If this is a spoiler, no need to answer… but:

What is the state of Emilia right now in the current TPP timeline with the main cast?

Is she back to normal and retired? Is she still a monster with a formed crystal? Is she still trapped in the world of the Unnaturals?

A personal head cannon that’s been floating in my head for a bit is that she could still be in her monstrous state and an overarching goal Lucas has is to find a way to save / cure her, but that may be leftfield 😭

I'll split this into two parts.

When current TPP starts Emilia has been trapped in the unnatural world for about 4 years. The main cast don't know where she is and assume she has gone missing. So one of the major plot points is discovering where she is and working to get to the unnatural world to find her. Going from the human world to the unnatural world is very very difficult which is why Lucas and Nick wouldn't have even thought she could be there.

Eventually they do go into the unnatural world, find Emilia and bring her back home. (crazy I haven't done art of the kids in the unnatural haha)

The second part is while Emilia is in the unnatural world she figured out a way to stabilize her monster form (I have the idea that the unstable and stable monster forms look different) realizing unnaturalfication isn't something that can be cured. Since Lucas deals with this too, sometime after she's back, he wants to know how to get a stabilized form as well but Emilia is hesitant bc it's a mentally and physically tolling process. but eventually she teaches him! (mother son training arc yay!!)
