hmm. regarding the point about orbitofrontal cortex damage inhibiting ethics and social learning, one of the neurological features associated to ocd is hyperconnectivity in the orbitofrontal cortex. so like. hah bitches. im so so moral. my inhibitions are so strong. haha. isnt this great. hah.

#it kinda sucks ass #but one upside is like #I never have to meta-worry about whether I'm conscious enough about the effects of my actions on others #cause guys i'm SO fucking conscious of the effects of my actions on others #to the point that in practice it probably makes me less moral #because I'm like sitting around worrying about doing things right rather than just doing SOMETHING a lot of the time #idk #but I think it's kind of cool to have hyperconnectivity in a lobe #love when a lobe has some sort of feature that is hyper. such as connectivity #personal
