Actually just answered 32 for Citrus so 30 and 50
What's something I'd like to be better at? Art. I decided when I was 12 that I wanted to learn to animate. I had no skills then so idk why I did that, but I guess I had a vision? It has been.......6 years since then and I have made quite a bit of progress, especially in understanding how art and animation works, but am constantly hitting major road blocks in my progress. Mainly, I keep filling my phone's storage with art and then just.....can't do anything else until I get a new phone. (There are reasons I can't really do much with a sketchbook that I can explain but don't want to bother everyone with dumping here) but I have so many ideas and I think in such a visual way that without being able to use any sort of visual aid, I don't think I've ever actually been able to fully express an idea of mine. Never. But if I could draw adequately, not even super well I can still work towards that, then I can finally express the things I care about. I'd choose art in an instant.
(okay there's actually one other thing but I really do think that finally having an outlet would nip the other thing in the bud so 🤷♀️)
Ooooo five facts about my personality. Okay. Well,
1. I was a completely different person when I was a kid and completely changed when I was 12 due to ✨circumstances✨ and so when I was 12, I also started going by a new name. But my family doesn't know about any of this.
2. I was really into MBTI for awhile and my type was INFJ
3. I have only ever completed 3 videogames in my life because I am just.....horrible at them. At least, the ones we had growing up. Still, I keep trying to play videogames, including actively practicing them sometimes with the sole purpose of being good enough at it to be able to play with friends comfortably
4. There are like 4 shows that I'm like "yep this is my personality" and those shows are Dragons: Race To The Edge, Merlin, White Collar, and Malcolm in the Middle
5. I cannot stand comedies. At least, most comedies. I can enjoy literally every other genre and see the merit in all of them whether they're my cup of tea or not. But most comedies are just cheap jokes that are barely even funny, and that's the only value to them. Comedy as a genre has so much potential to be heartfelt _and_ funny, commentaries on mankind in the best of ways, and instead they're all just meretricious fluff that leave no lasting impact and seldom serve as temporary entertainment either, only if you have a particular sense of humor. Comedies lack variety, they lack heart, and they frustrate me to no end.
