I'm gonna talk mostly about my s/i in the DBZ universe since that's where my main selfship is, but I'll mention some others as well. (Putting answers under a read more cause this got a bit long)

3. how do the other characters generally feel about your self insert?

It depends on if we're talking overall or about a specific universe. People for the most part tolerate Viti. In the DBZ universe in particular, everyone is pretty chill with her. She gets along with most of the Z Fighters (I can get into detail about that some other time if anyone is interested? Please let me know!) The only person Viti has any trouble with is Vegeta. He's tolerant of then enough, but in the first few years of her knowing each other he dislikes her a lot. Mostly out of jealousy, because they take up so much of Goku's attention during training and sparring. He doesn't like that they're such good friends outside of that as well (that's HIS rival goddammit!). Also Viti is besties with Bulma, so Vegeta finds himself competing against her for time with the people who interest him most. He gets over the jealously eventually but he's still a grouch towards them.

7. would any other characters (besides your f/o) have a crush on your self insert?

Yamcha! He's had a crush on Viti for as long as he knows her. He tried flirting when they met the Z Fighters for the first time at the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai. But he wasn't doing so good, and also Viti was oblivious to his advances lol (bestie was too busy mentally fangirling over meeting dragon ball z characters for real). Yamcha tries to get closer to Viti in the following years, which is easy considering she lives at Capsule Corp for a while. They do eventually date, actually! But they didn't last more than a few months. Yamcha found himself having a hard time keeping up with Viti (much like Goku, they're always on the move; running off to train or going wherever the wind takes them.) Viti also wasn't willing to settle down with him, while Yamcha was hoping to; considering most of his friends had long term relationships and/or children. Still, even to this day Yamcha has a crush on Viti, since he's still attracted to them, and dreams about what could have been.

Whenever Vegito or Gogeta is formed, they also have a huge crush on Viti; which feels kind of icky to the Vegeta side, but he can't really control how crazy she makes them feel, both in a good and bad way. The Goku side absolutely loves to flirt and tease Viti tho, and she eats that shit right up. Their dynamic is pretty interesting imo. I feel like Gogeta would be the bigger flirt of the two fusions since he's such a showboat

9. who are your self insert’s closest friends?

In general Viti is besties with Spongebob, John Egbert, and Bulma! In the DBZ universe though, her closest friends are Goku, Bulma, and Android 18. Goku and Viti click immediately upon meeting, while it takes a bit for the girls to warm up to them. 18 actually comes around first because she finds Viti charming and sweet. Bulma gave in to becoming Viti's best friend after getting to know her while letting her stay at Capsule Corp.
