Post episode ramblings for Malevolent Part 7: So, it seems John isn't as special of a case as it seemed initially. The description of the thing seemed similar to John and what it has been doing with Arthur, though John and The Other Voice(TM) seemingly appear to be two different entities, both shown by The Other Voice(TM) not knowing who "John" is, by the different voice, and the different symbol to John's. I do think they might be entities of similar nature, especially because it seems how they operate is similar, down to the whole "taking over bodies" thing. The Other Voice(TM) just seems more successful and appears to be able to do it to several people. It did speak to Arthur so it clearly wants something from him or wants to influence him. If strength of mind is what's important to dictate if the entities are able to take over a host or not, it would seem that Arthur is stronger than the people The Other Voice(TM) targeted. (mainly being the elderly and children(in Kellin's case), so that would make sense) John and The Other Voice(TM) are definitely linked because otherwise it wouldn't make sense for it to speak to John, since that's just giving him free information.
