I thought Sam and Penny had a cute friendship since they seemingly hung out at the bridge together...Then I found a secret note where Sam was figuring out gifts for loved ones that included Penny in it and thought, "Awww! They're really such good friends!!" Only to then find the secret note for Penny [also gifts for loved ones] and...Sam was not on it...!! Rip! Now I'm thinking the dude has a crush on her, and it's one-sided. 😭
