Anyone know how to like, buy the rights to use music? There's a track I found as a teen and loved it ever since, but I can't just snatch it up and use it in the VN without uh, buying???? It??? Or like asking? I dunno man. Whatever here it is

#sidhedust rambles #you can see my supporter icon on the page lol #like buying it isn't the same as buying the RIGHT to use it I think so all this did was send support to the doujin circle #doujin circles are-if you didn't know-a bunch of creators that come together to create under a label #like a pseudo company...it's like hiveworks but for WAY more things like music and comics and games and illustration #but the vibe is definitely more casual than a normal company-that doesn't stop them from getting shit done though #many circles have made mags and have a reputation...such as these people. big in the EDM scene in Japan #I guess I send an email and ask what the damage is. I don't know WHY they make music or if it's even for random people to use #I'd assume so but you never know and I don't want to use my anglo advantage to scam them out of money or permission #to hide them behind credits/take their work just because it's Out There #Bandcamp
