also still thinking about the vietnamese iced coffee I had with it if I'm honest
when I was in NC I tried pho for the very first time and I'm still thinking about it a full week later
#my diary#I'd had a vietnamese iced coffee before tho I knew what I was getting into#god that one was really good tho it tasted so fresh#I would drink 900 of those a day they're dangerous#but pho was totally new to me!#I got chicken pho cuz I was scared to try anything more adventurous than that lol but it was really good#I misunderstood the assignment and didn't add the bean sprouts(?) fast enough so they were kinda chewy/unpleasant#but the lime and basil? YUM#iced coffee aside I don't know much at all about vietnam or vietnamese food#I wasn't expecting lime or basil they were a fun surprise#it's scary and expensive but I love trying new foods!!!!! Q_Q wish I could afford to do it more#REALLY wanna try korean food next conceptually I fuck with it heavy
