Years later & I still don't know why Gwen Stefani had to cover Louise & Michie One's Rich Girl. Like she took the essence and culture out of the whole song for a stylized prepackaged vomit radio hit and barely 5 years after it came out.

On the night of Jr prom we went to a club in the city. I thought I was sooo cool being 16 out in nyc proper in my formal blue velvet gown as I ordered a drink. As I traipsed down the stairs I heard my siren song - Rich Girl. I lifted my arms and started sing and dancing... while descending stairs. I gloriously slipped and butt bounced down the stairs, drink still in hand and continued to dance when I got to the floor. Nanananananananananananana!
