#I was feeling kind of sick last night and took the max dose of activated charcoal (it won't hurt you if you take too much but#it can make you constipated) and ended up being fine.. but idk if that was just anxiety.....#I feel fine today I think..... so maybe all the Supplements just got me past the worst of it???#got called in to work bc my manager who was scheduled today had a last minute appointment she couldn't miss#the store owner came in and talked to me about taking on a bit more administrative responsibilities#since the manager has such serious health issues#and that includes a potential raise so like....#it's a weird day
