Here's my favorite live version of "In a Big Country" that I've been meaning to post for awhile since I discovered it. It's not the best played version musically (Stuart makes a few mistakes during his solo), but to me it is the best version of this song live because it has the most heart and passion. Hopefully it starts playing at the 12:39 mark which is right before they start the song, but if not, this is also a fantastic live performance of even some of Big Country's songs that I don't like the studio versions of (but I like the versions of them played here)! This is just, basically, from start to finish a stunning performance and I highly recommend watching it, especially if you're a new listener to or fan of the band.

I can't really think of any other reason why...#let alone what the significance of him doing that at that EXACT time could be. is it because the line 'I never took the smile away#from anybody's face' reminds him of Bruce????? is that why???? WHAT AM I MISSING HERE? 😭#Youtube
