A little while ago、I took and passed a course to become a Fermentation Sommelier、so I received my professional qualification!
When I was in my 3rd year of middle school、one of the goals I set for myself、was to achieve this qualification once I'm in high school!、so I'm glad that I was able to achieve it!
Up until now、I've posted on my blog many times about the food I've made、and I love cooking、and eating、
But I thought that learning more about the food products、and details about their uses、would make my cooking more delicious、which is why I wanted this qualification。
In particular、the reason I went for the Fermentation Sommelier qualification、is because when I've eaten meals that used fermented products、I realised how delicious fermented foods could make a meal! And that became my motivation。
Ever since、on TV and SNS etc、I've been on the look out for recipes that use fermented foods、and I've been wanting to try making them myself、
And we just so happened to have a yogurt maker at home、so I tried using it to make some fermented foods、and it was so easy、and delicious、and easy to use、which made me realise how great fermented foods are!😳✨
In other words、fermented foods stole my heart!!!😂🤍
There's still lots I don't know、but I'll do my best to share the greatness of fermented foods with everyone!!!
