I have a few "theories" about sylus, just me speculating what he might be like.

For example one is that he rather than being evil for the sake of money and power it comes from something happening to him before hand involving wanderers or something. Sort of a parallel to the MC even, which could also me one of the reasons he keeps an eye on her. I'd like to think the reason he doing what he does is more of an act of rebellion of even revenge for getting shunned or let down by society, so he's grown bitter. It's very cliché and edgy ik, but it's all fun for me before he gets released.

And I can be totally wrong and be will be the complete opposite, he might just be the super dangerous evil man for money reasons only.
