Are people uploading their drawings to their computer and digitalizing/editing them somehow, or is everyone just really good at drawing smooth lines via practice?

#I really want to draw Jollin but well you've all seen my attempts at drawing characters #or it could be digital drawing from the start #idk #I'm going to start practicing drawing heads via this picrew I found #not tracing or anything I just need to study muzzles more #take notes on how to do it #I think I'm usually ok with the bodies so far #Maybe some more tutorials
