NDRV3 Character Thoughts

alternate title: i’ve been sick the past two darn weeks and i still haven’t written this so screw propriety HAVE SOME INCOHERENT RAMBLING (under cut)

akamatsu kaede: now with naegi and hinata out of the way, time to dominate trials with the POWER OF LIES (note: i am a baby and will avoid lying on my first run)

amami rantarou: gonna die like second and be the actual shsl detective or something. also all i hear is either ooc leon magnus or heero yuy save me

chashibara tenko: it’s like koizumi all over again

gokuhara gonta: bugs. my god.

harukawa maki: LOVE her design but she didn’t make much of an impression on me in the demo which is sad. at least she has a good head on her shoulders. probs gonna die early since she was revealed so quickly and then had info on her die out

hoshi ryouma: SO COOL??? that backstory man. i hope he survives until endgame at least and acts as a sort of coroner by regaling everyone with how the current trial parallels something he did to the mafia

iruma miu: it’s like everything i don’t like in a character rolled into one

kiibo: just don’t go jin kimosugi on me and we cool, robo-friend! though uh you prolly will die early like harukawa? why is everyone i like gonna die: the game

momota kaito: bakaito. would be hilarious if he actually was the pre-first trial death as a callback but he’ll probably survive longer because of those...special sprites of his

ouma kokichi: i could either like him or hate him? i liked saionji a lot before release and early game but then she got soured for me pretty fast SO EITHER WAY but hey at least hearing shimono-san go nuts is always great

saihara shuuichi: cute but unreliable. might not actually be the detective? get some lessons from kirigiri wow. can’t help but think his and amami’s talents were swapped for shits and giggles on monobear’s part

shinguuji korekiyo: if he isn’t the 4th killer i will be incredibly surprised. no one who goes HUMANS ARE INTERESTING ever lives. or is a law-abiding person.

shirogane tsumugi: i will be shocked and appalled if she doesn’t kill someone and take their place in the trial

toujou kirumi: marry me--i mean she better be in the survivor pool SHE’S SO COOL then again i said that about sakura-chan AND LOOK WHERE THAT GOT ME /SOBS INTO A PUDDLE

yonaga angie: this chick is gonna go blood sacrificing with a smile like halfway through the game

yumeno himiko: her speech patterns are adorable but her voice grates at me DISSONANCE much? looking forward to seeing her magic because it’s bound to be part of a trial
