soft
jack abbot x female reader
summary: jack gets injured on his shift and you’re there to help him get stitched up, making it impossible for him to ignore the soft side you bring out in him— especially when it makes his heart rate jump alarmingly high.
content: just a whole lot of fluff, reader is a resident on robby’s shift and jack has a capital c crush, i’m talking down astronomically bad, cursing, lots of cheesy banter between robby and jack bc i couldn’t help myself, reader is described to be upbeat and positive, very sunshine x grump coded, also the reader wears bright colors and patterns from time to time [sorry if that’s not your jam it just has to be that way for the plot, you get it], mentions of a brief altercation, mentions of blood and stitches, bad medical terminology [don’t yell at me i tried my best]
word count: 3.5k
author’s note: ok so hi this is my submission for the A DOCTOR A DAY event! but it's also a request from the lovely and talented @letsgobarbs so I thought I'd put them together and make this bad boy. thank you loops for the extraordinary idea, and thank you to my lovely babies, @clubsoft @ananonymousaffair and @letsgobarbs for putting on such an incredible little event! very very excited to see all the entires! my assigned dialogue was, “nothing defines a man like love that makes him soft.” and the color i got was green!
A reoccurring psych patient, and an elbow straight to the eye, landed Jack a seat in his own emergency department.
“I’m fine,” his voice came out with a twinge of annoyance, and a profusion of frustration as he side-eyed Robby from across the room.
But he was indeed, not fine. He was annoyed— borderline livid— at the current situation.
He should be on his way home, not sitting in an open treatment room with blood trickling down the side of his face.
It was completely unintentional, just an unstable patient throwing limbs in an effort to avoid an IV. What he thought would be his last case of the day, was now the reason for his friend making jokes at his expense, while Jack waited to get his brow sutured up so he could finally go home.
“Yeah Okay. Whatever you wanna tell yourself.” Robby’s voice filled the room as he gathered supplies for the simple procedure.
“If Gloria found out you got a work related injury and walked out of those doors without somebody clearing you— on my shift? She’d have my neck.”
“Whatever, just make it fast.”
All Jack could think about was how last night’s shift felt like the longest one he’d worked in a while. Taking a hit straight to the face was just the cherry on top of a dreadful night. The comfort of his bed was starting to look unbelievably far away as his presence at the hospital persisted long after it was supposed to.
“What’s the rush? You got a hot date I don’t know about?” Robby’s expression was a little too amused for Jack’s taste, as he placed a pulse oximeter on his finger.
“Yeah actually, her name is a breakfast bagel from Cal’s and 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.” Jack stared down at the contraption sitting on his pointer finger, almost chuckling to himself at Robby’s commitment to care.
“A pulse ox? You’re really serious about this whole Gloria thing huh?”
“Yeah she’s been on my ass lately. Plus you got hit pretty hard, gotta make sure you don’t go down on us. Your risk for a heart attack is only going up with your age.” The smug curl of Robby’s lips as he pulled at the latex of his glove, made Jack instinctively roll his eyes.
Before Robby could start stitching, Dana’s voice carried into the room as she passed by the open door, “Robby, we’ve got a motorcyclist coming in. Multiple open fractures, severe blood loss with trauma to the head, and a possible pneumothorax, about 3 minutes out.”
Robby shot Jack a knowing look as if to say, sorry buddy, duty calls.
“Oh c’mon, you’ve got this in three minutes.” Jack was desperate to get out of the hospital and on his way home. He was right, they both knew Robby was more than capable of lacing up two or three quick stitches before he was needed on the incoming trauma.
“As much as I would love to sit here and miss potentially the best case of my day to be ridiculed by you, I’m gonna have to make your fucked up eyebrow somebody else’s problem. Don’t worry, I’ll leave you in good hands.”
The sudden smirk Robby shot his way, had confusion clouding Jack’s mind. It wasn’t until the smug attending was calling out your name, that Jack understood the motive behind Robby’s words.
“Oh, you have to be kidding me.” The murmured annoyance from Jack’s lips sent Robby chuckling.
The laugh was no doubt caused by the memory of a shared confession over a couple of beers not more than three weeks ago.
Jack and Robby went out for drinks on their day off. It was a regular occurrence, but that specific night was a little different, because that night, Jack let it slip that he thought you were pretty.
The men were sat side by side at the bar, recounting some of their best cases of the week, when Robby brought up your impressive intubation record.
Jack’s comment on your abilities had Robby stunned into a quick moment of silence.
“Pretty and she knows how to clear an airway.”
It was a subconscious declaration of affection from Jack, spoken into his glass as he took a sip of beer.
A meek confession that Robby clung to, because he’d always noticed it— the way Jack’s stare lingered a little too long on you in those fleeting minutes when your shifts overlapped.
It was impossible for him to miss his friend’s not-so-subtle flirting when you were around. He’d been patient, waiting for Jack to bring it up first.
“Just your type.”
Robby’s words met Jack in the same way, stumbling off his lips and into his glass before taking a swig.
You were one of Robby’s residents. One of his favorites actually. A phenomenal doctor, always one step ahead of everyone else and charting your own course without having to be told what to do, it made Robby’s life a whole lot easier. What didn’t make Robby’s life easier? Watching his best friend dance around his undeniable attraction to you. He knew better than anyone that Jack had been out of the game for a while.
In fact, he hadn’t seen him show interest in anyone until you came along. Over the three months of shy smiles and round-about compliments paid to each other in passing, you and Jack's interactions had become impossible for Robby to ignore. He'd even tried bringing them up multiple times to see if Jack would admit to having a crush on you, only for him to jokingly brush it off every time.
“You could ask her out, you know?” Robby kept nursing his drink, trying to look nonchalant because the moment he put too much attention on the topic, he knew Jack would shut it down.
“Yeah, we’re not doing this.”
And there it was, right on cue. Shut it down, and brush it off, like he did every time.
“Oh come on Jack. She’s great, you’re great, I see the way your demeanor changes when she's around.”
“Oh does it now?” Deciding to indulge in Robby’s incessant need to meddle in his lovelife, Jack fed into his friend’s accusation with raised brows and chuckle on his lips.
“Yeah you get a little softer.”
“And, what makes you think I’m not just tired after a long night of people griping at me.”
Robby let a brief blanket of silence fall over the two of them before adding one final thought to the conversation.
“Nothing defines a man like love that makes him soft.” Robby smiled as he said it. He knew Jack would give him a hard time for saying something so introspectively cheesy, but he also knew it would resonate with him whether Jack chose to admit it or not.
“I’m sorry?” Jack nearly choked on his IPA at the abnormally poetic words leaving Robby’s mouth.
“Did you just pull that right out of your ass or what?” He was giving Robby a hard time, but couldn’t deny the truth hiding in the statement.
That night he went home and lost more sleep than usual thinking about you— playing out past conversations over and over again in his mind, just to hear you say his name, or to see the captivating curve of your lips. The visions kept him up, even if it was just glimpses of you in his memory.
Robby didn't bring up Jack's comment about you after that night.
A few lingering stares and silent chuckles slipped from him when he watched the two of you interact, but he decided against bringing up that specific conversation. He knew Jack would just dismiss him, and keep to his stubborn reservations when it came to you, so he didn't push.
This was the first time Robby took a chance, venturing into the territory of Jack’s confessed feelings. The timing was impeccable, with him needing to find someone else to do Jack’s sutures. He couldn’t pass up the opportunity to force the two of you to be alone in a room together.
“What can I say? I like watching you squirm,” a low giggle remained on his lips as Robby aimed his words at Jack, just before you appeared in the doorway.
“Hey, what’s going on?”
Soothing with a gentle glimmer of energy, your voice flooded the room in mellow twilight and shimmering stars, hitting Jack’s ears in a way that instantly made his face heat up.
“Dr. Abbot here, took an elbow straight to the face first thing this morning. I was gonna stitch it up, but they need me on the incoming trauma.” Robby barely looked your direction as he spoke, but Jack couldn’t take his eyes off you, only a few feet from him, watching from the doorframe.
“Think you can handle it?” Robby glanced over at you as he joked, a grin stretching across his face.
“I’ve got it covered, boss.” You matched his playful tone, and the whimsical change of your voice made Jack’s eyes divert to the ceiling because— fuck Robby for doing this to him.
“Make sure to keep an eye on his vitals, he took a pretty hard hit.” Robby’s voice carried from down the hall as he walked out of the room, leaving you and Jack alone.
You took to the space in front of Jack.
Your body slid so effortlessly next to him, that he had to fight not to adjust his position under the sudden nervousness of having you so close.
Drawing a quiet breath at the feeling of your thigh resting next to his, he sat still on the edge of the cot. You were on his right side, your left leg gently pressed against him as you leaned closer toward his body to get a good look at his face.
“Damn that’s bad. Someone really had it out for you this morning, huh?” Your fingertips barely touched his temple as you examined his forehead. An audible swallow pushed down his throat at the contact.
He didn’t know what was more embarrassing, his body’s immediate response to your touch, or the fact that he’d nearly been taken out by a patient, and you were the one witnessing him in such a vulnerable position.
“Yeah well, he had a really effective defense response. I'll give him that.”
Thank god his voice didn’t betray him. His words came out clear and concise, despite the fluttering in his chest at your body right next to his.
Then you laughed.
He really loved your laugh. In fact, he went out of his way to make jokes just to hear it. It was soft, but rich. The kind of distinctive, infectious sound you could hear in a crowded room ten years later and know exactly who it belonged to.
“Well, I’m sorry you had to be on the receiving end of it.”
The laughter fizzled from your voice and was replaced with genuine concern as you cleaned his brow. The gentle passes of gauze against his forehead made his mouth go dry, only because he knew it was your fingertips behind the motion.
“Somebody’s gotta take one for the team.” His response was quick as he focused on the words leaving his mouth, trying not to think about the way your hands were working so carefully to take care of him.
Your presence made him nervous enough, but your touch? He couldn’t get a handle on the distraction of your fingers on his skin, even if there was a veil of latex and gauze in between.
You bent further forward into his body, the warmth of your thigh pressing harder against his as your hands carefully angled his head where you needed it, fingertips underneath his jaw, and at his temple. He forced his stare to the floor out of fear that looking into your eyes would send him straight into cardiac arrest.
Looking down at your shoes, he memorized the pattern of your laces to keep himself from thinking about the mildly intoxicating scent radiating from your body. He’d never been this close to you before— close enough to get a whiff of something fresh and so distinctively you.
Maybe it was your shampoo, or laundry detergent? Perfume perhaps?
Shoes. Back to your shoes. It was the same pair of white sneakers you wore most days, but the green socks peeking out at your ankles made him grin. A subtle smile that he was sure you wouldn’t notice as you prepared a needle at your fingertips.
You always wore a pop of color, something to bring your own personal style into the doldrum of the ER.
It was something he shouldn’t have noticed; the patterned shirts you sometimes wore under your scrub top, the red hair tie you left on your wrist every so often, the memorable collection of colorful socks you constantly sported with your tennis shoes…
The subtle excitement of your accessories matched the bright charisma you brought into the building every time you walked through the doors. You appeared every morning like his own personal ray of sunshine, equipped with an irresistible laugh, sweet smile, and lime green socks.
“Are you feeling okay?” His sock induced trance was broken at the sound of your voice— abrupt and concerned.
“Yeah, I’m good.” His eyes peered up only to notice your stare fixed on the pulse ox resting on his finger.
He almost forgot about it entirely, busy with the distraction of your proximity taking over his entire being.
“Your heart rate is just really high.”
Of course it was.
His heart was nearly beating out of his chest from the moment Robby called out your name earlier.
“I’m fine.” He tried to move his hand further from your view, hoping to brush it under the rug, and get a move on with the mortifying interaction.
“Are you sure? If he hit you hard enough to break skin maybe-”
“I promise. I’m fine.” He pulled out a tone in his voice that people usually didn’t argue with. It was a deep, commanding timbre that he had perfected over the years. It came in handy when he had an especially combative patient, or in this case an extremely beautiful woman hounding him for an incredibly humiliating confession as to why he couldn’t get a grip on his bodily reaction to her presence.
“Whatever you say, Dr. Abbot.” Finally giving up the fight, you let a spirited air back into your words. Jokingly dismissing your concern, and trading it in for weary trust as you let him convince you that he was okay despite his alarmingly high heart rate.
“But if you go AFib on me…”
“I won’t,” his voice still held the same robust sound as he looked you straight in the eyes.
“Just stress.” He looked at you as he spoke, and the desperation in his eyes contradicting the tone of his voice.
His stare was tender, and almost pleading while his words spread through the room, sturdy and sure.
“Or adrenaline or something… I’ll be fine.” He didn’t look away as he continued explaining the reason for his quickening pulse. You found it slightly unnerving, and undeniably endearing as he kept his eyes fixed on yours for far too long. His words began to trail quietly, slowly losing their robust momentum.
Jack was in a complete daze. He made the mistake of looking up into your eyes, and now he was stuck, getting lost in the all too familiar color, illuminated by the concentration in your gentle stare. He was enamored.
“Well I’ll be quick so you can get out of here.” You reached down to grab some supplies before bringing your hands back up to Jack’s face, finally starting to suture his brow.
“Although I’m sure Robby would’ve been done by now.” Your eyes zoned in on his injury, while Jack’s stare stayed trained on your face.
“Eh, I’m glad you’re here and not him.” His voice was amiable and subdued, dripping with a delicate sound you’d never heard from him before.
“Why’s that?” Still watching the careful work of the needle threading at his forehead, your eyes narrowed in focus, as the question formed on your lips.
“I’d have to deal with his smartass jokes. Plus, he’s too perky in the mornings.”
“And I’m not?”
He wanted to laugh at your question. Of course you weren’t too perky in the mornings. You weren’t too anything. You were perfect.
“I don’t mind it when you are.” Your movements paused for a split second when the words left his mouth in that same strange, fragile tone.
You could feel his eyes watching- peering up, as you tried your best to keep your attention on your hands.
He felt you stop, internally panicking that he’d said something wrong, he kept talking.
“I just- you’re different.” The words stumbled out, losing a bit of their fragility as they tripped over each other in an effort to reassure you.
Your brows furrowed slightly at the word and Jack was convinced he’d just dug a deeper hole to bury himself in.
“Different?” The one word question left your lips as they struggled to withhold a smile.
You were amused at the way Jack was fumbling over his words.
It was rare to catch him in such a flustered state. You chalked it up to the fresh wound he’d just received, and his abnormally high heart rate that he really should be paying more attention to.
“Pleasant.”
Then you stopped. Longer this time. It must’ve been at least 30 seconds that your fingers paused their threading, as you glanced down at the pulse ox between sutures. Sure enough his heart was racing again.
110 bpm.
You would be concerned about his inevitable descent into a questionable cardiac rhythm if it weren’t for the way his eyes were fixed on yours. His stare was so deliberate, you could feel your own pulse quickening underneath the growing heat of your skin.
“Pleasant? How so?”
112 bpm.
“You just have this way of making everyone happy. It’s subtle. You’re always smiling and positive, but it’s never performative, it’s just who you are.”
A warmth spreads through your body at the compliment, rolling like waves as each of his words washed over you, completely enveloping you in a state of coy flattery.
“You’re just easy to be around.”
The heat threatened to reach your face, as he continued talking. His words were nearly a whisper with his voice floating up to you, low and smooth.
“I like being around you.”
115 bpm.
You open your mouth before you’ve even decided how you want to respond to Jack’s innocent confession, then unexpectedly, a voice that’s not yours fills the room.
“Still not done in here?” Robby came barreling into the room. His presence was loud and boisterous compared to the sheepish exchange taking place between you and Jack.
He stopped a few feet into the room. Seeing your body so close to Jack’s, with your hands still working at the injury on his forehead, and your eyes locked on each other, seemed to make him apprehensive about continuing into the room, like he was interrupting something.
“Jesus, let the man go home.” His chuckle echoed around you as he decided to come closer, inspecting your work.
“That was fast. What happened to that being the best case of your day?” Jack piped up from underneath your touch. He was careful not to move his head as he aimed his question at Robby, eyes averting to the man standing next to you.
“Yeah, it went south pretty quick.” Robby’s voice finally found a level close to silence, as he watched in concentration while you tied off the last stitch.
“You need some help there? I could send in one of the medical students-” He joked looking over at you. He knew you were quick. The way you were taking your time, being overly methodical with Jack, was out of character for you.
“Very funny. I’m done.” You softly glared over at Robby as you took a step back, pulling your gloves off.
“See what I mean about the smartass jokes?” Jack’s eyes were on you, still holding a lingering softness from your unfinished conversation just moments prior.
“Oh so I leave you two alone for a few minutes and you just use it to talk bad about me?” Pretending to be offended, Robby scoffed at the notion of you two discussing his comedic timing, watching as you and Jack just stared at one another.
“Something like that.”
Your response was hidden behind a smile while you and Jack stayed submerged in a brief moment of smitten eye contact and unquestionable curiosity, before you made your way to the open door.
“I’m gonna get back out there. Try not to take anymore elbows to the face Dr. Abbot,” You joked before taking a single step into the hallway, turning your back for a split second to look at him one last time.
“and I’ll see you tomorrow.”
With that, you were already halfway down the hall, onto the next patient.
Robby stared at Jack with a goofy smile forming on his mouth as your absence left the room silent.
“Don’t.”
The single word snapped from Jack as he brushed past Robby, leaving the room before he could be hit with his friend’s smug confrontation.
He left for the day, but not before stopping by the triage desk on his way out, purposefully walking past you just to get one last glimpse of your smile for the day.

LaDs Men Getting "She's busy bro" Text
Request: Hi!! I waited patiently (and eagerly) for your requests to open again, I'm so happy!! I love your writing!! I laughed so hard at the previous request where you mentioned Tara. I have another "Tara is on thin ice" idea, lol. Tara and Mc are having a girls night at Mc's place. Mc is cooking or just doing something, mc's receives a message from the lads men (something random like "hi, how are you, I'm off work"). Tara tells Mc she got a message (since Mc is doing something and she can't answer), and mc tells Tara to reply for her. All good and sweet, what does Tara reply with? "Hi, all good, she's busy now, she will talk to you later!" (Basically, the "she's busy bro" prank but with an oblivious Tara that didn't mean to prank them, lol)
AN: Hey anon, I am sorry for how last I am posting this. But thank you for requesting such a fun scenario. I hope you enjoy this!! Might be ooc at times but I am woman of dramatics so excuse me.
Ingredients: 75% fluff , 25% drama
My Fav: Zayne 🥺
Genre: She's busy bro, prank
Pairing: LaDS boys x fem reader
You’re in the kitchen, half-focused on stirring the pasta and half-listening to Tara rant about her latest training match when your phone buzzes on the counter.
“Hey, your phone just lit up,” Tara says, leaning over to check the screen. “It’s one of the guys. Something about ‘how are you?’ and ‘off work.’”
“Just reply for me,” you say, tossing a handful of garlic into the pan. “Tell him I’ll get back to him later.”
Tara shrugs, picking up your phone and squinting at the message. Her thumbs fly over the screen as she replies, “Hi, all good, she’s busy right now, she’ll talk to you later!”
She hits send with a satisfied nod, setting the phone back down without a second thought
Rafayel:
You lunge to catch Tara as she collapses, her hands flying to her throat, her breaths coming out in sharp, choking gasps.
“Tara!” you gasp, your watch buzzing with frantic alerts, the tiny screen flashing red with proximity warnings.
And then you see it. The curving, sinuous tendrils creeping from the edges of the painting on your wall. The one Rafayel gifted you not long ago. The inky black swirls ripple like living shadows, curling toward you.
You snatch your phone from the counter, one arm still braced around Tara’s trembling form, your body blocking her from the painting as the tendrils inch closer. You hit Rafayel’s contact, your finger jabbing the call button with a fury you can barely contain.
He picks up on the first ring, and you don’t give him a chance to speak.
“Stop it. Now.”
There’s a beat of silence on the other end, the sound of crashing waves and distant seagulls crackling through the line, but you don’t flinch.
“I swear to the fucking seas,” you snarl, your voice low and dangerous, “I will never talk to you again if you hurt her.”
There’s a sharp intake of breath on the other end, a flicker of hesitation, and then the tendrils retreat, coiling back into the frame like startled serpents, the air around you cooling as the painting slowly still.
Tara collapses against you, her breathing evening out, her death grip on your arm loosening as she gasps for air. You meet her wide, dazed eyes, your own heart still hammering in your chest.
She gives you a shaky, crooked grin. “That was kinda hot,” she croaks, her lips twitching into a weak, mischievous smile, and your heart melts on the spot.
It takes Rafayel three weeks of pleading, apologizing, and bribing (both you and Tara) to be forgiven for 'the incident'. He sends flowers, chocolates, and a rare pearl necklace that you suspect he made with his anguished cries.
But the painting stays. “For protection,” he insists, his tone defensive, his eyes shifting away from yours when you bring it up. “You’ll thank me one day.”
You roll your eyes, but don’t push it.
Xavier:
He just shows up at your door. Because, of course, he does.
However busy you were, he could stop it. He is a victim to the sunk cost fallacy. If he has to pull you out of some other guy’s orbit, he’ll do it, no hesitation.
He knocks once, twice, each rap firm but patient, the ripped delivery package dangling from one hand, his other tucked casually into his jacket pocket.
The door swings open, and he inhales to deliver his practiced excuse." “Delivered to wr....” He blinks, momentarily thrown off as Tara opens the door, her hair a chaotic mess, pasta sauce smeared up to her cheeks like she’s just face-planted in a pot of marinara.
Behind her, you’re hunched over a massive dish of pasta, a noodle dangling from your lips, your eyes going wide as you choke at the sight of him, your face turning a lovely shade of tomato red.
“Oh, he—uhgh!” you splutter, breaking into a fit of coughing, nearly dropping the fork in your hand.
Xavier’s eyebrow twitches, his frown slowly morphing into a wide grin as his shoulders relax, his eyes sparkling with amusement as he takes in the chaotic scene.
There’s a long, painful beat of silence.
Then Tara, completely unfazed, just wipes her cheek with the back of her hand, shrugs, and steps aside. “You coming in or what, dude?” she says, like this is the most normal thing in the world.
Somehow, Xavier ends up joining your girls’ night, plopping down on the couch, grabbing a fork and helping himself to the monstrous bowl of pasta, because why not?
He makes a few snarky comments about your terrible math skills, but shuts up when you threaten to make him eat his own disastrous cooking as punishment.
Predictably, he’s the first to fall asleep. Conveniently, on your shoulder, his head tucked against your neck, his soft breathing mixing with the faint sound of the movie still playing in the background.
Zayne:
Zayne, of course, doesn’t take the bait.
He’s the only one who doesn’t react to the “She’s busy, bro” text like it’s a declaration of war, because he’s seen this sort of thing before.
As a surgeon, he’s often out of reach, his pager passed off to a resident while he’s deep in the OR, his hands steady, his mind clear as he cuts through flesh and bone. He knows what it’s like to be unavailable, to be occupied with things that demand his full focus.
So when he gets the text, he just blinks at his phone, smiles a little, and sets it down without a second thought, already mentally filing away a dessert he can bring you later, something to help you relax after your busy day.
And he does. He shows up that night, a paper bag in one hand, his coat still smelling faintly of antiseptic and coffee, his sleeves rolled up just enough to reveal the faint lines of old scars.
“Hey,” he says, his voice soft, a little shy, like he’s not sure if he’s intruding. “I brought tiramisu. Thought you could use a break.”
He’s literally the most precious bby, and you have to resist the urge to hug him right there in the doorway.
Sylus:
He’s in the middle of a deal, lounging back in his leather chair.
He checks his phone on a whim, his fingers flicking over the screen, and sees your text. His lips curl into a slow, arrogant smile as he types out a quick, casual, “Hey, what are you up to, sweetie?”
When the "She's busy, she'll call you later," text comes back, the smile freezes on his lips.
Busy? Busy?
His mood sours instantly. His fingers curl around the edge of his desk. He flicks his gaze back to the fumbling dealer in front of him, and his generosity reserves run dry.
“Out.”
The dealer stumbles back, wide-eyed, sweat beading on his forehead as he stammers out a “Y-Yes, sir!” before practically tripping over his own feet to escape the room.
Sylus leans back in his chair, teeth gritted, jaw tight, the soft click of his metal-tipped fingers against the desk the only sound in the now-silent room.
But just as he’s about to mentally spiral, his phone buzzes again.
“Made a pretty big batch of pasta, would you like some?”
He blinks, eyes flicking to the photo you’ve attached. A literal tub of way too much pasta, the noodles piled high, the sauce thick and steaming, a chaotic heap of carbs that only you and Tara could possibly miscalculate into existence.
He huffs, a quiet, exasperated chuckle slipping past his lips, the tension in his shoulders melting away. He leans back, his head tipping against the cool leather of his chair, a small, fond smile curling at the corners of his mouth.
“I’ll be there in 20. Don’t start without me.”
And just like that, his mood is ruined in a completely different way, his dark, dangerous aura slipping into something much softer as he straightens his tie and stands, already picturing you waiting with a bright grin and a mismatched fork.
Caleb:
“Why does she get to use your phone and I don’t?” Caleb storms around your apartment, his boots clomping against the hardwood floor, his uniform still perfectly pressed.
It’s been an hour of this. A Fleet Colonel throwing a full-on tantrum in your tiny studio, pacing like a caged animal, his jaw clenched, his fingers flexing at his sides as if he’s debating strangling the nearest pillow. You did put your plushies away at the first given chance.
Pouting. Whining. Sharp, accusing glances thrown your way every time you so much as move.
You’re honestly grateful that Tara had left before this. She’d probably just laugh and egg him on, and you don’t need two chaotic messes in your living room right now.
“Caleb, I was busy,” you try to reason, leaning against the kitchen counter as he paces. “I didn’t want to leave you hanging.”
He whirls to face you, his eyes dark, his jaw ticking, his hair somehow still perfectly in place, untouched by the cap he’d clearly ripped off the second he stormed through your door. Your mind unhelpfully drifts to the way that uniform clings to his shoulders, the way his collar hugs his throat, and nope, now is not the time for that.
“Busy?” he spits, his voice a low, irritated rumble. “Busy with what? And why with her, exactly?”
You sigh, pressing a hand to your forehead, already exhausted from the emotional hurricane that is Caleb. “I was cooking, Caleb. With Tara. I didn’t want to leave you hanging, so I asked her to text you back.”
He scoffs, his shoulders tense, his eyes narrowing like he’s daring you to try that excuse again.
Rage bait Tara is Colonel Caleb’s worst nightmare come to life. Given how you never seem to care how close she gets to you, how easily she invades your space, how unapologetically she teases you.
Much to Caleb’s dismay, you never seem to mind.

Something Special
Pairing: Bob Reynolds x Reader
Summary:
This time, in a sudden pfft, it sprays something directly into both of your faces—a cloud of shimmering mist exploding into the air. It smells sweet... too sweet. Like overripe fruit or syrup, or cotton candy left in the sun. Almost sickly. Bob coughs, waving his hand in front of his face. “What was that?” “A defence mechanism, perhaps—” you begin, but your voice trails off as something shifts. The stem starts to grow, elongating right before your eyes, inch by inch. Then, like something out of a sci-fi movie, thin tendrils begin sprouting from the base, curling and stretching like green tentacles. “Okay, what kind of flower shop did you go to?” you ask, backing up a step. Bob’s eyes are locked on it in horror. “I don’t know! I swear it looked normal! The lady had an apron!” Or You’ve been the live-in doctor at Avengers Tower for a year, and Bob wants to get you something special to celebrate. Unbeknownst to him, that something special turns out to be a sex plant.

A/N: I saw Thunderbolts earlier this week, and I felt compelled to write something! My Marvel obsession is so back, and I’m so in love with Bob, and consuming so much Thunderbolts fanfiction, I think I’m genuinely going crazy

Bob teeters on his heels as he looks around the flower shop. He was here to get a gift for you, but he had no idea what you would like. Then, while browsing the camellias, a woman appears, half scaring the life out of him, asking him what he’s looking for, and he tells her as best he knows how.
“I’m looking for something special for someone special.”
“Special, huh?” She replies with a mischievous smile, “I have just the flower for you.”
He watches as she disappears into the recesses of the shop and wonders if he’s making the right decision.
You were important to him, but maybe flowers were too much; perhaps you would see right through it and see the feelings he was trying (and failing) to hide. The whole team could see it. Alexei kept giving him unsolicited —and mostly unhelpful— advice about it, while John and Ava never missed a chance to tease him whenever they caught him gawking at you. And Yelena and Bucky tried their best to nudge him forward in their own ways; Yelena with blunt encouragement, Bucky with quieter, knowing looks and the occasional grunt that somehow conveyed volumes.
But Bob remained resolute, content with just admiring you from afar.
At least, that’s what he told himself.
Ever since you were introduced to the team as their live-in doctor, he knew he didn’t stand a chance. You were a ray of sunshine. Exceptional at your job and had this strange but beautiful quality where you could make anyone feel at ease within seconds of meeting them.
He felt it firsthand when he walked into the med bay in the Tower. You were sitting there, clipboard in hand, and welcomed him in with a warm smile, motioning for him to sit. He obeyed without a word, nerves already prickling beneath his skin.
“I’m just going to take some blood samples, okay?” you said gently.
His eyes darted around the room—white, sterile walls, the faint smell of antiseptic in the air. Tests didn’t often lead to good things in his experience, and he felt that this one would be no different. His posture stiffened, and his breath was shallow. But as if sensing his unease, you placed a hand on his arm, steady, reassuring.
“If you’re feeling uncomfortable, I’m right here. And if you want me to stop, you just go right ahead and tell me.”
Bob nodded slowly, looking into your eyes—your beautiful, beautiful eyes that somehow made the rest of the world fade to background noise.
“I just need you to take some deep breaths for me, can you do that?”
You looked at him with such gentle care, and for a moment, he felt like he’d known you longer than just a minute. It felt crazy how fast he was falling for you, but it was happening all the same.
“Yeah… I can do that,” he replied, voice low.
And he had never been the same.
From that moment on, he’d been falling for you—hard. Making lovey-dovey eyes at you over morning coffee in the communal kitchen, pretending not to watch you when you laughed at someone’s joke, finding excuses to linger a little longer in any room you were in.
He toys with his watch, waiting for the florist to come back and flinches as he hears crashes and curses. He has half a mind to go and check on her when she suddenly pops out with a crooked smile and her hair askew, presenting the flower to him.
“Trust me, your girlfriend is going to love this one. Rarest thing in here.”
“She’s…” He stops, watching as the worker flits around the shop, putting the finishing touches on the arrangement. What use was it explaining anyway? How could he put you into words?
It was a strange flower, one he didn’t recognise. Its petals folded into each other. It was unlike any flower he’d ever seen, almost alien. But it was also beautiful, rare and special. Just like you. He buys it in a heartbeat, but the anxiety that follows is sickening. As he goes back to the tower, he thinks about turning around, getting something safer—chocolates, maybe. A coffee voucher. Literally anything else.
‘Maybe it’s not good enough, or what if she hates it?’
He plays with the loose yarn on his sweater as he nervously looks down at the plant.
‘What if she pretends to like it but actually hates it and, in turn, hates me?’
He overthinks all the way down the street, onto the subway, up the Avengers Tower elevator, until he eventually reaches the door to your office.
Then—three knocks. His heart sinks into his stomach the second his knuckles leave the wood.
The door swings open, with you on the other side of it, a smile blooming on your face as soon as you see him.
“Bob!” You say excitedly.
You’re clearly happy to see him and hurriedly usher him inside. The rest of the Avengers had been on a mission for the past two days and counting, so it was just you and Bob. It had been quite nice to spend time with him one-on-one. You even had a movie night the night prior, which ended with Bob falling asleep on your shoulder.
“What do you have there?” you ask, tilting your head slightly, catching sight of something he's hiding behind his back.
He hesitates for a beat, then slowly brings it forward, revealing a single, delicate flower—its petals a rich, otherworldly shade of purple, like something from a dream. It’s almost enchanting. You stare at it in awe, momentarily speechless.
“It’s a gift,” he says, placing it on your desk, voice shy but steady. “To celebrate you being here for a year. I… we really appreciate you.”
Your eyes soften at his words. You can see he’s nervous, waiting for your reaction like it might determine the course of his entire week.
But all you feel is warmth. You thought it was so sweet of him to do this for you; it was so thoughtful, so Bob. You’d felt a connection with him from the moment you met, something quiet but persistent that never quite went away.
“Thank you,” you say, genuinely. “I love it. Truly.”
You’re probably smiling too much, but when it comes to Bob, you can’t help yourself. You snap out of your loving stare as something flickers in your peripheral vision.
“Is it supposed to glow?” you ask, your eyes narrowing slightly as the petals shimmer faintly, a soft pulse of light running through them like a heartbeat.
“I, uh… I don’t think so?” Bob replies, frowning.
He leans in, squinting at the flower. The glow pulses again. Cautiously, he pokes it with one finger.
The flower twitches.
“It moved,” he says, eyes wide with a mix of fascination and fear.
“What? No way.” You step closer, trying to get a better look, equal parts sceptical and intrigued.
But then it twitches again, its petals bristling at the touch, and both of you freeze.
“…Did you buy this from a normal flower shop?” you ask slowly, eyeing him.
“I thought I did!” Bob says, his voice pitching just a little higher than usual.
You poke it again.
“What was that?”
“A defence mechanism, perhaps—” you begin, but your voice trails off as something shifts.
The lady had an apron!”
In hindsight, the florist did seem a bit sketchy. The shop was tucked away in a dark, back alley, its dim interior lit flickering by lamps that looked like they hadn’t been updated since the ’70s. The air was thick with a faint smoke that he had to try not to choke on, but in his defence, Bob had just assumed it was part of the shop’s "vintage" aesthetic.
The flower twitches again, and one of the tendrils gently brushes your desk lamp, knocking it askew.
“We should probably contain that,” you say.
“Or burn it,” Bob offers weakly.
You don’t have enough time to deliberate before they’re coming straight for you. They coordinate a joint attack and grab hold of your shirt. It has a relentless grip on it and tears it apart without a care. In the back of your mind, you have to take a second to mourn one of your favourite work shirts.
The plant, however, is far from done with you. Before you can react, one of its slippery, vine-like tendrils reaches for your wrist, its texture cold and unnervingly smooth. It’s trying to pin you down, the tendril wrapping around your forearm like a slippery snake.
“Bob!” you yell, panic rising in your voice.
Bob springs into action without hesitation. He grabs your arm, pulling you back just in time. But in the chaos, both of you tumble backwards, your feet tangling in each other’s as you fall to the floor.
You land… on top of him.
For a moment, everything stops. Your breath catches, his heart races beneath you, and there’s a stillness, an accidental closeness that makes everything feel like it’s happening in slow motion.
“Well, that was eventful,” you comment, breathless, glancing back over your shoulder at the plant—still twitching, preparing for its next move. The tendrils are growing faster now, more aggressive, and it’s only a matter of time before it tries to grab you again.
“Watch out,” he warns, voice sharp, as he pushes you aside with surprising strength. The moment you’re clear, he rolls to his feet, eyes fixed on the plant.
It lashes out, one of its tendrils reaching for your throat, but Bob is faster, shoving you out of harm’s way just in time.
In the seconds it took you to escape from it, the plant had doubled in size, its tentacles now oozing with a thick, viscous substance. It seemed to pulse, almost alive with an aggressive energy, like it was anticipating its next strike.
The plant gives you no time to catch your breath. Before you can react, it swipes again, this time reaching for Bob’s jeans. With surprising strength, one of the tendrils successfully yanks him to the ground, dragging him closer to its growing mass. The little tendrils begin climbing up the inside of his trousers, slithering toward his legs like they have a mind of their own.
“Holy shit,” you exclaim, adrenaline flooding your veins as you rush to grab his hands, pulling with all your strength in a futile attempt to free him. Where are the Avengers when you need them?
Unfortunately, you have no super strength or any useful abilities. Bob’s still being dragged closer, inch by inch.
But what you do have, is a pretty damn good throwing arm.
You glance around the room, your mind racing for anything you can use. Your eyes land on the lamp on your desk, your favourite one. Bob had always joked about how you wouldn’t let anyone touch it. Without a second thought, you sprint across the room, grab it in one smooth motion, and hurl it toward the plant’s centre of mass.
The lamp flies through the air, and you’re about ready to start celebrating, but just as it’s about to make contact with the plant, the tendrils shift, dodging the attack like it’s alive and aware of what’s coming.
“Crap,” you mutter. "It dodged."
This had to be one of the worst moments of your life.
Bob tries to crawl away, his muscles screaming in protest as he drags himself across the floor. His mind is a chaotic mess, every thought running a mile a minute. This day wasn’t supposed to go like this. He was supposed to give you the gift and see that smile of yours light up your face, not get fondled by a plant monster.
The tendrils continue their relentless pursuit, now reaching the edge of his boxers, squirming and twisting, as if looking for any way to get inside.
“Hold on, just a second!”
“Please hurry, it’s kind of ticklish,” He blurts out as he writhes on the ground, “And wet.”
They find their way inside his boxers, reaching his dick and starting to wrap their way around it, making him tremble.
The tentacles continue to secrete that viscous liquid, slick and glistening as they slip up and around his cock, their movements still clumsy, but starting to adapt to what makes him react. Bob struggles beneath its weight, panic flashing in his eyes as the tendrils flick over his sensitive tip, starting to pulse around him.
You’re frozen for a moment, heart racing, watching him fight against the plant’s hold. The air is thick with desperation, and for a split second, you wonder if you’re going to be too late. But then your mind snaps back into focus. This can’t keep going. You need a plan and fast.
You scan the room, eyes darting from the plant to Bob and back again. The papers on your desk, the fire extinguisher near the door, the window—wait. Without wasting another second, you rush over to it, pulling it down with a swift motion. You have no idea if this’ll work, but Bob’s safety is the only thing that matters, and you’d do anything to ensure it.
“Hold on!” you shout, as you aim the nozzle at the base of the plant.
You pull the trigger.
It’s temporarily thwarted, and you breathe out a sigh of relief when you see it retreat from Bob’s jeans.
“Come on!” you shout, reaching for Bob and pulling him to his feet. The moment you’ve got a solid grip on him, you both scramble toward safety, adrenaline fuelling your movements.
You rush toward the front door, but just as you reach it, the plant’s vines stretch out, blocking your escape. The thick, twisted tendrils curl around the doorframe, trapping you in.
You turn on your heels, panic setting in as you dash to the far side of the room. There’s only one other way out, the door that leads to the lab part of your office.
You reach the door, flinging it open just in time, and drag Bob inside with you. As you slam the door shut, you quickly lock it, the sound echoing. The room is dim, but you barely notice the light as you both stand there, chest heaving, trying to catch your breath. It’s all you can both hear before you finally break the silence.
“What the fuck?”
He’s panicking. He’s panicking hard.
He attempted to do something nice, something to show just how much you mean to him and the rest of the team but instead he got you attacked by a plant that wanted to fuck you.
“I screwed this up. I’m so sorry. I... I—” He stammers, his voice trembling with regret. He tries to continue, but the words seem to catch in his throat. He’s frustrated, overwhelmed by the situation and the guilt of what just happened.
You immediately notice the signs. The way he's retreating into himself, shoulders hunched, eyes avoiding yours. The guilt and panic are all over his face, and for a moment, you realise how much this is affecting him. He must think you’re mad at him, but you’re not. Not in the slightest. You weren’t even sure if you could be mad at him; he was Bob.
You take a step forward, placing yourself in his line of sight, standing in front of him. You don’t need to say anything else. You don’t need him to apologise again.
“Hey, hey, it’s okay,” your voice acting as his source of stability, even though you’re both still shaking from the chaos.
But before he can respond, there’s a loud bang against the door. A deep, guttural scraping noise as the plant’s tentacles push against it, trying to force their way inside. They both jump at the sounds, and he tries to curl in on himself, his hands gripping into his hair as he shuts everything out, nothing but his own voice echoing in his head.
‘Of course, you’d mess this up.’
“Bob, look at me, please.”
‘She probably hates you now.’
He opens his eyes slowly, and you can see it—the fear. The gold in his eyes flickers, a silent reflection of his inner turmoil. He’s been holding it all together for so long, but now, one mistake has him spiralling, and it’s all spilling out in front of you.
He hates that you can see it. The cracks in his composure, the weight of the guilt sinking into his chest. The last thing he wanted was to fall apart in front of you, to let you see just how much he’s struggling with everything.
“I put you in danger,” he mutters, his voice barely above a whisper. His gaze drops to the floor, shame and regret lacing his words.
You can’t let him carry this alone. You can’t let him drown in his own guilt when you know the truth: it wasn’t his fault. He only wanted to do something nice for you.
You step forward further into his space, cupping his face gently in your hands. His breath catches and you feel his warm skin under your palms, the tension in the air thick but not overwhelming.
“It’s okay,” you say softly, your thumb brushing against his cheek. “I’m alright, aren’t I?”
‘She doesn’t mean it.’
“I try to do one thing, and I just made things worse. I ruined everything—”
“You didn’t ruin anything, okay? I loved the fact that you got me a gift, and we’re going to get out of this.”
You pull him close, and you both embrace each other tightly, the chaos outside fading away for a brief moment as you both seek comfort in the silence of the hug.
But suddenly, like a switch had been flipped, you become acutely aware of every touch, every shift of his body against yours. The warmth of his arms, the way his chest rises and falls with each breath, it all feels intensified. It’s like you’re hyper-aware of the sensation of him against you, and it’s overstimulating in a way you weren’t expecting.
You subconsciously nuzzle into his touch, breathing in his scent. He smells so good, you would even describe it as intoxicating. The feeling of him holding you, so close, feels delicious. The feeling of his fingers against your bare skin, mouth-watering.
You lean into him even more, a soft moan slipping out before you catch yourself. The sound barely escapes, but it’s enough to make you freeze. You jerk back from him, heart pounding in your chest.
From the look on his face, he didn’t hear it. Or if he did, he’s pretending not to, but you feel the heat rising in your cheeks, flooding your body. The flush spreads down your neck, over your skin, and you can’t stop it.
“We’ll…get through this,” Bob says, agreeing with your earlier words.
“Y-yeah,” you stutter out, still feeling the heat spreading throughout your body.
Then, as if his panicked brain finally catches up to the situation, Bob’s eyes flick over your form, and his eyes widen just a little when he realises you’re topless, wearing nothing but your bra. His face flushed with embarrassment, and in an instant, he looks away, his cheeks turning a shade of red at the fact that he had just hugged you in this state. Like the gentleman he is, he immediately averts his gaze, trying to give you some privacy.
“Oh. I uh, you should take my sweater.”
“Oh, it’s okay, I–”
Both of you nervously bumble until Bob starts taking off his sweater. The entire thing plays in slow motion. His hands, a little shaky, reach for the hem. The fabric bunches up in his fingers before he slowly pulls it over his head.
Bit by bit, his chest and torso are revealed. You can’t help but notice the definition of his muscles and appreciate them greatly. Finally, he hands the sweater to you, his expression nervous but kind. “Here…” he says softly, not looking you directly in the eyes.
Damn it.
He’s ripped.
You didn’t know when you woke up this morning that you’d be treated to an impromptu striptease courtesy of Bob Reynolds. You can’t believe all of that was hiding under that knitted sweater. There’s a sudden wave of arousal so strong it almost knocks you clean off your feet. Your eyes wander his sculpted form, and it’s like every part of him was made to drive you crazy. You know you’re staring, but you can’t bring yourself to look away.
“So… how are we planning on taking back my office?” Your words come out breathy, your eyes are still very much fixed on his body, but he seems oblivious to the fact.
“Maybe we can…” He trails off, distracted by the way you were starting to sway, “Hey, are you alright?”
He had now started to become clued into the way you were staring him down like he was a full-course meal. And you’re just happy he couldn’t read your mind because you were thinking the most unhinged things, like how you wanted to lick the sweat off his abs.
“Holy fuck,” You mutter tiredly, shaking the thought away. You were a doctor, damn it, not a degenerate. Or at least not both at the same time.
“Yeah, I’m just…” You start a sentence that you can’t finish as your body continues to heat up and your desire for him starts to hurt. You just want to be closer to him, and the overwhelming need to touch his abs comes back in full force. You try to focus on something else but just land on his arms and you wondered how’d they feel wrapped around your waist when he’d fuck you.
“Fuck!”
You start pacing around the room, trying to get rid of this madness that seemed to be overtaking you. And by pacing it was more of an awkward stumble as bit by bit your limbs turned to rubber and your brain to mush with horny thoughts of Bob.
You stop moving and drop to the floor, hugging your knees and squeezing your eyes shut. Maybe if you cannot see the hot man, he cannot haunt you. You decide to take deep breaths because that always helps, and try to calm yourself down. You are, however, wearing Bob’s sweater, which smells like him and therefore smells like heaven. You moan, definitely loud enough for him to hear and bury your face in it.
“Talk to me,” Bob says as he crouches down by your side, the comforting pats on your back feeling more like kisses on the neck. You just wanted to climb him like he’s a tree and live there forever.
“Need to take this off.”
You start kicking off your trousers as they start to stick to you, feeling more like sandpaper on your skin. Next, you peel off his sweater and hold it in your hands, resting it against your cheek, breathing it in every so often.
“I can’t be near you right now.”
“Why?” He asks and if you had your head on straight, you’d state the obvious. Did he not see the fact that you were seconds away from grinding on him?
But you did have to think about what caused this, and there’s only one theory that makes sense.
“I think the plant you got is a sex plant.”
Bob blinks at you.
“A what?”
While falling down an internet rabbit hole, you had heard about plants like these with certain properties that lent themselves quite nicely to certain activities. These properties including sex pollen that seemed to only affect you and not him. At a later date, you’d love to run some tests to see why. Maybe it was something in the serum he was given that made him immune to certain things. But all logical thought was being dropkicked out the window right about now, replaced with the need to fuck yourself silly on his dick.
You explain to him the whole sex plant thing as best as you can without going feral. The need to have his hands all over your body was becoming near next to unbearable.
“Why do you know this?”
“God forbid a woman is informed,” You sigh as you fan yourself with the sleeve of his sweater, more of his scent wafting into your face, making you more hungry for him than ever.
“So, how do we fix this?” He asks, desperate to help you out.
“I can just wait it out,” you suggest, knowing full well you couldn’t “wait it out”. Each second that passed was a second not spent bouncing on Bob’s cock which was a second wasted in your opinion. But this was Bob, your Bob, you didn’t want sex pollen induced horniness to reduce your friendship to rubble. You could see it now. Things would never be the same. No more book chat over morning coffee or late night milkshake runs and you’d be damned if you lost them.
“You’re burning up.” He places his hand against your forehead, and you whimper at the contact, shocking you both.
“Tell me, what will fix this?” He repeats.
It’s clear that there’s no avoiding it, so you tell him.
“...sex.”
There’s a heavy silence in the room, only accompanied by the background noise of the plant going on a rampage in your office. It was obvious, sex plant, therefore sex will alleviate the effects of said plant but saying it out loud didn't make it any easier.
“But I won’t ask that of you. I won’t,” You say firmly.
Did you want him? Yes, you wanted him bad. Ever since his floppy-haired, doe-eyed, cute self came in for his first check-up. But you didn’t want it under such dire circumstances, with a sex crazed plant trying to knock the door down. You wanted it to mean something. You wanted to know that he liked you as much as you like him.
You watch as Bob’s expression shifts, his eyes narrowing slightly as if coming to a decision. There’s something in his gaze, something vulnerable but strong at the same time, like he’s finally deciding to take a step forward.
“You’re not asking, I’m offering,” he says firmly. “I don’t want to see you in pain like this.”
You shake your head, the words he says sinking in, but the effects of the sex pollen make it hard to respond.
“I can’t have sex with you like this. It’s not fair on you,” you finally manage, your voice quiet, almost defeated.
Bob’s face softens, his eyes flickering with understanding and something deeper. He steps closer, his tone gentler but unwavering. “It’s worth it if it helps you. You’re hot and shivering. What kind of friend would I be if I let you suffer?”
The sincerity in his words hits you hard. You feel your throat tighten, fighting back the wave of emotion threatening to spill over. You’ve always known Bob cared about you, but hearing that he was willing to do this for you was something else.
“Bob…” Your voice breaks slightly, but you push through it.
He stops himself then, looking away for a moment, his own vulnerability creeping to the surface. "I care about you. I…" He trails off, a deep breath escaping him as if he's preparing himself for what’s to come. “I like you.”
You're struggling to find the words as the one thing you’ve been wanting to hear is finally said.
“You like me?”
Bob looks down, his eyes shifting nervously, afraid that he might be ruining everything.
“I like you too,” You admit. “You have no idea how much.”
Not wanting the moment to pass you by, you cup his face and kiss him like you’ve never kissed anyone before. The kiss is desperate and needy, your hands gliding over his body with such urgency. All that pent-up need and tension came out in this one kiss. You cling onto each other like kissing is the last thing you’ll ever do.
You pull back, looking at him, his cheeks slightly flushed, his breath coming in shallow, uneven bursts.
“Are you sure you want to do this?” You ask, your voice a mix of uncertainty and hope.
Instead of responding, he pulls you back in, his hands gentle but insistent, bringing you closer once more. Then, before you can say anything else, he lays you back down on the floor, his body hovering over yours.
“Does that answer your question?” he whispers, before leaning back in, his lips brushing against yours once more.
You smile into the kiss and wrap your legs around his waist from beneath him.
You shiver as his hands travel up your back, his fingers finding the clasp of your bra. It’s clumsy at first, fumbling with the hooks, the fabric catching between his fingers.
“Oh yeah, this one’s a nightmare to take off,” you comment, remembering the countless times you’d try to undo the clasps before giving up and just pulling it over your head instead. You chuckle lightly at the memory, tension easing for just a second.
“I think I almost got it,” he says, determination in his voice. Finally, after a few more attempts, he gets the clasp undone, tossing it aside with a small sigh of relief.
You feel a warmth spread through you, as look up at him.
“You’re perfect,” he says softly, his lips finding their way to your neck. The way he touches you, the way his hands move, everything feels electric, like every little action is charged with more meaning than you ever expected.
His hands wander down towards your panties next, rubbing at your core through them. He can feel that you’ve already soaked through them, your desperation no laughing matter.
He knows that because you immediately trap his hand between your thighs and start lifting your hips to rub against it.
His eyes widen as he watches you roll your hips, so completely wrecked, and you’d barely even gotten started. This was a whole new side of you that he could get used to.
“You need to let go of my hand for me to touch you,” Bob says, and you reluctantly do, only because you know he’s gonna give you something better.
He pulls off your panties and is met with the most beautiful sight.
“You’re so wet,” he comments spreading open your dripping pussy and flicking at your clit.
He slowly inserts his fingers and smiles at how easily they slip in. “You can take two already,” he says and almost in awe as your walls clench around him. You’re mewling and twitching with every swipe of his fingers, your wetness spilling around them. His fingers are so thick and he stretches you out so good, you wonder how your own fingers ever felt like enough.
“So good,” You whine out, and he feels encouraged to ever stop making you feel like this.
He curls them inside of you, brushing against your sensitive spot over and over again, making you squeal. You start to squirm, but he holds you still, his thigh and spare hand keeping you spread open for him.
He starts reassuring you with soothing circles on your thigh, “Right there?”
You blink away the haze and nod, “Yeah, keep going.”
He repeats his actions, his fingers threatening to bring you to an orgasm so fast that you’re almost embarrassed.
“Need you so bad,” You whisper as you thrust back against his fingers, desperate to have more of him. You’d take his whole fist if he’d give it to you.
“I need more than just your fingers.”
He looks up at you. This was a huge step, but one you were both ready to take.
“Condom?”
“I’m on birth control,” You say, and thankfully, you were. It’s not like you had a condom on you; they were in your purse, which was in the room with the raging tentacle monster.
He pulls off his jeans and boxers and he’s left exposed in front of you. He feels vulnerable, but he knows he can trust you.
“Ready?” You ask him and he replies with a breathy, “Yeah,” before laying a sweet kiss on your forehead.
He lines ourself up with your hole, which is actively trying to suck him in and pushes into you slowly. The relief of feeling him inside of you is so good, the sound of his moans as he bottoms out inside of you is just as good.
He starts thrusting into you deeply, as you grip his shoulders. It felt better than anything you’ve ever done with anyone else. It was partly the sex pollen, but more than anything, it was because it was him. You were finally with him after months upon months of pining. Finally able to feel his skin beneath your fingertips, to hear his moans vibrate against your skin, to lean his forehead against yours as he ruts into you. It was slow but passionate, as you finally confirmed how you both feel about each other.
You feel like you were on another planet, but you wanted to experience every part of this man, so you whisper in his ear, “Wanna ride you.”
You’ve never seen him move so fast, in seconds you’re sitting up right, warming his cock as his lips attacking your neck.
You’re about to start moving when he stops you.
“Just a second.”
You sit there, desperate to feel him moving inside you, but if he says to wait, then you’ll wait. He cups one of your boobs in his hands and his tongue flicking around your areola just enough to tease you.
“Bob…” You whine out, and he smiles up at you, and it’s one of his dopey smiles that makes your heart melt. Then as if you couldn’t feel any more sensitive, he starts sucking on your nipple, his eyes closed in pure focus and concentration. You fully scream, your legs quivering and walls fluttering around his cock. His tongue was working overtime, and you felt like you could come undone with just this.
“You’re gonna kill me,” You cry out as you pull closer by his hair.
“You’re so dramatic,” He laughs before going back to his ministrations, determined to make you lose your mind.
“Just like that,” You cry out as you wrap your arms around his neck. You shake and tremble so much that you just have to start riding him. Your hips seem to have a mind of their own.
Bob rests his head in the crook of your neck as you work his cock up and down btweeen your folds. “You feel so good.” His voice is shaky and needy as he’s unable to do anything but give in to the pleasure you’re giving him. His legs were shaking with how good it felt, and it was an ego boost to say one thing.
“Wait a second,” he says before he holds your hips up and starts thrusting up into you from below, giving you everything he’s got.
“Oh Bob…”
The feeling is so overwhelming that you start to cry, tears flowing down your cheeks, each one showing just how good he was giving it to you. But seeing your tears, he stops immediately, wiping them from your eyes. “Are you okay? Do you want me to stop?”
His eyebrows are furrowed with a concern plastered on his face, worried that he had hurt you.
You shake your head profusely, “Keep going. I’m crying because it feels so good.”
“Yeah?”
With some renewed confidence, he continues thrusting into you, and it’s your turn to rest your head against his neck.
He whispers against your ear, “You feel so good.”
“Wanna turn around for me?”
“O-okay,” You stutter out, your mind half in the clouds as he spins you around and you land back on his dick, reverse cowgirl.
“Holy shit,” he says as he starts pounding into you again. You feel him so deep inside of you, you never want him to leave.
You feel him gripping onto your ass so you imagine the view must be good.
“Harder?”
“Yes, fuck please,” You reply immediately. The way he was thrusting up inside of you had you crying out for mercy, and if he wanted to go harder, you’d let him. He picks up the pace, and the sound of his skin slapping against yours is music to your ears.
“So good, you’re such…” He stops for a moment, and you can hear him hesitate, but you suppose his internal thoughts won out as he finishes his sentence, “Such a good girl.”
And you’d be lying if those words, escaping his lips, in his voice, didn’t make you want to explode.
Then he slows down before pulling out of you, you’re about to whine and complain, but he intercepts that.
“Can you hold onto me?” He asks, and you do it immediately, desperate to feel him on you again. You suddenly feel yourself being lifted into the air, and you wrap your legs around his waist. He effortlessly lifts you over and lays you down on an examination table.
He lines himself up with your hole again and thrusts right into it, not holding back one bit. Your body is shaking and trembling with each thrust, and you’re screaming his name with each one.
“So good, so good,” he repeats like a mantra, like he can’t think of anything else but you.
He lifts your hips, tilting your pelvis and hitting your G-spot dead on, and you almost choke on your spit. You’re not even sure what comes out of your mouth; you just know it’s not of this world. You head lolls to the side as you drool for his cock to be fed deeper into you.
“Right there, right there, right…”, You bluster out before being cut off by your own scream.
You weren’t going to last much longer; in fact, you’re surprised you lasted this long. You just needed one final thing to put you over the edge.
“B-bob. Put…put your hand here,” You say guiding his hand above your stomach and bite your lip as he presses down feeling his cock inside of you.
“I’m gonna—” You sob before you’re cumming harder than you ever have, calling out for Bob all the while. Bob holds onto your bucking hips as he watches you squirt on his cock. The orgasm that hits you is blinding, your toes curl, your fists tighten, and tears fall from your eyes.
You are gone.
You’re only brought back to your senses by Bob saying your name and soft kisses on your face. When he sees you’re responsive, he smiles and starts brushing your hair off your face. But then you realise, he’s stopped moving and you absolutely can’t have that. You can still feel him pulsing inside of you and you needed him to cum.
“Keep going,” you mumble.
“Hm?”
You sit up closer to you, your fingers gripping his back.
“Keep going until you’re done with me.”
You needed this, you needed him. You wanted him to fuck you so hard that your pussy remembered him, you wanted him to fill you up so much that just the smell of him would bring you to your knees and that wasn’t just the sex pollen talking.
“I think I can do this day,” Bob says and that he does. He fucks you against the wall, the window, on the floor, if he had control of his Sentry powers he probably would’ve fucked you in the air too. By the time you’re done, the sex pollen has been well and truly pounded out of your system.
But your troubles aren’t over.
The plant knocks down the door with an ominous thud. Menacingly slithering over to the two of you, now triple in size, each tentacle blogger that the last, and you’re ready to accept your fate. This is how you would go out. Fucked to death by a plant.
The plant starts prodding at you both a tiny bit before pulling back away from you, much to your surprise. Obviously sensing its job was done, it reverts back to its original form in a matter of seconds and sits innocently in its pot.
You guess your troubles are over.
“So…can I be your boyfriend?” He asks and you laugh, “What do you think?”
Bob’s face lights up with a grin, and he kisses your cheek, “I think there’s a mess waiting for us in your office.”
“Well, couples that clean together stay together.”
Snuggling into his embrace, you let out a sigh of contentment. Nothing could ruin this day, not when you’d finally made Bob your man.
But, in the distance, you hear the shuffling of footsteps as the team has arrived back from their mission. You hear a faint, “What the fuck?” seemingly from Walker seeing the havoc the plant made but you’re too content in Bob’s arms to care. You’re exactly where you want to be.

ovulating with Simon

18+ MDNI
a/n: saw a similar post weeks ago as I was letting this sit in my drafts. @amaranthinespirit so much better than mine is so check theirs out ovulating with Simon Riley was an experience to say the least. Your increased sex drive made him scared to be honest. you tried to go at him Every. Single. Night. And it scared the shit outta him.
He loved to fuck you don’t get me wrong but he did not have the capacity to make love like feral animals.
It was midnight and you work up, a little needy. You didn’t really wanna wake him up because he was cute when he was sleeping (you’d never admit it out loud) but you were so turned on you needed him. Or rather, you needed his cock.
you lightly shake him awake which surprisingly does the trick.
“mgh.. what love? Tryin’ t’sleep,”
“si.. I need you” you whine in a needy tone
He rolled over to face you with a slight frown. He loved to fuck you and loved you in general, but you were ovulating and a few rounds just wouldn’t cut it like it usually does.
“well fuck lovie. Can’t ya use your little toy ya got? Tryna sleep”
“but si.. it doesn’t feel as good as you do”
with that he immediately grabbed your hips and placed you on top of him after spinning you around so you couldn’t see his face. He was going to make you ride him doggy style.
“si.. you can’t get good leverage from here”
“mm.. don’t care love. Ya want sex this is all ya get tonight” and with that he sat you on top of his dick. You squealed with pleasure as you felt his cock inside of you.
He did nothing, just griping your hips tightly. “C’mon lovie, ya wanted sex I’m givin’ ya sex”
You mewled and whined. When you were ovulating, you needed him to actually fuck you dumb rather than just put his cock in you and let you do the work.
but you did anyway. You were craving that sweet, sweet release. Or rather your body did. You slowly rocked your hips back and forth to feel his cock twitch inside of you.
And god did it feel good. His balls hitting the right spot of your clit from the position you were in. And because of your sounds, Simon came in you, thick ropes of warm cum spraying into you. you both knew you shouldn’t be having unprotected sex, especially when you were ovulating, but the thoughts were too loud. And Simon wasn’t going to deny you pleasure even if he was a little too tuckered out to give it to you.
“can’t wait to see ya all swollen with my baby yea, lovie?”

45 with lando and oscar?👀
DOUBLE THE PLEASURES LIKE DOUBLE THE FUN!
1K SPECIAL - OP81 + LN4

Threesome
SUMMARY: Your boyfriend, Oscar, seems oddly possessive lately. It’s putting a rift in the team, so you come up with a solution.
WORD COUNT: 1.3K
WARNINGS: Threesome, Smut, double penetration, implied Landoscar, slight hint of hate sex
FEATURING: Oscar Piastri x Reader x Lando Norris
NOTE: MEEEEEEEEEEEOWW. Also I didn’t do a great job with this one but. It’s not awful…
SOMETHING HAD BEEN BOTHERING OSCAR ALL DAY. He was quiet. Too quiet. Sure, the guy usually kept to himself, but around you he was considerably more open. However, right now Oscar seemed somewhat icy. He finished qualifying, landing at pole position. It should have been a major celebration, but Oscar wasn’t having it today.
You walked up behind where he sat, wrapping your arms around his neck and kissing the top of his scalp. He grumbled under his breath. “What’s on your mind?” You asked softly, hands smoothing out the front of his shirt.
“Nothing,” He replied shortly, crossing his arms over his chest.
“Well, that’s clearly not true.” You pulled back from him and walked around the sofa, seating yourself beside him. Oscar’s gaze drifted away and he gave a cold shrug. “Love, please talk to me.”
“Have you ever noticed how touchy Lando is?” He asked, still avoiding your gaze. You tilted your head in confusion. Was this jealousy, or discomfort? You had never seen your boyfriend jealous before. He was always so calm and collected, trusting you fully. But this was different, because it was his own teammate. Someone he knew personally.
“No? I think he’s just friendly.” You shrugged. Oscar sighed.
“No, it’s not that. He’s always so excited around you— Too excited. I don’t know, maybe I’m overreacting but it feels like he’s expecting more from you.”
“Hm. Well, unfortunately for him, I’m not interested in anyone but my boyfriend.” You leaned in, planting a firm kiss on his lips. He smiled against you, seemingly satisfied with that.
You thought that would be the end, then. But it wasn’t.
Of course it wasn’t.
You could notice the bad blood on Oscar’s part over the next few days. Every time Lando said anything, he was met with a rather bitter response from his teammate, or even a sarcastic eye roll. One day you even walked in on them arguing, and that was just your breaking point.
“Enough!” You yelled out, catching both of them off guard. They looked towards you, frozen in place. “I’m sick of you two acting all weird. What is going on?!”
“Well, Lando clearly has a thing for you!”
“Yeah, you know what, Oscar? I do!” Lando yelled back, standing up. Your eyes widened, and your gaze flew to your boyfriend, who was nearly seething. You had never seen him angry before. “I liked her way longer than you did!”
“Are you fucking-”
“Oh my God. Both of you, shut up!” You huffed, throwing your hands up in the air. “Clearly you need to work this out somehow. Like…”
The room fell silent as you slowly smirked, your gaze shifting between the two of them. They stared at you, and then at each other.
YOUR GRAND IDEA WASN’T WHAT YOU EXPECTED. Of course they both agreed: Lando would get one chance at a threesome, one chance to impress you, and then after that he’d just have to move on. Except in your head you weren’t exactly imagining yourself sandwiched between the two of them, Oscar instructing his teammate on how to pleasure you.
You were lifted up, your legs on either side of Lando’s hips. Oscar held you up from behind.
“Idiot,” Your boyfriend seethed. “You can’t just shove it in, you have to go slow…” You leaned back against him, his strong arms supporting you. He pressed a kiss to your scalp, muttering, “You’re doing so good.”
“Sorry,” Lando mumbled. He held your hip, his other hand slowly guiding his cock to your entrance again. He pushed the tip past your folds, which were wet with Oscar’s saliva already. He bit his lip to stifle a groan as he gently slid his way in. You moaned, tossing your head back with a giggle.
“Feel good?” Oscar asked, his hands reassuringly squeezing your breasts. You nodded while forcing your eyes open to look into his. He still seemed somewhat pent up, like he was waiting to get his anger out too.
“Shit, it’s tight,” Lando grunted, sheathing his length all the way inside your hole. You whined, your hands grabbing onto his shoulders to anchor yourself. Oscar still held you up, his hands wandering over your naked body.
“Go slow,” Oscar instructed. He placed his chin atop your head, watching with a calculating gaze as Lando began to thrust in and out. You whined, your body instinctively pressing back against Oscar’s chest. “I got you,” He whispered, pressing kisses along the back of your neck.
“Faster,” You choked out. Lando looked up, his eyes seeking out Oscar’s instead of yours. Your boyfriend nodded, and he picked up the pace. With every thrust, your body grew more and more weak to his touch. He definitely wasn’t as good as your boyfriend, but Oscar knew his way around by now. He knew every little sensitive spot that made you melt. Which is why you tilted your head back, eyes droopy and mouth agape.
“Hm?” He hummed, brushing a strand of hair, damp with sweat, away from your forehead. You pulled him down for an upside down kiss.
“I want you inside me,” You stuttered, barely able to get the words out. Lando continued his movements, oblivious to your side conversation. He just needed that quick pleasure, desperate for release.
“Are you sure you can handle two, love?” He stared at you with adoration. For a moment, you completely forgot about the other ministrations happening below you. You nodded weakly, and Oscar shrugged. “Alright.”
He shuffled out of his pants and boxers, slowly sliding in his cock beside Lando’s. It took a bit of patience, waiting for your hole to stretch out enough to fit his length inside. He held you softly, whispering words of praise in your ear nonstop. Your whole body shuddered, your first orgasm of the night washing over you just as Oscar squeezed his way in.
It felt incredible. For you, for Oscar, for Lando. The room immediately got loud with moans from all three of you. Lando was getting close, but he continued pushing because he wanted to outlast his teammate.
“You feel so good, love,” Oscar whined in your ear. Lando grunted in agreement, pulling your body closer to him. Oscar helped push you forward, your arms wrapped around Lando’s neck. Your chests were pushed together, and your boyfriend’s chest was flush to your back.
“I think I’m gonna-” Lando spluttered, his statement cut off by a deep, guttural groan.
“Come,” Oscar instructed, locking eyes with his teammate. Lando looked to him for approval. “Not inside, stupid.” His teammate fumbled as he pulled out. Your hand stroked him, helping the poor guy release onto your stomach. You giggled, your mind completely cock drunk at this point.
“Osc,” You cried out as he continued to fuck into you from behind. Lando was rubbing his softening cock against your bare thighs, still propping you up from the front.
“I’m close,” He whispered, his pace growing more rough. You came first, and Oscar helped you ride out your high before he spilled deep inside you. He pulled out, his cum dripping from your hole. You collapsed, and he slowly scooped your weak body into his arms, laying you down on the hotel mattress behind him. “You did so good, baby.”
Lando, without even being instructed to, ran off to get a towel to help clean you up. Oscar laid beside you, holding you close to his body as he peppered your face and neck in soft kisses. You hummed in delight.
“He didn’t do too bad.”
“Yeah?” He massaged your sore hips, kneading the muscle with his strong hands.
“Yeah.”
“Well maybe we can invite him again sometime.” Seems like your boyfriend went from jealous to needy in the span of an hour.

Just A Fool | M.R X Reader
a/n: happy mothers day y'all...why not celebrate mother's day with some cuteness...and angst.. pairing: Michael "Robby" Robinavitch x Single Mom!Reader wc: 5.2k (idk I blinked and it was at 5k)
prev | masterlist | send me love letters

Chatter and clicking of plates and cups filled the restaurant.
“So?” Robby began, glancing over to Lacey then to you beside her. “How did you not know she’s mine?” You asked, confused how he had assumed she was your niece. “I wasn’t thinking, does anyone else know?” he asked, glancing over to see Lacey already staring at him.
“I thought everyone knew i was a mom, lovebug stop staring at him.” You said, patting lacey’s hand on the table.
“He looks like the guy from josh’s game!” Lacey realized after staring intently at robby. “If having a kid turns you away then– what did you say?” you turned to lacey who sat next to you smiling at robby.
“He looks like the army guy!” She laughed, before turning to robby, sitting up on her knees. “My mommy likes his face hair.” She told Robby, who chuckled and titled his head. “Army guy?” Robby questioned.
“She thinks you look like a call of duty character.” You explained, chuckling to yourself.
With a shocked expression, Robby stared at Lacey for a bit before turning to you. “She plays call of duty?” he asked, shocked as the little girl began to nod proudly.
You laughed and shook your head. “Her older cousins play but they let her get on the mic to talk shit.” You explained, looking over to see Lacey searching for her restaurant crayon.
Robby nodded at the explanation. “I’ve dated a single mom before, she had a son…his name is jake.” Robby spoke softly as he watched you recognize the name.
“The boy who lost his girlfriend at pittfest?” You questioned, earning a slow nod from robby.
“He told me that he had gone to a therapist and said that it didn’t help but when he went to the hospital, he ran into someone..” Robby hinted, making you nod.
“I know the grief he’s going through, told him I wished Adamson was here so I could give him a proper apology.” you told robby, running your hand over the back of lovebug’s head
There was a beat of silence before Robby asked.
“Was the person you lost her dad?” Robby motioned for lovebug who was too busy following the little maze on her place setting to listen to the adults.
You shook your head. “I wish he was her dad, he would’ve been a great one.” You sighed, looking down at the little girl. Robby saw the look of sadness and backed off the topic.
Feeling eyes on her, Lacey looked up and saw both you and robby staring at her. “What?” She asked, looking a bit upset. “Got a problem?” She asked, raising her crayon to point at robby and you.
Robby chuckled and raised his hands in surrender. “I haven’t said anything.”
Lacey sighed and nodded before flipping her place mat to face Robby, handing him a yellow crayon. She tapped the paper and pointed to her little tic tac toe board where she had placed a big X in the middle.
Glancing over you took in a deep breath and looked at robby with a smile. “Good luck, she’s good at those..” You sighed, picking up your drink.
Robby had begun to play with Lacey, at first letting her win but slowly grew to be competitive as she managed to trap him each time before running her red crayon over a line of hidden X’s. He leaned across the table and looked at Lacey in a mix of shock and awe.
“How do you keep doing that?” He laughed as Lacey shrugged before turning to you.
“How much longer, I'm hungry!” She dragged out her letters, flopping over on your shoulder.
You laughed and rubbed her head. “I’m not sure lovebug, we’re not the only people in here eating.” You explained, motioning towards the other booths and tables.
She sighed and placed her hands under her chin as she sat back down. She looked out the window before sighing once more, a bit more dramatic.
Both you and robby exchanged a look.
“Why does your family all call her that?” Robby asked, earning a laugh from you.
“Before I found out I was pregnant, I claimed I had a really terrible stomach bug, that’s why I was always tired, vomiting, and grumpy. So when I took a test and it was positive my brothers teased me by saying I had a lovebug in my stomach.” You explained.
Robby chuckled and nodded. “She’s more of a bedbug though!” You teased, tickling her sides.
“Stop it mommy!” She laughed, wiggling from you.
You let her go and smiled as she sighed and moved back to her part of the booth, leaning over the table, Lacey looked at robby.
“Dr. robby. what’s your favorite color?” She asked, tapping the table with her pink painted nails. Robby chuckled and pretended to think.
“Blue.” He answered, earning a nod from lovebug.
“I like blue, my favorite is green.” She smiled at the doctor.
“How was rat practice?” he asked, taking a sip of his drink, watching as Lacey perked up.
“Great, me and the older kids said on opening night we should do WWE rats, and– and I'd be the flying rat off the couch!” She explained, her eyes bright as she said her plan. You and Robby laughed.
“And the boys agreed?” You asked, laughing into your cup.
“Yep, Jason said to do it!” She nodded, waiting for you to finish your drink before asking for a sip.
Robby’s heart warmed as he watched you and Lacey across from him.
Lacey happily drank the lemonade, streaks of the drink on the sides of her mouth, she sighed and wiped it away with the back of her hand.
“Here honey.” Robby handed the little girl his napkin, smiling warmly as she nodded and wiped her face and arm. “Thanks dr. robby!” She grinned.
“You just call me robby.” His heart grew as you laughed.
“But you’re a doctor!” Lovebug tried to reason. “Like when mommy isn’t nice, I call her dr. mommy.” She explained before taking gulps of more lemonade.
“What’s your favorite food lacey?” Robby asked, making the little girl stop her gulps, she let out a deep gasp before answering.
“I like cheesy noodles!” She explained, making Robby tilt his head in confusion.
“Fettuccine alfredo.” You clarified, lacey nodding in agreement. She turned to your purse and searched through it. Leaving you and robby to your own conversation.
- - - - - - - -
Leaving the restaurant, you attempted to carry lacey who looked around the street, her sugar rush going crazy.
Robby noticed the look on your face as Lacey chattered and attempted to climb around you and quickly stepped in.
“C’mon monkey.” He took lacey and held her up. You smiled at the two. Lacey settled down a bit as Robby placed her on the ground before giving her a piggyback ride.
“Sure, your old man back won’t give out?” You teased, earning a laugh from robby; the fluttering in your stomach resumed. “I can’t guarantee it.” he joked, following as you walked to your car down the street.
As you passed an ice cream parlor, you took a deep breath and waited.
“Ooh, can we stop!” Lacey squealed, making you chuckle. Robby glanced at you with a grin.
“It is nice to have dessert after dinner.” Robby teased, making you sighed before nodding at the pair, who cheered and walked inside. As the tired employee greets you three, staring at the ice cream flavors you turned to ask what everyone was getting only to see a sight that’d melt your heart.
Robby had moved Lacey to be in his arms, nodding as she pointed out different flavors she had liked the sound of. You felt red as robby’s free hand fell to your lower back and guided you to the counter.
“We’ll take a waffle cone with, what did you say you wanted honey?” Robby asked, looking at Lacey who sat comfortable in his arms.
“Cotton candy!” She squealed, making robby chuckle and nod at the employee before turning to you.
“What do you want?” he asked, not noticing how flustered you were. “Um- can i get a brownie sundae please.” You ordered, your face feeling overwhelmingly warm.
The employee nodded and typed something on the register screen. “And one fudge sundae.” Robby finished, removing his hand from your back to get his wallet out of his back pocket.
“Hold this honey.” Robby told Lacey who nodded and held his leather wallet as he got out a twenty. At the same time you had pulled up your digital wallet on your phone.
You and robby looked at each other, robby looked almost offended as you attempted to pay. “Put that away, I'm treating you girls.” He playfully scolded you, making you nervously chuckle, nodding as you turned your phone off, letting him hand over the bill.
“Could you get the change for me, Lacey's shoe is falling off.” He asked, not waiting for a response, walking over to a booth and sat lacey down before helping the little girl with her Mary Jane shoes.
“Cute family.” The employee smiled at you, handing the change over.
You stuttered to get the words out. “Thanks..” You smiled and quickly walked over to the two.
After you and robby had shared your sundaes with each other, you three continued the way to your car.
As you unlocked the back door and loaded Lacey in, she sighed and whined.
“What’s wrong babybug?” You asked, running a hand on her leg, trying to sooth her. “I don’t want dr. robby to leave!” She sighed, looking at Robby with puppy eyes. “Please come home with me and mommy!” She pleaded.
You sighed at her. “Eat your ice cream before it melts some more!” You pointed to the waffle cone, she followed your finger and quickly jumped up to start eating it.
Both you and robby chuckled, softly shutting the door. You turned to robby and looked around the parking lot to see a few cars.
“Which is yours?” You asked, finally looking at him who smiled at you. “I walked.” He shrugged, watching as your eyes widened. “What?!” You scoffed at him. “And I thought carrying lovebug would’ve taken your back out..” You lightly laughed.
He nodded and motioned for you to get in the car.
“You can’t be serious, I'm not gonna drive off and leave you to walk back to your apartment michael..” You said, noticing the flushed look on robby’s face. “What did you call me?” He asked, a sly grin growing.
You recalled your words and froze at the slip up. “Robby…I meant robby!” You attempted to cover. He nodded and grinned. “Nice cover slick.”
“Are you getting in the passenger or what?” You asked, turning to the driver’s seat.
Robby laughed and nodded, opening the driver's door for you before running to the passenger side.
- - - - - - - -
Somehow lacey had managed to convince you and robby to go back to your own apartment, robby agreed on staying till lovebug had passed out.
Unlocking the door, you sighed and smiled as Lacey ran into the living room and threw herself at the couch. Robby stayed at the doorway and admired the apartment, hanging plants in every corner of the rooms, a small kitchen and living room, two doors on each side of the apartment; easily you could tell which was Lacey's the colored construction paper and stickers stuck on the white door.
You kicked off your shoes and walked to your kitchen, opening the fridge to grab a cold water bottle, you turned to robby and offered one. “No thanks, nice place.” He nodded and looked around.
“Thank you.” You smiled, walking around the kitchen and poured the water into a bottle with cartoon characters before going to the couch and handing Lacey the plastic cup, “drink it for me please!” You smiled as the little girl began to chug it down.
She hopped onto the sofa, and patted the spot next to her for robby to sit, you sat on the opposite side of lacey and picked up the remote.
“Movie or bluey?” You asked lovebug who paused before looking at robby then back at you. “Movie since dr. Robby hasn't seen bluey!” She sighed, motioning for you to pick a movie out.
Robby chuckled as she slouched down, and watched as you scrolled through movies, waiting for someone to pick.
“OH ALADDIN!” Lacey popped up from the couch and pointed at the screen. You hovered over the disney movie and turned to see Robby watching with a smile as Lacey bounced around, waiting.
He glanced at you and nodded.
It had barely gotten half way through when Lacey's sugar high hit, causing her to crash on the carpet in front of the hung tv. “She looks like a bug that’s been squished.” Robby chuckled, leaning over as you got up and prepared yourself to pick her up.
“Oh that’s because she’s tired from her long day, normally she’s fighting off demons.” You joked, you picked up the half full water bottle and placed it on the table to the side of the sofa.
Robby got up from the couch and carefully scooped up lovebug and looked at you.
Too busy staring at robby’s broad shoulders you hadn’t noticed him gently shushing Lacey as she whined in her sleep, gently patting her back. Snapping back, you led robby to her room and watched as robby sat her down gently, you walked over and settled her in.
Robby smiled at Lacey's room; fairy lights were strung up across the room’s ceiling, painted stars on the walls, he looked back and blushed; It had felt oddly right to be domestic with you.
With a forehead kiss, you backed away from Lacey's room, turning on her fairy lights before leaving the room with robby.
Robby quietly shut her room door, noticing as you walked to your kitchen to clean up.
He sighed and walked over to you. “I’ll be taking my leave now.” He smiled as you turned to him, two wine glasses in hand. “So soon?” You grinned, placing the glasses down on the island before turning to an upper cabinet and pulled out a bottle of wine.
Robby chuckled and sighed, looking down. “Alright, you got me.” He shook his head and walked further into the kitchen as you popped open the bottle.
Robby took it gently from your hands and began pouring some into the glasses.
You scoffed at the amount. “Give me that, stop trying to be cheap with it!” You both laughed, taking the bottle from his hands.
He watched as you poured more wine into the glasses.
“Trying to wine and dine me?” He asked, a sly grin on his face as you froze in place.
“...possibly..” You looked at him quickly before taking a long sip of the wine. “I mean, I'm not opposed.” he told you before taking a drink. Feeling flushed, you watched as he drank more. “If you think you can stay quiet then absolutely..” You shrugged, placing down your glass.
There was a beat before both you and robby leaned into each other and let your lips touch, it was exciting, your stomach curled in as he reached to cup your face, bring you deeper into the kiss.
You pulled away first, smiling as he followed your lips. Placing your hands on his chest you motioned to your bedroom. Robby smiled and picked you up, cupping your bottom as he carried you to the bedroom, shutting the door and locking it behind you both.

Waking up to the smell of food was unusual for robby. He looked up from where he laid, all the memories of the night before rushed back, the late night chat with you.
He grinned and got up, putting on his clothes from the day before. Opening the door he saw you in the kitchen, humming to yourself as you made coffee and prepared something. Walking over he stopped at the kitchen island, smiled as you turned and grinned at him.
“Morning robby..” You said a bit shyly. He chuckled and walked over you, wrapping his arm around your waist. “Good morning, sleep well?” He asked, you closed your eyes and leaned your head against him. “Be quiet!” You giggled.
Robby had begun to help you make sandwiches, he raised an eyebrow as he placed another into a zip lock bag. “What are these for?” He asked, slightly confused.
You chuckled as you finished another sandwich. “Every other weekend, I get lacey all dressed up and cutesy and we go have a picnic.” You explained.
“That’s sweet.” Robby smiled.
As you both talked about your date, Lacey's door swung open to show a tired and crazy haired lacey. Her pajamas all messed up, one pant leg was hoisted up by her knee while the other was on the ground, her shirt was now backwards.
She walked out and rubbed her eyes as she yawned, she dragged over a stepping stool and hopped onto a stool nearby to sit down.
Robby quietly chuckled at the sight while you smiled and walked over to your crazy little girl. “You ready for our picnic?” You asked, earning a nod from her.
“Is dr. Robby coming with?” She asked, quietly. You looked over your shoulder and shrugged. You leaned in and shrugged at you. “I think you should ask him.” Your words made her light up.
“Do you want to go with us dr. robby?” Lacey asked, sitting up looking at robby with her puppy dog eyes once more.
He sighed and nodded. “I’d love to!” He grinned. With an answer lacey nodded and motioned for you to help her down.
Lacey ran off to your bathroom to brush her teeth and her hair. Leaving you and robby alone again.
Robby looked down at his clothes before nodding to himself, with a deep breath he walked over to you and leaned in. “I need to go back to my place, I need an outfit for the picnic with you lovely ladies.” He grinned as you got flustered and nodded, robby leaned in and kissed your cheek before leaving your apartment, out walked lacey, toothbrush in her mouth, her comb stuck in her hair as she looked around and shrugged at you.
“Where’s dr. robby?” She mumbled, making you giggle before walking over and guided her back to the bathroom. “He went home to change, just like we need to change you into your dress.”

Robby had sent you a text about a park he knew that had good shade and a playground to take lacey to. You had agreed to meet there, packing up the picnic basket, a big enough blanket and getting lacey into the car; thankfully you had gotten there peacefully and quickly.
You carried the basket while Lacey insisted she carried the blanket, she walked through the grass, smiling as little kids ran past and towards the big playground. You had spotted robby across the park and walked with lacey over to him.
“Hi Michael!” Lacey yelled, making Robby turn and smile widely at you both.
You laughed and looked at lacey. “How do you know his name?” You asked, the little girl shrugged.
“After ice cream you called him michael.” She explained, running over as Robby knelt down to her height.
“Look at how pretty your dress is!” Robby smiled and spun her around, making her skirt fan out.
She laughed and sighed as he stopped and turned to you, his cheeks tinting pink.
You stood before him in a matching dress with lacey, a basket in hand and a warm smile on your face made his heart palpitate. “You look wonderful too!” He told you, taking the basket from your arm as lacey attempted to lay the blanket out.
“Thanks robby!” You smiled, helping lacey before sitting down on the blanket. Turning back to him, you chuckled as robby stood still, watching over you both.
“Come sit.” You patted the spot next you, robby nodded and with a groan sat down, placing the basket to the side.
Lovebug began to buzz on her knees as kids ran past laughing, she turned to you.
Without having to ask you nodded at her and watched as she zoomed to the playground. “She could hardly wait.” Robby laughed, his arm going around your waist. You watched with a smile as Lacey joined a group of kids easily and began to play.
“I didn’t get to tell you but you look very nice as well.” You complimented, turning your head to robby who was looking over his shoulder. “I don’t look as good as you in that dress though.” He winked, making you both chuckle.
TIme had passed, you and robby had ended up cuddled together under the tree, watching as Lacey played with other kids, talking about anything and everything.
You sighed and turned to look at robby, he had opened up about his struggle with adamson’s death then jake and his fallout. Your mouth frowned as you opened your mouth.
“Her dad’s name is nicholas callahan..” you started, earning a look from robby as you opened up. “He was my ballet partner, he and my ex boyfriend were best friends, everyone at the studio was surprised to find out that me and him had begun dating rather than me dating nick.” You looked down at your palms, not meeting robby’s gaze.
“When everything had happened, Nick comforted me...I was a fool, he took advantage of my grief and convinced me to sleep with him; he said it’d take the weight off..” You sighed, feeling Robby's grip tightening on your waist in anger at Lacey's father.
“When I realized I was pregnant and went to tell him…he had left for Scotland, saying he didn’t want to be stuck in one place; I told my mom I wanted to quit ballet and the reason why.” You finally looked up to see Robby's eyes of remorse.
“That dick..” Robby muttered under his breath.
“He’s only seen lovebug a few times, she knows who he is, what he does for work; and how rarely she sees him.” You began to tear up. “My ex’s family knows about the whole thing, they adore lacey.” You chuckle, looking up to see robby looking distracted behind you.
“She really likes you y’know.” You added, noticing the far off look in robby’s eyes but brushed it off.
He absentmindedly agreed, a pain struck your heart at his actions.
You looked over to see lacey on the monkey bars, playing chicken with another little girl. As you turned back to robby, you saw him with his phone out, typing quickly.
“Is something wrong?” You asked, robby sighed and got up from the blanket. “I need to deal with something but you and Lacey have a good picnic.” He gave a peck on your lips before giving a quick smile before running to the other side of the park, leaving you alone on the gingham blanket.
Calling lacey over you had pulled out the sandwiches and ate as lacey talked your ear off about her new friends, part of your mind listened while the other half wondered why robby left urgently.

Going back to the hospital after spending the weekend with robby was lonely, no help with lacey’s questions of medical things she’d hear you both talking about.
As you scanned your badge into the ICU a mix of night shift and day shift all stood together around the nurses station, watching you with wide grins. You ignored them and placed your things down before going to log into a computer.
The night doctor stared at you before sighing and walking over to your desk. “So, how was your weekend?” She asked, smiling down at you.
You chuckled as you scrolled through files from the night before. “It was good, took lovebug to the park, got into a fight at my parents studio oh and made cookies!” You listed before turning to see the pile of workers.
“You forgot your date with dr. robby!” She giggled, making your face drop.
“What? How did you know about that?” You asked, standing up, your face feeling warm. She quickly pulled out her phone and showed you a photo.
It was of you and robby at the coffee shop, both smiling at each other almost looking like a couple, it was clearly taken across the street.
“We met up for coffee…so what?” You asked bashfully, glancing back down at your new lockscreen. She laughed and leaned against the desks. “So what? You got your biggest hater to go on a date with you!” She laughed and began to clap at you.
You quickly stopped her. “Can we stop talking about my love life in front of all the patients, please?” You asked, gesturing to the open room doors.
She sighed and waved you off. “Most are intubated or probably want to hear something other than a depressing diagnosis.” She insisted; making you sigh.
“Fine, it was a date, he may have also stayed the weekend at my place..” You smirked shyly.
A bunch of squeals and gasps came from the ICU workers. “Are you dating?” One of the respiratory nurses asked, grinning widely. You sighed and tilted your head to think. “Umm– I’m not too sure, he hasn’t officially said..” Your words made everyone stop and stare at you.
“And he stayed over?” The night doctor asked once more, making you nod.
Quickly the excitement disbursed. “I knew he was a player..” One of them sighed, shaking their head.
“What do you mean?” you asked, watching as the ICU workers began to pick off some post it notes off the fridge, groaning at each one.
“Do I have to tell her?” The nurse sighed, earning a nod from the others. She sighed and walked over to you and rubbed your arm as she sat you down.
“There’s rumors of dr. robby dating dr. Collins and for a while the rumor was dead but… lately all the other departments have been talking about them,” She sighed, your stomach tightened before releasing.
“Apparently, one of the girls in CT saw them snuggled up together just this past weekend at the park by that one deli shop..” She finished, watching for your reaction.
The park…the park he had suggested for you, Lacey and him go for your picnic, the park where he kissed you at–.
You sighed and shook your head.
“Their exes so what, maybe he needs closure..” You tried to excuse, your stomach began to sink as you thought about it some more. “I need to go get some fresh air..” You quickly got up from your chair and exited the ICU.
As you passed through the pitt, you were stopped by Langdon and McKay who both smiled widely at you. “Wanna place a bet?” Langdon asked, making you look at him confused.
“What kind?” You sighed, looking around for robby, but failed.
“Rumor has it, Robby's got a girlfriend, and I'd place a bet quickly if I were you..” Langdon smiled, you froze and shook your head. “No thanks, left my wallet upstairs anyways.., hey where’s robby?” You asked, turning to mckay who shrugged and glanced around the ED.
“No ones seen him since he got in.” Dana replied, sighing as she placed her hands on her hips.
You nodded and excused yourself to go to the ambulance bay, as you stepped outside by the bush you sighed and closed your eyes.
As the feeling of bile rising slowly washed away laughter caught your attention.
Opening your eyes you froze as you saw robby with Collins by her car; both laughing together. The bile quickly rose up as you saw the look of love in robby’s eyes.
Finally leaning over, preparing as the bile rose to your throat. Looking up for a final time to see robby rubbing over Collins stomach before cupping her face with a longing look.
The EMTs nearby jumped into action as you vomited into the bush.
One held your hair back. “Are you alright?” She asked, you nodded and took a shakily breath before wiping your mouth. “Peachy..” You sighed, watching robby and collins off in their own world.
You stood up before walking back into the ED, rushing to the nearest bathroom. Thankfully being a single stall, you locked the door and bent over the sink.
Once again you had been taken as a fool; thinking a man would love you with no bad intention; was him being sweet to lacey just to get you to sleep with him faster.
Sighing, you glanced in the bathroom’s mirror and fixed the stray hairs as tears began to form. Silently crying as you perfected yourself.
Rolling back your shoulders you sighed and wiped away the tears. You stared at yourself before walking back out. As you exited the bathroom, Langdon laughed and shook you by your shoulders. “I won the bet, I knew him and Collins were together again!” He laughed.
You looked over to where the group of ED workers all cheered for the pair.
Among the workers, robby found your eyes, watching as they went from lovingly to sharp. He went to excuse himself but you had been faster as you slipped to the staff elevators with a blank expression.

The ICU had noticed the subtle shift of your personality; it was only seen on your worst days.
Everyone had quietly spoken about it. You had been snippy with any ED call, denying any bed space and allowing any OR patients the bed first.
While on a cafeteria run, you walked through the ED, ignoring the gaze stuck on your back.
As you passed a curtained room, someone calling your name made you stop. You turned and opened the curtain and begged for your day to be over or to keel over and be bedridden.
“Nick..” You sighed, fixing the end of your jacket, feeling insecure around him; Nick the man your whole family hated, the man your heart still had affection for, Lacey's father.
He sighed at the sight of you.
“You still look pretty as always.” he smiled, admiring as you looked around the room. “What are you here for?” You asked, avoiding his gaze.
“Got trampled by some folks during a fire drill.” He explained, smirking at you. “Are you my doctor?” He smiled charmingly at you.
As you opened your mouth to speak the curtain was pulled back to show robby, collins and santos.
You saw robby and shut your mouth before turning to nick. “I got bumped upstairs, better patients and doctors.” You told him, using santos as a shield from robby walking closer to you.
“These will be your doctors, dr. Collins, dr. santos and…dr. robinavitch.” You motioned to the three, seeing robby’s hurt expression from the corner of your eye.
“You still have my number right, let me see you and lovebug this weekend?” He asked, you turned and noticed robby’s furrowed brows at the patient.
“My apartment’s still the same.” You told Nick before walking to the elevators, leaving Robby to brew in his anger.

LE SSERAFIM Kazuha x M Reader
Tags: Fluff, Smut
10k words

You’ve always loved the carnival. The yellow lights splash across the land like streaks of fire, growing ever more alluring the closer you get. The Ferris wheel is the first to appear—giant, unmistakable. Then the merry-go-round with the painted horses comes into view. Nearby, a huge tent hides the mirror maze underneath.
When you’re right up there, the stalls selling popcorn and potato snacks pop up, filling the evening air with salt and warmth. Maybe you’re a little too old for most of the rides now, but that doesn’t really matter. It’s about how it makes you feel, right?
You thought you’d noticed all the highlights on your way there. But something still feels just out of sight, like the memory is yet to fully take shape.
Then you see. You’d missed something—no, someone important. She might just be the most important attraction here for you.
You don’t remember your childhood best friend being this beautiful.
Your gaze locks onto Kazuha, wearing a sporty white crop top and a baseball cap. Fits the theme. Her jet-black hair dances in the wind, but never blocks her view as she aims a long air rifle at the board of balloons—a fierce look in her eyes.
And when dawn breaks, she’ll disappear, like the carnival itself. Again.
“Still awful at aiming, huh?” Your voice catches her off-guard as she’s reloading for a second try.
She turns sharply—bullets slip from her fingers and roll towards you. You promptly stop them with your feet. “Careful, butterfingers,” you add as you bend to pick them up.
Her eyes stare at you for a moment, flickering with something unreadable, before going back to the natural cockiness you’ve always seen her sport.
She snatches the bullets out of your palm with a scoff. “Not awful. I was compensating for the wind—it changed direction at the last second.”
“Right,” you reply, amused.
“And someone I haven’t seen in years randomly shows up? I think some shock is warranted.”
She takes another shot. This one almost hits the operator a few feet away from the target.
“You know you’re supposed to hit the balloons, right?” You gesture to the board. “Let me have a try before you end up hitting some poor kid around here.”
Kazuha grits her teeth at that comment. As competitive as ever.
“I’m going for the harder balloons at the back. They keep moving.” She puts all her focus on this shot—posture adjusted, wind analyzed and eyes narrowed.
The bullet flies, and this time, hits her target. The balloon pops with a loud crack, startling some kids nearby.
“Yes!” She punches the air. The operator hands over a big teddy bear to her. Kazuha flips you the finger with a smug smile, hugging the bear to her chest.
“You still have a couple bullets left,” someone reminds her. She reaches for the gun—but before her hand can get close, you quickly pick it up. You point it at the same area she was aiming at and fire off two quick shots in succession. Both hit your target, much to her visible displeasure.
Two plushies for you. You turn towards Kazuha and hold them up in mock triumph, taking in the spite written all over her face. It only makes you feel warmer inside.
“Being the gentleman I am.” You offer her both the bears. “I will let the lady have her prizes.”
She rolls her eyes at that and gives the bears to some kid roaming around. He snatches them from her hands and runs away, without so much as a thank you.
A woman nearby, likely his mother, stops and chides the kid. “Go on, thank the nice lady. You can’t be rude like that.”
“Yeah, thank the nice lady who couldn’t win a single thing till I showed up,” you whisper into Kazuha’s ear. She endures the lecture with a tight, polite smile.
”No, no, it’s completely alright. I know how kids can be sometimes.” She grabs your wrist as an excuse and pulls you away with her.
Soon enough, the pair annoying her disappear from view. ”I hate kids,” she mutters, not realizing she can let go of your wrist now.
“That’s funny.” You let her lead. “Because the last time I saw you, you were one.”
Evening slowly dips into night, and more and more lights are being switched on. Kazuha adjusts her cap, tying her hair back with a rubber band. Her perfectly fitting crop top slides up a little as she raises her arms, revealing more of her toned midriff. But the view is fleeting—her hands drop back down, searching for your wrist before she notices she doesn’t need to hold you anymore.
The smell of burnt sugar and frying oil thickens as more stalls open up. Laughter from kids on nearby rides echoes through the air. You’ve walked these places with Kazuha before. But the way her fingers brush her wrist now—you hope, maybe it was yours she was reaching for.
You get the lightest feeling you're seeing her differently this time.
“Gosh it’s been…” She tries to count the years, but gives up. “Forever. Didn't even know if you were alive. Or if you offed yourself for losing to me in too many games.”
“You could’ve known, you know, if you ever bothered to reach out after disappearing.”
She ignores that comment. You want to press again, but the night is just getting started. Maybe you'll get your answers later. Maybe. But for now, you'll let it slide.
“Speaking of games in which you lose to me—” She stops, revealing where she’s been leading you: a big toy hammer leaning against a massive target, and a tower of numbers climbing all the way up to 1000.
You know you’ve been had.
“Remember this?” she asks with a cheeky grin—planned all along.
“Clear as day.” You deadpan.
“Thought I'd give you one last chance to try and beat me.”
The sting of losing to her all those years ago suddenly feels fresh and piercing. There's no way you're still worse than her at this, right? You are a grown man now, and she’s just a girl.
“Loser has to buy the other marshmallows, same rules,” she continues, sweetly. You curse yourself under your breath. You’ve given her way too much money in this stupid game.
“Fine. Who goes first?” You pick up the hammer, feeling its weight.
”Since it’s already in your hand, I’ll let you go ahead, gentleman.” She hands over some change to the operator nearby.
You cannot let her beat you. Not again. Not this time.
You take two practice swings. Grip firm. Stance solid. Hammer lined up dead-center. This can’t go wrong. On the third swing, you go for it, hitting it hard with a satisfying thump which makes the marker shoot up. It races past the initial numbers, and your heart kicks up with it. Maybe this is it. Maybe this time you finally win.
To your dismay, the pace drops rapidly near the top. 800, 850, 900, and the marker comes to rest at 950. One square away from a 1000.
“Not bad.” She almost seems genuine—then the corners of her lips slowly curl up. “But clearly, there’s room for improvement.”
“Oh, cut it out, Zuha. No way you’re making 1000.”
She doesn’t respond right away, picking up the mallet and trying to block out the crowd noise. Her fingers curl around the handle, and that familiar smirk returns. No practice strikes for Kazuha—she’s going all in. But just as she’s about to bring the hammer down, her foot catches on a rock. The swing goes wide, and the hammer almost slips out of her hand.
You burst into laughter, but she’s unfazed. She takes another swing, making sure her feet are clear this time. The sound the button makes is enough to cut through your laughter and let you know she’s smacked it.
The marker shoots up again, and it’s hard to tell if it’s faster than yours. The pace drops like it did for you: 850, 900, 950—and then it ekes out a slow, grinding climb to a perfect 1000.
Not again.
”Streak still alive. Guess you just lost a strength game to a girl, again.” Not trying to be subtle today.
Her arms don’t look remotely like they pack that much power. They’re long, slender, and smooth—not the kind that throws down 1000s like it’s nothing.
What does she even do to be so strong? Although it’s weirdly attractive in a way you don’t quite know how to explain. You don’t know how to explain a lot of things about her tonight—her eyes sparkle with the reflections of the lights surrounding you, and if you stare into the golden streaks in them long enough, it’s almost enough for you to feel something.
Though that could just be the nostalgia talking, you argue.
You have no choice but to add to the already large amount Kazuha has looted from you in this game.
“The lady in the food stall is still the same.” She dips a marshmallow into the chocolate dip and nibbles on it.
“Maybe she loves—” A running kid bumps into Kazuha, pushing her off balance. Her chocolate spills all over your fingers.
“You little shit!” you shout, but he’s long gone already. You steady her with your clean hand. “You okay? Didn’t knock the wind out of you or anything?”
“No, I’m alright.” She brushes herself off. “Was the same kid from before. I suppose this is what I get for trying to give him some teddy bears.”
“Did earn him a lecture.” You hold up your fingers, showing them coated in her dip. “He made my hand a mess too.”
“Well, can’t let my hard-earned snacks go to waste now.” She pops a marshmallow into her mouth and lifts your fingers to her plush lips. She pauses for a second, then slides them into her mouth, sucking the chocolate off like it’s an everyday occurrence.
In her defense, it could have passed for one. A few years back. But right now, it does not feel so everyday to you. Kazuha’s warmth envelops your fingers, savoring the sweetness from you so casually. You hope she doesn’t catch the flush creeping on your face. She’s quick with it—you’re in public after all, but it’s enough to get your pulse racing. Her tongue slips out to lick the remaining off her lower lip.
“Mouth clean?” she asks.
You wish it weren’t (maybe you could have offered to clean it off).
But it is, and you report that truthfully.
You were staring at her face maybe a bit too long—her delicate lips, fierce dark eyes (soft underneath, you know), strands of hair framing her face like she’s a photograph—a moment to be captured, and it’s long enough for Kazuha to notice. She tilts her head, amusement slipping into her eyes.
”All okay? Did I suddenly turn too beautiful for you to take your eyes off me?”
(You have no idea.)
“What—no, no.” You stumble over your words, eyes darting around for an excuse to change the topic. The gigantic rotating structure right behind her catches your eye.
“I was admiring the Ferris wheel behind you. Brilliant architecture, right?” And if your memory serves you right, this might just prove to be the best excuse.
“It’s alright. What’s so brilliant about it?” You can feel her smug exterior crumbling ever so slightly.
“It’s the biggest attraction here and we should definitely go on it once.” (Second biggest.)
“Nuh uh.” She knows your intentions.
“Oh my, the strong and mighty Nakamura Kazuha still pisses her pants at heights.”
“That happened once,” she protests.
“Do you know what happened every time we went on the wheel? You holding—no, crushing my hands and not letting go no matter how much I cried.”
”That won’t happen again, because we aren’t going on it,” she says with an air of finality.
“Can’t believe you’re still afraid of heights.” You shake your head in disappointment.
“I’m not.”
“Then we’re going on it—right now. Even little Zuha wanted to go on the ride. Every single time. Have you really become more of a coward?”
A long sigh leaves her mouth. She’s conflicted, but you can sense the side you’re rooting for is winning the battle.
“Are you gonna hold my hand again when we get to the top?” you ask, waiting in line after getting the tickets.
“Not a chance,” she retorts.
The queue is short, and your turn comes quickly. Kazuha’s denim shorts ride up her thighs as she sits down, and you try not to stare too long. You take your seat next to her in the cramped cabin. The operator pulls the metal bar down with a clang, locking the two of you in place.
The wheel moves a little, then stops for the next passengers to get in.
“The worst part is the loading, really.” She leans forward a bit to look at how far the ground is from her.
After peeking down, she immediately snaps back in place. “Nope, shouldn’t have let you talk me into this.”
“Hey calm down. Let’s maybe try to talk about something else. What have you been up to? My guess is training to be a professional athlete.”
The wheel is set into motion, and Kazuha breathes again.
“Good guess.” She snorts. “But no. Regular adult life, mostly. Nothing as glamorous as that.”
The wheel stops for the next loading, about halfway up now. You are suspended several dozen feet in the air, feet dangling below. The cart rocks unevenly, making it worse, at times tilting almost perpendicular to the ground. Kazuha’s face is red. She looks like she’s about to throw up.
“Hey, think this is a good time to ask—” She turns to you nervously, voice shaking. ”Are you seeing someone?”
“Not currently, no.”
”So I won’t get jumped by some girl for holding your hand, right?” Her hand slips into yours, palm in palm. She grips you hard—the usual, but you were the one who got her on this time, so you’ll bear it.
“Only if I won’t have to deal with any jealous boyfriends or exes either.” Your other palm moves on top of hers, affirming her grip. She relaxes a little at the touch.
“Boyfriends, no; exes, I’ll trust you to defend yourself if it comes to that.” She rests her head on your shoulder. Her hair falls behind you, brushing softly against the back of your neck.
“Tell me something. If you’re so afraid of heights, why did you want to go on it every time we came here?”
The wheel is moving again, and you’re on the way to the top now.
“Look.” She motions towards what you’re already seeing. The small-town houses look like mere dots across the landscape, none of the buildings tall enough to display any of their features. Rolling green fields surround the town, broken only by the occasional winding road.
Below, the carnival stretches out, cheap decorations and all, but charming in its own right. The striking yellow lights tie it all together. A scene worth the ride.
“I love the view. The town looks absolutely stunning from here.”
“So why'd you just up and leave one day? Seems rather unfair to the town.” (To the town.)
“Because.” She shrugs. “How could anyone be content where they are?”
“Dunno. I could be pretty content staying right here.” You turn, looking into the eyes which effortlessly held your attention the entire evening.
The wheel comes to a slowing halt right at the very top.
“Talking about the view or me?” Her eyes look back at you, pupils dilating in the lush ambient glow around. You could stare into them forever.
“I mean the view—” Your throat tightens. Words stuck in your mouth.
"Is that all you were gonna say?"
“You, you look so beautiful.” You barely manage to get it out.
“Kiss me, then.”
What happens next is a blur. Purely instinctual.
She pulls you in, your lips connecting like opposite poles of a magnet, finally allowed to meet. Your hand wraps around her waist, and her fingers thread through your hair. Her lips are soft and warm—perfect.
There’s still a trace of chocolate from earlier, not that her mouth needs any help being sweet. Her nose brushes slightly against yours, and you keep her lips locked in place, almost like you’re afraid she might disappear again.
A soft whimper leaves your mouth, letting her know how much you’ve wanted this. She tilts your head towards her, finding the perfect angle for you to feel her lips full against yours, her body moving closer. The air between you carries her scent—fresh, floral, sharp.
You wish you could freeze this moment: Kazuha’s lips pressed to yours, the kiss full of everything neither of you could say aloud.
She pulls away for a second, her fingers still tangled in your hair, not willing to let you go. She looks into your eyes, searching for a reaction to what she did.
“Didn’t think I’d ever see you like this,” you murmur.
”Feels right.” Her lips part in a soft smile.
You cup her cheeks and pull her back in, her lips crashing onto yours. You aren’t satisfied with one round. You couldn’t be satisfied with a million rounds.
The wheel is back in motion, the cart rocking gently. Neither of you care. In your world, the two of you are still, existing only for each other.
The night is warm; it’s still summer, but there’s a cool breeze flowing through you now. You’re unsure if it’s because of the ride or the released tension. No—it has to be the kiss. Normal breezes don’t feel this freeing.
The rest of the ride passes in a mix of fervent kisses and dodging onlookers whenever the cart dips too low for comfort. Kissing you seems to work better than any antidote for Kazuha’s acrophobia—you don’t hear another complaint from her. All her attention is on you.
Eventually, the ride slows to a stop. You lend her a hand getting off the cart (though she'll deny ever needing help with that). Palm in hers, barrier lifted.
“Next time, maybe I won't have to fight to get you on this thing?”
“Maybe you will.” She steps out of the cart, getting on the trimmed grass with you.
”I’d do a lot worse things to kiss you like that again.”
The lips you just kissed waver into a smile as she sweeps a few strands of hair out of her eyes.
“Didn’t know you had a flirt in you.”
“You weren’t around for my best years.” The thought reminds you. “You never told me why you left.”
She takes your wrist in her hand and starts walking, going who knows where again. Her eyes drift toward the fields far away, like she could find her answer there if she tried hard enough.
“Not my call, really. Mom wanted a fresh start, I think.” She kicks a stone. It skips past a nearby stall. “Said I'll get more opportunities in a big city. More exposure, yada yada. Probably just excuses.”
Her voice trails off for a second, like she’s holding back the rest. Excuses for what? But instead of continuing, she just keeps walking. You decide to give her space for now.
“So, did you? Got into any new stuff?”
“One or two.” Her gaze drops to her feet.
“Like what?”
“Ballet.”
You break into a smile. “Didn't peg you for a pirouette. All that inhuman strength—and you chose ballet?”
“Shut up. I’m good at it.”
“Yeah, I'm gonna need to see a performance to decide, live.”
She scoffs. “In your dreams.”
The walk keeps going. She pulls you past the stretched-out haunted house and the bumper cars. The carnival music fades, speakers switched off one by one as the night gets deeper.
“Do you have a place in mind, or are you just taking me in circles?”
”We are going somewhere. It’s been waiting since we got here, you’ll see.” She rounds the corner and stops in her tracks. Lifting your hand, she points to the huge tent in front of you. “We're here.”
Mirror maze.
“Why does it feel like you've been calling the shots the whole night and I'm just following you?”
“When have I ever taken a bad decision?”
You don’t even bother with a response, and just look away.
“Come on, you’re really gonna pretend we didn’t have fun here?” Kazuha continues, half-challenging. Truth is, there's a spark in her eyes you'd follow anywhere.
You shrug. “Don’t know. Don’t remember much of this.”
”So the onus is on me to make this memorable for you.” She nods like she’s been expecting this.
“What does that even mean?”
Ignored. You turn to the ticket stand—only to find it shut down.
“Zuha, it’s closed. Guess we’re too late.”
A playful smile creeps on her lips. “Just as planned. Follow me.” She heads to the back of the tent, where there’s no one around. Lifting a loose flap, she pulls you in and lets it fall shut behind you.
Shiny is the first word you’d use to describe the place. Disorienting the second. It feels like you’re in one of those high school physics puzzles: Given k mirrors at various angles, calculate how many images you’ll see. The answer to this one is millions. Millions of yourselves and Kazuhas surround you, some even intersecting at odd angles.
You take a step—only to hit yourself on the head. All the Kazuhas around you grin widely as you rub your forehead.
“Watch and learn,” she says and strides forward. Not an obstacle in her path. Eyes locked ahead, no hesitation, almost like the mirrors themselves part to make way for her.
“Caught that grace? Ballet.”
“If you brought me here just to show off again.” You roll your eyes at her. “I'd rather leave.”
She keeps walking, taking right and left turns at specific spots like she's memorized the entire map. You follow. The way she moves—self-assured, hips swaying ever so lightly—is captivating nonetheless.
Your thoughts spill out before you have a chance to catch them. “Though I’d be content just watching you like this.”
That’s not how you talk to your childhood friend.
A soft laugh slips from her. “I thought you wanted to leave a minute ago. Anyway, I didn’t bring you here to show off. I brought you here to show something, if it still exists…” She taps behind the panel of one of the mirrors. “We're in luck.”
“What the heck are you talking about?”
“Shh.” Her finger brushes your lips—light, deliberate. It lingers there a second longer than it needs to. Your heartbeat stumbles. You want to kiss her fingertips, suck them into your mouth like she did yours, but you don't.
“I know you said you can't recall much. But try jogging your memory, do you remember when we used to play hide-and-seek here?”
You take a look around, and in the reflections, the past becomes clearer. Environmental memory and all.
“Somewhat. Didn’t you always vanish for way too long?”
“Precisely. I'm about to reveal to you where I used to hide.” Kazuha motions with a flair suited for revealing a lifelong secret.
She pulls at a mirror. It gives way to a relatively small space—just enough for the two of you to fit, with a little room to spare. Brown walls, a break from the bright and shine everywhere, make it feel like a private spot made only for you both.
You step in first, Kazuha slips in after you. As she moves past, her chest brushes against your hands—slow, almost like she wants you to touch her. You can hear—no, feel her breathing. Steady. Yours isn’t.
A second later, she's in place. The mirror slides shut behind her, darkness swallowing you both.
“Give it a minute, your eyes will adjust,” she murmurs, her hand settling on your shoulder to steady you. “Unless you’d prefer to feel your way around instead.”
You’re facing each other, backs against opposite walls.
“Is this the first time you’re here with someone?”
She nods. Kazuha’s floral scent hits you stronger now that you’re this close to her. You’re almost scared to breathe her in twice.
Your eyes adjust, just enough to make out her face. You can’t help but admire how gorgeous she is, right there in front of you, even if you can barely see her in the dark.
Almost like she knows what you’re thinking, she stands on her toes to reach a panel behind you. She pushes it open, letting a few rays of light in. They illuminate her face a little, her features even more striking in the dim golden light. The light carves across her cheekbones, emphasizing their sharpness.
And yet, it’s the same Kazuha you’ve seen a million times.
“What if someone sees us?”
“Nobody will. It leads nowhere, I know this maze inside out. We have this place to ourselves.”
Her thighs touch yours as she settles back into place. It’s incredible how sure of herself, confident, she can be even when she can’t see anything. Or maybe it’s because you’re here with her.
“Why are we here?” you ask softly.
“I’m not staying here long.”
Her words land like a stone in your chest. It wasn’t exactly a surprise, you had no idea why she was even here, but it was easy to get lost in the memories with her and pretend this was permanent.
It’s not though, and her words remind you—maybe both, that this night is fleeting. You need to make it count.
She brushes the back of your neck. The warmth of her body is comforting, even in the summer, heating you up. The silence hanging tells you exactly what you have to do.
You cup her cheek and pull her in, lips meeting yours. You slip a hand around her waist, impossibly slender against you. Maybe there was truth to her claims on grace after all.
Her fingers are tangled in your hair again, messier this time—like she wants to show you exactly how much she wants this. Wants you. She pauses for a second, her lips grazing your ear, breath hot on you.
“And when I said you can feel your way around,” Kazuha whispers. “I meant my body too.”
You don’t move at first.
Not because you don’t want to—God, you do—but because this version of her, the one offering herself to you in the dark, feels almost too surreal to touch. Like one wrong move and she’ll vanish. Disappear into thin air. Again.
“You okay?”
You nod. “I just... I didn’t think I’d ever see you again.”
Her fingers find your chin. She tilts it toward her. “I’m here now. So touch me.”
Your hands trace the outline of her figure. You've touched her before—games, scrapes, fights—but never like this. Never with intentions like this. You slide down the curve of her back, her skin damp from the heat, before finally resting on her ass.
Your fingers hang there awkwardly—hesitant, unsure what to do. Kazuha notices. She places her free hand on yours, guiding, and presses your hand into the soft curve of her ass. It’s plump, yielding, and fits perfectly in your palm.
“Feels good?” she asks, voice low.
“Mhm,” you breathe.
Satisfied, her lips return to yours. You squeeze her ass cheeks again. A soft moan escapes her, caught by your mouth before it can go anywhere else.
The tip of your tongue grazes her lips, asking for entry. And her lips part willingly. Your tongue slides against Kazuha’s in her mouth—hungry, slick, and deep.
For once in her life, she’s happy to lose to you. Her tongue submits to yours, letting you savor her mouth at your own pace.
Her hand drifts down, fingers tracing the outline of your hardness, already heavy against your pants. She cups it with her palm, groping, gently stroking through the cloth. It only makes you harder. Throbbing. And a grunt slips out at how she's touching you.
She tugs at your pants, asking for more. You grab her wrist and lift it away.
“My turn.”
Her brow lifts slightly, but the corners of her mouth curl in approval. “Someone’s feeling bold tonight.”
You sink to your knees, planting kisses on the abs you've seen all night, but never really admired how fit they are. Tight, slim, built to be shown off, worshipped. And worship them you will, tasting her skin with your tongue, licking across her midriff. Her skin has a hint of salt, sweat glistening under the light, but she still manages to taste sweet.
“Can we at least take my shorts off?” she huffs.
You look up, meeting her eyes. “We've got all night.”
Still, you decide not to torture her further. You unzip her denim shorts and slide it down in one fluid motion. Her black panties greet you, fabric stretched over the shape of her lips, outline clear. You only need one touch to feel how drenched she is, and it’s immediately clear why she needed them off.
Her inner thighs are a creamy, milky white, tempting you to taste more of her. You start with kisses, then drag your tongue slowly over her soft skin. Her flavor is stronger on her thighs, more intense, addicting. You can't get enough.
Her muscles tense beneath your tongue, and Kazuha's fingers weave into your hair. Every flick of your tongue leaves her trembling, you're getting closer, but never close enough. She shifts her body, trying to press down on you, wanting something you won't quite give her.
It’s not like her to beg for anything. You’d probably laugh if someone told you she ever did. But now, for the first time, you hear her beg. Kazuha herself, whispering for release.
“Please.”
Your hands reach behind her and pull her panties down. Her pussy presents itself for you—bare, pink folds slick with a mix of sweat and arousal. Your tongue finishes its ascent, giving her core a long, slow lick. She whimpers, so satisfied. She’s warm, the heat on your tongue telling you just how much she’s been holding back.
Her grip tightens in your hair, urging you closer.
But you tease her instead, giving slow, deliberate licks—agonizingly gentle. You love how each moan slips out in rhythm with your touch, music only you get to hear.
“Someone might hear us,” you murmur, fully aware you’re the reason they might.
“Fuck,” she hisses. “Let them, then. Feels too—fuck, good.”
She gets wetter with every lick, your saliva mixing with her arousal, coating her pussy in a translucent mess. Some of her sweet nectar trickles into your mouth, and you savor every drop. Your hands wander to her ass, groping handfuls of her flesh, driving her further, closer, deeper into ecstasy.
“Clit too, please.”
You wrap your lips around her clit, one swirl of your tongue, and she’s squirming. Kazuha arches her back, trying to push herself further against your tongue, wanting all of you on her.
You pick up the rhythm, quick swipes of your tongue at her clit, and she melts into a moaning mess. Her hands clutch locks of your hair, not daring to let you go.
“Had no idea you were so fucking good at this.”
Her thighs lock on either side of your head, pushing you further and further into her heat. You can barely inhale anything but her pussy now—her sweat, slick, lust for you. You wouldn’t have it any other way. The more frantic her hands grow in your hair, the more you reward her with your mouth.
And it’s no surprise she’s already getting close. She grinds her pussy on your tongue, chasing her release. Her knees go weak, and her fingers dig deeper into your scalp, as if needing you just to stand upright. You press her further against the wall, steadying her.
Her wetness is all over herself, thighs, abs, pussy, coated in her own desire. Her moans take over the entire room—someone’s definitely hearing, and she couldn’t care less.
She’s screaming all sorts of things, your name included, and it’s the first time you’re hearing it in this flavor out of her mouth. You could get used to it.
As she finishes, a gush of juices flows into your mouth, and everywhere else. Your cheeks, lips, and neck are all a mess. Kazuha’s slick is all over you, and you could stay like this forever. (Not literally forever—good thing she always carries tissues)
“Maybe I did miss out on a few things,” she says between heavy breaths.
You look at her with an expression that says, I told you so.
You climb up and kiss her lips, offering her a sample of her own juices. Her tongue slips out to swipe at your mouth, tasting the mix of her slick and your spit, and she laps it up into her own. She lets you go once she’s satisfied.
“Not bad. Been a while since I’ve tasted myself.”
“You're kidding right? You taste incredible.” You wipe some off your mouth.
“Since when do you shower me with praise like this? Maybe I should disappear more often.”
She rests for a good few minutes, catching her breath. Once she's steady, her hand slides down to your pants once again, finding your cock pressing through it. “Can I have my turn now, Mr. Decision Taker?”
“Sure, but I don't see how anything can match up to the performance I just gave.”
“Ooh, shouldn't have gone there,” she purrs, dropping on her knees in front of you. Your pants are tugged down quickly, your hardness even more obvious on your underwear. “You have no idea what you started.”
“Or maybe I know exactly what I'm doing.” You grin, hand slipping through Kazuha's hair.
There’s no hesitation in her grip as she fondles your boner through the cloth, trying to familiarize herself with the shape before she even sees it.
“Brat…” She rolls her eyes as her fingers tighten on you.
“Just the way you like it.”
She slips her hands into your underwear and pulls your cock out. You’ve known those eyes your whole life—seen them light up over dumb jokes and game nights—but now, they’re locked on your cock like it’s the only thing that matters.
“Someone must have been feeling a little… constrained.” She runs her fingertips along your length, barely brushing. Every touch sends sparks dancing across your skin.
She glances up, catching the way you squirm. “Two can play at the teasing game.”
Your cock is throbbing, twitching for anything more than the ghost of her touch. Your thighs tense without permission, breath catching—shallow, uneven. You want to grab her hand, make her finish what she started. But you also want to stay still, because somehow the way she looks up at you, barely touching, is better than anything else could be.
Once she decides she’s done playing, she wraps her palm around you, slow strokes gliding up and down your length. You let go of a soft moan, ”Zuha…”
Her eyes meet yours and she strokes you firmer now, steadier. “I like hearing you say my name like that.”
“Keep going and you’ll be hearing it a lot more.”
She brings in her mouth close to your tip, tongue about to slip out—
—instead, a hot breath rolls over your skin. It hits you like lightning. Your cock pulses harder than before.
“Oops. That wasn’t intentional.” The smile tugging at her lips says otherwise. Her hand rubs gently over your tip, like nursing an injury. She holds your base firmer, leans in near your tip again—breath careful this time—and kisses it. Another, then another, and plants a line of kisses to your base.
Finally, her tongue slips out, and she licks you all the way back to the tip.
Kazuha gives you a few more licks, slow and deliberate, making sure not a single spot is untouched. Your cock is lathered with her spit, giving it a glossy finish.
“You taste good.” Her eyes glint up at you. “Could suck on this all night.”
You’re already getting weak for her. “Not sure I can last that long. But we’ll try.”
One of her hands drifts down to your balls, massaging you gently. Suddenly, she squeezes too hard.
“Ah—careful,” you wince, hips pulling back instinctively.
She lets go instantly. “Fuck, I’m sorry. Was that too hard?”
You nod.
“Should I stop with my hands?” A flush spreads over her cheeks, as if she’s second-guessing herself. Doesn’t happen often.
“Hey, it’s okay.” You stroke her hair, trying to soothe her. “I know you didn’t mean to. You can still do it if you like, just be a little gentle. They’re sensitive.”
“Okay, I'll be careful.” Her hands return to your balls, fondling with a calculated care.
“You look cute when you’re flustered.” You cup her face with one hand. “Don't think I've ever seen you like this.”
Her cheeks only flush a deeper red at that comment. She tries to ignore it and focuses her energy on your cock instead, trying to wipe that smile off your face.
Her hand spreads the slick mess all over your shaft. Your fingers dig deeper into her hair, urging her to take you in—and to your surprise, her lips immediately part open. Guilt always did make her more agreeable. Her hands rest on your thighs, steadying herself, breath hot against you.
Then she takes you into her mouth.
She’s soft. So warm. Incredibly wet. Her mouth wraps tight around you, tongue flat underneath, her spit making you slick as she slides deeper. Her cheeks hollow—sucking hard enough to pull a sharp gasp out of you. You twitch inside her mouth, and that is all the encouragement she needs to keep going.
Her tongue swirls around your cock, slurping loudly as she sucks, like she’s convinced it’s the best thing she’s ever tasted.
She keeps you there for a while, her eyes gripped on yours, watching them roll back deeper with every passing second. Drool slips from her tongue, soaking your cock until it runs down and lands on her own midriff.
“Your mouth feels unreal.” It takes effort to even pronounce words. “Zuha.“ More moans of her name, as promised. You see the glimmer in her eyes every time you say it.
She slides you deeper into her throat, her lips brushing against your waist. Her throat constricts around you—so fucking tight. Kazuha’s making the dirtiest noises you’ve ever heard.
And when she finally can't take it—she pulls back. Her face is a mess. Strands of her spit glide from her lips to your cock. It almost feels wrong to see Kazuha like this, but then why does it feel so fucking good?
She steadies herself with a breath, then plants kisses down your length, getting ready to take you back into her mouth. You brush a few strands of hair out of her face and lock them in your hand, still gripping her hair. Her lips envelop your length again, the sensation drawing a grunt out of you.
Her mouth bobs up and down on you, taking you deeper with every round. Your knees go weak, and you look around for something to hold onto—but nothing.
“Is it okay if I hold your hair tighter?”
She nods, unbothered, and barely reacts when you tighten your grip on her hair like your life depends on it—focused on worshipping your cock. If anything, she takes it as a sign to go harder. Her mouth moves faster on you, suction tighter than ever.
The wet, slick sounds of her lips on your shaft are somehow louder than your moans.
Her lips release you with a pop, and her hand takes over—lips kissing your tip as her grip tightens, almost possessive of you. She strokes you, steady and firm, and for once, your moans rise louder than the obscene sounds she makes. The sensation makes your back arch, every movement pushing you closer to release.
“It’s okay, you can cum on me.” Her hand keeps working you, milking you for all you’re worth, her face right below your tip.
And then you let go. Thick ropes shoot out of you, landing across Kazuha’s face—forehead, cheeks, chin, and some in her mouth as well.
A few drops drip down to her chest and midriff. She’s a total fucking mess for you—and somehow still manages to look like the prettiest woman you’ve ever seen.
“So, not matching up to your performance is out of the question.” She swipes a streak from her cheeks and licks it off her fingers.
You struggle to form a response. It takes a while before you can say, “Ouch. And here I thought you were doing all this because you were into me.”
“Of course I am, you dork.” She gestures to the sticky trails from her hair down to her body, like that alone should be proof. “And I pull off this look too, by the way.”
“Sure you do. Thank God you always carry tissues though.”
“Yeah, God,” she mutters, already digging through her bag—only to come up empty-handed. “Not this time.”
”What the fuck? We are not going out like this.”
”Yeah, I gathered.” She lets out a quiet breath while she takes one last look in her bag. “I can’t walk out covered in cum and spit. You’re gonna have to go grab napkins for me.”
”Your juices are all over me as well, ma’am.”
“All this is definitely worse. So you are going.” Her tone leaves no room for argument.
You stand there, staring at her, she is right. There’s no way she's stepping outside like that. Which means it's on you to dodge a dozen eyes and sneak your way to a food stall for napkins.
She looks at you, eyes glinting, lips pursed like she’s trying to suppress a smile.
”Not funny, Zuha.”
She shrugs. “A little funny.”
The packet finally comes out from her bag, and right when you’re about to grab it—it slips from her hands.
“Jesus. At this rate I might have to actually go out like this.”
She picks it up and offers one to you. “If I were you, I’d be thankful someone actually brought tissues.”
You grab it and start wiping yourself off. “We should take this someplace a little more… intimate. No point taking risks like this again.”
“That, I agree. But where?” She's dabbing at her face too. These are the wet deep-cleanse ones. Should do the trick.
”Same as usual, my place? Nobody’s home—whole reason I came here.”
“Works.”
—
“So what did you use to do there before you, you know, had a guy to play around with?” You plop on the couch beside her, packet of cookies in hand. The air conditioner drones in the background, a welcome break from the heat outside.
“Play with myself,” she says casually, grabbing a cookie.
You turn to her, brows lifted. “Excuse me?”
“Not like that, dumbass,” she shoots back. “I meant doodle, sing songs, dance.”
You flip through TV channels, stopping on some old sitcom. “Prefer my company to that?”
“It’s close, but I’d say so.”
“Ever think about what life would’ve been like if you’d stuck around?”
“Sometimes.” She pulls at the strap of her top, then lets it snap back.
“Maybe we wouldn't have had to wait so many years for something between us.”
“Or maybe things would have never gone this way.” She leans back on the couch. “We were around each other all the time back then. And still—nothing.” Her eyes drill into the ceiling.
The TV screen flickers, static crackling from the speakers.
“Does that sometimes. Let me go check the connection.” You head behind the TV stand, feeling for the loose wire. You crouch down, out of her line of sight.
“Did you miss me?” Her voice is quiet, distant, like she’s not sure she wants the answer.
You don’t reply right away, spending a few seconds fiddling with wires that aren’t even loose.
“Sometimes. Like when I got sick, I half expected you to show up with juice and stupid movies again.”
Silence stretches between you.
“I’m sorry. I fucked up.”
You get up and walk back to the couch. “I never understood why you ghosted. Just had to make peace with it—no other option.”
“You really wanna get into all that?”
“Of course I do, Zuha. We were best friends for a decade. Whatever this is now, barely a night. I still care about you. That’s the issue, really.”
“Don’t say I didn’t warn you.” She lets out a long sigh.
“Life got… weird when I moved. My new school was awful. I tried. But people either acted off or pretended I didn't exist, so I just stopped”
She shifts in her seat, adjusting her posture.
“And home wasn’t much better. Dad rarely visited, guess that was always the plan. Everything sucked. I wanted to text you—God, so many times. I’d open our chat and just sit there like an idiot.” Her fingers tug at a thread on the couch, eyes somewhere else.
“I couldn't. I was scared. Scared you'd moved on. Scared I'd look pathetic like that.
I wish I did though. Tonight… felt easy. Felt right.”
She meets your eyes now. “And more importantly, it was fucking unfair to you. I'm so sorry.”
Her words hang in the air, heavy.
“Hey… that sounds rough. Must have been hard to reach out with all of that going on. I had a sense things weren't great with your parents but not the full extent.” You pull her head to your chest. “I’m glad you told me though. Are things better now?”
She nods. “Yeah, I’m alright now. I still think about you from time to time, but it felt like the door had closed by then.”
She stretches her legs, resting her head higher up your chest. “Shit, we've been talking all about myself. What about you? How’s life been?” Her eyes glance up at yours.
“Nothing that dramatic.” You chuckle. “Stayed at the same school. Then college. Got an internship starting soon, offer came through just a few days back.”
“Wow. Someone’s been busy winning.” Her voice softens. “I’m proud of you. If we’d still been in touch… I probably would’ve been the first person you told.”
“Nah, you never were.”
“Shut up, I so was.” Her palm covers your mouth. “You came running to me to celebrate after placing second in a sack race.”
“Hey, it was a highly competitive—” You fight to lift her hand off. “—race. Millions would’ve killed to get on the stage and collect that medal.”
”Sure.” She laughs—the sound so sweet to you. Infectious. You can’t help but join in.
Both of you sit there for a second, smiling, catching your breath. It's easy like this. Familiar.
You nod toward your bedroom. “I suppose we should be making up for the missed movie nights.”
“You wanna watch something or just sleep with me?” She grabs your wrist, tugging you along.
“Wow, that reminds me. One of those sleepovers, you fell asleep first, as usual, on me and I had the most confused boner ever.” You pause. “Maybe I shouldn't have said that out loud.”
“Were always into me, huh?” She looks back over her shoulder at you.
Your memories tug at you, almost like they're trying to say something. “I'm not sure. Which is what made it weird.” Her step slows a little.
“What’d you do?”
”What could I do? I waited till it went away, then went to sleep.” You reach the bedroom and shut the door behind you. “Can't believe our parents never suspected anything, with how close we were. Not that we ever crossed the line back then, but still.”
Kazuha gets on the bed with you, pulling the blanket over you both. “My mom did. She had the same two lines every time I left the house—‘Tell your boyfriend I said hi,’ or, ‘Have fun on the date.’”
“Boyfriend, huh?” Your lips twitch into a smile. “How come I never heard about this?”
“Because I told her if she ever called you that in front of you, it'd be the last day she saw me.”
“Sounds about right. Didn’t she question your tragic outfit choices for a ‘date’ though?” You pull up Netflix, and hand her the remote. “Your pick for the night.”
She scrolls through the options. “You want me in some short little dress or what?” Her nose scrunches just at the idea.
“Obviously. Don’t you do ballet anyway?”
“Performing’s different. I’d probably cancel the date if I had to wear one outside.” She eyes your watch history. “What kind of trash do you watch?”
You sit up, facing her. “Let’s up the stakes of our next hammer game—marshmallows are boring. If I win, you’ll wear a dress on our date.”
“And if I win, the dress goes on you?”
You stare at her, deadpan.
“Kidding.” Her hand reaches for yours, intertwining fingers. “And you're never winning against me. So if you really wanna see me in a red dress, choose a different bet.“
“Why red specifically? Maybe I’d rather see you in green.”
”Wasn’t red your favorite color?” She finally settles on a cheesy romcom.
“Didn’t know favorite colors are still a thing after you grow up.” The movie begins—opens on a girl monologuing that she’ll never settle down. “Wow. You called my taste bad, and now we’re watching someone explain why love isn’t for them for the hundredth time?”
“Best I could salvage from your recommendations list. And hey, fits the mood at least.” She slides her fingers up your arm, and they settle on your shoulder.
“And what kind of mood would that be?”
Her grip tightens on your shoulder as she leans in. “It’ll take her the whole movie to realize that love is, in fact, for her.” Her hair hangs dangerously close to your face, brushing your cheek. “We can skip to the ending.”
You breathe her in. “Why does your hair smell so good? What's that scent?”
“Same shampoo I've always used.”
“No way. Didn't smell like this before.”
She laughs. “Maybe you had rocks for a nose back then.” She moves even closer, and you can feel her breath, hot against you. “You smell it better now?”
“Mhm,” you murmur, moving in to kiss her neck. Kazuha wraps her arm around your waist. A low moan slips from her lips as you leave a trail of soft pecks down her neck. She tilts her head back, letting you find the curve of her neck better. You keep kissing her—until a crop top interrupts your descent.
“Want it off?”
You nod and help her lift it off. You continue your path, lips brushing on her collarbone. Your hand finds her chest, cupping her breast through her bra. Her breath hitches. Her soft sounds grow louder at how you’re touching her.
She lets her hands wander down your body, feeling your hardness poking through your pants. “Already hungry for more?” Her fingers grazing you like that don't help at all.
“Hungry for you, Zuha.” It feels so good to tell her that. Your lips find her cleavage, kissing at the tiny bits peeking out from her bra. The chatter of the movie—the female lead’s friends urging her to text someone—fades into the background, replaced by the sounds Kazuha makes just for you.
Your hands reach behind and unhook her bra, freeing her tits. Her breasts are soft and creamy, perfectly shaped for your hands and mouth. You taste them—tongue gliding over her sensitive skin.
Her nipples are already taut, and you take one into your mouth, savoring the texture of her arousal. Her hand tangles in your hair. She’s not willing to risk letting you go.
You feel her other breast with your hand, taking her in your palm and gently squeezing—more moans for you. She leans back, pushing more of her flesh into your mouth, urging you to have more of her.
You take your time with her. Quick swipes of your tongue, gentle sucks on her nipples, your hands massaging her tits, and with every motion, soft sighs slip from Kazuha’s mouth.
“Figured you’d be thorough with this too” She lets out a breathy laugh. You can feel her body getting hotter—and one slip of your hand beneath her shorts confirms what you were thinking—she’s soaked. You gently push her onto her back, climbing over her.
“These aren’t needed.” One swift motion—and her shorts are off and on the bed. Her juices are already soaking through her panties, leaving damp spots on the sheets. You kiss your way downwards, moving to her abs—before she stops you, clutching your shirt.
“Can we please take this off too?” she asks.
“You’re so adorable being polite during sex, you know?”
She smacks your shoulder—
—”Ow, that hurt.”
“Yeah, kind of the point. Now shut up and get naked with me.”
“What's wrong with me finding you cute like that?” You shrug and let her help you take your shirt off.
She shifts her gaze. “I don't know. That's not… our thing.”
“Going down on each other wasn't our thing till tonight. Didn’t stop us.”
“Good point. But that doesn't mean everything will change overnight.” She drags a line down from your chest—coming to a stop at your waist. “Do your pants need a separate invitation?”
You take off your pants and underwear, and she’s wrapping her hand around you again. She grips you tight, stroking your length.
“I want you in me.” Her hand glides naturally on your cock this time, like she knows exactly how to please you best.
“Come here.” You help her get her panties off, her hand not letting go of you—almost like you’d disappear if she did. You stare at her beautiful bare folds, coated in her translucent arousal, aching for you.
Kazuha’s hair is spread across the pillow, framing her face, almost angelic. She breathes short, needy gasps; even having your cock close to her core is too much for her. You line up your tip against her lips, her heat brushing against you. Every graze sends sparks flying through both of you.
Her hands come up to your face and tilt it toward her. “Look at me, please,” she whispers.
You meet her gaze as you slide inside her. Your cock is immediately wrapped in her warmth, drowning in her wetness. “Fuck,” she hisses. Her walls clench down on you, gripping you tight, almost making you lose control.
“Zuha, you feel amazing.”
Her lips twitch into a smile. You can tell she needed that. You want to throw in another unnecessary quip but you decide against it—enough smacks for the night. Her walls stretch around you as you go deeper, adjusting for your thickness. Your hips meet finally, your cock fully enveloped by Kazuha’s warmth.
“Go ahead,” she sighs, arching her back slightly to give you a better angle. Her juices spill all over your cock. “Give it to me.”
You start slow, drawing your hips back leisurely. Her eyes flicker—caught between wanting to shut them and savor the feeling, and keeping eye contact with you.
“Ah!” She parts her lips when you thrust back into her wetness. Your fingers roam her body—the curves of her chest, the tightness of her abs, the softness of her thighs. A satisfied smile tugs at the corner of her mouth.
Your hand comes to rest on her hip, gripping her to steady yourself. You find your rhythm, your cock disappearing into her with every slow, deliberate thrust.
Your fingers press deep into her as you build momentum, little by little. You take a quick look at her reaction to make sure it doesn’t hurt her—all clear. If anything, the lip bite says she likes how possessive you’re being with her.
Each time you push into her, she lets out a louder moan—soft, breathless gasps spilling into the space between you. Her cheeks flush, teeth sinking into her bottom lip as she gives herself over completely. God, you could watch her face look like this forever.
It’s mesmerizing, really, how easily you can push her into the depths of ecstasy.
One of her hands grips your waist, grounding herself against you as she basks in the feeling of you fucking her.
“Fuck, just like that,” she squeals. “Just like that, sweetheart.” Sweetheart. The last word comes out somewhat awkwardly, but with how much of a moaning mess she is, it’s hard to tell. “Feels so good. Please, don’t stop,” she gasps, her perfect tits bouncing with every thrust.
“Not—” You grunt, hips rocking into her. “—planning to. You feel so—fuck—fucking good, Zuha.”
She fights to keep control of herself—loses. Her back arches, then sinks deeper into the bed, eyes closed shut as she melts into you. Her legs hook behind your back, thighs tightening around your waist, locking you in. Kazuha surrounds your entirety.
“I’m gonna cum.” Her mouth cups into an ‘o’, her body trembling as the pleasure crashes through her. You already know: It’s an image that’s not leaving your mind so easily.
One of the (several) things you’re getting to know about Kazuha tonight is that when she cums, she leaks like a waterfall.
Her juices gush all over your cock, somehow drenching it even more than before. Her body first tenses around you, then she quivers in pleasure, trembling. Her eyes flutter open to meet yours.
“Are you close too?” she asks. You nod in response. If you weren’t already—the sight you just saw was enough to nearly push you over.
“Keep going, feels so good.” She drapes an arm around your neck—the motion almost too much for her spent body. “Kiss me, please.” You lean in close to her, Kazuha exhales softly when your lips touch.
The kiss is lazy, lingering, a complete contrast to the rhythm of your thrusts down below. You pull back just enough to ask, “Zuha, where should I—uh, cum?”
Her brow furrows briefly. “Wherever you want… but I wanna feel all of you in me.”
“That’s what I want too.” You drive into her with a few final pumps—climax fast approaching.
“Cum in me, sweetheart,” she whispers against your ear. Your lips go back where they belong—pressed firmly to hers. Thick streams pour into her. Her soft, drenched pussy pulls you in, clenching tight around you.
“Give it all to me,” she breathes. “Every single drop.” You keep pulsing inside her, each spasm dragging more of you out. She takes it so well, her body milking you dry like her words promised.
You slowly pull out of her, your cock slipping from her soaked core. Your release drips out of her, trailing down her thighs. You collapse beside her, every muscle sore. Kazuha clutches the sheets, still breathing hard next to you.
"That was nice," she sighs.
"Nice sounds like a participation award."
"Fine, it was fucking amazing."
“I hope you mean that." You drape an arm around her shoulder. "Wanna go sit on the fields later? Big cities just don’t have skies like these.”
“Yeah. Been so long since I’ve properly seen stars.” Her head rests on yours.
“Can’t say the same, seeing one right next to me.”
“Gosh, enough flirting for the night, Romeo.” The way her cheeks turn red disagrees with her words. “Starting to miss the days when you’d just call me names all day.”
“Who says I can’t do both, loser.”
“There we go. Much better.”
“Besides, you were the one who called me sweetheart earlier.”
“Never happened. Oh, and we don’t have to leave right away, right?”
“No.”
“Good. I wanna rest here for a while.” She snuggles up to you and shuts her eyes.
—
You lie down on the damp grass, the air cool this late at night. The blades are soft but cling to your skin, carrying a faint earthy scent.
Kazuha settles beside you. The sky above is wide and clear, scattered with stars. In the distance, the Ferris wheel still glows in yellow.
Balloons are being popped, stalls shuttered. Leftover food dumped into buckets. The painted horses are lifted from the merry-go-round, loaded piece by piece into trucks. Teddy bears crammed into plastic covers. The tents are gone—replaced by bare ground with nothing to offer.
“Sweet spot to light one.” She flicks a stray blade of grass at you.
“You smoke?”
Her shoulders rise in a shrug. “You heard my whole story. What do you think?”
“Thought that was just a TV trope. Guess not.”
The wheel lights glow brighter with every minute, while the rest of the carnival dims.
“Would be cool if the carnival lasted all year.” She exhales, like she knows it's wishful thinking.
“Don't know if it'd feel the same. But still, does feel weird watching it get packed up like this—like seeing a school after hours. Or an empty mall.” You wrap a strand of her hair around your finger.
“Liminal space,” she says.
“Hm?”
“Places of transition—or something like that. Exactly what you said. Felt the same to me when I saw it from the train window. The first time I was leaving town.”
The quiet stretches between you. A faint pop echoes, cutting through the silence—maybe another balloon meeting its end. The carnival getting taken apart suddenly feels like the only thing worth seeing.
“So…” You clear your throat. “You’re leaving tomorrow?”
She tilts her head up, like she’s just noticed the stars. “I lied about something.”
“Wait—you're staying?”
“No. I’ve got a ticket.”
Something in your chest crumples, slow and painful. “What is it?”
“About why I always wanted to go on the ride with you, even when I was scared of it as a kid. The view was nice and all, but I never got the appeal.”
“Then why?”
“You liked it. I wanted to confess to you at the top.” She draws her knees up, curling into the thought. “Cheesy, I know. But I saw how your eyes lit up at the view. I wanted some part in that.”
She pauses, then adds, “And felt nice to have an excuse to hold your hand.”
It takes a few seconds to respond with a question that only sounds smaller out loud. “Why didn’t you—you never told me.”
“Chickened out every time. It hurt, not being able to tell you. Whenever you smiled at me there, it felt like I was drowning. And when I was leaving the last day…” She takes a long breath.
There’s a heavy thud of something getting thrown in a truck.
“But I could never risk what we had—could never risk hearing that you didn’t love me back.”
“You don’t need to worry about that.” You say it with such conviction that it silences whatever doubts were still in her eyes.
“The second I saw you here today, knew I had to take my chance. Wasn’t getting yet another one.”
“Guess you took it.”
She shifts slightly, turning towards you. The grass rustles beneath her. “What I’m trying to say is, yes, I have a train to catch. But no, I’m not disappearing again. Not without you.”
Her words echo in your ears. They settle somewhere deep in your chest, humming.
All those nights you spent wondering why she stopped replying. Why she left without a word. Wondering if you were the reason she never looked back.
“So, what—I just drop everything and follow you?” The words come out uneven, rougher than you expected.
“No, but that doesn’t mean this has to end here either.” Her voice wavers, choking in her throat. “That doesn't mean I can't still have you in my life, right?”
Something in her tone sounds different this time. Like she’s scared to lose you too.
“True.” A soft gust of wind ruffles her hair across your cheek. “Suppose our date with you in a red dress will have to wait.” (But not forever, right?)
For the first time in all the years you’ve known her, you see her eyes pool. They shine—stars caught beneath the tears. One drop falls onto your shirt, sinks through the fabric, straight into your skin. Burning.
Her hand finds yours and squeezes, probably harder than she means to—as always. She whispers, “I’ll wait for it.”
The Ferris wheel flickers once, then goes dark.

"𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭?"
Summary: In which he says No to you buying something, but it backfires badly (request!)
Including: Gojo, Geto, Nanami, Toji, Sukuna
Content: crack, hurt/comfort, gn!reader
w.c. 500ish each || Masterlist || MDNI.
“Could we get that?”
He followed your gaze, eyes skimming the display before flicking back to you. And then he did something you should've expected.
He shrugged. “Nah.”
Your heart stuttered. “Oh,” you said, blinking once. “Okay. Sorry.” You dropped his hand before continuing to walk forward, not once looking back at display or him, for that matter, as both guilt and shame built up in your chest.
❥ SATORU GOJO
The moment he realized you were actually upset over it, he felt his heart drop out of his ass. He stood there, dumbfounded as he stared at your retreating figure that slumped slightly forward. The sight reminded him of something that he swore would never let happen again- No, he won’t get left behind again.
He raced over to your side. “No, wait- baby, wait, heyheyheyyyy-” His voice pitched up, breathless and rushed. “It was a joke! A prank! I was kidding! Of course we can get it, are you kidding me? You want the whole shelf? I’ll buy the whole store if you want it!”
His heart went wild. His hands fumbled for yours again, touch feather-light like he was afraid you’d pull away for good. He cranked the dramatics to eleven. If he had to dig himself out of this hole with the fluffiest, most excessive display of affection in human history, then so be it.
He spun you towards him, before literally dropping to his knees. In the middle of the mall, in broad daylight, by the way.
“I have made a terrible mistake,” he cried, throwing his arms around your waist and pressing his face into your stomach and sobbing like a man who had just lost everything. “I’M SORRYYYY- PLEASE forgive me. I was blinded by hubris. My arrogance has cost me the love of my life.”
He cried dramatically, much to your horror. You smacked him, panic and embarrassment replacing the insecurity in your chest.
It didn’t stop him though, he continued whining and apologizing- Promising to buy you the entire mall and then some more, which terrified you, because he could. At some point, you just tried walking off in an attempt to get him off of you. It failed, and backfired. Because as you attempted to walk away, he was just dragged across the floor with his arms still wrapped tight around you. He never stopped apologizing, promising grander and grander things every other second.
In the end, you ended up consoling him. You had to reassure him that you were okay now, and that you’d continue to ask him for things again and again. All the while he laid his head on your lap after you two got a very expensive spa date.
“Promise?” He sniffed.
“Yes, Satoru. I promise to ask you for things even if I barely want or need them,” You recited, memorizing the words after repeating them a hundred times over already. “-And I won’t feel bad for spending money with your black card.” The thought of doing that sent a pang of guilt through you, but it didn’t compare to the exasperation you felt after saying it over and over again. Maybe getting spoiled once in a while all the time wasn’t so bad.
❥ SUGURU GETO
He hadn’t expected it to hit you like that- he really hadn’t. It was a joke, a stupid little prank the girls had convinced him to do. They were giggling and nodding along and he couldn’t say no to his girls, now could he? Like a fool.
And his stomach twisted as he watched your expression drop. Suguru wanted to say something, his mouth opening but the words were caught in his throat as he watched you walk away.
“Daaad,” Nanako complained, tugging at his sleeve.
“You made them sad,” Mimiko whispered, her lip jutting out as she stared after you. “That wasn’t funny.”
Suguru blinked, looking down at both of them. Weren’t they the ones who suggested this? “And you didn’t even say it right,” Nanako added dramatically, arms crossed. “You were too serious.”
“Yeah,” Mimiko nodded. “Now you have to fix it.”
Both girls had already rushed ahead to walk beside you, gripping the edge of your coat and pouting up at you like you were the sun and they were clouds desperate to stay close. Little traitors. Now they were talking about how Mean Suguru was and how he’d make up for it.
What further broke his heart was how you reassured the girls, saying that it was fine and you shouldn’t ask for such expensive things so randomly like that. That made the girls pout, glaring back at him as if he put that idea in your head. Okay, maybe he deserved that though. Suguru hated that way of thinking of yours. Hated that for a split second, you thought you had to apologize for wanting something so small.
Luckily, the girls had shown their mercy towards him and started dragging you towards the display you were pointing at, saying that they wanted it too- And that you should match with them.
Suguru had made sure to pay for it immediately, taking your hand in his as he apologized. “You shouldn’t have had to apologize,” he said simply. “I’m sorry, it was a stupid prank.” He glanced towards the girls, who looked away to definitely look at other displays.
His eyes were on yours again, offering a soft but guilty smile. “You never have to earn anything from me. Not affection, not gifts, not a yes. You ask, and if it makes you smile, it’s already mine to give.”
By the end of the day, you were tired. You had walked around the mall for nearly 3 hours straight as the girls dragged you from one shop to the next, each time coming out with more bags than ever.
None of them were held by you, Suguru had made sure of that. He was carrying a comical amount of bags and whenever you’d try to say something about it- About anything about this being too much, something you didn’t deserve, he’d gently shut it down and he nudged you towards the girls who were already looking at some cute plushies you’d like.
❥ KENTO NANAMI
Nanami realized the mistake the moment your fingers slipped from his.
He hadn’t expected you to let go so easily. Or for your voice to drop so small. He thought you’d laugh- roll your eyes and nudge him, maybe pout a little and say, “C’mon, don’t be stingy.” That’s what he’d expected. What he hadn’t expected was the way your expression shuttered, the way your shoulders stiffened like you were preparing for disappointment.
It had been a joke. A dry one, maybe poorly delivered, but harmless in intent. Just a shrug, a simple “nah” meant to be followed by a small chuckle.
God.
He hated himself a little, right then.
He caught up to you silently, his long strides swallowing the distance in seconds. He called your name softly, gently grabbing your wrist. When you turned to look at him, your face was schooled into something polite and a little too distant. The edges of your mouth tried to rise into a smile, but it didn’t quite reach your eyes.
“I was joking, darling,” he said softly, finally. “I didn’t mean it.”
Still, you didn’t fully relax. You just gave a small shrug, like it didn’t matter. “It’s fine, I didn’t need it anyway.”
He exhaled, frowning deeply now, before tugging you into the direction the two of you came from. Your eyes widened in panic, immediately repeating that it was fine, that he didn’t need to, that you seriously didn’t need it. It didn’t stop him though, he continued on with you in tow and bought it. When he handed it to you, his gaze softened.
“You never have to apologize for asking for something, especially not with me. I want to give you things. I want you to feel safe asking.”
Before you could open your mouth to go against him, he continued. “You deserve to be spoiled,” He let the item rest in your hands. “I’ll do better next time.”
“It’s yours,” he said, offering it to you without fanfare, but with the quiet weight of sincerity. “And I want you to enjoy it. No guilt. No apologies.”
You sighed, relaxing and holding what you wanted in your hands, wrapped in a paper bag.
Kento Nanami - 1, Your insecurity - 0.
❥ TOJI FUSHIGURO
Toji had done it as a joke. Hell, he’d been messing around with you like this for as long as he could remember, teasing, pulling pranks that always ended with laughter and you rolling your eyes at him. But this? This wasn’t what he’d expected.
He fucked up. He rubbed a hand over his face, cursing under his breath.
It only took him a moment to catch up with you, his long stride easily closing the gap, but when he reached you, he hesitated. He could tell you weren’t looking for an apology, not really—that would probably only make things worse. You were too polite for that, too considerate to make a big deal out of something like this.
But Toji was never one to let something slide. Not when it involved you.
So now, you found yourself being held hostage cuddled with one arm as Toji scrolled through your favorite online shops. You were snug in the crook of his arm, your legs tossed over his lap, cheek pressed against his chest. His fingers curled possessively around your waist. You had stopped struggling half an hour ago, knowing he wouldn’t budge.
“Toji- ” you started, voice soft.
“Shhh.” He continued scrolling on the phone, angling it so it was in your view. “Pick.”
“Toji, I don’t want anything-” You tried again- yes, he had been doing this for almost an hour. Making you pick out at a minimum of 5 things from every online shop he knew you liked.
“You heard me,” he said, voice low and firm. “Or I’ll pick everything out for you.”
“No!” You shouted, groaning as you slumped further into him. “It wasn’t even a big deal, I shouldn’t have-”
“It was a big deal,” he said, interrupting, his hand rubbing up and down your back with slow pressure. “I was joking, you took it seriously. Yknow I’d do anything for you, right?”
You swallowed thickly, biting your lip.
“I was tryna be funny,” he went on, quieter now. “But I didn’t realize I fucked it up that bad.”
“You didn’t- ”
“I did.” His tone left no room for argument. “And you felt bad for feelin’ bad. That ain’t right either.”
You sighed. “I just overreacted.”
“I don’t care if you cried in the middle of the damn store, I still would’ve been wrong.” He nudged your cheek with his chin. “Now pick your shit or I’ll do it for you.”
“...Fine.”
❥ SUKUNA RYOUMEN
Sukuna watched you walk ahead, your hand slipping from his like it had never belonged there in the first place. His hand twitched, flexing as if readying to cut someone up on instinct. He felt angry, but not exactly at you. Maybe at your brain, how you thought.
What the hell was that?- The hell do you mean, sorry?
Sukuna’s jaw ticked, crimson eyes narrowing as he tried to process what just happened. He could still see the display in the corner of his vision—the thing you wanted, whatever the hell it was. He hadn’t even looked properly. Just heard the tone in your voice, that soft, hopeful question, and thought, yeah, this’ll be funny.
The rest of the day passed in a blur. He didn’t speak much. Not because he was mad—but because he didn’t know what the fuck to say. He kept stealing glances at you. Watching you act like nothing happened. Quiet. Polite. Distant. Like you were doing your best not to take up space.
Sukuna hated it.
The next morning, you woke up to something absurd.
It started with a faint rustle beside the bed. You blinked your eyes open, brow furrowing, the sunlight just beginning to spill through the window. You groaned and turned over, feeling for your husband- Who was uncharacteristically not sleeping and warm beside you.
Instead, your eyes widened when you saw what was on the bedside. Not just the thing you wanted from the store yesterday.
But that plus a mountain of other gifts. Carefully stacked, painstakingly arranged—clothes, snacks, trinkets, plushies, books you’d mentioned offhandedly. Stuff that couldn’t have been pulled together overnight unless someone went on a tear through every store within ten miles and burned through money like it was paper.
Sitting beside it all, arms crossed, lip curled in a dramatic scowl… was Sukuna. He was tapping his foot impatiently.
You sat up, letting the blanket fall from your shoulders, mouth agape. “Sukuna…”
“It’s not a big deal,” he growled, red eyes darting away like they were allergic to your expression. “You wanted that dumb thing. So I got it. And the rest was- was just there. It was all on sale, probably. I didn’t check.”
Your gaze swept over the pile again. Some of it was very obviously not on sale. Limited edition. Imported. Things you’d only mentioned once while scrolling late at night. You looked back at him—and found him staring at the floor now, like he couldn’t bear to meet your eyes.
“Sukuna,” you said again, softer this time.
He let out a slow breath, tension sagging from his shoulders. “I didn’t mean it.” He grumbled. “Sorry.”
You swallowed. “Sukuna, it’s fine, this-” you motioned towards the pile of gifts. “This is too much for me! I didn’t mean to upset you, I overreacted anyway-”
He clicked his tongue. “You didn’t.” He exhaled sharply, dragging a hand through his hair. “I did. But it’s not like you were bein’ dramatic or anything. You just… looked like I kicked your damn puppy.”
“I wasn’t mad.”
“That’s worse!” he snapped, gesturing at you like you’d committed some unspeakable offense. “You weren’t mad. You were just-” hurt. He didn’t like it. “...Not happy.”
Your gaze softened. “You could’ve just said something there.”
He grunted. “Whatever.” He nudged one of the boxes towards you with his foot, it was wrapped in a pretty pink bow. “Open them.”

Sleeping Beauty (Hotch x Fem!Reader) -- one shot
Nobody look @ me this is the filthiest thing I've ever written I need to go take a cold shower
Summary: With the demanding jobs you both work, you and Hotch see each other more often when one of you is asleep. An idea pops into your head.
Warnings: SMUT mdni 18+ only etc, somnophilia (if that's not your cup of tea, feel free to scroll bc it's the entirety of this fic lmao), angst if you squint, established relationship, consent/ground rules are established before anything happens, fingering, oral (f recieving), unprotected sex (don't be like them), mentions of phone sex, dirty talk, Hotch is just pussy-whipped as y'all say
WC: 3.8k bc I clearly have no self-control
It started as a joke. Mostly.
Both of your jobs are demanding — you and Hotch knew this from the start. It was first date material, after all. The usual, surface-level questions including So, what do you do for work?
He told you later that he thought about giving you a vague answer, so as to not scare you away. But you had opened up first, said that your job at the courthouse meant your hours were long and somewhat unpredictable, no matter how hard everyone tried to stick to the 8 to 5 routine. There were nights you wouldn’t leave your desk until nearly eight. Hotch’s chest had tightened at that, even on the first date, the idea of you overworking yourself, but he’s no better.
You told him some nights it was a miracle if you got home before ten; he joked with you and said it was a miracle he made it home some nights at all.
It was like everything opened up from there. There was no pressure. If one of you had to stay late, it didn’t really matter, because the other probably had to as well. If one of you had to cancel or postpone dinner plans, it was fine, because nine times out of ten, the other was already on their way to calling for the same reason.
It always makes the two of you laugh. The phone call the afternoon of the dinner plans, you laughing as you answer the phone to say, “Let me guess, raincheck?” His soft laughter, but apologetic all the same, “We just got called to New York.” And you expected it, so you said it was fine, right before your boss came knocking on your door, a frantic look in his eyes. “And I’m being summoned. Be safe in New York.” And Aaron’s ever-present gentlemanliness, “I’ll text you when I can. Go show them how it’s done.” You were grinning as you hung up, turning to your boss with an extra boost of confidence. “What do we have?”
As one can expect, this schedule, this careful dance the two of you have, means that nights together are rare, and the sex is, unfortunately, just as rare. Not that the two of you haven’t found other means— who knew Aaron’s dirty talk would somehow sound hotter through the phone when he’s timezones away, on a five minute break to call you and check in, and help you relax enough so you can sleep? But it’s not the same. It’s not the same as having him here.
And he is here, just not as often as you’d like, especially not when you’re awake. Ever since you started staying at his place — it’s closer to the courthouse, you tell yourself as an excuse, those five minutes make a big difference — you see him more often, but you mostly feel him. The dip of the mattress as he settles in to sleep beside you. The strong arm wrapping around your middle, pulling you toward him in his sleep, as if he needs to be certain you’re still there, even as he’s dreaming. The rustle of sheets as he scrambles to grab his phone to silence the incoming call, to get up and get dressed without waking you.
It’s just a fact. The two of you see each other more when you’re sleeping. Isn’t that crazy?
So, who can blame you, when one night, half-asleep, only woken by Aaron’s soft nuzzling into your neck, you say, “Keep going.”
He freezes, lips just barely hovering over your pulsepoint, the place he loves to suck on, nip at, because he loves all of the little sounds he can draw out of you.
When you’re awake.
“Honey,” he chuckles nervously, pulling back. “You’re asleep.”
“M’awake,” you protest, tossing your arms around him clumsily — as if that was going to prove your point.
He placates you with a soft kiss on your lips. “Sure, honey,” his laugh rumbles through his chest again as his hands smooth up your arms. “I believe you.”
“See?” you murmur, but your eyes are closed. There is no way you’ll remember this come morning. “You can keep going. Wanna feel you.”
He tenses. The idea is tempting, and that scares the shit out of him, which is exactly why his hands don’t move any lower than your arms. You’re practically asleep, for god’s sake. That’s taking advantage, and he will not be doing that.
“Maybe later,” he says gently, kissing your forehead this time. “I’m exhausted.”
You whine, but you bury your face in his chest, and your breathing slowly evens out.
He sighs, wrapping his arms around you, wondering what in the world he’s going to do with you.
+++
You do remember it. Aaron thought you wouldn’t, and for a couple days he was convinced that you didn’t, until a rare night when he returned home to find you already there.
“Half-day,” you explain with an easy smile, meeting him at the door for a kiss. “Well, kind of. I brought some work with me. You know how it is.”
You’re rambling and he knows it. You know it, too, but you can do nothing to stop it. He knows you need to talk to him about something, but you don’t want to admit it. He knows how you work.
Which infuriates you on a bad day. On a good day, it’s hot as hell.
Right now, it’s somehow a mix of both. All it takes is him sitting next to you on the couch, seemingly unbothered by your fidgeting, and one simple question.
“What are you thinking about?”
“Too many things,” you answer automatically, letting out a laugh and exhale at the same time. God, your chest feels so tight, and not in a good way. Since when are you this nervous to talk to Aaron? The man you’ve been seeing for well over a year now, the man who has been nothing but understanding with everything you’ve thrown his way, the man who is sitting right here with you, who knows exactly what your nervous rambling means and isn’t upset with you for it.
As if he can sense the anxiety rolling inside of you (and he can sense it), he reaches out to thread your fingers with his. “You can talk to me. Is it work?” You shake your head. “Is it us?”
“Kind of.”
“Is it the other night?”
Your eyes blow wide, giving you away entirely. Your eyes snap to his. “Seriously? Three questions? That’s how long it took you?”
He chuckles. “It would’ve only taken one, but I didn’t want to assume.”
“Cocky motherfucker,” you mutter, which only makes him laugh more. This is good. Lightening the mood is good. You don’t need to be so on edge about this, about what is most likely about to be Rejection City Central. “Okay. So. Yes. The other night.”
He nods, waiting patiently for you to get your words together.
“I feel like it was…too much.”
His eyebrows knit together. “Too much?” Nothing happened. Do you think something happened?
“I feel like I pushed too far, and I just wanted to say I’m sorry, we don’t have to harp on it anymore than this, I just— I felt like I was pushing you into doing something you don’t want to do. And I don’t want you to feel pressured—”
“Honey,” he stops you gently. “Hey, look at me.”
Slowly, you do, but there’s worry swimming in your eyes.
“What do you remember?” he asks. He knows how it sounds, cryptic and probably a little scary, but he needs to fully see where your head is.
“Um,” you hesitate, your eyes darting away again. “I remember asking you to keep going and you saying no. Because I was asleep.”
He nods. “Okay.” He pauses, gathering his words. “Honey, we’ve never talked about that before, about doing anything when either of us is sleeping—”
“We don’t have to do it,” you immediately interrupt, clearly still with the wrong idea in your head. “It’s weird, I get it—”
“It’s not weird, not to me,” Aaron says, remembering the way desire flared in him. He had secretly hoped you would still be awake that night, not because he wants you to deprive yourself of sleep, but because he wanted to have you. “And it’s especially not weird if it’s something you want, too.”
You pause, staring at him wide-eyed. “Wait. You. You’d want to?”
“Absolutely,” he says, trying not to sound so unbelievably wrecked just by the thought. “But I want us to talk about it first. Set ground rules. Figure things out first.” He pauses, squeezing your hand. “Believe me, I wanted to.”
Your lips part just a little in disbelief. “You did?”
He nods seriously. “Of course I did. Do you have any idea how good you look sleeping in one of my old shirts and nothing else?”
You smirk, a wicked look brewing in your eyes. “I have an idea.”
He pulls you over into his lap for a bruising kiss, one hand cradling your jaw. It’s intoxicating, his tongue on yours, all gasps and moans as he rocks your body against his.
“Wait,” you gasp, his lips chasing yours as you pull back. “I want to talk about it.”
“We will,” he bites out, just before he pulls your bottom lip between his teeth. “But I want to taste you first.”
+++
You do talk about it. You lay the ground rules, for both of you.
Aaron orders a new pair of panties just for the occasion, so that when you wear them, it’s a signal. He can do what he wants. For him, it’s slightly different, since he always sleeps in boxers, so if he’s not wearing anything, that’s his signal. He wants to be woken up; you’re happy to be mostly asleep, though you know your body will wake you up and want to stay awake to drink him in.
And, of course, if when either of you wake up, if it’s too much and it needs to stop immediately, you have your safe words, but a simple no, stop will work given the added complication of being asleep.
It’s exhilarating, thinking about it. Planning everything out. Your body practically buzzes with need.
But you have no idea when it will happen. That’s the whole point, of course, but it’s complicated with your work schedules. The strange hours and days you both work has never pissed you off so badly as it does now.
It’s as if your schedules are mocking you. Every time it feels like there might be a night where something could happen, something comes up. Aaron is called away, a case goes sideways and delays his return, or you get slammed at work and don’t make it home in time before he’s called away, or you get home in such a bad mood that if he even tried to touch you, you might lay into him.
It just never seems to line up properly, none of it. You start to think it was foolish to want it so badly, that you should’ve known better with your schedules.
Especially because now, it’s quickly approaching week two of Aaron being away on a case in Florida, and week two of you practically living at his place since going back to your own apartment feels too empty.
You miss him. It’s an aching feeling, one you don’t get often because you two make things work, and because you’re usually too busy to feel it, but it’s here now. This is the second-longest case he’s been away on. And because the universe is torturing you, work is calm for the moment, so you don’t even have that as a distraction.
All you have are Aaron’s old law school t-shirts, a bed that still, miraculously, smells like him after a week of his absence, and a pair of lace panties that seem laughable as you pull them on.
You curl up against Aaron’s pillows, sighing deeply. When you close your eyes, it’s almost like he’s next to you.
+++
Hotch is bone-tired. It’s been a long time since a case has been this wild, full of this many twists, and dragging on so long that it’s starting to piss him off. All he wanted to do was finish this case quickly and get home to his girl, but the unsub had to drag things out. For a week and a half.
It’s so late when they get back to Virginia that he doesn’t bother texting you, not wanting to risk the sound waking you from your no-doubt peaceful slumber. He smiles faintly as he drives toward his apartment, thinking of you sleeping so softly, probably twisted in the sheets from how restless you get on your own.
God, he misses you.
He’s quiet as he unlocks the door and quickly silences the alarm. The apartment is dark as he sets his briefcase down on the couch, shrugging off his suit jacket as he heads down the hall. The door to his room is cracked just barely, and soft snores are coming from a lump in the middle of the bed.
He chuckles to himself as he enters, stealing a glance at you as he walks to his closet. He quickly undresses, not bothering to hang anything up until morning. Right now, he just wants to be next to you.
With just his boxers on, he heads back to the bed, lifting the sheet and— He freezes.
You’re in your usual pajamas: his shirt and your underwear. Except this time, it’s a very specific pair of underwear. A specific pair of lace panties that he remembers ordering, probably spending too much money on, but he didn’t care. He wanted them to be special. And they are.
And you’re wearing them.
He stands there like he’s seen a ghost, his brain momentarily short circuiting as he tries to compose himself. He swallows.
He’s only human. It’s been so long since he’s seen you, even longer since he’s touched you, or even got to hear you touch yourself. The case was too hectic for even your usual phone sex, and he didn’t realize how wild it was driving him until now.
He tosses the sheet back gently, watching as you curl further into his pillow, your body registering the sudden chill.
Slowly, he crawls over you, settling himself at the end of the bed. He can only imagine how crazed he looks right now, the way his eyes can’t leave your legs. He wants to drink you. Devour you in every way possible.
His movements are gentle, not wanting to wake you, not yet. You said you wouldn’t mind being asleep the entire time, but he wants to rouse you, wants you to really feel it even if for a moment, but not yet.
Right now, he stretches your legs out, turning you on your back. You make no noise other than a content sigh. He smirks as he spreads your legs, lowering his mouth to his favorite place.
He plans to take his time. He has all the time in the world, after all. You’re sleeping soundly.
He mouths at your core over your panties, just barely silencing his own groan. That would be something, waking you up because he can’t keep himself in line. He can already hear the playful annoyance in your sleep-filled voice if that were to happen.
Returning to his task, he drinks you in as he likes, smothering your inner thighs in kisses, even leaving a love bite or two there. It’s a private, guilty pleasure you both have. He loves to leave marks, you love to have marks. But you’re both adults and you absolutely cannot be caught with a hickey at the courthouse.
So, he leaves them here. In a place where only the two of you can see. It wakes something primal in him, seeing the little reddened marks where he’s irritated the skin enough for a bruise to form later. He smooths his thumb over the spot, pressing. If you were awake, that would earn him a little squeak. Right now, all he hears are your even breaths.
He hooks a finger into your panties, pulling them to the side, nearly cursing aloud at how beautiful you are. He has to take a moment, just admiring, his thumb gently stroking you, and already glistening. He pops the digit into his mouth, eyes rolling at the taste. You’re addicting like nothing he has ever known.
He tests the waters some more, blowing onto your core, watching in awe as your body reacts instinctively, even in your sleep. It’s mesmerizing.
He can’t wait any longer, so he doesn’t try. He surges forward, finally tasting you, finally lifting your legs to rest over his shoulders. He relaxes into his favorite place, sucking gently on your clit before dipping his tongue inside you. You don’t even shift in your sleep.
He wonders, then, if he can make you cum like this. In your sleep.
Suddenly, and albeit selfishly, he wants to try.
He takes his time inserting a finger into you, watching as you take him in so easily. He adds a second right away, knowing how much you hate it when he teases you with just one. Your walls clench around him, but your heat envelops him, and he’s dizzy with it.
He circles your clit with his tongue as he thrusts his fingers, curling just slightly until you clench, your body telling him he’s found what he was searching for. And he doesn’t relent, only massages that spot inside as his mouth works outside. He adds a third finger, your body welcoming the stretch, pulling him in.
You shift, and he comes up for air, watching your face, but you don’t wake. You melt into the pillows as his fingers continue their pace.
Relieved in some twisted way, he returns to sucking your clit, doubling down, forcing you toward that edge. He almost thinks it won’t happen, that there’s no possible way you’ll climax and not wake up, until he feels those tell-tale spasms, and he knows you’re close.
He groans into you, knowing how that sends you over when you’re awake, and it works even now. Your walls clench around him, spasming through the shocks of your orgasm, and he doesn’t stop, milking out every last bit, wanting to drown in the way you taste, the way your body relents.
You’re a dream. He presses a loving kiss to your inner thigh, disbelief in his every breath. Gently, he removes his fingers, and tugs your panties down, tossing them to the floor.
When he crawls back up the bed, you’re still sleeping soundly, but that won’t do.
He presses his erection into your hip, presses a kiss to your jaw, whispering, “Honey, I need you.”
+++
You’re floating on pure bliss. Dreams are rare these days, and dreams of Aaron are even rarer — which just feels rude, honestly. But this one. This one is the best you’ve ever had.
Only, you realize you aren’t dreaming at all. The sensations are real. The hot breath in your ear, the slick want between your thighs, the hard press of Aaron’s cock as he rocks against your hip.
But you’re so tired. You can’t bring your eyes to open. You barely have enough energy to turn toward him, to wrap an arm around his neck, toss your leg over his, pressing your core right against him. The growl he lets out is delicious.
The next thing you know, the boxers are no longer separating you, and the head of his cock is parting your lips.
You sigh in content as he thrusts into you, hitting you so deep, staying there just to grind his hips into yours.
“Missed you,” you murmur, hands clumsily tugging on his hair to pull his lips to yours. He goes without protest, licking into your mouth and you gasp in surprise, tasting yourself. “Did you…?”
He smirks against your lips. “Did you know you can have an orgasm in your sleep?”
Your eyes fly open at that, vision adjusting in the dark, but it’s easy to see the smug look on Aaron’s face. And then he pulls his hips back, slamming into you again and causing your eyes to roll back.
“You’re so beautiful,” he whispers, the words so gentle and soothing, a stark comparison to how brutal his pace and depth of his thrusts are. “Breathtaking. My sleeping beauty. Can you give me another one? Need to feel you again.”
You’re awake, but nowhere near alert enough to have any wits about you when he talks like that. You nod dumbly, rocking your hips in time with his, but your movements are sloppy, the pleasure rising at a blinding pace.
“Come on, honey,” he murmurs, capturing your lips again, his tongue searching for yours. “Just one more, then you can go back to sleep.”
Something about that does it for you. He thrusts as deep as he can go, and your body crashes, writhing against him as he holds you in place, grinding into you.
“There you go, so beautiful, honey,” he guides you through it, soaking up all of your little breathy moans.
But like every time when you have an orgasm (or two) when you’re already on the verge of sleep, your eyes are struggling to stay open.
“Aaron…” you whine, clinging to him. “Keep going.”
“Oh, I will, honey,” he chuckles, pressing a soothing kiss to your forehead before flipping you onto your back again, so he can hover over you. “You just sleep for me, okay?”
You nod, the action already taking too much of your energy as your eyelids slam closed and refuse to lift again. He moves inside you, slower now, just a gentle pace, lulling you back to sleep.
It doesn’t take long for him to spill inside of you, and you’re still somewhat conscious, given the happy little sigh he hears you let out when he cums inside you. You’ve always loved the feeling.
Feeling wrecked, he slowly peels himself off of you, heading into the bathroom to wet a washcloth. When he returns, you’re back on your side, hugging his pillow again. He shushes you with gentle praise while he cleans you up before tucking you back in.
After cleaning himself and slipping boxers back on, the exhaustion hits him in full force, and he sleeps soundly with you tucked into his chest, clinging to him like a koala.

teaching bob how to kiss and accidentally slipping into a 20 minute makeout session
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
it was a weird situation that you were in, an impossible one really.
bob had confessed to you that he hadn't really kissed anyone, at least not sober. and he had this insane crush on some mystery girl and couldn't stand the thought of embarrassing himself with his lack of experience, so he never went for it.
and you, being a good friend, who happened to dream about kissing him, offered your services. you weren't a professional by any means, but he didnt need to know that.
once you pushed past his nerves and settled down on his bed, fingers twisting the tassles of his threaded blanket, you looked at him and waited for him to give you the go ahead.
let him take his time, spending it admiring his freshly washed hair and the bright flush across his cheeks. the way his eyes looked anywhere but you and then- he leaned in, squeezing his eyes shut and gripping the blanket tight.
you couldn't help your smile, sliding your fingers closer and intertwining them with his as you met him in the middle.
you were careful, slow, just pressing a gentle kiss against the corner of his mouth.
he let out a shaky slow breath of relief, tilting to the side and making sure the next time you came in it was a real kiss.
his boldness surprised you, but it wasn't unwelcome. you took it as a sign to keep moving, scooting ever so slightly closer and bumping his thigh with your knee.
bob jumped just slightly, pulling away until your noses touched. kissing was more fun than he remembered, not that he remembered much.
you smiled up at him, waiting for him to continue.
"Wow..." he spoke so soft, breath fanning across your cheeks, mint like his toothpaste.
that made you giggle a little, biting your lip to stop it from coming out completely.
"Oh Bob. I haven't shown you anything yet."
he swallowed hard, watching you like he couldn't imagine there was anything better than what just happened.
"Here... do this." reaching for his hand, you brought it up to the side of your face, mimicking the motion yourself and brushing your thumb across his cheek.
he smiled so sweetly at you, your heart leapt. what a beautiful man.
"What?" his blush rose ever higher, hand shaking against your jaw.
did you say that out loud?
you decided to run with it, "You are, Bob. So beautiful. I thought you knew."
it felt like his room was getting infinitely warmer, your clothes too tight. keep going.
before he could respond you brought him down to your lips, it was easy, wherever your hand brought him, he followed.
this kiss was easier, more comfortable, he sighed against you and you could feel the flex of his fingers against your throat.
you held him tight, wanting to see if he'd let you show him more. your lips parted, swiping your tongue against his and he groaned.
bob immediately reciprocated, opening up for you and bringing you closer, letting your tongues meet in the middle. his free hand started wandering, sliding across your knee and settling on your thigh.
the heat radiating off of him was enough to have you panting when you pulled away.
his eyes were so dark, pupils blown, mouth dropped open in shock.
"Can you... show me more?" he was so uncertain, completely unaware of the fact that you were so fucking in love with him, the fact that you could spend the rest of your life like this and never be unsatisfied.
you didnt even respond, threading both of your hands in to his hair and sitting up taller to meet him in the middle this time.
he understood immediately and wrapped his arms around you, practically pulling you in to his lap as you connected again.
this one was messy, constant adjusting and tongues sliding against teeth and you truly wouldn't have it any other way.
bob started leaning back, it just felt natural to pull you with him, until you were straddling his thigh and moaning against his mouth.
god, his heart couldn't take this. he didn't know you'd offer to help like this. he was being hopeful when he talked about his mystery girl, hoping he could sense if you somehow reciprocated.
this was probably the best case scenario right?
even if you rejected him, he at least got this experience.
you pulled away, leaving soft kisses against his swollen lips, shushing him when he started to complain. you were confident he'd love this part, mouthing across his jaw and down his throat, scraping your teeth against his rapid pulse.
you didn't even react when his hands slid down to your ass, grabbing hard like you were the only thing keeping him grounded.
the moan he let out was so soft, surprised and breathless and you wanted to hear it again and again and again so you sucked until he had hickeys down to his collar bone.
"Fuck- you're amazing..." he couldn't help the whine to his voice, embarrassed at how easily you've unraveled him.
finally, you sat up to meet his eyes again, panting and trying to get your mind back on track. this definitely went off the rails but god you couldn't have asked for a better way to spend your night. at the very least if you never speak again, you got a chance to make him feel good.
"Mm. Think I've taught you enough to ask her out?" no, you were hoping he'd ask you to stay and keep going.
bob looked shocked, biting his lip as he looked away. "There was no her... it was just you."
your smile was so big it made your cheeks hurt, "God, I was hoping you'd say that."
you didn't give him a chance to respond, wrapping your arms around his shoulders and pulling him right back in.

Picturing the JJK men as dads on the beach!
Featuring: Gojo, Geto, Nanami
TW: Fluff, Established Relationships, It's silly if you think of Geto as a cult leader and you really don't know what he does for a living.
Gojo Satoru is definitely the playful type. Gently holds your toddler’s tiny little hand as they take their very first steps onto the beach. You, of course, are a few steps behind, recording the whole thing, his white hair blowing in the breeze, those bright blue eyes flickering back to you with the happiest smile you’ve ever seen.
When your little boy finally reach the wet sand, the first chill of seawater brushes over his little toes as he squeals, cautious of the water. Satoru crouches slightly beside them, steady and so full of joy. You can hear his soft giggles and gentle reassurances, “I got you,” and “Don’t worry, daddy won’t let anything happen”, as he coaxes him forward, step by tiny step.
Each time the waves grow taller, he lets out a playful, “Wooo!” before shielding your little one with his long frame, bursting into laughter that makes your chest ache with love. “That was a big one, huh?” he grins, scooping the toddler closer. Checking them over as they spit out salt water. Helping him rub his little blue eyes that resemble his fathers. “My brave little man”
Eventually, you make your way over, camera tucked away, the salty breeze tangling in your hair. Satoru looks up the second he senses you near, and his grin only widens.
“There’s mama,” he coos, squeezing your toddler's small hand, pulling them close, before reaching for your hand, lacing your fingers with his. “C’mon, join us. The water’s not so scary.”
And just like that, the three of you stand at the edge of the sea, the water coming in cold burts, shells dazzling in the sand. When the next one crashes in, he pulls you both close, laughing loud and bright as cold water splashes up your legs.
“See?” he murmurs, pressing a kiss to your cheek as your little one squeals with joy. Small little kicks in the water. “Told you I’ve got you.”
------------
Now Geto Suguru, absolutely has a schedule in mind. A bit of time at the beach, a long scenic car ride timed perfectly for the twins to nap, then dinner at a place he made reservations for weeks in advance, with a menu that includes safe foods for the kids and views that he knows you will love.
You, of course, have no clue what the schedule is. You’re just following his lead, letting him steer the day. If he’s being a little overprotective? Well, he means well.
He kneels down to carefully lather sunscreen onto the twins' cheeks, smoothing it into their soft skin with those big gentle hands. Then he sprays down their arms and legs until their glistening (hey do you want two little ones complaining about sunburns? No? Thought so), before adjusting their sun hats and leading them down the sand toward the tide pools.
“The tide’s too rough for little girls,” he murmurs, glancing back at you with playful violet eyes as if daring you to challenge him. He’d said the same thing when school season came up, murmuring something about “not just yet” and “there’s still time.” You’re starting to realize he just doesn’t want them to grow up too fast.
Once you reach the tide pools, it’s like watching a nature documentary, narrated carefully with a smooth, honeyed voice. Suguru who crouches low, sleeves rolled up, pointing to colorful sea anemones and starfish nestled in rock crevices. The occasional hermit crabs scrambling about. He gently holds the girls back with one arm as he explains how we have to be careful, how these creatures are delicate, how we should never touch unless we’re invited. He asks them questions, listens closely to their little answers, and hums in thoughtful praise when they’re right.
You take pictures from behind for his little scrapbook - your husband hunched beside his daughters, the wind tousling his dark hair, a small smile on his face as they eagerly chatter about “funny sea goos” and “squishy blobs.”
Even when the four of you walk along the shore, he’s still tuned in. He picks up every seashell they hand him and slips them into his pockets, keeping each one safe. Talking to you that he will have them do a little craft, maybe decorate a frame for your next family photo. His other hand stays laced in yours, thumb brushing your knuckle like a quiet thank-you for being here, for trusting his rhythm.
And when the twins break into a run, he calls after them, not angry, just firm. Protective.
“Hey, stay where I can see you. Don’t go too far, yeah?”
You can't blame the man for being a little overprotective. He's just trying to protect the only family he has left in the world.
------
Nanami finally got his beach house.
It wasn’t something he ever really thought he’d have, not in the way people dream of it. Certainly not with a wife he adores more than life, and definitely not with a little girl who just turned one. Both surprises. Both blessings he never knew how much he needed until they arrived, warm, loud, full of life and love.
He lounges beneath a large umbrella, reclined in a low chair on the sand with your daughter curled up sound asleep on his chest. A small paperback rests in his hand, the other gently cradling her back as he reads aloud in a quiet, steady voice. Loud enough only for himself to hear. Enough for her to feel the rumble of his chest when he speaks. The soft rise and fall of her breathing tickles his cheek where her chubby face presses into him, her tiny hand curled in the fabric of his white linen shirt.
Every so often, he glances up from the page, eyes following you as you wander the shore barefoot, collecting small shells and smooth stones. Things for her little fingers to hold, to marvel at.
Sometimes, you join him again. Both of you kneeling in the sand with your babbling baby girl perched in your lap. You and Nanami take your time building crooked little castles, digging moats and shaping towers, only to watch her gleefully slam her tiny fists into them, squealing as the grains collapse under her touch. He chuckles each time, murmuring that it’s good for her sensory development, brushing sand from her face and little hairs before beginning again.
Every now and then, Nanami looks at you.
Just looks. Like the tide has swept something open in his chest and left it raw in the most beautiful way. Sometimes he’s still trying to understand how he got here, how he gets to have this. How he deserves to have this.
There’s a softness in his gaze that lingers longer than the shell rustling in the waves. A quiet, awestruck kind of love that doesn’t need to be spoken aloud, because it’s seen in every glance, every kiss to your lips, every shell gently placed in your daughter’s hand.
He never expected this life. But god, he wouldn’t trade it for anything.

cw: reader has she/her pronouns, established relationship, sneaking around, lots of fluff, garcia and morgan being super nosy and oblivious at the same time, also reader collects shot glasses in this one because i do that too and what i say goes
wc: 3.3k
mlist
(reblogs are the only way to promote fics on tumblr! please reblog if you enjoyed it :) )
His hand in yours is warm, warmer than it should be considering the cool breeze that hits as you walk out of the metro station. A rush of giddiness rolls over you, scrutinizing the domestic comfort of this moment.
Four months of whispered affirmations and nights holed up in either of your apartments have led you to feeling more in love with him than you thought was possible. Even just contemplating it brings a rush of blood to your face, forcing you to huddle closer to him, leaning your cheek against the puffy exterior of his coat.
Without looking, you can feel his shoulders shake in silent laughter, your mind conjuring the image of his lips pressed together, suppressing the giggles you know are threatening to burst out of him.
“Cold?” The amusement bubbles up in his tone, and you both know that your uncharacteristically shy demeanour has nothing to do with the temperature. His hand comes up to rub at your shoulder comfortingly. He’s awful.
“I hate dating profilers.” Despite your words, your mouth twitches up into a smile.
“Well, I love dating a profiler. And as a profiler, I can tell you do too.” A mock-exasperated sigh leaves your mouth at his words, but you make no move to part from him.
It’s only when the imposing Quantico buildings come into view that you finally step away from him, hand slipping out of his. His lips quirk up as he eyes you.
“You think they’d be suspicious, us showing up in the elevator at the same time every day.”
“Don’t jinx it! We’re lucky they haven’t been insinuating themselves into every part of our lives yet.” You step into the elevator, leaning against the wall and staring him down.
“Hey, if they figure it out, did you know it’s statistically more likely that it’ll be because of you? You touch my shoulder on average 17 times a day. Even when we’re on a case.”
“Oh, don’t start. How many times did you almost call me ‘angel’ yesterday? I can’t believe Hotch hasn’t noticed, especially that one time in his office.” It’s gratifying to see the apples of his cheeks redden with embarrassment.
Stepping into the bullpen, you step away from him, striding to your desk and calling out greetings.
“Morning, guys. What’s that?”
Emily and Derek are huddled over Garcia, who’s sitting in Derek’s desk chair with a magazine in hand.
“Well, sweetheart, someone’s missing their monthly Teen Vogue, it’s accidentally been delivered here instead. We’re just catching up on what the young female populace is doing these days.” Garcia answers absentmindedly, their eyes all fixed on the glossy pages.
“Teen Vogue? Need I remind you, we’re in the FBI. Surely you’ve got work to do.” You stare pointedly at the stacks of paperwork piling up on Emily and Derek’s desks.
“If you must know, this is research, kid. How are we supposed to do our jobs if we don’t know the interests of such a huge potential victim pool?” Derek croons over to you, voice sugary-sweet.
Garcia calls out to you. “Did you know that, apparently, even unconsciously, if a person is in love, they will always demonstrate the 5 love languages to whoever they’re into?”
She holds up the magazine, open to a glossy blue page with ‘LOVE LANGUAGES’ etched on it in swirly handwriting.
You can see Spencer tilt his head at his desk, and beat him to the punch.
“Are you sure that’s true, Penny? Doesn’t seem very statistically sound.”
“There’s actually been very little scientific research done into the concept of love languages as they’re considered colloquially, and what little there is really doesn’t support it as an actual concept that strengthens relationships.” Spencer chimes in, swivelling back and forth in his desk chair as he muses.
Emily chuckles, wisely retreating to her desk as Penelope and Derek begin to puff up like irritated cats.
“Yeah? And what would you know about that, pretty boy? Had some experience lately?”
It’s clearly meant in a joking way, no real accusation behind it, but Spencer’s eyes widen just a fraction. Enough to bring their attention to it. Enough to get them to pounce.
You shake your head softly, turning to your desk as Derek and Penelope descend on him, peppered questions being met with resolute silence (and occasional sputtering).
It’s a solid 30 minutes before the two of them let up on Spencer, and that’s only because JJ sweeps through with a case for the team. As you all file into the briefing room, it’s clear Penelope and Derek are still scrutinizing Spencer from across the round table.
As JJ explains the details of the case, you can’t help but smile at the sight of Spencer patting his reddened cheeks, trying to come down from the mortification and stress of fending off the others.
In a lull in conversation, you rise from your seat, crossing the room to the pot of coffee sitting under the window. Snatching up two distinctive mugs, you set about pouring coffee, adding copious amounts of sugar into one and considerably less into another, as you muse aloud about the case.
“Sounds like the victimology is pretty clear. Young men in their 20s, all successful academics who have relatively small social circles,” With the two mugs in hand, you return to the table, setting the FBI logo-emblazoned one in front of Spencer with a discreet brush of your knuckles to his shoulder.
He looks up with a soft smile, nudging his shoulder back into you, mouthing thank you.
“Should help us narrow down who would’ve interacted with them all.” You finish, settling down in your seat in between Rossi and Emily.
Hotch nods.
“The local PD’s already got a few people of interest in mind, but they’re holding off on questioning until we arrive. Garcia, you’re coming with us, the victims’ tech is proving difficult for the local experts to get into. Hopefully this will be a quick one. Wheels up in 30.”
There are multiple decisive nods around the table, most of you standing to grab your go-bags.
Notably, Penelope and Derek stay behind, watching you leave the room with unreadable expressions on their faces.
If you’d stayed, you might have caught her pulling a glossy, torn-out piece of paper out of Derek’s pocket, crossing off a phrase.
The police department you find yourselves in is more sparse than you’d expected. The police force spread thin, there are only a few officers still in the building. The setting sun filters through the blinds, casting a warm glow over the conference room.
“...So, we’ll spend this evening going through the details, and I’m confident we’ll have a profile by tomorrow morning. Based on that, we can see whether any of your suspects fit.”
Hotch’s no-nonsense voice cuts through the light chatter in the room, and the local captain nods. The two superiors walk out of the room to the captain’s office, leaving you with the rest of your team and a local officer.
Nodding politely at the officer, you walk over to the large table, digging into the copious boxes of evidence stacked on the table and murmuring your initial thoughts to Emily.
“The victims were all part of the city’s chess league, save for the second one. That seems significant.”
Before she gets the chance to reply, a brutish officer in uniform butts in, shouldering past Emily to take the seat next to you.
“So, you guys get a lot of these murder cases, huh? This is pretty huge for us, but I guess it’s everyday for you.”
There’s a glint of morbid curiosity in his eye, leaning into your space as he waits for your answer.
“Um, yes, we’re assigned to murder cases from time to time. But we also consult on all sorts of crimes, like—”
He waves a hand in the air, as if dismissing your statement.
“Yeah, uh-huh. What’s the craziest murder you’ve seen? You know, the real gory ones.”
He’s scooted closer to you now, his face lit up with excitement. Out of the corner of your eye you can see Spencer start towards you, but you’d rather shut this down yourself.
“I mean, yes, we do see quite a bit of violent crime. But the aim of our unit is to shut it down, not sensationalize it. So, we kind of need all of our attention on this case right now. You understand, right?” You try not to, but a hint of exasperation creeps into your tone.
A flash of irritation sparks in his eyes, but the officer backs down, rising out of the seat and tossing a half-hearted agreement at you.
You sigh as he leaves the room, and Spencer makes his way over to you with a wry smile.
“I’m glad you dealt with him, I wouldn’t be able to do it as quickly. You’re always so good at dealing with people like that, ang—” He cuts himself off abruptly, eyes darting around the room nervously.
Holding in a laugh at his slip up, you nudge his foot under the table.
“Thanks, Spencer. I appreciate that.”
After he not-so-discreetly attempts to see if anyone noticed his failure to maintain the facade, the two of you settle in to the casework.
Notably, Derek only gets to work after holding a hushed conversation with Penelope at her laptop.
Presenting a profile is always exhausting, but doing it first thing in the morning after basically pulling an all-nighter is worse.
You stand in front of the gathered crowd alongside the team, alternating with explaining different aspects of the profile. Once you’re done waxing poetic about the presumed trigger that set off the string of murders, you get to sit back and let Derek do the last bit (thank god).
Leaning against the edge of the desk behind you, you put a lot of effort into looking stoic and professional, hoping the gathered agents and officers can’t see the exhaustion oozing out of you. Although it seems an eternity, it’s probably another five minutes of talking until they’re dismissed, and the team gathers in the conference room.
Hotch looks surprisingly alert, standing at the head of the table and gesturing to different points of interest on the map mounted on the wall. His voice drones on, your drowsy ears registering each sentence a few seconds after.
“Prentiss and Rossi, you two stay here and question the suspects that the uniforms are bringing in. There’s probably nothing to it, but give it a try anyway.”
Resting your hip against the table, you stare bleary-eyed at the various faces tacked on to the whiteboard. Despite the coffee in your hands slowly bringing you back to life, you can’t help but muffle a yawn, your upper body swaying with the force of it.
“Morgan, JJ, you go down to the local news station, see if the tips they’re receiving are actually any good. One of their reporters has been into the PD every day asking for updates. Find out if it’s anything more than journalistic curiosity.”
Spencer steps up next to you, nudging your shoulder with his. Without saying anything, his eyes lull you into a sense of ease. Looking around to see that everyone’s staring at Hotch, you can’t help but lean into him slightly, the lines of your upper arms melding together until your bodies press against each other pleasantly.
A soft sigh leaves his lips, and you’re inclined to agree with him. Just this level of touch has you melting, the tension in your body slowly seeping out of your bones.
“L/N and I are going to meet with the families of the first and second victims. Reid and Garcia, go to the workplace of the latest victim. His computer system needs your expertise, Garcia, and Reid, you take the time to interview his coworkers about his behaviour before the murder.”
Hotch looks around for everyone’s assent, then nods once more, dismissing everyone to their tasks.
You and Spencer make sure to part from each other quickly, hoping to evade suspicion. Flashing him a smile, you brush past him, catching his pinky with yours for a split second before you follow Hotch out the door.
Spencer is left in the conference room, brushing his thumb over his pinky with an absentminded smile, oblivious to the shit-eating grin that’s found itself on Penelope’s face.
Spencer and Penelope are the last to get back from their assignment, the rest of you gathered in the PD before the sun begins to set. Derek’s sitting at the display along the wall, currently showing the live feed of the suspect in the interrogation room along with Hotch.
The case is shaping up to be a relatively short one, so if the interrogation goes well, you might be able to spend the night at Spencer’s.
Rossi’s voice joins the soft haze of conversation, and you finally snap out of your head in time to hear the tail end of his statement.
“...Hotch is pretty sure that Reid will be able to crack him. He’s putting on airs, the only way we'll get him to confess is if he doesn’t perceive any threats to his ego.”
Emily nods from her seat beside you, chiming in.
“They’ve been gone for a while, has Garcia called?”
JJ grins softly, unlocking her phone to display a message full of angry emojis and very little text.
“I’m assuming something held them up, but she says they’ll be here pretty soon.”
The room falls into an amiable silence, all of you alternating between getting a headstart on your reports of the case and watching Hotch glare at the suspect. Emily lets out multiple heavy sighs, the the last two days catching up to all of you.
It’s probably another fifteen minutes until Spencer and Penelope finally burst through the doors, the latter looking very huffy.
Rossi throws his hands up in mock exasperation, questioning the pair.
“About time you showed up! What took so long?”
Penelope groans, rolling her eyes and plunking herself down into a chair.
“I was ready to be here a while ago, but Boy Genius over here felt the urge to browse multiple novelty stores, for god knows what reason, before he deigned to let us come back!”
Her cheeks are flushed, and Derek and JJ quickly devolve into poking fun at her vexation. Rossi quickly stands, grabbing Spencer by the shoulders in preparation to steer him into the interrogation room. However, Spencer slips out of his grasp with a lithe finger held in the air.
Apologies on the tip of his tongue, he paces across the room to where you’re sitting, hand delving into his pants pocket and emerging with a small object wrapped in brown paper. He comes to a stop next to your chair, bending over your shoulder to snatch up a folder from the desk (one that you know has nothing to do with the interrogation he’s about to perform). As he does so, he takes the opportunity to slip the object in your palm.
Straightening up with the folder in hand, he moves back over to Rossi as if nothing happened.
Turning the small, solid object over in your hand, you watch the two of them leave the room with a soft smile on your face. You have an idea what might be in your possession.
The first time Spencer stayed at your apartment, he’d taken a particular liking to the collection of souvenir shot glasses that you had on your mantelpiece. Once you explained your goal of buying one in every city where you’ve had a case, he’s taken it upon himself to help you.
Just as you’d suspected, when you sneak a glance at the object under the table, a tiny shot glass with a cartoon cat stares back up at you.
A rush of affection runs through you, slipping the glass into your bag as you attempt to hold in a smile.
Among the many sounds currently coming from the frustrated Penelope, one seems to be less angry, and more triumphant.
Thank goodness, Spencer gets through to the suspect in an hour, extracting a confession that will more than nail the suspect in court. Because of that, the entire team now finds themselves on the jet once more, in various states of sleepiness.
Rossi is knocked out, head leaned against the wall, mouth agape. Hotch is similarly asleep, with JJ and Emily across from him, sharing wired earphones as they both try and get some shuteye.
Derek and Penelope are sitting on the couch, leaving you and Spencer to claim the table.
You’re not complaining, not when Spencer’s foot is pressing against yours from the seat across from you, and you can use the excuse of taunting him about the chessboard to hear his melodic voice float over to you.
“What was it Gideon always told you? I don’t think you’re exactly thinking outside the box right now, Spence.”
His eyes dance as he looks up at you, hand hovering over the board.
“You think so? I think I’ll be done with you in 5 more moves,”
A glint of cockiness reflects in his irises, forcing you to shift in your seat, cheeks flushing.
The two of you quickly duck your heads though, both of you sucked into the game.
Low voices murmur compliments and jabs, and his ankle hooks around yours before long, sending a tremor of fondness through your body.
You’re so focused on the game and Spencer, that you don’t notice how Derek and Penelope have fallen silent. It’s only when Derek scoffs loudly that either of you acknowledge them. Shooting you a look loaded with meaning, he gestures to the kitchenette on the other side of the cabin, motioning for you to follow him there.
With a confused glance at Spencer, you rise from your seat and trail after Derek, watching Penelope slide into your vacated seat with a determined look on her face.
Turning to Derek, you’re met with teasing eyes, his eyebrows waggling as he looks at you, arms crossed over his chest.
“What’s up, Morgan?”
He chuckles, the sound coming from low in his chest as he stares you down.
“Sweetheart, you’re not exactly being subtle.”
A silence follows, as you try and discern what he means. Seemingly getting sick of it, he sighs, launching into speech again.
“If you haven’t noticed, you’ve been acting mighty close to Spencer recently, don’t you think? Making him coffee, playing chess, nearly falling asleep on him. You know what that sounds like to me? A crush.”
He brandishes his phone, the grainy screen showing a familiar blue page. The list of love languages has been marked up, each item crossed out and scrawled handwriting marring the image.
Barely hiding your disbelief, you stop peering at the phone to stare up at Derek instead.
“You’re bringing up Teen Vogue again? What is this supposed to mean?”
He laughs at your incredulity, slinging an arm around your shoulder to tug you into his side, his other hand coming up to ruffle your hair.
“Fine, fine, you don’t have to say anything. But I’ll help, sweetheart. If you need to convince the kid to man up and ask you out, I’ve got some strategies.”
You can’t stifle a giggle, not when you look over your shoulder to see Spencer with a harried look on his face, trying to listen to Penelope’s frenzied chatter (she’s louder than she thinks she is, you can hear her say get some flowers, and just ask her!).
Whatever else she’s saying, you’re sure the two of you will laugh about it later, when you inevitably end the night in his bed.

sae’s favorite hobby is ruining you ♡
when you called your best friend, sae, crying about how your boyfriend cheated on you, he's pissed. deep down, he always thought your boyfriend didn't deserve you. and when you ask to come over to his place, of course he agrees. and when he opens the door, his usual cool facade cracks just slightly because he hates seeing you like this, shaking and upset.
as your best friend, sae lets you in, gently placing a hand on the back of your head as you collapse onto him, kicking the door shut as well. he leads you to the couch-- covering you in blankets and letting you cry it out as you lean onto his side.
sae didn't say anything. in fact, he was pretty silent as you clung onto him. with tear stained cheeks and small sniffles coming out of you, you're still hurt knowing that your boyfriend cheated on you, asking "why didn't he love me enough?"
there's a small pause before sae replies, saying that it's "because he's an idiot."
you only let out another sniffle.
"you deserve better." sae says. his voice is low, calm, and has the tiniest hint of bitterness, something that would've been missed if you weren't paying close attention.
"you always say that." you mumble, face pressed onto his arm.
"because it's true."
at that, you lean back slightly from his arm and look up at him. but sae is staring blankly forward with a bored expression. although when he turns his head a bit and he shifts his gaze from whatever is infront of him to you, his eyes meet yours, causing your breath to hitch as he declares that "if you were mine, i wouldn't even look away."
"..sae?"
"i'm not gonna pretend I haven't thought about it." sae says, his tone suddenly rougher. your heartbeat practically pounded in your ears, shakily responding with "sae.. i'm not- i don't.. I'm just so confused about everything right now.."
sae brings his hand to gently rub your bottom lip. when he leans down closer to you, his lips brush the tiniest bit against yours.
"i know. let me fix it."
deep down, you knew you should have pulled away. it would be wrong to kiss your best friend! but you didn't. when his lips met yours, he kissed you gently and softly, almost as if you would melt if he were any rougher. so you let him kiss you, pressing yourself onto him. as for sae, he groaned in your mouth. he placed his hand on the small of your back, pulling you into his lap.
"you don't know what you're doing to me," he mutters after the both of you pull apart from your kiss. "you have no idea how long i've waited to touch you."
all you could do was whimper, telling him that you wanted him to make you forget about your cheating ex boyfriend. everything else was a blur, and before you knew it, your shorts and underwear had came off. his fingers had slid into your leaking pussy, muttering how you were so wet already, asking "you've never been touched like this before, have you?"
you tried to hide your face, but he caught your chin and tilted your head back. "no hiding." he said firmly. your heart was pounding and your cheeks felt hot as he continued pumping his fingers into you, thumb brushing over your clit. it felt so good, you've never felt anything like this, and you were already so whiny and overwhelmed just from his fingers. if you couldn't handle this, how were you going to take his cock?
when you came all over his fingers, making a mess on his hand, he pulled them out. he sweared the mess on your thigh, and then, he grabbed your hips. without much warning, he suddenly pushed his dick into you, causing you to let out a gasp.
"fuck," he groaned, voice raspy. "so fucking tight."
you were barely able to speak. he was so thick, so deep, and it was stretching you out so much.
"never had anyone inside you like this, huh?" he mutters, dragging you a bit over his cock. you shook your head, teary eyed and panting, "no.. just you.."
"good."
as he picked up the pace, bouncing you up and down on his cock, you swore you were losing yourself. your vision became so hazy, and the only thing you could focus on was the wet sounds and slaps of skin meeting skin, the ache of being stretched out, and sae's sharp breaths as his cock made your thighs tremble.
"you love this, don't you?" he breathed, watching your face. "getting ruined by me."
"uhhuhh saeee i love it.. please i can't.. can't.."
"you can." he bluntly states. "look at you, so needy."
sae kept going, and you felt yourself about to come. he felt your pussy fluttering around his cock, one hand going to the back of your hand to pull you down for a kiss as his other hand remained on your waist. "be a good girl and cum."
and you did, whining into his mouth since it was the kind of orgasm that had you shaking and nearly sobbing. sae groaned, still fucking you through it. and when he came, he didn't even flinch. just letting out a small "shit.." as he tightly held your hips, holding you in place and not letting you squirm as he filled you up.
when sae pulled out, the sight of the mess his cock and your pussy made was enough to make dirty, filthy thoughts form and swirl around in his head. he was quiet and calm, but he was always so protective of you. he always wanted you so bad, and every time you got a new boyfriend, he had to pretend not to care about it.
his jaw clenches, thinking how you were so good-- taking all of it and not pushing him away, how you were so messy and fucked out now, and how he wants more.
sae wants to see you beg. he wants to see you on your knees with wide eyes as you take his cock into your mouth. he wants to ruin everything about you, to make you say things that you would never expect to say.
he imagines you asking him to fuck you in public, to see how shame becomes a foreign concept to you, and he imagines you sending him filthy pictures to him when you miss him.
he wants to see the switch flip. from being a good girl to someone so filthy who only ever thinks about getting impaled on his massive cock, keeping all of his cum inside you as you beg for more.
when you whimper, sae finally snaps back to reality. you're looking down at the mess spilling out of your used pussy. but now, you're just as messed up as sae is. you fingers tremble as you reach down to try and stuff everything back inside you.
sae's breathe catches. his cock twitches, and his voice, now so hoarse, asks "what are you doing?"
you look at him with a pouty, almost embarrassed expression, but your fingers don't stop. "it's- it's leaking.."
his eyes darken as he tells you to pull your fingers out. you want to disobey, but you know better so you remove your hand from your pussy.
he puts you back onto his cock. it was so much for you, but he was so hard and big inside you that you wanted him to ruin you for anyone else, just as much as he wanted it.
"i'm not done with you." sae says, eyes darkening.
"i haven't even started."

Mr. Oblivious
Fandom: Marvel
Pairing: Robert "Bob" Reynolds x F!Reader
Summary: Bob is sometimes oblivious to the fact that people find him attractive and/or like him. One of those people includes you.
Warning: a little bit of angst
Marvel Masterlist
You thought you were being obvious, but, turns out, Bob is just oblivious. You're not sure how else you can show him that you like him, other than spell it out in big, bold letters "I LIKE YOU!"
Even then, there's a chance he might interpret that as you liking him as a friend. So, you just kind of settle in your puddle of frustration.
But you can't be mad at Bob. No way. It seems like he's not used to garnering any positive attention to himself. You can tell from the way he blushes and shies away from any compliment you give him, or how he brushes off nice comments about him and counteracts with a self-deprecating comment.
It kind of pains you that he feels unworthy of such adoration and attention, like it seems ridiculous for someone to genuinely like him.
But you try your best. You give him well-meaning and thought out compliments, ones you know to be true in your heart.
And how does he responds, with a shrug and a blush.
It is sometimes cute how oblivious he can be.
You and he ran errands together while the others were on a mission. John wasn't assigned on the mission, but he wanted to stay at the tower and sulk. So it was just you and Bob.
You were checking out at the grocery store when the cashier looked at Bob and said, "Your hair looks so soft. Can I touch it?"
Bob was like a deer in headlights for a moment until he responded with, "Oh, um, sure."
He awkwardly leaned in and the girl ran her fingers through his hair. She giggled and proceeded to ask Bob his hair care routine. You weren't a jealous person, but also Bob wasn't technically yours so you had no right to be jealous in the first place. But also, you found the interaction a little amusing. The girl clearly found Bob attractive and, honestly, you couldn't fault her for her forwardness.
"I don't know, I just shampoo and dry it with a towel." He gave a shrug and a polite smile.
"What kind of shampoo?" the girl leaned in and batted her eyes at Bob.
He leaned back, confused why she was getting closer, "Oh, uh, I forget. Y/N?" he asked.
"Head and shoulders, I think," you answered with a smirk.
"Yeah. Head and shoulders." Bob replied back with a nod.
"Guess I'll try it out sometime," she gave Bob a wink as you paid, trying to hold back a laugh.
After grabbing the receipt and your groceries, you both exited the store. Bob smiled, "She was nice."
You chuckled, "She was flirting with you."
He paused in his step and looked at you confused, "She was?"
You nodded and hummed, "Mhm. It was cute though. She was cute. Did..you wanna ask for her number?"
Bob looked back into the store and looked back at you, "I'm okay." He continued his trek back to your car.
"Not your type?" you asked jokingly, but also you were curious.
"Ah, I'm-I don't know if I have a type. When I was younger, I sorta just dated anyone who was interested in me...don't know if anyone would be interested in me now."
You pursed your lips at the last bit and you wanted to shake him and yell in his face, "I'M INTERESTED YOU, DUMMY!" But you didn't want to overwhelm him, so you continued to keep your feelings to yourself.
It all came to a head when it was post a successful mission. Alexei ordered pizzas and you all were lounging around the living room of the residential floor. People sipping on their respective alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The random conversations and constant bickering and bantering eventually led to a conversation about each other's love lives.
Seemingly, the only one as close to a love life was John, but it's still iffy.
"What about you, Bob?" Yelena asks. Everyone's eyes turn to him and he's frozen for a moment.
"Uh, what about me?" he asks.
"What are your views on love?" Ava asks before taking a swig from her beer bottle.
"Oh, uh, I don't think I've ever been in love or truly experienced it. Never found anyone who, uh, really loved me, I guess."
"Well, we love you," Yelena says, patting his knee, "In a familial sense."
John snorts, "All of us, but one."
You glare at John and he shrugs, "What? It's not like he knows!"
"Knows what?" Bob looks at you, to John, and back to you.
"Walker," Bucky says his name in a warning tone, "Don't."
"The kid's oblivious! He obviously doesn't know that Y/N is in love with him!"
The world seemed to pause in that moment. People held their breaths as they all turned to you. Seething, you stand up and dump the rest of your drink on John's head.
"What the fuck!"
"Deserved," Ava said.
Yelena shakes her head, "Always have to be such an asshole."
You place your glass onto the coffee table and, without another word, headed upstairs.
Once you're gone, everyone turns their heads back to Bob. He gulps, "Y/N's in love with me?" He starts fidgeting with the sleeves of his sweatshirt, "I-" he looks at his found family, "What do I do?"
"Confess your love."
"Give her some space."
"Fuck, if I care."
"Talk to her."
"Walker, shut the hell up!"
Bob abruptly stands, overwhelmed with the various answers he's receiving. That's when they all go quiet.
Bucky clears his throats, "Do you have feelings for her?"
"I-Yeah. I do."
"Then tell her."
"Okay," he replies and then heads upstairs to find you.
He checks your room, which is across from his, but you're not there. Then he hears a curse from John's room. He pushes the door open to find you kneeling at John's bedside table.
"Y/N?" you freeze and look over your should.
"Uh...hi?"
Bob can't help but smile. He crosses his arms over his chest, leans against the doorframe, and asks, "What're you doing?"
"John's a dick so I left his tv on to play Cocomelon videos on repeat and I'm gluing his tv remote to the bedside facing down so he can't turn it off."
Bob chuckles, "That's...fun."
"Yup," you murmur and go back to adding more glue onto John's remote, "You don't have to say anything to me. We can just pretend that never happened."
Bob walks further into the room, "Why?"
"Don't want it to ruin our friendship, so we'll just pretend it's not true."
"But is it?" You stay silent and Bob continues, "Is it true you're in love with me?"
You shrug, avoiding his gaze, "Does it matter?"
"Well...yeah. The one person who means the most to me, loves me back. So yeah, it matters."
You take in what he's just said and your heart beat quickens. You slowly stand and look at him, "You feel the same way?"
He shrugs so nonchalantly, "How could I not?"
You can't help but laugh in disbelief, "Why didn't you say anything?"
"Probably the same reason you didn't. Scared and didn't want things to change. Also...I don't feel like I deserve you. I mean, I'm not the best person. I have a shitty past and still kind of a mess and-" his words get stuck as you rush forward and press your lips to his.
He's taken by surprise so by the time he starts to kiss you back, you pull away, "Please don't talk about yourself like that. You're not a bad person, Robby. It's okay if you have a shitty pass, because, newflash, we all do and now we're all fucking Avengers! Also, it's okay if you're a mess. You're working on yourself and that's a good thing." you swoop away a curl that got into his face, "I wouldn't have fallen in love with you if I didn't see something in you that's worth loving."
He nods, "Okay."
"I love you."
"I..I love you too."
You lean in and he rests his forehead against yours, "I do have something to request of you."
"Yeah? What?"
"You need to be more situationally more aware because I was so obvious I had feelings for you."
He pulls back with furrowed brows, "What? No, you weren't."
"I was! So painfully obvious!"
"She was," John says as he appears in the doorway, "Also, why're you in my room?"
You pull away from Bob and shrug, "Thought I saw a mouse go into your room. Good night!" you tug on Bob's arm, leading him out of John's room.
You two go into yours, locking the door behind you.
Down the hall, you hear John yell, "DID YOU GLUE MY REMOTE TO THE TABLE?!"

All characters are aged up 18+. MDNI.
Bakugou sometimes get overwhelmed with the love he has for you, his feelings seem borderline obsessive occasionally, especially considering you weren't even dating, just best friends with benefits, he knows you, thoroughly, but every once in a while he finds new thinks to go crazy over.
It's one of those days, when you opt for a hotel room instead of travelling back to your shared apartment, sometimes too exhausted to drive, other times too pent up to wait.
Today, however was slightly different, the mission in Tokyo ended earlier than expected, allowing you both to rest in your hotel room.
Bags of essentials scattered in the hotel room floor, Bakugou was still in bed, tried from all the activities, waiting for you to finish skin care before sliding in next to him.
The room still smelled like sex, a little bit of you and slightly more of him, the sheets too, but alas you both showered and intended to head to bed soon. Hopefully. But with the way Bakugou's gaze lingered on your back made it seem otherwise.
"We have early flight back tomorrow, and it's past 1 in the morning." You chastise, eyeing him through the mirror, watching as a cheeky grin spread on his face.
"And you have tons of freckles on you back." He moved closer slowly, dragging the thin blanket along with him. His touch is light, it tickles your skin, the tips of his fingers dragging from one birthmark to another. "I haven't really gotten to admire these."
"Didn't know Dynamight did admiring, I thought you were a fucked and tucked kinda guy." You teased, tongue jutting into your cheek as you watched his eyebrows raise in amusement.
His hand sneaks around your side, calloused fingers coming to pinch at your nipples, before tugging it, "Ask your pussy if I do admiring, at least those lips won't lie."
"Eh, cringe alert." You quip out, hand clasping around his to pull him away from your bud, he doesn't relent though, fingers pinching harder at your teasing, you let out a hiss, thighs rubbing together as he rubs away the pain, "asshole."
He ignores your curse, instead presses kisses against your back, lips tracing the constellation he just discovered. "You have a mole down there too," He recounts.
"Really? I didn't know that."
"Yeah, I see it everytime I spread her open, little embellishment decorating your skin." He sounds lost, like the vision of your spread pussy is playing behind his eyes.
"You know," You murmur, leaning back slightly, pressing against his chest, "it's a theory that birthmarks are where you soulmate kissed you in your past life."
"Good to know, she was taken care of in your last life too." He jokes, hand leaving your breast to cup your bare pussy.
You let out a snort, head lolling back to rest on his shoulder, "Aren't you jealous?" You chimed, tilting your head slightly to look at him.
"Jealous of what?"
"The guy that left all these kisses."
"Why would I be jealous of myself, petal?"
"So confident for someone that didn't even know about the ones on my back."
He smiles, leaning back again, "I have moles too, you know." He mumbles, voice as soft as the sheets around you both.
"And I know every one of them." You gleam, squeezing a decent amount of hand cream, before turning around to face him.
"I didn't know, it was a competition."
"Everything was supposed to be a competition to you, Dynamight."
He snorts, pulling you closer, "You are getting too full of yourself." He presses his lips, against the corner of your mouth, delight filling his chest as he feels your lips stretch into a smile. He pulls you in further, wrapping his limbs around you, snuggling in tight.
"I thought you were going to flip me over and prove me wrong."
"I have all the lifetimes left for that." He grumbles, breathing in your smell, before humming peaceful as he nudges his face into the crook of your neck.

idk if this is fluff lol but like idol Rina and yn (from different groups) caught shopping and holding hands together and being lowkey romantic and lovey dovey (it's karinas fault) and fans freaking out
it’s not fanservice if it’s real— yu jimin

genre: FLUFF👅
synopsis: karina and y/n keep “accidentally” getting caught being in love. fans lose it. karina leans in. y/n tries not to.
a/n: had to let a few stories marinate before i posted them💔💔
—
it starts with a text.
pretty girl [3:14pm]:
come shopping with me
i’ll buy u stuff
also i miss u. a little. maybe. whatever
y/n [3:16pm]:
how do u manage to make flirting sound like a threat
i’ll be there in 20
—
twenty-five minutes later, y/n finds karina in a black hoodie and dark shades, standing in front of a vintage boutique like she’s waiting to get recruited for a spy mission.
“you look like a celebrity trying not to get noticed,” y/n teases, pulling down her own bucket hat.
“i am a celebrity,” karina deadpans, then grins and holds out her hand. “hi. missed you.”
y/n hesitates for a split second—but karina’s already lacing their fingers together like it’s the most natural thing in the world.
“rina,” y/n whispers, eyes darting around. “what if someone sees—”
“so what?” karina says, too casually. “we’re just two besties shopping. in matching shoes. and with insane chemistry. nothing suspicious here.”
“we’re not even wearing matching shoes.”
“we could be. if you’d let me buy you the ones i picked earlier.”
y/n rolls her eyes, but her cheeks are already warm. “you’re going to get us caught.”
karina grins wider. “no i’m not. i’m very stealthy. stealthy and affectionate. tragic combo.”
—
they walk down the street with hands swinging lightly between them. at one point, karina stops abruptly and points into a small accessory shop.
“wait—this. i saw a photo of winter wearing a ring from here. you’d look hot in one too.”
y/n raises a brow. “you want to buy me a ring now?”
karina shrugs. “it’s not like a wedding ring. unless…?”
“don’t even start.”
“too late.”
—
inside the store, karina picks up a silver band and slides it onto y/n’s finger. “look at that. you’re already mine.”
“karina,” y/n hisses, but it’s breathless. her fingers don’t move away.
karina leans closer, whispering, “you’re lucky the cctv in here doesn’t have audio.”
“you’re lucky i like you.”
karina gives her a proud smile. “you really do.”
—
they’re standing too close at the counter, y/n’s head tilted just enough to bump into karina’s shoulder every time she laughs. the cashier looks mildly confused, mildly starstruck, but says nothing.
they buy matching rings. karina pays for both.
—
back on the street, y/n finally pulls her hand back. “okay. we’ve pushed our luck enough. people are starting to look.”
karina blinks. “i thought that was just ‘cause we’re hot.”
y/n stares.
karina sighs dramatically. “fine. fine. i’ll behave. just—wait, no. cross the street with me first. that way.”
as they wait at the crosswalk, karina leans in and mutters, “just pretend you’re cold.”
“what?”
“trust me.”
the light turns green. they step forward.
and then—karina reaches out and grabs y/n’s hand again. not discreetly. not sneakily. just full-on public hand-holding. and not the platonic kind. the fingers-laced, soft-smile, thumb-rubbing kind.
“karina—”
“you said you’d pretend to be cold.”
“you said pretend. this is romcom lead in the third act behavior.”
karina snorts. “you say that like it’s a bad thing.”
—
three hours later, they part ways quietly at a side entrance to a practice building.
karina squeezes y/n’s hand one last time before letting go. “text me when you get in. and wear the ring tomorrow. i wanna see how long it takes the fans to notice.”
y/n rolls her eyes. “you’re evil.”
“you love it.”
“unfortunately.”
—
by the time y/n gets home, the internet is already on fire.
[THEQOO] [HOT] two idols spotted holding hands while shopping???
“is that karina????”
“wait is that y/n from le sserafim?”
“THEY’RE WEARING MATCHING RINGS?”
“who holds hands like that unless they’re dating??”
“be serious. they look so into each other. karina’s SMILE???”
a blurry but damning photo is circulating—karina mid-laugh, eyes crinkling, hand wrapped around y/n’s like it belongs there. their heads are tilted toward each other. it doesn’t look accidental. it doesn’t look fake.
someone zooms in.
“YOU GUYS. LOOK AT THEIR RINGS.”
“is this a soft launch? is karina soft launching a GIRLFRIEND??”
“don’t mind me i’m just screaming into my pillow bye”
“i knew it. i KNEW they had chemistry. they were literally giggling in that behind-the-scenes video last month. i KNEW IT.”
karina texts her ten minutes later.
pretty girl [8:07pm]:
we trended in three countries.
you’re welcome.
y/n [8:08pm]:
this is your fault
you’re out of control
i should’ve worn gloves
pretty girl [8:09pm]:
too late
u looked cute
wanna get matching gloves next?
y/n [8:11pm]:
gosh help me
i do
—
in the end, neither of them address the rumors. not directly.
but the next time y/n goes live, fans notice the silver band on her finger. and the next day, karina posts a mirror selfie on bubble—hand clearly in frame, same ring visible.
and beneath it, a caption:
karina:
just shopping with a friend.
she has cold hands.
i have solutions.
