Okay there are too many that I could choose from... I didn't choose a videogame character so if I had to choose it'd be between: Solaire of Astora (Dark Souls), The Maiden in Black (Demon's Souls), Terra (Tina) Bradford (FFVI), Lenneth Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile), Dagger or Freya (FFIX), Ashton Anchors (Star Ocean: The Second Story), Kinnison or Riou from Suikoden II, Ryu from Breath of Fire III or Alphinaud Leveilleur (FFXIV) For anime-anime: The Black Lady or Sailor Jupiter (Sailor Moon), Rei Ayanami (Neon Genesis Evangelion), Acura Toru (Hitsugime no Chaika), Shin-ah (Yona of the Dawn), Deedlit and Parn (Records of Lodoss War), Dilandau (Escaflowne), Kiki (Kiki's Delivery Service), Chihiro and Haku (Spirited Away), Dola, Sheeta and Pazu (Laputa) ...
