Okay so i bet y'all thought I was gonna post the gala but I decided to not because I want a while chaoter to center around it... anyways carry on

Series Summary: Two lives can start very differently, but it's never the beginning that makes the story. It's the the journey the lives take that eventually bring them down the same path.

The window was open, and I sat on the sill, overlooking the seventy stories below me. Being so high up should frighten me, but it doesn't. I simply enjoy the thrill of the danger. A simple act of leaning too far and I could meet my doom. It was all apart of the rush.

I heard a low whistle coming from behind me, and I snapped my head around and looked back to see Jerome walk out, a strange and unique suit tailored to fit him perfectly. It was purple with green accents and gave him an edge that enhanced his Insanity. It made him look more unreal and kooky, childlike and playful. It certainly wasn't anything you'd see out on the streets of gotham. It was too abstract and intriguing. I loved it.

"Well, don't you clean up nice?" I said, letting him come over to meet me. I myself had been given a special outfit by Tabatha to wear on our afternoon outing. It was quite lovely, though I normally didn't skew towards bigger fashion.

I wore a pair of shorts with one side being bright red, the other the darkest shade of black you can find. The top was strappy, and matched the bottoms color wise. The materials for each color were different, making the oufit stand out even more. The cake topper of it all was the elbow length jacket, in the shade of white. It was faux leather, but it was quite nice. It accented the rest of the outfit perfectly. It was a style that I could put my name on.

It seemed Jerome was looking me up and down just as much as I had been doing to him. His mischievous smile was a testament to that.

"You don't look too bad yourself." He smirked, coming up behind me and hugging my waist while he buried his face into my shoulder.

I turned back to look over the city once more, the haze of gray that constantly swept over Gotham seemed to have faded, if not just for a few minutes.

"J?" I asked subtlely, my voice not coming far from a whisper.

His response was not even with words, but a gentle hum that vibrated off of my skin. The feeling was euphoric.

"After we finish Galavan's plan... what do you think we outta do?" I asked, laying my self back into his embrace. It was nice and warm in his arms. I felt so safe in them. "Are we gonna stay in Gotham?"

"After we get everything settled here, we can go anywhere you want. Obviously, by then we'd have the means to do whatever we would like to." He lifted his face, but only a small bit, so his voice brushed past the back of my ear.

"Anywhere?" I asked, my eyebrows raising as I let that thought sink in. Jerome and I could go anywhere we wanted and have a life that people said we could never have. A life of happiness and love and pure joy unlike any other.

"Wherever you want to go, Princess." He assured me, rubbing up and down the side of my arm while he began to back away.

His touch left goosebumps on my skin, and a chill that ran down my back when his breath brushed against my neck. He had dropped his arms from around me, but I didn't want him to leave, there was something else I had been meaning to ask him for a while. I'd been thinking about it a lot lately, mostly right before I drifted off to sleep at night.

"Do you believe in soulmates?" I asked abruptly, before he could back away too far from me. He smiled genuinely, with sweet and soft eyes.

"I do, now." He said, his words echoing like the inside of a cave around my head. My grin could not be stopped even if I wanted it to be.

"And what are we?" I turned my head with a small and innocent tilt to it, baiting him to come closer and I leaned back against the side of the window.

"Soulmates." He answered, taking slow steps towards me until we were again face to face. The lengths I would go for this boy, and I knew he would do the same for me.

The sound of heavy breathing could barely be heard over the loud sound of the shower. The only thing that might compare with the constant echo of water falling to the marble ground would be the ever so soft whimpers I had emitted with each roll of his hips.

With my leg hoisted up over his hip, settling at his waist, with his hand holding it in place, I had found no deeper pleasure than this. Nothing better than him being fully freed from any bonds of the past.

Before we arrived at his father's apartment, he'd told me how he didn't even know he was the son of a fortune teller until right before he was sent to Arkham. He said that he wasn't really able to harbor as many hateful feeling towards him as his mother simply because he didn't have the time to process it all. He also told me that when he met me his views on everything changed. That he never realized how good a relationship could feel because he'd never been given the chance of real, unconditional love.

Recalling the words he'd told his father before his inevitable death, my heart raced just thinking about the meaning they held.

'There's this guy, dad. He believes in me. He thinks I'm gonna be a star. You never believed in me. Never.' The knife he twirled in his hand made me anxious to just kill him already, but Jerome wasn't finished. 'Some father you were. You never even loved me, and don't tell me you did.... it's a lie.'

He got a bit more emotional as he spoke, but he hid it very well with his agression. His mad tone also helped in making his muddled words seem to be ones of crazed anger instead of sadness.

'I did love you, Jerome.' His father seemed to be nearly compassionate and sincere with his confession, but it didn't matter. The damage was done and he needed to pay the price for the horrible things he let Jerome go through, only telling him he'd never escape it.

'No.' He said, his smile returning to him, got close to his father's face, as if to taunt him. 'There's only ever been one person in my life to love me. She's standing right there.'

Jerome lifted his finger and pointed to me, seeing as how I'd been opting in to the conversation and listening at what horrible things this man had done to his son. Jerome deserved justice, and if that came from both of his parents being dead, then so be it.

'She loves me enough that she would have killed mom for me.' I remembered the day we talked about our abusers, and how if we'd known each other, we would have killed them long before for the other's sake. A faint smile appeared on my face at the memory. 'Which is why I'm gonna let her kill you.'

Jerome stood back, turning around and holding out the knife for me to take. I felt a sting of pride, knowing that my Jerome would give me the pleasure of offing someone that had hurt him so badly.

I took the knife confidently, and stepped foward to look him dead in the eye, not that he could see me, for he was the blind fortune teller after all. I still felt a sense of power getting so close, just so I could see every pained feature as I ended his life.

I raised the weapon above his head, ready to drive it into his face, but then there was a knock at the door. I paused my actions, and Jerome covered his father's mouth.

'GCPD!' The bellowing voice of Jim gordon had echoed. I looked back to Jerome, ignoring the other words that ol Jimbo was saying. J nodded to me, and without hesitation, I plunged the knife straight into his father's left eye.

His brain had been pierced and he died instantly, although I wish it had been slower. To know he had only felt minimal pain before it all went black. I stepped back as the spattered blood dripped drown my face. It was all over my brand new white jacket, but I happened to think that the contrast of the red and the white had a wonderful look to it. Very flashy, and attention grabbing.

The blood was the reason for the shower in the first place. Jerome and I needed to look like showstoppers for the big performance tonight. We had rehearsed everything down to a T, and Jerome had been practicing all afternoon with Barbara since we arrived home. When he hopped in the shower, originally it was to get the blood off of ourselves, but we figured we should have some fun while doing so.

His pace sped up some more, and within moments, I found myself clenching around him, my arms clinging around his neck for dear life. He pushed me further against the shower wall, his hip movements getting sloppier and faster still. When he hit his high, he gave one final roll of his body against mine before he leaned us both against the wall for a few moments, just being caught up in each other.

The water kept coming down over our faces, yet it seemed to be the last thing we paid any mind to. We kept our attention on each other, and with the heat of the moment still spurred inside of us, he kissed me with more passion than I had ever seen. It was fervent, and I was just as soon to reciprocate it.

"I love you... you're gonna be so great tonight." He whispered against my skin, going around to nip at the bottom of my ear.

"Says the star of the event." I replied, pulling him back so that we could see each other's eyes. His were always so brilliant to me, just like every other part of him. "I love you, too."

And with one more kiss, he reached around and turned off the water to stop it from flowing. The second it stopped I suddenly felt eerie, as if this moment was not one to last. But then again, most moments didn't last longer than a moment anyways.

"Alright Princess, it's showtime."

All i have to say about the next chapter is... yikes

Ranking every outfit Nora has worn

I've rated her human names and I've ranked her vessel names. Now it is time to rank all of her outfits 10 to 1. Why am I doing this? Because I'm a sucker for pretty clothes and babygirl is a fashion icon. These are just my opinions obviously so don't take them seriously. Though I am being dead serious when I say Mizuchi invented the fashion industry. What I want people to take away from this post is that we, as a society, need to respect Mizuchi's drip. No pun intended hehe

10. Childhood Kimono

No sense calling it the childhood kimono when she's always gonna be a child but idk what else to call this. I put this fit last because it's quite basic. There's not much to talk about here. I don't have any particular feelings towards it either. I do think the pink obi is cute. Mainly cuz pink is my favorite color. Also is it just me or does the kimono look way too big on her?

9. Childhood Kimono Enhanced ver.

This is the same exact fit as the last one and it only appeared in the one-shot manga bout Rabo and Yato but I want to rank it separately because of her accessory. She's just too cute with that little bow in her hair! Don't mind me fangirling over that bow like it's a national treasure. The sandals are nice new touch too.

8. Pink Kimono

This one is only shown in anime during the flashback scene where Yato massacred the ma clan. I love this kimono because it's in my favorite shade of pink. There isn't much to say about it though. It's pretty basic so I put in this spot

7. Volume 8 Kimono

This fit appeared on the cover of volume 8 of the manga. I have to admit, this fit is kinda crazy. Like the grape (??) socks, the random checkerboard pattern, the green hiyoku, the flower pattern, the flower in her hair. It all seems very random. But I actually think it goes together well! A hot mess can sometimes turn out beautiful. I like the way she looks with a flower in her hair. Mizuchi with hair accessories equals world domination. And why tf does that ayakashi doggie have a paper crane in its mouth? That's more random than the outfit lmao.

6. Fruit bowl Kimono

This one only appeared in a colored page of the manga. Can't remember what chapter or volume it was in exactly but I think it was in beginning. This kimono is very beautiful. The pattern on it reminds me of fruit bowls lol. Babygirl rlly has the best fashion sense ever. You can't change my mind on that. And she's wearing a hair accessory here! Rejoice!

5. Boysenberry Kimono

I think the color is boysenberry but I’m not sure. My eyesight isn’t that good. So this fit is from a Kami To Enishi card. The game is discontinued but I just couldn’t not add this fit in. It’s so pretty! The color of the kimono matches her eyes which is my favorite aspect of the outfit. I think the pattern on it is supposed to be temari balls. Or maybe it's supposed to be beach balls. Of course we can’t forget to mention the bow! Tbh I don’t think it matches with the rest of the fit. But hey, it matches better than the whole volume 8 ensemble. I still like the bow and I’m glad she’s wearing it!

4. Capybara Fit

First of all, how the heck do you spell capybara? I’ve seen it spelled in 5 different ways. Second of all, I LOVE THIS FIT MORE THAN MY FUTURE CHILDREN! Seriously it’s so cute! She rocked the whole world when she put this on. I screeched when I first read the chapter this was in. That's the sheer power of this outfit.

3. Yurei Fit

Next is babygirl's classic outfit, the yurei outfit! This fit is so iconic I had to put it in the top three. I have a lot to say about it. In a way, this fit is part of the reason why I got into Noragami. Like I'm an avid horror fan and I especially love any media that has to do with yurei. Yurei are Japanese ghosts for those of you who don't know. I saw a gif of Mizuchi here on tumblr and her character design caught my eye. I thought Noragami was going to be in the horror genre because of this fit. If she wasn't wearing this fit, I probably wouldn't have become interested in Noragami at all. Thank you to the yurei fit for getting me into this amazing series. I love her personal touches to it. Like the way she wears her hitaikakushi slanted, her big obi, her gauntlets, and her hiyoku. Her hiyoku had this lil flower pattern on it in the first few chapters. That was super adorable. It's a shame she never wears it again. Yurei are usually depicted just wearing a simple white kimono and with long hair. But babygirl has her own personal touches and she has a bob cut. She is rlly out here being a trendsetter for dead people in Japan. A round of applause for this fit.

2. Flower print Kimono

Excuse the poor quality pic. You've probably figured out by now that I have a thing for flower patterns lol. That's exactly the reason why this is my second favorite outfit of hers. It's one of her more simple fits. But I think it's to die for! Pun fully intended ;) If I remember correctly, in the past, she and baby Yato stole this from someone they killed. Sorry but I find that hilarious. R.i.p to whoever this kimono belonged to. You may have been killed but you didn't die in vain because a rlly cute girl has your kimono now. I wonder if babygirl would ever pull this out of her closet and wear it again. She may not even have it anymore since the flashbacks where she wore this were like centuries before Noragami takes place. This kimono might've already become tasty grub for moths :(

1. School uniform Fit

Of course, the school uniform is first. This fit literally invented the fashion industry! No one can tell me otherwise. Words can't fathom how cute babygirl looks in this. As a school girl who's been to multiple schools with uniforms, I think I'm qualified to say that Mizuchi looks better than anyone else in a school uniform. It's not just how she looks either but also the fact that Hiyori gave it to her. That really warms my heart. This fit did so much for the world. Like I've said before, it will go down in history as one of the best things to happen in fiction.

anyway i will say i do love all the credits songs... they never fail to make me Emotional but THE TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS ONE?? YOU ARE SO RIGHT. it was so so impactful for me cuz it just felt like... really Final and obviously there’s more games after that one but it just. wrapped the whole thing up really nicely i think. and all the bits and motifs it took from other themes throughout the trilogy was. mwah.

also i have to admit i am the complete opposite on regina’s theme. i ADORE it, it’s so whimsical and fun and just the slightest bit eerie and i really think it’s a lot of fun to listen to! on the other hand though i DESPISE turnabout big top as a case. i think it’s poorly written and while some of the characters and designs were fun, that just couldn’t save it for me (not to mention the Uncomfortable age-gap relationships on top of that).

i will say i do love hearing different arrangements for songs i’m familiar with so the jazz and orchestra albums SLAP i did try to avoid the aa4 music for now though but OTHERWISE THOSE WERE REALLY GOOD!!!! i don’t wanna ruin myself for apollo justice cuz my roommate and i are gonna play it when we move into our new apartment next semester but i am DEF gonna be playing it and hopefully the rest of the series too gdkfnsnf

we did just finish aai2 yesterday evening and YES IT IS LONG BUT IT IS SO GOOD AND ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE COMMITMENT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO STOP THINKING ABOUT IT SINCE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Anne of Green Gables is one book I've definitely want to read for a while!! I also wanted to watch the netflix series but I know it was cancelled so I really don't want to get my hopes up and then feel like it's missing something ):

I feel like if I tell you where I'm from you might guess who I am hahah (because I talk quite bit -a lot rlly- about it here) although I think we haven't really interacted before but idk!! I'm really bad at maintaining an anonymous identity!!

Oh fun story one of the things that got me into liking computer science when I was 13/14 years old was making tumblr codes. I found it soo fun and yes probably it's a really basic thing but it was what gave me that "spark" to start liking it. I really love design too so one thing I'd like is to be a front-end developer which basically is the part dedicated to user interface. What do you study??? I have a feeling it's on the medical or psychologist field.

Tigers are definitely such cool animals. I feel like I'd be the opposite and be a giraffe which has to run from tigers hahah. I feel like my life is so hectic sometimes I just need to chill and eat leaves with my really long neck

I hadn't tried laksa but I googled it and by the pictures and the description it looks so good!!! I really want to try more food around the world, specially south asian food since I've never eaten it because there's no place to get it in my city): So definitely when I travel that's at the top of the list.

If I had to eat something for a whole month it would probably be roasted chicken with guasacaca (a sauce that's similar to guacamole) and fried yucca. But the chicken has to be super juicy and the yuccas crispy because hell if it's gonna be a whole month it has to be good hahah

Also I remembered that a friend had told me you could write an ask without characters limit if you do it through the mobile app so that's why I'm writting a testament now lol, but easier than sending multiple asks!

I highly, highly recommend you read the series. It’s been a few years since I’ve reread Anne and I’m tempted to do so now ^^

The Netflix adaptation is Anne With an E right? I saw one or two episodes, but I didn’t like the actress’s portrayal of Anne, so I didn’t continue. My favourite adaptations are these movies (I didn’t know there were more than 3! But I only like the first two).

That’s such a fun story and it’s awesome that Tumblr helped you discover this passion. Have you worked on anything related to your chosen field? I’m not sure how to phrase it, but I guess does your university offer internships and such so you can explore your field?

So, in my undergrad I studied Health Sciences... Which was kind of focused on health policy and I specifically focused on mental health. My program wasn’t really what I was expecting, but I took a lot of science courses outside of my program. I made a ton of mistakes in undergrad, so my life hasn’t really shaped out how I imagined. Then, this year I graduated with my Education degree, so I’m a teacher and currently working full time as well as pursuing a Masters in Education (I don’t know why I’m doing it and I hate it, but I’ve started the program and have to see it through now).

Haha, I love your choice of animal. Giraffes are really cool, but you know, lions avoid them? Because adult giraffes have really powerful kicks and it can kill lions. So you’re totally chill, but have some badass power ^^ Also, I feel like I understand what you’re trying to say about the whole invisibility thing (we need to evolve so we can do mind to mind transfers, saves us from words!)

I looked up guasacaca and it looks good! Definitely something I’ll think about trying to make. Is yucca also tapioca? Because when I looked it up, it mentioned it’s also referred to as cassava, and I’ve had cassava/tapioca chips before.
