For over a year I’ve been doing the 16:8 intermittent fasting but I’ve decided to try the 18:6 since I put on 1lb instead of loosing anything this month (my own fault since I got a bit too relaxed on my diet) but I REALLY want to loose 4lbs so I’d of hit a 3 stone weight loss…back on 1,400 calories a day and 18:6 fasting I hope to get back on track 🙏🏻
