but okaY i’m just gonna say this real quick:: take things one day at a time!! i am horrible at following this advice, but i know that it works. i am big hypocrite. BUT it’s seriously just,, just bc one day went shit doesn’t mean all of em have to go shit, and even if there are bad parts to a day they don’t have to ruin your entire day!!

my mom ingrained this in me ever since i was a wee babby, but you can also try pulling silver linings out of things--like i’m sure you’ve got a break coming up soon!! or maybe there’s a project or some shit in school you’re looking forward too, or maybe even just coming on my blog once in a while can be your silver lining! just bc a day is bad doesn’t mean it has to be absolutely terrible !!

and even if you don’t think there’s something good to pull out of all the bad stuff, that’s okay too!! it’s valid if you need to have a good cry, or if you just need to talk to somebody--i’m always here (unless i don’t have service or i’m asleep) !! my main is still @ vannerboy !
