in another, less cool way, what I want is to eat all the burgers of the day from bob's burgers and am very upset that I cannot.

Okay so I don't know about most of these and I don't go here fandomwise but beetroot/beets on a burger is Already A Thing and really good. It's a common thing in Australia and Aoteroa. You just slice up canned/pickled beetroot and layer it on. Works especially well if there's cheese on there as well, and the Kiwis like to add a fried egg.
Seaweed also seems pretty simple; nori and/or furikake. Furikake is a Japanese condiment that's made out of dried vegetables, seaweed, and often seafood. It's traditionally used to flavour rice (in bowl or ball form) but would easily work on fries and I think there might already be furikake burgers available in Japan at fast food places and the like.
