hi! you're a real one when it comes to high quality fantasy cc, i cannot thank you enough for that, your stuff is awesome.

i really enjoy your cat people as a sort of pseudo-occults, and I've been considering starting a save that was focused on them (especially now that you shared those lovely townies). i've been wondering if you ever wrote down more lore around them anywhere, besides the little snippets in tags? if not, are you planning to do something like that at some point?

besides that, do you have any plans to make any updates/additions for the digi legs? recently i noticed there wasn't a full fur version for the cat/wolf paws which i think is a bit of a shame ^^'

again, i really want to thank you for doing what you do, both the sims cc and your skyrim mod. your horses were part of the reason i got skyrim a while back, and have been playing with the mod since the start!

I don't have have any sort of lore document for them which is actually fairly unusual for me (I love making lore docs and charts for fictional species. so much. I have so many for so many things), but it's mainly because I was still developing them as a concept and honestly thought literally nobody would be interested lol. turns out a few people are though and that's all the excuse I need to make another lore doc so I'm actually planning to do that soon. it probably won't be as in-depth and concrete as like, my takes on cathar or drow, but I've actually got a fair bit of unspoken lore floating around in my head at this point.

the cat paws actually do have a full overlay now, it's up in the downloads for the NSFW version and I forgot to also add them to the SFW ones. I'll be fixing that, and a couple other small housekeeping things I've noticed/been alerted to, after the holidays. for now though you can just grab the merged paw/hoof packages from the NSFW version, it's the exact same file I just upload it with both versions for convenience. everything will get a full variant eventually, it's just a bit more work intensive and the current priority is getting all the planned foot types finished. I'm making good progress on some horse hooves, and the last one currently planned is a tridactyl bird/reptile/dinosaur type foot that will end up having both scaled and feathered overlay options. everything will get a full overlay eventually, probably in tandem with a matching NSFW leg variant.

What are some of your favorite prompts from the blff this year ?

ahh i was going to wait till after all the prompts were out to show my top favs but yk what, here are some i've been eyeing pretty hard so far...

Prompt 19: Enchanted AU. Louis as Giselle and Harry as the cynical divorce lawyer, Robert. (i already have an enchanted au on my wip list but this might be the perfect excuse to finally write it lol)

Prompt 184: Harry works at an occult shop and thinks all of it is bullshit. He doesn’t believe in any of the supernatural and quite honestly is only there for his paycheck. His boss is a strange person who is always out on business, but they do pay him well. When a strange boy with a strange cat come fumbling into the shop one night, Harry’s world is turned upside down. Louis is a witch. When one night, his mentor sends him an astral message that they are in danger, he makes it his number one priority to help save them. With his familiar, he sets off on a journey, but first he needs to make a quick pit stop for some supplies at his mentors shop. Fantasy/magic/enemies to lovers AU. (this is just... everything i love??? and it's been Too Long since i've written a proper fic with supernatural/paranormal elements)

Prompt 451: The Purge AU. Louis hates the government and the only reason he’s out on purge night is to save his dumbass friend Liam. He’s being followed by his ex Harry, who’s an ex soldier and swore to keep his omega safe, even if they aren’t dating anymore. (Inspiration: Prompt 530 from the BLFF 2021) (idk if i could pull this off tbh but i Love this prompt and if not me, someone needs to write it this year!)

Prompt 485: Pack AU with childhood friends to lovers. Harry and Louis have been co-dependent best friends ever since they were puppies. Once they’re older, Harry becomes Pack Alpha and everyone can see them pining for each other. But Louis doesn’t think Harry likes him more than a simple friend and is oblivious to the fact the whole pack considers him to be Luna already despite not being mated to Harry. Basically, Louis is a lot more important than what he thinks he is. Protective Harry and Louis keeping Harry in check please! (i also already have a wip that fits with this pretty well so again: this might be the perfect excuse to actually write it!!)

i honestly need to go back and reread the full prompt list again (probably after the submission period closes) because i definitely missed some good ones but these are the ones that are appealing to me most right now!! let me know if you've seen any you'd like and would think i'd write decently 👀
