between his loyalty to both (his brotherhood with Megatron and his budding romance with Shockwave) with everything coming to a head when a full blown revolution breaks out. Things happen and Orion somehow helps Shockwave get his hands on the matrix but when Shockwave begs Orion to come with him he tells him he can't, that he owes Megatron to much, that he's *changed* to much, and ends up joining the Decepticons under the name Nemesis because Doomed Yaoi TM

15 Day BL Challenge 2K24

This is the last day of my challenge! I think I'm going to do a more inclusive one. I sort of excluded other QL's, GL's and women all together, which is TRASH of me to do. It wasn't really my intention, but I think I was just trying to release a more generic one to see how it was received by the community. So I will make a new, better one. Or should I just make one for GLs? IDK I'll work on a new one soon. It's here if you want to do it, but I get it if you wanna wait for the new one to come out.

Day 15: Top 5 Bestest Besties

The Boy Clique from History 3: Make Our Days Count. If you...disregard them bullying Xi Gu in the beginning...they're a great group of friends. They supported each other through everything. They apologized to Xi Gu and adopted him into their friend group when Hao Ting started dating him. They went and found yaoi novels to read so they could talk to Sun Bo Xiang properly when he started showing his interest in Lu Zhi Gang. And overall they just hyped each other up about every, single thing. I loved them.

The Special Investigation Unit from The Sign the Series. Yai and Tharn of course, but the entire friend group. KhemThongthai and Yai had noooo problems going along with PhayaTharn's shenanigans and hijinks throughout the series. They did every thing they could to get the two together and they searched high and low with Phaya to find Tharn. They were there crying over Phaya with Tharn. They helped each other excel through training camp together. The 5 of them had a true brotherhood.

The Squad from Together With Me. I will always love this solid group of friends. They had a family. They always banded together to protect whoever needed it. They took care of Pharm when it came to his icky relationship with the school doctor. Yiwa was KornKnock's biggest supporter. Korn wouldn't sleep until he found Yiwa after Knock's girlfriend tried to hire thugs to hurt her. And Yiwa and Fai worked hard to take down Knock's evil girlfriend. They even helped P'Phu defend his relationship with his...professor...

Pearl and her Babes from The Gameboys Franchise. Gawd she was like their lil Fairy Bi-Mother. She worked hard to get CaiReel together and protect them from outside forces. She offered them so much sound advice and she was quick to apologize when she was wrong. She was always there for CaiReel, never judged them, and played an integral part in them meeting in real life. And they offered their advice, love, and support when she was looking for a girlfriend. And they were ALWAYS down to support whatever cause she was working to promote. Gav even did food delivery for Pearl's father.

Saebit Boys HS Student Council from Light On Me. I still don't like ole girl on the end so this is really about Daon, Taekyung, Shinwoo, and Namgoong. Namgoong is an excellent friend through and through. He was all knowing and all seeing and he kept his friends in check and offered sound advice. I love that Daon and Shinwoo didn't let their crushes on Taekyung ruin their friendship. They both agreed to pursue Taekyung and didn't stand in each other's way. They let Taekyung decide and didn't try to persuade him by speaking badly about each other. They even traded advice. Just a healthy lil friendship group. AND I AM SO PROUD OF TAEKYUNG AND DAON FOR HOLDING OLE GIRL ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CRAP SHE PULLED.

WIP Wednesday

I have a lot of WIP fics that I've been working on recently, so for today's WIP Wednesday, I'm gonna share a bit about them:

(1) itafushi week fic called give you more (than words can say) - prompt: feelings realizations; basically, this one is about megumi realizing his feelings for yuji are more than just being friends after seeing how yuji appears in many of the photos he takes while they're out in the city, and with a talk with gojo of all people, his feelings are reinforced

(2) untitled hakuhiro (kagurabachi) fic: this is the only non-JJK fic that I've been working on recently bc KB has me in a vice grip and hakuhiro is just so !!

please give KB a read, if not for the yaoi (lol) then for the cool art, panel composition, fight choreography, and interesting story!

anyway, this fic is about Hakuri having trouble going to sleep before the Rakuzaichi, and Chihiro helping him out by talking and keeping him close (there are 2 beds but they choose to sleep in the same one hehe). It's a bit angsty with some fluff towards the end.

(3) another itafushi fic called Foreign Language - I still haven't decided how far post canon I want this story to be, but basically Megumi gets dragged in to watch a movie marathon with Yuji, and he reminisces about the time before shit went down.

(4) hainana fic called Sit Next to Me - I've talked about this one already but basically it's about Nanami finding friendship (and more) with his classmate Haibara, bonding over their shared love of food.

(5) choso and yuji fic for choso week called No Such Thing as Normal - I think I'll be doing the prompt "brotherhood" for this one.

It will most likely be a multi chapter story with each chapter depicting a different scenario about them finding new ways to bond, but as my entry for Choso Week, I'm only gonna submit the first chapter.

I think I'll write about Yuji being sick but still powering through the day, but Choso notices that he's having a hard time and offers to help him out. Or another idea where Yuji helps Choso out with his hair.

Got several separate asks wondering if I might lose followers because I read turtlecest (btw when did that become the official fandom term? I'm so old I remember when It used to be called yaoi and turtle on turtle, how recently did turtlecest become the term? I understand, since they live together and call themselves family, and they're still brothers, being completely alone as far as inability to breed with anyone, and they're also in a clan, a brotherhood) and I support fiction writers and artists who do controversial and dark stuff.

Back then, there wasn't enough internet, but even then the defense was: It's fiction. It's complete fiction, plus of course if you don't like it, don't read it, Also they're Turtles, it actually happens in the wild, they are mutants, they're the only ones of their kind, they might not be blood related, both creators have actually mulled it over, it's fiction, they're not real, writers can write what they want, they're animal mutants, they're fictional, it's not real, they're mutants, it's not real, don't read it.).

So anyway, I already got a drop in followers, but I have no idea if it's because I firmly support the creating of fictional works that are dark, controversial, upsetting, extreme, unconventional, taboo in many places, etc, or if it's because I blog a fucking lot and take up people's dash with my ramblings. If it is the first thing, I am completely fine with that. I will just smile and give a thumbs up, because I firmly support noping out of something that feels uncomfortable and upsetting. If something in a fandom fanfiction genre bothers me, I get away from it and I don't discuss it without good cause outside small circles. I do not ever think it would ever cross into reality, because I know better, especially with my own weird mentally ill brain.

I have never wanted to act on any taboo fiction I have read. I bet very few readers have, and anyone who does obviously needs to have some interventions, therapy, or medicine, so they don't cause harm to themselves or others, as they are the tiny percentage of people who might do such things, and I stay far away. Antis don't seem to understand this.

I just feel very very confused and irritated and frustrated and exasperated about antis, Example, the campaign with "tcesters don't interact" - the fandom knows that happens anyway, that some of the best most beautiful fan art is created by "tcesters" who also tag their stuff and put up warnings, and if they don't they really need to. Take responsibility for your tags, and take responsibility for reading people's tags.

I loathe purity culture policing, particularly over fiction about non-human characters doing things like being in love or being sexual, particularly when said nonhuman characters are utterly unrealistic.

Some of the sweetest, kindest, most talented, most skilled, and most loving authors and artists in the fandom are those who have been threatened over doing "tcest" and for a while it set off my panic disorder. If appropriate tags and warnings are there, it is on the reader to look away. It's not really complicated. We're not going to run around doing the things from the fanfics, mostly because we kinda can't. They're mutants. They're turtle mutants. None of us have urges to try it as humans either. Dear antis, rant about all you want, but please stop making threats, because that's just up to eleven times as horrific as what you think we're writing and reading.
