I didn't realize how many people apparently believe you need to look shrinkwrapped into your clothes until following dieworkwear. IDK if it's like a form of body dysmorphia or something but people can tell the difference between "this person is wearing a big sweater" and "this person is fat". Sometimes a tight fit makes it look like your clothes are the wrong size.
