i just remembered that one scene in season two of bnha of uraraka telling izuku and iida that she wants to become a pro hero for the money in order to financially support her parents. and not only does iida reassure her that there's nothing wrong with her decision to become a hero for monetary reasons, (since she was embarrassed about it initially and thought that iida's motivation for becoming a hero was much better than her's), he also just. starts full on clapping and cheering for her in the middle of the hallway asfgnkl it's such a cute scene. iida is a top tier friend.
