Club Penguin main antagonist lore: Herbert P Bear ends up on club penguin after floating and tripping on an iceberg in search of a warmer island. He easily could ask the penguins for help to get to a warmer island at any time since they would be happy to help or even build a boat to leave but he choose to continue to be rude and a menace on this island

Animal Jam lore main antagonist lore: : The Phantoms came from Mira tears and have been terrorizing the world of Animal Jam since then and can travel to other worlds using portals.

This is the first part of my On The Case series - a novelization of Club Penguin's secret agent lore, going through all the events that happened from the very beginning up to 2013 from my Ace's perspective. The first act covers the classic PSA missions, as well as the first Club Penguin EPF DS game.
