it is two am and I have four more pieces of this fucking magpie to foil and I am decidedly not doing that, actually
#emmy shut up#finally got to take the stained glass class!! made a tulip#it's soldered Badly but the patina is hiding my sins#project two is technically an “”“eagle”“” but like. lol. lmao even#they had iridescent black glass and I wanted some more colors than black and shiny black so she's a magpie#piece of shit to cut. so many inside curves#foiling is my greatest weakness I can't get this shit flat or straight#so yes. six pieces foiled four to go she gets soldered next tuesday#in the meantime I get to spend a stupid amount of money on a glass grinder#was a productive day in addition to cutting and grinding the pieces of the magpie I also spat out 1000 words#my outer wilds wip is now the longest thing I've ever written#it's still got at least 3k words to go most likely#if it really really gets up there I might have to split it into two chapters but I doubt it#also my brain suddenly remembered that this is a blog actually so uhh look forward to my bullshit#I'll post pics of my sad lil tulip in the morning if I remember
