#I don't want to mod a monster high doll please tell me about the neck peg components of the picconeemo

/realizing I meant to buy petite fairy and instead bought normal fairy head, now I got a 22cm head for my 11cm doll body and clothes on the way.... and 8mm eyeballs that will not fit the 6mm eye holes in the normal fairy head. I’m gonna save the fairy head for when I make Akta which means maybe I can dye it and get the yarn hair, but augh now I need to wait until I can afford to order a petite fairy head. I could order one of the blanks with pre-rooted hair but I have these eyeballs now. and there is a few wigs on the parabox website that are pale blue that fades into white like I draw Lake’s hair so like I think that would be cool.

though I wanna put pure black eyeballs into Akta’s head and model some horns for her, so I have no idea where to find pure black 6mm eyeballs that’ll fit in a doll head but I guess one day I can like paint some if I’m desperate. trying to think how to adapt the 22cm doll feet into hooves. I can probable sculpt a tail but I might work out some options.

I heard folks dye their dolls with Rit dye but I’ll do more research into how to change the colour of a doll with the least amount of damage... in order to distract myself from spending more money I should totally go be distracted on something but I do wish I knew how to mod an obitsu 22cm head for a pure neemo body because those dolls are hella cute. but since there’s like nothing in to be found for pure neemo or picco neemo dolls anywhere, I’ll have to wait.

also I like... really love the Ares head that obitsu puts out and I would love love love to make a Lake out of him but 27cm seems big and expensive. baby steps. one day. hopefully they don’t decide to stop selling sneering badboy face before I get comfortable....
