Vulture was forced into service and hates it more than anything, she 100% agrees that being a grey warden is a burden and not an honor. Despite all this she does whatever good she can even though deep down not a bone in her body wants to be the one to do it. Thinks the hero of ferelden title is too grand for her and tries to kindly avoid it (along with avoiding most people, queen of fucking off)

Hawk just kind of stumbled into this whole mess and proceeded to entangle herself within it. Out of genuine concern and a want for justice, but also profit. She did not want to end up at the center of the mage templar conflict, but she was totally game for most everything else. Wears champion title “humbly” (doesnt really bring it up or use it for leverage unless it benefits her more but will totally fish for compliments if YOU bring it up)

Heron was also forced into service but she quickly picked up the mantle willingly and with determination, leaving everything that came before behind. She does what she can to preserve lives, do good and keep everyone happy, as she believes the inquisitions and thedas strongest asset is its people, but will not hesitate to make tough decisions if necessary. Her leadership role fits her well and she wears the title of inquisitor with pride, even if she sacrifices a lot of herself to do so.
