I imagine the Dramaturgy and Leprosarium both have some kind of strange alcohol unique to them.

There's probably something very nasty and positively hepatotoxic made from jade-green bone marrow bottled up in Ru'thûn's den, maybe something she shares with a Broodwife occasionally.

I don't think it would be very palatable even to other Hive... but Ru'thûn eats with great indifference to flavour and I think she has similar sentiment towards drinks.

La'zaar keeps something made from a poisonous flower. Some kind of dusky, dark purple wine that stains the tongue and numbs whatever it touches... it's an acquired taste in its own manner.
