Just finished a 24 hour fast. Now I can say that I've done it ๐
#Had a big lunch yesterday. Skipped dinner. Only ingredients in the house this morning. Didn't feel like making breakfast#Realized if I waited a few more hours it'd be a 24 hour fast. I'd never done that before. Wanted to cross it off my bucket list#Mostly just sat around watching youtube during it#I was definitely getting hangry in the last couple hours. Glad I didn't have to interact with people much#Just finished lunch. Banana; a couple pieces of bread; rice + refried beans + salsa + toasted onions + onion oil#And a couple orange mints#Feeling much better now
