the hard cider options in South Dakota are killing me

(it's basically Angry Orchard or Redd's. this is not a hard cider part of the country, which is something of a shock to my system after having lived in two apple-producing states that have a lot of local hard ciders. and I am a hard cider drinker! I don't like wine so I also sub hard cider for wine when cooking (which, like, Angry Orchard is fine for that, but it's the most basic hard cider out there). also it's illegal to ship cider direct to consumer in South Dakota so I can't even order it. sometimes state-by-state laws are bad actually!)

#if I move over the iowa border I could get it shipped in...#wait. do I know anyone who lives in sioux city and commutes. I don't but I probably know someone who does.#I guess I can try my fave's non-alcoholic options since those are legal to ship into south dakota #by the way the times I've shopped in sioux city were genuinely more dire in the hard cider area than in south dakota #no options AT ALL but plenty of every other kind of alcohol #(but it's over the state line so it's legal to ship cider in)#here there's one store that has two options that aren't angry orchard or redd's #your girl
