FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is so different in Ikevil from Genshin or HSR.

In Genshin/HSR, at least I know the character banner will come back eventually.

In Ikevil, if I miss a part of the story event, bonus story, or card then I'm pretty sure it's gone forever. I won't get a chance to get it again.

Edit: cards and story events do rerun, I just have no idea if/when. But FOMO still applies for collection event stories and specific attire for events. Because I'm pretty sure the attire items change when it reruns (I could be wrong)
