Help i can't sleep

Well, why can’t you sleep? How you handle it really depends on what the reason is. Because if your mind just won’t stop, that’s way different than sore muscles.

If it’s your head, the best thing I do is keep myself busy until I can’t keep my eyes open. It used to be that I’d pass time in town until I barely awake enough to make it back to my room, but now a few laps around the grounds does the trick. Felix trains or polishes his weapons, Ingrid reads or goes for a ride, His Highness drinks tea... Basically, you’ve got to try a few things before you find the ones that work. 

If you’re feeling sore and restless, try any combination of a warm bath, cozy blankets, and one of those new magic bed warmers without the coals. Sweet dreams, my friend!
