Now that we're 24 hours out from release for Veilguard, and leaks have been happening for a bit over 24 hours, it's time for me to block the spoiler-related tags.

Despite my plans to get the game around launch, I've now been out of work (freelance stuff) for over a month and have burned completely through my savings, so it's going to be at least a month until I can partake. 🥲

I'm ambivalent to spoilers most of the time but would rather go in as blind as possible for Veilguard. I've already seen spoilers for cameos, companion quests, and romances from the leaks/early copies, but those were small things.

#olessan oration #not looking at spoilers is not going to stop me lightly spoiling stuff for myself and engaging in media anyway lol #Also I still need to finish my PC runs of DAO DA2 and DAI so I guess I'll be occupied anyway #I intentionally read spoilers for certain aspects of DD2 (like dragonsplague) and spoiled ALL of FFXVI for myself when it came out -#- as I knew that I would not play XVI until well after its PC release and I still have not fit it into my budget as it costs more than #than a week's worth of my groceries - and DAV does too I can't justify that until I've got some stability #I'll probably be lightly spoiling parts of the game by being highly selective that's what I usually do when I care about spoilers #Blocktube and Tumblr Saviour my beloved (also the newest xkit incarnation but I can't be assed yet to finish messing iwth it I'm tired)
