"Viktor fell first-" this, "Jayce loved Viktor too late-" that, WRONG! They fell for each other at the exact same time. Falling in love and then realizing that you are experiencing those feelings are two completely different things. I do think it took a while for either of them to truly understand how they felt about each other, and who realized first is up for debate, but the moment the fell for each other was the exact same.
