#I need more people to watch this so I won't get sleep deprived writing fanfics and headcanons all for nothing

Trying to organize my ask notebook better since I've run out of space under general fandom asks and I would like to know what fandoms you are in so I can ask the correct people about the correct fandoms.
I think my main ones are Bagginshield/The Hobbit, Sherlock/Johnlock, Dragon Age Inquisition, {Pippin/Faramir Merry/Eowyn}/The Lord of the Rings and I dip my toes in a few that I currently can't remember but ones I don't engage in canon at all are Good Omens but only for Crowley/Azirapheal ship, Stranger Things but only for Steve/Eddie ship, The Witcher but only for Geralt/Jaskier things and Ladybug and Cat Noir but only for Adrinette .
Also do you like getting asks that are or include story ideas or snippets?
*Asks are sent for fun, no pressure to answer within a certain amount of time or at all.
Ooh, I am in so many fandoms XD It wouldn't actually be easier to list the ones I'm not in, but sometimes it feels that way.
Definitely there with you on The Hobbit and Bagginshield and Lord of the Rings and that whole 'verse, and I'm all in on the Good Omens and The Witcher (well, all in on most of the fandom, I've read some of one of the books, played some of one of the games, watched some of one of the shows... XD).
I also enjoy me some Sherlock, but my preferred flavour is Elementary, rather than BBC.
At the moment my main fandoms are One Piece (catching up with the anime atm, it's taking a while XD), Supernatural, and Star Wars (pretty much entirely second hand, except for the Kenobi show and recently being bullied into watching the Mandalorian with a friend =P).
Okay, I'm going to try and be concise now because otherwise we'll be here all day. Here are fandoms that I've written stuff for (published or not): A Song of Ice and Fire, Alice in Wonerland, Assassin's Creed, Avatar the Last Airbender, Black Butler, Bleach, James Bond, Charmed, Criminal Minds, Critical Role, Emperor's Edge, Fairy Tail, Firefly, Frozen, Fruits Basket, FullMetal Alchemist, Girl Genius, Rise of the Guardians, Harry Potter, Kingsman, Marvel Cinematic Universe, Merlin, Chronicles of Narnia, Naruto, Avatar (2009), Once Upon a Time, Peaky Blinders, Percy Jackson, Pride and Prejudice, The Sandman, Shadowhunters, Sinbad (Dreamworks), Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell, Teen Wolf, The Untamed, Torchwood, White Collar, X-Men.
I'm not, you know, deep in the fandom of more than usually three or four at a time, but my muse wanders like she's got itchy feet. And I'm probably at least passingly familiar with several other fandoms: I'm enjoying watching Dungeon Meshi at the moment but I haven't yet got the itch to play in that sandbox, I love reading Scum Villain's Self Saving System fanfic but I don't feel I know the characters well enough to write my own, I watched basically all of the Disney animated movies as a kid but I haven't yet had a solid enough idea to write, I have seen some of Stranger Things but I watched most of it while somewhat sleep deprived and that is not the best way to watch horror ^^" I've played FF7, I've read the Hunger Games, I've watched Yuri On Ice, etc, but I don't have a convenient list of those, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I won't make this any longer than it needs to be going into my ships unless you ask specifically, but let it be said that I'm a polyshipper in a big way (nothing gets my brain to go brrrrrrr like complicated relationship dynamics =3), and making it onto my NoTP list takes some seriously rancid vibes and/or overly pushy fans, and it's always safe to ask me about a ship =P
Story ideas are very welcome! The muse needs constant feeding =P I won't make any guarantees about them going anywhere, but I love seeing them all the same. Snippets... are probably the same? I don't know, I've never been sent one. I'm probably even less likely to do anything with them, just because of stupid brain quirks, but who knows?

Anime recommendation
Okay so, anime recommendation: C the money of soul and possibility control or a shortened version is just ‘C control’ or simply ‘C’
C is set in a world where Japan goes through a financial crisis that causes high rates of unemployment, crime, and suicide. The series revolves around Kimimaro Yoga, a 19-year-old boy raised by his aunt after his father disappeared and his mother died. A scholarship student of economics, his only dream is to live a stable, ordinary life. One day, he meets Masakaki, a mysterious man who offers him a large amount of money if he will allows his "future" to be held as collateral. When Kimimaro accepts the money, he becomes an "Entre"(short for "entrepreneur") and is drawn into the alternative reality of the Financial District, where Entres make transactions using a special currency called Midas Money.
In the Financial District, each Entre is paired with a special creature who personifies their futures known as "Assets"; Kimimaro is designated to be accompanied by Mysu, a horned girl who can conjure up fire-based attacks. Entres are summoned there once a week to compete against each other, betting their money in a battle known as a "Deal". Entres who lose all of their money and become bankrupt are banished from the Financial District with tragic consequences to them or their loved ones in reality. (Yes, I did copy and paste this from Wikipedia.)
The anime may not be your cup of tea, but I’d still recommend watching at least 2-3 episodes before you drop it. The animation is a little wonky and tends to switch between 2D and 3D at times, but it still looks good. The plot’s also sort of hard to grasp, but it's understandable. It's also pretty fast-paced, but that's because it's eleven episodes long, so of course you'd expect that. You'll be able to learn more on Wikipedia or the c control wiki fandom.
A character I recommend watching this show for is Masakaki. Masakaki is a representative of the financial district, he’s very cheerful and chaotic, and pops around others’ personal space unexpectedly. I guess he kinda looks like Willy Wonka and the mad hatter rolled into one, except slightly more demonic. There’s more than one Masakaki, there’s one for every district(or every nation/country), all look the exact same except for their color palettes. They also seem to have slightly different personalities, though all are as playful and cheerful. He doesn’t show up much, but he shows up enough to make you want to watch this show for him. You can learn more about Masakaki here.
Hope you give c control a chance, if you do I hope you enjoy it. If you don't enjoy it then that's fine, I could see why.

oh high Lady of smut cometh to me with advice
i feel super uper duper burntout. the only enjoyable thing in my life right now is reading bts fanfic and watching those bts try not to laugh videos
problem is... i have a shitton of stuff to do :)) uni work, actual work, relationships and all that
i truly feel like crap and i want to dissapear and be unbothered for at least a full year
how would you get yourself together? u know, how does one come back from being this exhausted?
let's see, first I have sex and then I write about having sex with Yoongi and/or Jungkook, I mean— ...!!!
Jokes aside, I know what you mean. XD Especially this time of year, with exams, the holidays, the winter (if you live in the nothern hemisphere, if you're in the southern hemisphere you're roasting), the end of another (pandemic, sigh) year. Most people are extra busy at school and/or work.
Or you get hit by a car.
Sigh.
-ㅅ-
For me, I need two things: sleep and a priority list.
A good night's sleep comes first. Yeah, I can do a whole lot sleep deprived. Would probably even do a good job too, but I'm going to be pissed the entire time. XD For me to feel satisfied and happy with what I'm doing, I need to sleep.
Second, I would make a priority list. What's the most important? What do I need to pay attention to first? When I was at university, school came first above all else. I received a full scholarship to attend, so my education had to be finished within four years - I did not have any money to complete my degree if I couldn't graduate on time. Told my friends and my relationship at the time, "Yo, we can hang out after exams, but until then I have to do everything I can to get the best grades." They were all around my same age. Most were in a similar boat, so it was easy for them to understand.
Nowadays, I have work. It's more of a balance now, because work has vacation / sick time. I'm free to take time off if I need to. Also, work doesn't need my soul in it (LMAO). It's me, so of course I work incredibly hard and stand out, but I'm not here bending over backwards for my boss (unless my boss was Yoongi or JK, what's that? shut up? right, right, back to advice).
I always feel best after sleeping and knowing what I have to do. Take it task by task. Yeah, it's a lot, but when is it not, right? Celebrate each accomplishment. Play your favorite BTS song, eat a nice treat, drink some hot chocolate (or another fun drink) and enjoy it before getting back to work. When you have smaller goals to work towards, it won't feel so tiring or overwhelming. One by one, things will get done and then you'll suddenly realize...
"Oh? I'm a useless potato, but I did the thing! Now I'm just a potato!"
(potatoes are delicious and you can do so much with them, mmm, what? stay on topic? sigh, okay, okay)
You just gotta start with the little wins. It'll slowly turn into a big win and you'll start feeling more capable again. Don't worry too much about being "the best", but rather think "I just want to try and be a little better than I think I can be" and if you are, awesome! And if not, you were the best version of yourself at the time, but there's always the future, so don't be too hard on yourself.
With relationships, it's different. Depending on who it is, they know you or you have to communicate. Sometimes all you gotta do is say, "I'm feeling like shit." If they know you well, they'll help you out. (Also, help them out when they need it too!) If not, just let them know what you need from them. "Give me some space and time to study. Then we can hang out when I take a break." It's important to verbalize your needs and communicate in all relationships. Let them know what's going on. It is what it is. Don't try to compare or think you "should" feel something else.
(we don't have time for that and your feelings are valid, I promise, no I'm not making dirty jokes for once, sheesh, I have some restraint besides handcuffs...!)
cough
anyway
Make a little time for your hobbies too. It's fine to read some smut stories, watch YouTube, etc. Heck, if you wanna, add it to your to-do list (who's gonna steal your to-do list and judge you for it? that'd be weird). Once you start crossing tasks off, you'll start giving a visual to your accomplishments. If you feel that you're not accomplishing "enough" (you are, but I have a solution anyway), break up your bigger tasks to smaller ones. "Do laundry" can become "wash laundry, dry laundry, fold laundry, put away laundry" and even if you didn't put away your laundry, you still did 3/4! Hooray! Sounds silly, sure, but you will be able to see that you have done things. You might be a sack of potatoes but you're a sack of potatoes that can do things!
(like Seokjin says, it's a trash can, not a trash cannot! *windshield wiper laugh* ... what? he never said that? w... well, he would if he practiced more English!)
Being serious for a second, burnout happens to everyone. In a world where everyone keeps going on and on about production of results, having an impact on the world, hell, even all the recent pushes to be positive and uplifting in this tough time... the truth is that it is impossible to always succeed, to do every good deed, to always have a smile.
You can't always hold yourself to that standard. It's fine if all you have today are the small wins. Small wins slowly become big victories. You're not a machine. You're a person. Your worth its not based off what you have produced or done. Trying your best is good enough.
Honestly, I just get tired of myself, lol. I'm tired of feeling useless, I'm tired of doing nothing, I'm tired of not being me, so I do the things that make me feel like me and—
pause
so, yeah, that might be sex
but anyway
I do other things besides fucking
Like thinking about fucking, that's waaay different
--
(sorry I can't be serious for more than two seconds, I'll be better... later... XD)
