People are really out there acting like roses are the most fragile flowers in existence but you know some of those things are tenacious and prolific bastards and until you’ve had to grapple with an angry rose that has imperialist designs on half of your garden, it’s not really something you appreciate

Not usually no #Am I really 'standing up' for freaking roses #This looks a lot more serious than it is meant #I just mean I don't get why they're always viewed as 'sissy' plants #Sure some of them are but dear god some of them are also a menace to society and cannot be stopped #roses #plants #I'm technically talking about garden roses but I should also like to remind everyone for the record that wild roses are also a Treasure #They are also tenacious bastards but they deserve to be for making the countryside in June so lovely #Anyway roses overall are pretty cool even if some breeds are more trouble than they're worth
