Note: Someone suggested: when penny moves in across the hall she discovers that Leonard and Sheldon are married and the other guys keep having to tell her it's true
I’ve been wanting to write something new Shelnard lately, so this seemed like nice timing.
Penny had lived in her new apartment for a few days when she met the guys across the hall. They were adorable, nerdy guys who seemed really sweet. They invited her for dinner tonight, so she was getting ready to make some new friends in her new building. Of course, she was sure that they would be interested in her. But they also seemed harmless enough. Still, she figured that she would need to be ready to shoot them down at some point.
The taller one, Sheldon, opened the door for her when she knocked. He welcomed Penny into the apartment that confirmed all of her preconceived notions about these two. The apartment was filled with toys and books. She could see why they were single.
“What's that?” Penny asked about a board with a bunch of weird symbols on a stand. The nerdy stuff she could handle, but she was out of here if they were into the occult.
“Oh. That's work stuff. Some math that we've been working on for a couple days,” Leonard said. Sheldon grabbed the board to put it away in the back of the apartment. He wasn't sure that Penny wasn't a spy sent to steal their work. He had meant to put it away earlier, but got distracted by something else.
“So, you guys are, like, super smart?” Penny asked.
“Yeah. We work over at Cal Tech,” Leonard told her with a smile. Penny could see the flirting already beginning. Still, he didn't seem like a creep, so she didn't mind.
“We ordered in, but it isn't here yet,” Sheldon explained as he came back from the bedrooms in the back of the apartment.
“Someone hates my cooking,” Leonard joked.
“I really do,” Sheldon threw in.
Penny sat down on the couch, but then Sheldon told her that it was his spot.
“Let it go,” Leonard told him.
“You never take my side,” Sheldon complained.
“I'll take your side when you do something sane,” Leonard said.
Penny was getting the impression that these two guys barely got along. She wondered how they managed to even live together if they were always bickering at each other. Still, she moved over and talked to them a bit when the door opened. She thought it was odd that the delivery person would just walk in. Only it wasn't a delivery person. It was two delivery people.
“Hey, guys. This is our new neighbor, Penny,” Leonard said. “Penny, this is Howard and Raj.”
The guys came in with bags of food, but Penny was understanding that these were friends. Neither Sheldon nor Leonard had mentioned anything about more people joining them, but Penny never really minded a party. They must have just picked up the food on the way over. More nerds, she thought.
“They invited themselves over when they heard that the new neighbor was a pretty girl,” Sheldon told Penny quietly. He rolled his eyes at this news. Penny smiled. She liked Sheldon, but she wasn't quite sure why. These guys were adorable. They weren't her type, but she hadn't had a lot of luck with her type. Maybe she needed more adorable in her life.
“You forgot the good mustard,” Sheldon complained.
“There's some in the fridge,” Leonard told him.
“You show me,” Sheldon said.
Leonard got up and Sheldon followed.
“What's the deal? Are they single?” Penny whispered to Howard. It had turned out that Raj couldn't talk to girls, so his answer would be less than useful.
“They are married,” Howard told her. He was surprised that she didn't already know that. “I am very single though.”
“That's a weird joke,” Penny told him.
“They really are married,” Howard said again. This time he was clearly serious.
She looked at Raj who nodded in agreement.
“To who?” Penny asked. She hadn't seen anything about their living situation that would indicate that a woman ever set foot in this apartment before her, let alone lived here.
“To whom?” Sheldon corrected from the kitchen. He was still looking for the good mustard that he was beginning to believe did not exist. “And the answer is to each other,” he added.
“Really?”
“Yes,” Sheldon said. He lifted his left hand to show off the ring that had been sitting there all night. Penny hadn't thought to look for rings. She just assumed they were single. There was one on Leonard's hand too. She could see it clearly when he finally pulled the mustard from the spot in the door.
“But you hate each other,” Penny said. Then she covered he mouth because she hadn't meant to say that. She hadn't seen them do anything other than bicker the whole time she had been here.
“Also true, but we love each other more,” Leonard joked. He grinned at Sheldon who leaned down to give him a quick kiss. Sheldon wasn't trying to prove anything. He was just a sucker for Leonard's grins.
“I...,” Penny started, but she didn't know what to say. She felt silly for not seeing it earlier.
“I'm still single,” Howard said with a wiggle of his eyebrows.
“She's not desperate,” Leonard told him.
“Sorry. I'm from Nebraska,” Penny said finally. It was the only defense she could think of. After the embarrassment faded a bit, she settled in for a nice evening with these guys. They were so sweet, and she was sure that she had made some good friends in the building.

Moving On
Summary: Penny and Leonard break up. One moves on, the other gets stuck in the past. What will happen? Word Count: 2155 Disclaimer: I don't own The Big Bang Theory or the characters, nor the song that was used as a background for the story. 'Moving On' by Kodaline, which was also used as a title for the story.
They didn't last long. On a cold winter afternoon, when the cold breeze made her chilly, she ran to her car with tears streaming down her face, almost freezing from the cold. She was the one that broke it off, not really accepting the fact someone cared and wanted to be with her. She was scared of hurting him in the long run, of doing something that would hurt them both deeply. But as soon as she left him, she was already hurt and regretful.
She didn't know where to go, home – a concept she no longer knew what it was – or anywhere else. She went to her apartment, but as soon as she entered, she only felt his presence. She got ready for work and went to her car. Driving around town for a while, she eventually passed The Cheesecake Factory. She entered it and said nothing to the people there. She wasn't interested in anyone's dates, boyfriends or other subjects she used to give a crap about.
Her shift ended quickly, him the only thing on her mind. She already missed him and, unlike any other moment in the near past, she wasn't missing him like those other times. Not those 'I miss you' but I'll see you at dinner tonight and give you a kiss. Not those 'I miss you' that was sweet. This 'I miss you' was messy, dirty, and awful. It was like one of them had died, and maybe it did. Her heart, it wasn't beating like it used to. It used to beat for him, in a weird way. He was the one thing that helped her go through those hard shifts that she needed so that she could pay rent. So that she could keep living near him.
But now, her heart was suffering because of what she did. It was all her fault and she knew. But she missed him. Terribly.
And so did he. He missed her. Desperately.
He had tears in his eyes. Aside from a few friends and an obnoxious roommate, she was all that kept him there. She was his armor against the bad in the world, what kept him grounded. She always made sure he had a place to land when he was done with the world inside his own head. She was his lifesaver. So, without thinking more than once, he wrote a letter explaining why he was leaving and apologizing for any inconvenience. Booking a ticket to go back to New Jersey, he saw his desktop photo: a picture of them. They were both smiling, they were happy in that picture. Soon after, the photo became cloudy.
Removing his glasses and pushing the tears aside, he changed the picture to his old one, a photo of Superman. Someone that had been brave enough to be someone else in order to save the world. A superhero, someone he wasn't.
With the ticket bought and some items on his bag, he leaves the apartment he had lived at for the last few years. He looked at her door just in front of his. If he closed his eyes, he could still remember the moment he got back from the North Pole, the way her eyes twinkled when she saw him, the hug, the way her body melted in his. He could still smell her perfume in the air if he thought long enough.
He opened his eyes, not being able to think about her anymore. It was hurting way to much.
He climbed down those stairs and entered his car, without looking back.
When she climbed up those stairs she was thinking of just getting inside her apartment, open a bottle of wine, drink it while watching Friends until she eventually fell asleep. She did not, at any moment, though she would have to go to his apartment.
She first heard the yelling at the beginning of the fourth flight of stairs. Thinking it was her crazy friend yelling at him because of the thermostat, she thought nothing of it. But by the time she arrived at the door, she saw it opening and two of her friends left. Her short friend with a Beatles-like haircut and her Indian non-speaking-to-women friend. They both looked at her with a disgusted face. She asked what was wrong, they didn't answer.
She entered the apartment only to see one of her best friends cry. It was unusual to see this, to out-of-character for him. She touched his shoulder as to warn him she was there and also to console him. He looked away from her and ran to his room. She didn't know what was happening. She stood looking at the bathroom door for a couple of moments until she looked around the room. Everything was in place, except for his laptop. Instead, there were a number of papers on top of the place it used to be the laptop. She noticed on with her name so she picked that one up. Opening it, she sat down at his chair, being one of the most comfortable she ever was at – without counting his bed or his lap.
Dear Penny,
I'm sorry I'm doing this, but I just can't stay here while seeing you every day. It pains me to do this because I'm leaving everything behind. I love you, and nothing will ever change that. But I can't stay there watching you be with other guys. I just can't.
I hope you can understand why I'm doing this. If you want me to explain better or simply talk from time to time, I don't mind. We can still be friends, even though we're not together. I promise to try and be in your life. I'll honestly try. I know this is a small letter, but I needed to just say sorry for leaving without talking about it directly and you know I'm not much of a person to talk face to face.
Love,
Leonard.
She cried when she finished reading the letter. Realizing the guys blamed her for his departure, she knew she couldn't just stay there. But she couldn't just go back to Nebraska. Sucking up her ego, she remained in that apartment building, waiting for him to come back home.
They spoke to each other. Every now and then, they would catch up, they would talk about his work and her auditions. They wouldn't mention him leaving or their break up. It would just open old wounds, and none of them needed that.
They wouldn't talk about things like 'I have a date tonight', or 'I might be engaged by the end of this week'.
It had taken them two years, but the dreaded day arrived. It was a warm autumn afternoon on the day of their last text. Penny still remembers the text, she holds down to that text with everything she had.
It was a simple, uncomplicated text, unlike their relationship. It was a simple, perfect, Good Night.
It was night for him, after all. She didn't respond, she didn't like to, she always felt like it was like saying goodbye. And it had been.
For the next two decades, they didn't speak. She knew he got married through Sheldon, who got the invitation through the mail. He attended it with Amy, his girlfriend-that-wasn't-just-a-friend-anymore. Howard went with Bernadette that finally agreed to be his girlfriend. Raj invited her, but it was just weird to be at your ex's wedding.
She got all the details of his wife later, through Amy and Bernadette. She was short, like him, didn't wear glasses and had a Ph.D. in something she couldn't for the life of her remember. She also loved his nerdy things and would go to comic book stores and buy more comics than him. They started a collection together, making sure they would spend less money on those things. She was everything she hadn't been, and he was probably happy with her.
That was two years after his farewell from the building and her life. Her one shot of happiness left that day and was now married.
Only a year later she discovered, through Sheldon once again, that he was going to be a father.
She was happy for him, to discover he had moved on.
A few months later, a Ryan Stephen Hofstadter welcomed the world. She had known at least one of his kids would be named after a scientist and he had chosen Stephen Hawking. But it should've been her to have a child named after a scientist. It should've been her, but she was stupid and allowed him to go.
She smiled at the picture Bernadette had shown her of baby Ryan, with his black hair, a little curly, and his big brown eyes.
He looked like a miniature Leonard. Which made her miss him even more and hate her even deeper.
After twenty years since his separation from her life and three kids later, his wife got sick. She died a few years later, not being able to survive the illness anymore. By that time, their youngest was already in college so Leonard moved back. He stayed with his best friend and his wife and children for a few weeks until he moved into his own place. She hadn't seen him yet. She didn't move on from their breakup, was only with people to get away from the pain she was constantly feeling in her heart. She missed him and never forgot him.
And as she walked that street, she swore to see him, looking at a menu. Getting closer and closer, she realized it was him. He had grey hair and a few wrinkles but it was still him. His hand was probably warm enough to heat hers, in that cold spring morning. It was an unusual day, especially for the season, they were in. She had on multiple layers of clothes and upon seeing him, she longed for his warm skin against hers, hoping he was still the same person. But he probably wasn't anymore, especially after what had happened to his wife. His partner in life. The one that should've been her.
Touching his shoulder for him to pay attention to her, he looked at her. She had aged amazingly, like a fine wine that is correctly bottled and stored. He smiled, and she smiled back. He hugged her, making him remember his departure all those decades ago when he tried to forget about her. It took him a year to even consider going out. Six months later he found someone perfect for him. She was also trying to forget about someone, escape the claws of love. They fell for each other, hard, and it was soon that they got married and had kids. They didn't want to waste time, and so they didn't.
She had made sure he was happy after her passing. Maybe that meant talking to her. That would probably make him happy. He felt a warm feeling in his chest, probably joy. He wasn't sure about what it was. But her smile was inviting, and it irradiated happiness.
He invited her for coffee, and opened the door to her, making him remember doing that to his wife. Sadness passed over his features, but he tried to put those feelings aside.
They sat down near the window, watching the city life outside. When they were young, they would both be living in that city, and be a part of that life. But now, as they grew old, they were just people watching others live the life they already had.
They didn't talk, as the waitress gave them their coffees. They just smiled and toasted with their warm cups of coffee. Their cold throat appreciated the warm feeling of the coffee and their cold hands were loving the feeling of heat irradiating from the coffee.
Their eyes eventually crossed paths. A small smile appeared on their faces. He was the first to speak just like their first encounter. That awkward first encounter. The moment he had probably fallen in love with her. His letter, given to her so long ago, it seemed on another lifetime, had said he would always love her, no matter what. Did he mean it? Did he still love her? God knew she loved him more than anything in the world. Would they have a second chance at love? Or would she still be scared? She remembers all the night she was scared and didn't have his arms around her, protecting her from the horrors of the world. He was probably protecting the other woman, the one he loved unconditionally for two decades. She looked at him and knew. They would be okay. And that was what mattered.
"So, how have you been?" He said as that little smile played on his lips.
That goodnight, she realized, hadn't been a goodbye. Just a see you later.
The End

What if the besties Amy and Penny realises that they are pregnant at the same time? :) They will be mums, and of course Sheldon and Leonard dads "together" :) Thank you if you write it!
Thank you, Anon, for this cute request. I apologize it’s taken me so long. I hope you enjoy!
Sheldon rearranged the veggie platter, cheese and crackers tray, and sparkling cider on the island for the fourth time.
“Sheldon, it’s fine. We’re hosting our friends not the queen.”
“I want everything to be perfect.”
Amy came up behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist. “You’re making me more nervous than I already am.”
He spun around to face her. “Why are you nervous? This is an exciting time for us.”
“I’m worried about Leonard’s and Penny’s reactions to our news,” she admitted. “They’ve been married almost three years and haven’t welcomed any little ones, and we got pregnant on our honeymoon.”
“But there’s a difference. They’ve always said they aren’t ready to be parents, and we needed to start right away to have enough time for a large family.”
“We agreed to three,” she reminded him.
“Three pregnancies. Fingers crossed we have twins or triplets.”
She swatted him playfully just as a knock sounded on the door. “They’re here.” She straightened her skirt then took her new husband’s hand.
“Hello, hello!” Raj greeted them, carrying a bottle of wine. Sheldon and Amy exchanged a look. It was a nice gesture, even though she couldn’t drink and Sheldon preferred not to. The others could indulge if they wished.
Amy accepted the bottle graciously. “Thank you, Rajesh.”
Sheldon plucked it from her hands. As he proceeded to rearrange the items on the island to make room for the new addition, Howard followed behind carrying Halley with a haggard-looking Bernadette in tow holding Michael’s car seat and Stuart bringing up the rear with all the baby gear.
“Hey, guys!” Amy greeted them.
“Uh huh,” the tiny blonde grunted, as she set the infant next to his sister then plopped onto the couch and sat back with her eyes closed.
Amy regarded Howard. “What’s up with her?”
“Michael kept her up all night, then both kids screamed all the way here.”
Amy peered down at the sleeping children. “Not these sweet little angels,” she cooed.
Bernadette rolled her eyes. “Don’t let them fool you. They’re little devils when they’re awake.”
“Your mommy’s just saying that. You are the sweetest babies,” Amy babbled.
“Wanna take them for a few days?” Bernadette proposed.
Amy looked expectantly at Sheldon, and Howard jumped in to save his friend from answering. “Bernie, you don’t mean that.”
Stuart carefully set the diaper bag and portable playpen near the bedroom and paused to catch his breath. “Mind if I take the kids to your room?”
“Not at all. Actually, if Howard and Bernadette don’t mind, I can tuck them in while you all have a seat,” Amy offered, noting that Howard didn’t look much better than his wife.
The engineer didn’t argue, so Amy happily moved the smaller carseat next to the bedroom door. She lifted Michael from his constraints and held him close, nuzzling his wispy hair. She could feel Sheldon watching her and peered over the baby’s head to smile at him. He smiled back and approached the other carseat, removing Halley and holding her the way his wife was holding her sibling. Stuart skirted around them with the gear. The couple watched as he assembled the playpen then together they lay the children down.
“Aren’t they adorable?” She murmured.
“Ours will be even more so,” Sheldon replied, as he gathered her in his arms and kissed the top of her head. They watched the little ones a few minutes before rejoining their friends in the living room to chat, while Raj wandered over to the island to check out the snacks.
“Wait!” Sheldon hollered. “Leonard and Penny aren’t here yet.”
Raj’s stomach growled in protest. “I skipped dinner for this.”
“I’m sorry, Raj. We can’t start before the whole group is here.” Sheldon consulted his watch. “We were supposed to begin ten minutes ago. Where are they?”
“Penny sounded distracted when I called her to confirm tonight’s plans. I hope they didn’t forget,” Amy fretted.
“She looked almost scared at work today,” Bernadette added.
Amy’s eyes widened. “Scared?”
“Maybe, maybe not. It could just be the exhaustion messing with my brain.”
“But it may not be. I’m going to check on her,” Amy called over her shoulder as she strode across the hall.
xxx
Penny stared at the double pink bars on the plastic stick gripped between her thumb and index finger and slid down the wall onto the cold tile floor. “How did this happen?” Leonard opened his mouth to speak, but she cut him off before he had the chance. “Okay, I know how it happened. You know what I mean.”
He took a seat next to her, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. “I know we didn’t plan this, but I have to admit I’m excited.”
Penny lowered her head to her hands. “Why did this happen now? Everything is going so well. That promotion was as good as mine, and now I can kiss that goodbye.”
“You won’t have to. You’ll have eight months to wow them, and they’ll be anticipating the day you return from maternity leave.”
Penny rested her head on her husband’s shoulder. “You really think so?”
“I do. You’ll make a great PR rep and a wonderful mother.” He kissed the top of her head. “I love you, Penny.”
“I love you too.”
They sat that way for several minutes before Leonard broke the silence. “We should get over to Sheldon and Amy’s.”
“Not yet. I still haven’t processed what’s happening to us.”
“Penny, we both want kids but always come up with an excuse to hold off. There’s always going to be a reason to wait because there is no perfect time.”
“A year from now would have been better,” she muttered.
“Maybe, maybe not. We’ve had almost three years together with just the two of us, so we’re not rushing into it, and we’re in a really good place now financially. We can do this.”
She sighed. “I hope you’re right. Honestly the idea of parenthood scares me.”
“It’s a little scary for me too, but it’s a learning process for every parent. Besides, we have Howard and Bernadette to go to with questions. We’re not alone.” He stood and reached for her hand to pull her up.
She set the pregnancy test on the edge of sink, closed her eyes briefly, and decided to put it out of her mind temporarily “I still don’t know why Sheldon and Amy insisted we all go over there tonight.” A look of dread crossed her face. “You don’t suppose Sheldon has organized their honeymoon pictures, and we’ll have to sit through three hours of slides? We already had to listen to him jabber on and on about the train’s class and why steam locomotives are the only way to travel. With pictures, it will be ten times worse.”
“I’m not looking forward to another lecture either, but they’re our friends and we should try to be excited for them.”
“I’ll try.” Penny checked her reflection in the mirror and straightened her shirt. “Let’s get this over with.”
Hand in hand they walked to the door leading out of the apartment. Leonard opened it to reveal Amy standing on the other side with her hand poised to knock. “Sorry we’re running late,” he apologized.
“Everything okay?”
“Umm, yeah, fine,” Penny mumbled.
“You look like you saw a ghost, and Bernadette said you looked scared at work. Did something happen? Don’t tell me Paul got the promotion.”
Penny tugged at the hem of her shirt. “They haven’t announced it yet. We find out next week.”
“Penny, try not to worry. I just know you did great in the interview. They’d be fools not to promote you.”
Penny opened her mouth then quickly shut it. Amy tilted her head to assess her friend. Something was wrong, and she was determined to get the truth. “Whatever’s bothering you, you can tell me.”
“Ames, this is your night.”
“That’s sweet, but I don’t want you to bottle up your emotions for me.”
“We don’t want to steal your thunder,” Leonard cut in.
Amy frowned. “Steal my thunder? I just want my bestie to let out what’s bothering her.”
The couple looked at each other. Amy wasn’t going to let this go. By unspoken agreement, they motioned her to come in and all took a seat on the couch.
“What’s going on? You guys are scaring me. Is one of you dying?”
Leonard slung his arm over his wife’s shoulder and gave it a reassuring squeeze.
“I’m pregnant,” she blurted out.
Amy’s eyes widened and her mouth dropped open. When the shock wore off, she jumped up and clapped. “I’m so excited for you guys! This is a double exciting day!”
Leonard furrowed his brow. “Double exciting?”
Amy licked her lips. “I’m pregnant too!” She shrieked.
Penny jumped up and hugged her friend. “Oh, Ames, I’m so happy for you! Was this why you invited us all over?”
Amy nodded enthusiastically. “Yes! It’s been so hard keeping the news to ourselves these last few days. Sheldon is thrilled!”
“Oh, Sweetie, that’s wonderful.”
Amy pulled out of her bestie’s embrace and held her at arm’s length. “Are you excited too?”
Penny gulped. “I don’t know. We didn’t plan this, so I don’t feel ready.”
Amy pulled her back into a hug. “I don’t think anyone ever is. The good news is that we’ll go through it all together. We’re going to be moms together!” She squealed. “We’ll have play dates… oh I just know our children will be the best of friends!”
The moment was interrupted by a familiar triple knock. “Amy, Leonard and Penny; Amy, Leonard and Penny; Amy, Leonard and Penny!”
Leonard skirted around the women who were still embracing and welcomed Sheldon into the room.
The taller man rushed to his wife’s side. “What’s going on? I heard shrieking. Amy, are you alright?”
She turned to him, eyes sparkling. “Everything is fine, better than fine.”
Sheldon looked from her to Penny to Leonard who was grinning from ear to ear. “Can someone tell me what’s going on?”
“We’re all going to be parents together!” Amy blurted out then covered her mouth. “Oh, my gosh! I’m sorry I didn’t let you tell him. I’m just so excited!”
Leonard clamped his hand on her shoulder. “It’s okay. This was supposed to be your night, so let’s call it even.”
Amy turned her attention back to her bestie. “If you feel comfortable doing it, I’d love for us all to tell the others together.” She noted the blonde eyeing Sheldon warily. “If Sheldon’s okay with it too, of course,” she added.
Sheldon shrugged. “I’m okay with it if you’re okay with it.”
Leonard raised his eyebrows at his wife. “Penny?”
The blonde took a deep breath. “Okay.”
Amy clapped her hands. “Excellent! Let’s get the party started!” She grabbed her husband’s hand and headed for the door.
“Hold on!” Penny called.
They turned around and regarded their friend. “If you’d rather wait, it’s okay. I don’t want to pressure you.”
She shook her head. “No, it’s not that. I just haven’t congratulated the two of you properly.” She opened her arms wide, and the brunette dragged Sheldon over with her. “Come on, Sheldon,” Penny urged. “Group hug time.”
The quartet entwined arms, and more words of congratulations were exchanged. It wouldn’t be easy, but they were in this together.

Big Bang Theory 10x24 (Season 10 finale) Spoilers!
Spoilers Below!
Ok I'm gong to type up a quick report.. I's tired af and I didn't take notes so it will be brief. I will add dialog but it wont be accurate to the actual taping as there were lots of re-writes. The report below is just a guide on what was taped tonight. As always. DO NOT TWEET OR POST TO PRODUCERS ABOUT SPOILERS. So we know Amy has gone off to Princeton for a few months... Cold Open: Sheldon is sitting in 4B skyping with Amy. They are expressing how much they miss one another. Amy comments that its weird that Sheldon wasn't there that morning to correct her grammar. Sheldon took the opportunity to start correcting her and this turned into some flirtatious back and forth. Cafeteria: Leonard, Raj and Howard are sitting chatting when Sheldon enters followed by Ramona. Sheldon introduces Ramona to the gang. He explained that she had worked on the CERN project and she was at Caltech for some research. The guys offer Romana to join them and Raj leaves to grab an extra chair. I cant remember why exactly but Ramona deny's the offer and leaves to sit elsewhere asking Sheldon to accompany her which he complies. We see Sheldon and Ramona sitting and chatting while the guys are observing and discussing what might be happening. Ramon reached out to touch Sheldon on the arm at one occasion. They were pretty certain from this point that she was after him. 4A Penny and Bernadette are at the island speaking about Sheldon and Ramona, The guys had told them what was going on. They were voicing concerns about what Romana might be up to. It was mentioned that Ramona had got Sheldon a Toblerone. Penny commented that all Leonard had told her was that the Toblerone had nuts. 4B Sheldon and Amy are again skyping and expressing that they miss each other, They go on to talk about their days. Sheldon openly tells Amy about Ramona and how they had lunch. Amy is visibly not impressed immediately and expresses she is not happy. Sheldon is completely oblivious to why this is a problem and goes on to explain Ramona's research and how she is a tall, blond and ex swimmer. 4A Amy skype Penny and Bernadette, she is furious with Ramona being in the picture and expresses her anger at them saying "I asked you to do one thing and keep and etc on him". Penny and Bernadette are sorry to Amy. ComicBook Store: Leonard, Howard and Raj are searching for comics and discussing the issue with Ramona, Raj suggest someone should ask out Ramona in an attempt to prove she is not interested in Sheldon romantically. Stuart enters the conversation and offers to do it. The guys immediately shoot Stuart down (in a funny way) explaining she is a doctor. Stuart replies saying doctors love him. There was some jokes thrown around here before Raj says he will do it. Cafeteria: Ramona is sitting alone, Raj enters and starts talking to Ramona, "So nice to see you again', Yes you to!, May I join you? Ramona replies a subtle 'No" and got back to her work while eating. Raj leaves to join Howard and Leonard. They comment on how they need to phone the guiness book of world records for the quickest shoot down ever. Sheldon enters and Ramona instantly waves him down for Sheldon to join her, To which he does. 4A Leonard, Penny, Howard, Bernadette and Raj are at the Island preparing dinner and talking about Ramona advancing Sheldon. They cant decide if they should phone Amy and warn her or if they are overreacting. As they leave the island with their food to go and sit down, Sheldon enters the apartment with Ramona. The gang stops in their tracks as Sheldon re-introduces her to the gang and mentions how they have been swimming together, The gang awkwardly say hi to her. Ramona comments on how proud she was of sheldon for putting his face underwater. They all sit down and Ramona takes her place next to Shleond where Amy would normally be. Bernadette is the last to join the group and she decided to squeeze herself inbetween Ramona and Sheldon trying to separate them, (break) Penny asks Sheldon if he has spoken to Amy that day, He replied 'Yes this morning, And I assume we will before bed tonight". Ramona comments: "He talks about Amy all the time, I cant wait to meet her" And Sheldon responds with 'Yes, She keeps asking how long Amy is away for". Obviously there are alarm bells ringing everywhere. Sheldon comment on how Ramona has been working on the CERN project. Ramona continues to say she had a front row seat for it all. Sheldon offers to go get some correspondence that he has with someone that headed the CERN project and if Ramona would like to see them. Obviously she does and Sheldon stands and leave for his own apartment, to which Ramona offered to accompany him. Sheldon being oblivious to her advances comments "oh fun! just like a play date". The gang are visibly concerned about what was happening. Penny comments about "This is the sort of thing we should be keeping an eye on!!' They all argue about who is going to go over there to keep an eye on things. Eventually the argument turns into 'Who is going to call Amy?' 4B Sheldon and Ramona are talking in 4B when Sheldon's laptop starts to ring. He excitingly answers to find Amy on the other end. She said she just missed him and wanted to call him. He commented on the perfecting timing as he called as Ramona was there. Amy was NOT impressed by this. Sheldon went on to say how they had been swimming together. He turned the laptop to Ramona so she could say hello to Amy. Just as this happens, Amy's phone get a call form Leonard warning her of Ramona. Sheldon is not impressed with Leonard calling Amy at such a late hour and is still completely oblivious to how inappropriate Ramona being around him is. 4A The gang are once again discussing the situation. Raj is sure they are overreacting as someone like Ramona couldn't be pursing Sheldon Cooper. Sheldon and Ramona enter the apartment and Sheldon is apologetic about having to break up the part as Amy has told him he is tired and needs to go to bed. Ramona thanks everyone for Dinner and asks Sheldon to walk her to her car. Penny jumps up at this and offers the whole gang to walk her down to her car. We get a scene with the whole gang awkwardly escorting Ramona down the steps to her car, no one is talking at all, Bernadette and penny make efforts to put themselves between Sheldon and Ramona. Ramona pulls away in her car with the gang watching. Penny tells Sheldon 'we need to talk". 4B Penny and Sheldon on the couch - Penny is trying to explain to Sheldon about Ramona. He is in denial of her trying to pursue him romantically. He finds it impossible to happen because he is in a relationship with Amy. Penny explains that some girls don't care about that.. Sheldon is still no understanding the situation and suggest penny and Leonard need marriage counseling. Penny goes on to try and explain in another way with whats happening. She explains that he is a limited addition toy that not everyone can have but some people will try and get it anyway. Sheldon responds with "Well that maybe true But Amy has already taken me out of the package and played with me"... Sheldon is still not understanding the situation and leaves for bed. Sheldon's Office Sheldon is sitting at his desk working when Ramona enters. She asks him if she has had any lunch and he say's no he hasn't. She replies "Good because I made us sandwiches" Sheldon is happy at the gesture but then something snaps in his head. He confronts Ramona head on asking is she is hoping for some kind of romantic relationship with him. "what if I were?" she replies. Sheldon goes on to list that would pose a number of problems because they work together and more importantly, He is with Amy. As he finishes his sentence.. Roman leans in quickly and plants one on Sheldon's lips. Sheldon doesn't kiss her back. He just sits there Eyes open from shock. When it ended he is visibly emotionally compromised from what just happened. He just had a look of shock on his face. He stood up from his desk and said "excuse me" and left. He left the university, Straight into a cab, Straight to the Airport, Seen buying a plane ticket, Sitting on a plane (Watching sponge bob). Arriving in NJ, Going to Princeton, In the hallway looking for Amy's apartment. Amy was on her couch in her robe. From the door came a familiar knock of 3 for Sheldon. Amy looked shocked that he was there and rushed fro the door. As she opened the door, We see Sheldon down on 1 knee holding a ring. He was looking up at her with a serious look on his face. "Will you marry me" Amy just stood there in shock. The scene faded out before Amy could answer.

The duality of the gossip part II (Shamy fanfic)
Thanks for you suport, as I promised here is the second part, hope you like it! ❤ You can read the first part here : The duality of the gossip
*Raj discovered a very big gossip of the girls, will he keep the secret?*
Hours passed away and Amy was pretty nervous waiting to Sheldon in their apartment, she was thinking all day long about how to tell him, what words use and how wonderful will be his reaction. She knows that they are not engaged yet but they are in a very good place now, since they were living together everything was great, they were more and more confortable together and he told her about having kids a few times in the past, so why is he going to be mad at all? She was sure that this day will one to remember ever.
Suddenly the sound of the door wake up her from her daydream, Sheldon come into the room and look at her with that silly smile that she love it.
- “Hi Sheldon, how was your day?” In her inside she was shaking off nervous but she tries to stay strong for now. - “Hi, Amy, ” his response with a big smile, “was pretty long, is that some tea?” he asks while he walks closer to the kitchen, gives her a soft kiss on her cheek and sit close to her. - “Yeah, you want some?” her hands was shaking a little bit so she tried to cover it with a silly smile.
He starts to talk about the government project and how Howard was so irritating. Since he signed the good behavior clause in their contract, Sheldon had been impeccable with him, but that didn´t mean that he could not complain with her. Normally Amy was very patient and she hear all he wanted to say but today was different, her head was in other part, she was trying to concentrate in his words while making the tea, but she can´t hear any single sentence, she can´t believe that in her inside was little Copper growing up, a perfect mix of them and the reflex of their love, that was just perfect. She look at him and noddle with her head, she guessed that he had finished or at least had paused, it was the time, She timidly lifted her head up while Sheldon sipped his tea and the words flew out from amy's mouth …
- “Sheldon, I need to tell you something that I discovered today”, she took a deep breath, preparing herself for the most important words that she ever will tell him. - “It´s about the pregnancy? I know that…” he raised his eyebrows and sips tea again - “what an imprudence, don´t you think?. he said Amy´s face changed at that instance, her big smile change in a deep open mouth and her eyes started to get wet. - “How- how yo-u know?” she start to stammer. - Raj heared you and Penny this morning at the apartment, he came to the University and slipped the gossip, he is very bad keeping secrets, takes him like 10 min to tell us”. He was looking at Amy´s face trying to discover what was going on? why she was so upset about. - “What is that face about? Are you sad?” - “Of course I´m sad, you hear that good news and you say, what an imprudence?!, what is going on with you?” tears started to flow down on Amy's cheeks, her lip quivering as she spoke and her body seething with rage, How could he do this to her?. - “I just thought that it´s not a good time for that, I thought you will be with me in this, I didn´t know that this was so important for you”.
That phrase was the last thing Amy heard, she was so angry that she had to get out of there, she could not believe that the most special moment in her life was turning into this nightmare.
She turned around and opened the door. - "Do not think in follow me, Dr Copper" She shouted with a torn voice and her face full of tears, she slammed the door very hard and left Sheldon there.
He was bemused, he just didn't understand what happened, how could Penny's pregnancy be so important to Amy?, he thought he was in the right, Penny was promoted in her job a few weeks ago and the both were very busy, how would they do that with a baby? Amy´s reaction had not sense but he can´t see her like that, he need to find her right now.
Thanks for reading and all the good words, that helps me to keep writting and improve my english, soon the next and last part.

SPOILERS
Lots more detail for you thanks to kerrycec03. Taken directly from the forum
Cold Open: stairs, all 4 guys carrying take-out, Leonard asks Raj how things are going with the girl he is dating and Raj says he ended it with her, when asked why he says because she didn’t want to see him anymore. Sheldon says some people are not destined for a mate like Newton who was a virgin till death, Raj says he is not a virgin. The guys express sorrow to Raj who says “I’m fine” to which Sheldon continues on. Howard says what Raj means is he is clearlt not fine. And Sheldon says if people mean the opposite of what they say, then Howard could be wrong. The guys walk in and the girls are there (yea all 7 scene) and they ask what the guys are talking about. Sheldon goes into it and Raj says again “I’m fine which means I don’t want to talk about it”. Sheldon is frustrated because he wishes it was easier to know what people are really feeling without words. Howard tells him there is a trial experiment going on for a human emotions detector. At first Sheldon is leary but everyone thinks it would be great. Meanwhile Raj says maybe he should ask his ex-girlfriends what went wrong, get them all together. Everyone agrees thats a bad idea. Next scene: comic book store, Raj asks Leonard what he plans to do with Sheldon’s old room…he says game room. Sheldon tells Leonard he wanted a game room but Amy said no. Howard comes over and excitingly tells Sheldon he got a hold of the machine for him. Next scene: 4A (pink coffee maker now there and liquor bottles on top of fridge) penny is on her tablet and Leonard comes out from the bedroom says he measured his new game room and his dream tv will fit (if he removes boards OR that is so big he can see it from work). Penny asks him to hold off aa Randall might come stay with them. Leonard asks why and Penny says her Dad wants her to help get him an interview at her company. Leonard asks won’t they mind an ex-convict drug dealer and Penny says Pharmaceuticals is just a fancy word for drugs anyway. Leonard is clearly miffed so Penny asks him how long would he be staying, Penny says few days, more, who knows. She asks Leonard if he has a problem, he lies and says no, they hug and peck and Leonard says Randall will enjoy carrying his drugs in a brief case better than a balloon in his rectum (this was re-written a few of Leonards like and 2nd-3rd takes had the sitting hug as 1st didn’t..to me they softened it up) Next scene (playback) Howard/Bernadette kitchen with Raj. Bernadette asks Raj if he really thinks its a good idea to contact all the ex’s together, it will crush him, (meanwhile Raj has already begun plan the event). It was a quick scene. Next scene: Sheldon’s office (Sheldon, Amy, Howard). They are beginning to try the emotion detector machine that monitors the persons lines and expressions and such and an app on Sheldons phone determines the basic emotions by a smiley face system. Howard jokes it can determine if Amy wants to think about her choices (impling dating Sheldon—eyes roll). Amy has a laptop and begins looking a pics and the machine will pick up her emotion and Sheldon will go by that. First he says “happy” and Amy excitingly says yes cause its a pic of puppys, Sheldon sorta agrees but not with their tiny pointy teeth. Next pic he says sad and Amy says softly yes its a picture of her Grandma to which Sheldon says makes sense you probably miss her and you worry about getting her turkey neck. Amy’s emotion change and Sheldon says “oh wait now you are angry”. Back to 4A, Leonard at kitchen island, Penny walks out and asks Leonard to help look at her brother’s resume. Leonard makes a crack about Randall’s prison career. In walks Shamy and Sheldon is holding the detector saying “If you’re happy and you know it no need to clap your hands, I’ll know it”. Shamy walks to the Island and Leonard says he is happy for Sheldon and Sheldon says he knows its true because his phone shows a happy smiley. Amy sees the resume and asks Penny whats she is doing, Penny tells her and Sheldon says Leonard is angry about it. Leonard denies but sheldon’s machine keeps picking up angry faces. Penny asks Leonard and he finally says “fine, I am angry, how could you not ask me if its ok to have your drug dealer ex-con brother stay with us”. penny now gets defensive saying she didn’t think she would have to check with him since its her brother. Sheldon’s machine shows them both as angry. Lenny make a few jabs like Penny defends that Randall wouldn’t live with them forever, he would eventually get his own place. Leonard says when has he ever lived alone, Penny says he has, Leonard says where aside from a place with a nearby metal toliet (implying prison), Penny says that still countd. Amy tells Sheldon to stop and he points the machine at her and he says “then stop enjoying this too” (implying they are both enjoying this). Then Penny says to Leonard consider this payback for making her live with Sheldon (2 versions, one Sheldon says she was lucky to live with him, 2nd is he let her share his honeynut cheerios to which Penny snaps back that she was invoiced for those). Sheldon is offended and Amy pats Sheldons back and says they should go, Shamy proceeds to leave and Sheldon says can he storm off and Amy says it looses its impact if they discuss it, so he says instead he’ll give them the finger (which is an angry thumbs down), Amy gives a half one and stop. They exit. Next: Raj’s apartment (Lucy, Claire, Emily and deaf Emily, Howard & Raj). Ladies are seated around the coffee table. Raj explains he gathered them all together to find out what went wrong in there relationships. He explains that Howard is there to translate for Emily and take notes. Deaf Emily signs and Howard says I agree this is crazy. Raj then says its confusing there are two Emilys so he said emily Sweeny is red-head emily (but deaf Emily is also a red head), 2nd take called deaf Emily “Emily Jr”. She signs angrily and Howard says “hey you dates him”. Raj suggests they go around the room introducing themselves and why they broke up. First up is Lucy. She admits she has severe social anxiety and Raj kept pushing her into uncomfortable situations to which Howard says “like this one” and she shakes her head yes and sinks into her seat. Raj tells him to right he has personal boundary issues and Howard says/writes Shmuck. Deaf Emily says he was too dictated by what his parents said and Emily Sweeny agreed saying he was a mamas boy. Raj tells Howard to write good son. Then its Claire who said he was too needy, and then said he was too into his look with shaping eyebrows and Raj’s cuts her off. Then its Emily Sweeny. She says she is uncomfortable saying it in front of Howard. Raj says he doesn’t mind so she begins to say “well when we were in bed” and Raj says “leave”. (Done a few different ways). Clearly Raj is getting upset so Lucy says “there is something good about dating Raj”. Raj jumps in and says “thank you and yes I’ll go out with you again”. Lucy says “no, I mean I learned what not to do in a relationship for my next one”. All the women agree and Emily Sweeny starts talking about her new man Gary and Howard asks for his spelling. Raj cuts him off and asks them all if they moved on to better relationships and they all agree (and Claire says a little before actually). Howard steps in to defend the deflated Raj. He says he is proud that he is putting himself out there and trying to fix it, both sorta one arm hug and Emily Sweeny says “I’m actually surprised you two (howard/raj) never got together. Howard says "like you ladies I had to ho through this to find Bernadette” and Raj weirdly agrees. Next scene (playback) 4B. We see Amy at the island mixing a salad calling Sheldon out for dinner saying she made beefloaf not meatloaf as she knows how much he hates non-describe meals. He doesn’t come out so she walks into the bedroom and we see Sheldon cuddled sorta diagonal with a pillow. Amy asks whats wrong and he is disappointed because he really thought he was getting better at reading peoples emotions and she says he has, look at all the times he knows when she is upset to which he says she’s sorta a downer and he quickly apologized for that. Amy climbs over behind him and says they all have challenges like you and says “although probably cause of my dad” to which she takes off her glasses and says without these all I see is a blurry blob. She rubs his arm and tells him to stop using the machine, then lingerly kisses his cheek and says she loves him to which he turns and say “I Agree with that, I love you too. Can you put your glasses back on you look like a weirdo”. Next scene (4B door). Lenny knocks, Sheldon answers and Lenny says they owe him an apology and Sheldon says I forgive you for taking my suitcase when I wasn’t home. Leonard says not that, but for yelling at him because he was in the middle of their fight. And Leonard says also the suitcase to which Sheldon said he had to throw it out as a sock was in there. Sheldon asks are they ok now and Lenny says yes, Penny said she will tell her Dad its just not a good time to which Leonard rubs her back and says “he won’t get mad at his little girl” to which immediately Penny says he won’t because it was Leonard’s idea, Leonard says “you’re going throw me under the bus?” And Penny says “I’m gonna throw you so fast I’ll break windows”. Sheldon says “wait are you getting angry again” and they look snarky back and he shouts “yes I can read emotions I don’t need the machine, and slams the door”. Tag: whole gang at 4A eating and Sheldon is still a little bummed about reading emotions, so Amy (or Raj) says pregnant women have a great insight into that. Leonard says “but they can’t get Sheldon pregnant” so Sheldon asks Bernadette what he is thinking and she says “you think you are better than us, we are all be beneath you”. He is shocked and tells Howard to keep having babies. Ok I am exhausted so probably typos and errors. Will try to review later. BTS: everyone very chatty. Jim was Jim with pacing so no toe hangup. Kaley said at railing “not sure what you’ve all heard but I for one want this to keep going. Never heard her word it that way. Mayim kept making like clawing motions toward Jim and others. All messed up except Melissa and Mayim. While filled studio, there were still some seats so my guess everyone got in of standbys.

Love at First Sight (Chapter 34)
P.o.v Ross Ellington and I finished our food and decided we would head over to my place to see what the others were up to. i drove up the driveway with Ellington following right behind in his car. we took separate cars because we wanted to stay as low profile as possible but if paparazzi caught what i did back at the restaurant i guess our secrets out. I got out of my car followed by Ellington getting out of his. we walked into the house o find chelsie and Rydel with their arms wrapped around each other ads they cried into each other's shoulders for a second i was a bit confused but then i realized that rocky had probably slipped up and told at least one of them and then the one he told probably told the other. walked over to chelsie and tried to give her a kiss but she stopped me. 'damn it! she does know!' i thought to myself and right on cue she yells in my face "how could you!" mean while Rydel is yelling at Ellington. 'god i am going to beat the living shit out of Rocky when i find him!' i think to myself as chelsie continues to yell at me. eventually Rydel and chelsie stopped yelling at us. im happy because we now have a chance to explain and i also want to make sure that they don't hate us forever, especially Rydel and Ellington because that could ruin the band and i don't want to let any of our fans down. Ellington and i finally got a chance to explain to chelsie and Rydel at happened and why we didn't tell them sooner and that we were sorry from keeping all of this from them. im actually really shocked at how understanding they were. I'm happy that they understand because all i can say is love is love and because of Ellington i am strong (reference to strong by one direction) I'm kinda shocked about how understanding they were though because of how they went all ape shit on us not even five minutes ago. p.o.v Rydel right after i told chelsie that the both of us were being cheated on be both burst into tears and then Ross and Ellington came through the door it took us both a few seconds to realize that it was them because our vision was blurry because of our tears. When we did reslize it was them though we both instantly went from tears to pure rage. Ross then walked up to chelsie and tried to kiss her. At this point we had both had enough of the secrets and lies and just went full on ape shit at them because of what they have put us through. we kept yelling and yelling at the two of them until we felt they have had enough. after we finished yelling at them they made us sit down so they could explain it all. it made sense but even though i was understanding it would take a while for them to gain my trust back again. p.o.v chelsie After ross and Ellington explained everything to us my emotions were so messed up. i wanted to kiss ross but he's not mine anymore, i wanted to yell at him but my voice was basically gone from already yelling at him, i wanted to just hide away from the world and die because i lost the love of my life. he's not mine anymore i wish i could just back off but its not that easy. i couldn't bear to look at him for one more second or hear one more word come out of his mouth so i left. i got up and left. p.o.v Keara i was sitting in my room texting riker. i had asked if i could go to his place to hang out but he told me what had happened between chelsie, ross, Rydel, and Ellington and then the idea of hanging out at his place all of a sudden didn't seem so great. then i asked him if he wanted to come over to my place to hang out. he actually replied so fast it is literally as if e would have done anything to get out of that house and after hearing what was going on there i can imagine why. i decided that for once i would actually socialize with my family before my boyfriend got here so i went to the living room. when i walked into the living room i saw that they were watching the Big Bang theory. since i love the Big Bang theory i decided i would sit and watch it with my family. was the episode where raj had this competition set up and the rest of the group of friends was split into teams of two. right when and Howard and amy realized that the one thing they have in common is loving Neil diamond iker walked in singing along to sweet caroline. p.o.v Riker i pulled up to keara's house and got out of the car. i walked up to the door and walked right in because her house is basically a second home to me. i walked in and i didnt know what they were watching but i did recognize something. i recognized the song that was playing on whatever it was they were watching so i decided to just walk into the living room singing along to sweet caroline by Neil diamond. after i finished singing she stood up and walked over to me so she could hug me. Then i kissed her. i was well aware that her parents were standing right there but that wouldnt stop me from kissing my amazingly perfect girlfriend. her dad kind of gave me a look that made me think he was going to comment on what i had just done. He didnt end up saying anything though so i payed no mind to it. Her mother than said hi to me and continued to act like nothing had happened. after the slight awkwardness we just all decided to watch the rest of the episode of the Big Bang theory. after the episode ended we snuck off to keara's room. p.o.v Rachel i was sitting at home playing my guitar and singing for the baby because i feel that it would be better for the baby as appose to just talking to it. i was getting a bit bored because i was home alone. parents were both at work and my sister was hanging out with her boyfriend ho might i add is not nearly as cool as rocky. when i thought about that it gave me an idea. i grabbed my phone and texted rocky "hey babe can i come over im a little lonely" he replied quite quickly saying "i dont know if thats such a good idea how about i go over to your place. ill explain everything when i get there. love you" i read the text and a huge smile was spread on my face. the reason behind that being that i havent seen rocky in a while and its kinda weird without him. i decided to watch Austin and Ally while i waited for Rocky to get here. i was super happy when i found out which episode was because it was my favourite episode, Austin and alias. My favourite part or the episode was about to happen 'yay!!!' i thought to myself. my favourite part of the episode is when austin swings ally aka Roxy over his shoulder and walks away . rocky walked in literally seconds before it happened. basically saying the first thing he saw when he walked into the livingroom was me laughing like a complete loser. "nice! watching my brother on tv?" he asks while chuckling to himself. "yeah! you got a problem with that?" i asked him sarcastically. "no" he replies as he sits down next to me, outs his arm around my waist, and kisses the side of my head. after the episode ended he asked me if i wanted to have a movie marathon of random movies and of course i said yes. i picked out three movies to start while rocky got the food ready. the movies i had chosen where pitch perfect, cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2 and frozen. the first movie we decided to watch was cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2. personally i love this movie so much because its hilarious and all my favorite parts happen in a chain reaction type thing. After watching cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2 we decided to watch frozen. I absolutely love frozen. it is such a cute and funny movie and olaf is absolutely hilarious. my two favorite parts about frozen e when olaf sings his song about summer and when he says 'ohh, look at that. i've been impailed' and finally after frozen we watched pitch perfect. i would narrow the movie down to my favorite part but it is kind of hard to do considering the whole movie is absolutely hilarious. if i had to choose one part that would be my favorite i would have to say the riff off because the riff off consists of a bunch of really good songs that are made even better in the movie. after watching pitch perfect we realized it was getting really late. "babe can you stay here tonight? i get really lonely when both my parents work and besides i havent seen you in a while and i miss you" i said sounding a bit needy but t doesnt really matter cause im not exactly afraid to admit that i can be a bit needy at times. "sure babe id love to stay with you tonight! let me just go back to my house quickly to get some things and ill be back soon. love you. he kissed the side of my head and left. i decided i would get ready for bed while he was gone to get his stuff. i quickly put on some pyjamas and brushed my teeth. i took a quick drink of water and by the time i had finished all of this rocky was walking through my door again. he quickly got ready for bed and curled up next to me under the sheets. e were lying down in bed and his arms were wrapped around me. usually that would be enough to put me to sleep at a time like this but apparently tonight that wasnt enough. "hey babbe?" i said hoping he woulld still be awake and to my luck he was. "yeah babe?" he said semi curiously. "i cant sleep. could you maybe sing a little because i think it might help." the next thing you know he was singing half a heart by one direction because he knows how much i love that song nd also its a softer song so it made it easy to fall asleep. He kept singing the song as he kept singing i kept getting closer and closer to being asleep and then eventually the sound of his amazing voice just faded away.

Note: I keep making bad jokes about Sheldon and Amy getting cookies off a high up shelf on @rgbcn‘s Instagram. It was inevitable that I was going to write a story about it.
“I got your favorite cookies,” Sheldon said as he walked into his apartment. He kissed his wife on top of her head as he walked by her to go put everything away. He knew that her period had started that morning, and it wasn't hard to do something like this to be nice.
“More importantly, did you get me tampons?” Amy asked. This was why she didn't go to the store with him. She thought about going anyway because she thought that it was likely that Sheldon would be too uncomfortable getting her some. Instead, he said it wasn't a problem and left right away.
“Yes.” He handed her the box.
“Thank you,” Amy said. She left to go to the bathroom.
Sheldon started putting away the other groceries he bought. Then he decided to inspect the organic chocolate chip cookies that his wife favored. These were the only kind of store bought cookies she would eat. Normally it was homemade or nothing regarding baked goods for Amy. He wondered what made these cookies special.
That was when there was a loud boom and the whole apartment shook. Sheldon screamed threw the cookies in the air in surprise and hit the deck. He didn't know if it was an earthquake or a terrorist attack, but something bad was happening.
“What was that?” Amy asked as she ran from the back of the apartment.
“I don't know. Get down,” Sheldon demanded of Amy. She didn't. The danger seemed to be past.
Amy walked over to the door and opened it. In the hall were Howard, Raj, and Leonard. There was smoke coming from the apartment across the hall. Of course she should have known these idiots were involved. The only thing that actually surprised her was that Sheldon wasn't among them.
“What did you do?” Amy asked. She didn't wait for an answer as she ran to grab the fire extinguisher from the kitchen.
“Our robot exploded,” Leonard admitted sheepishly when Amy was back. “It's not on fire. You don't need that,” he promised, but Amy went to go check anyway. Inside, Penny was already standing there with her own extinguisher. Leonard appeared to be right. The device wasn't on fire. It was just smoking a bit. It looked like even that was ending.
“Sorry that my husband is an idiot,” Penny joked.
“Don't worry about it. You know Sheldon would have been here playing with them if he could,” Amy said. Then she left after checking to make sure that Penny didn't need any other help.
“I am going to need one of those cookies and a nice cup of tea,” Amy said when she got back in the apartment and closed the door. Her nerves were shot, and a cookie or two sounded perfect. She was so glad her husband had been thoughtful when he was out earlier.
“I don't know where they are,” Sheldon admitted. “I was holding them when I heard the explosion, and I thought I dropped them in panic. They aren't on the floor.”
Amy knew she was being irrational, but she was suddenly so angry. She walked over to Sheldon and started waving her finger at him.
“You lost my cookies? How could you lose them after you told me you got them? You were just making it up to tease me, and I'm not in the mood, Sheldon Cooper!” Amy shouted.
“It's not my fault that my friends' robot exploded. It wouldn't have if they invited me to play with them, but I was too busy going to the store for you. This is your fault,” Sheldon said. Then he felt bad when he saw the tears in Amy's eyes. She got mad and walked away to the bedroom. The loud noise that followed that was no mystery. Amy slammed the bedroom door.
“This wasn't my fault,” Sheldon muttered to himself as he continued to look for the missing cookies. “But it wasn't hers either.”
A few minutes later, Amy walked back out to the living room to apologize. She knew she wasn't being fair to Sheldon. There, she found him hitting the cabinet with a broom.
“What are you doing?”
“The cookies are above the cabinet. I can't reach them even with my height,” he complained.
“It's okay. I don't really need them. I'm sorry that I overreacted earlier,” Amy told him.
“Oh, who cares about that? I need these back down. They cost ten dollars for the box and they were supposed to make you feel better.” Sheldon hit the cabinet with the broom again before he grunted in frustration. The stupid cookies were too far back to reach. He couldn't believe he had even managed to throw them so far and so precisely without any effort.
“Maybe a lasso?” Amy asked.
“I tried Junior Rodeo when I was eleven. That will never work. Maybe if George was here, he could manage it. Or perhaps Missy. Or my mother,” Sheldon told her. Then he got an idea. “Come here.”
Amy shrugged and walked over. She didn't know how to use a lasso either, but the broomstick clearly wasn't the answer.
“Get on my shoulders,” Sheldon said.
“No. I'm too heavy.”
“No you aren't. Come here,” Sheldon said again.
“You are going to hurt your back,” Amy told him.
“Don't be ridiculous.” Sheldon pulled Amy close. Using a chair, he helped her get on his shoulders. Just as he suspected, it wasn't a problem to hold her up. Sheldon was stronger than he looked, and Amy wasn't as heavy as she thought.
Amy started giggling from being high up on Sheldon's shoulders. She was close to hitting her head on the ceiling. That wasn't something she had ever imagining happening. This was all very silly.
“It's dirty up here. We should dust up here more often,” Amy commented as she grabbed the cookies from their hiding spot. “Okay. Got them.”
Sheldon helped Amy back down to the floor. He took the cookies from her. He put a few on a plate before putting the kettle on the stove. He handed the plate to Amy who looked happy enough as it was. Still, she took a bite out one of the cookies and grinned at him.

Sheldon and Cinnamon
Sheldon walked into Raj's apartment when the tiny hell beast came running at him. Sheldon jumped back and away from Cinnamon started sniffing his ankles. The dog just came closer because she thought that Sheldon was playing with her.
“Raj, get this thing away from me,” Sheldon shouted.
“Shes smaller than your hands. How are you so afraid of her?” Leonard asked but scooped up the tiny dog to take her to Raj. The puppy felt fragile in his hands. Maybe it was better to keep her away from Sheldon. Sheldon wouldn't hurt the dog on purpose even if he was scared, but he might accidentally step on her in his efforts to get away.
Raj used to lock Cinnamon in his bedroom when Sheldon was over, but now that he lived in one room, he never put her in her crate until Sheldon was there. It seemed unfair to leave her in there for longer than absolutely necessary. Raj took his dog from Leonard and gave her a few kisses before he put her in the crate.
Cinnamon barked one tiny bark to express her displeasure at being locked up, but then lay down and watched the people through the bars of her crate.
Raj served the guys a nice home cooked meal. Raj used to do this about once a month or so before all the other guys were married. It was far less often now, but Raj still liked cooking for his friends. Since Penny and Bernadette were out of town and Amy was very busy in her lab, this seemed like a good excuse to play video games and try out a new recipe for fish tacos.
Later, while they were playing video games, the guys heard a loud crash outside. Howard and Leonard went to look, but they couldn't see what had made the noise. Howard, Raj, and Leonard started out the door to investigate.
“Are you coming?” Leonard asked Sheldon.
“Oh goodness no,” Sheldon said.
Leonard rolled his eyes, but wasn't surprised.
Once the guys were gone, Cinnamon started making the saddest little noises that Sheldon had ever heard in his life. She softly scratched at the bars of her crate because she wanted to go with Raj. She looked at Sheldon like she was begging him to let her out to go with.
“Are you alright?” Sheldon asked the little dog. He was scared of the dog, but he didn't wish it any harm. That whine she did was just so sad sounding. Cinnamon didn't stop. She just looked at Sheldon with big eyes.
Sheldon walked over to the crate. He wasn't going to let her out, but he wanted to make sure she was okay. He touched the bars, and Cinnamon stopped crying. Instead she got on her back legs to reach Sheldon's hand. He was scared she was going to bite him, so he pulled his hand away. The puppy started crying all over again. Sheldon touched the bars again just to make her stop. She gave his hand a little bump with her nose. There were no teeth in sight, so Sheldon allowed her to smell his hand.
“I do the same thing with my wife,” Sheldon joked to the puppy.
Cinnamon licked Sheldon's finger, but was still safely on the other side of the bars. Sheldon backed away from the crate, but Cinnamon started crying all over again.
“I can't let you out. You might kill me,” Sheldon told the dog. It was met with more quiet crying from the dog.
Sheldon was too scared to let the dog out of the crate, but he pulled a chair over to sit next to it. He let Cinnamon bump his hand with her nose or lick him. She didn't even try to nibble on his fingers, so Sheldon started feeling a little more comfortable with the little dog. After a few more minutes, he opened the crate to let the little dog out.
Cinnamon jumped up onto his lap, and Sheldon's heart pounded. He resisted his urge to push her away. She just put her head on Sheldon's knee and settled in for a nap until Raj came back. She knew and liked Sheldon, so it didn't bother her at all that he was the human in the apartment. Sheldon softly pet her until the guys came back.
“It was an accident down the street,” Raj started telling him, but stopped when he saw Cinnamon on Sheldon's lap. He was worried that Sheldon had done something to hurt the dog. They were both too calm together. “Did she get out?”
“I let her out. She was crying because you were gone. It was like the time I got trapped in the closet until Amy came home,” Sheldon told them. Cinnamon seemed to notice that her daddy was back and woke from her nap. She jumped down and ran over with a happy wag of her tail.

@sarahdalewis suggested: Can you write a fan fiction about The Mystery Date Observation season 9 episode 8. Can you write about when Amy goes to Penny's house after her date with Dave & overhears Sheldon, Howard, & Raj conversation about Vanessa & Sheldon has a breakdown & he tells the guys the only reason why he shut the door in her face was bc she wasn't Amy. Maybe Amy cries in the hallway or Amy knocks on the door & Sheldon opens the door and they hug or kiss.
Note: Hey, guys. I know I haven’t been fulfilling story suggestions, but I want to do all of the ones I have. If I can get back into writing everyday, I would love to take some more. For right now, just hold onto them. I know there aren’t a lot of us left these days, but I would love nothing more than to keep writing these characters for a long time to come if you guys want to keep reading.
Amy was so annoyed about how badly her night went. It was a symbol of how bad it really had been that she texted Penny and asked if she could come by and talk about it. She had really liked Dave until he had to go and ruin it. It seemed that even her idiot friends hadn't ruined his night other than the damage on the car. Dave went on about what an honor it was that he met Leonard. Then once he knew that the two women were with him, pretty much all had been forgiven.
Still, Amy couldn't look past the complete gushing about Sheldon. There was still a lot of love for him in Amy's broken heart. She couldn't stand to hear how great he was. Of course she knew how great he was, but things were over. Amy didn't want to think about those things. So, she dropped Dave off. Then she started driving around. The time alone wasn't helping. That's why she texted Penny. It was also now why she was walking up the stairs to go see her.
Near the fourth floor, Amy passed a really beautiful woman walking the other way.
“On your way to 4A?” the woman asked. Then she didn't wait for an answer. “You're too late,” she added and kept going down the stairs.
“Too late?” Amy asked, but the woman was already gone.
When Amy got to the fourth floor she started toward's Penny's apartment, but her curiosity got the better of her. She knew by experience that the walls in this building were too thin. If she walked to the door, there was a good chance she could hear what the occupants were talking about. She carefully pressed her ear to the door.
“Why did you turn her away? She wasn't that late, and she was really hot,” Howard said.
“She was late. I need a woman who will adhere to rules, Howard,” Sheldon explained.
Amy felt a jolt of nausea hit her at the idea that the beautiful young woman she just passed was here for Sheldon. Amy had just been on her own date, but she didn't expect Sheldon to move on so quickly. Yes, he had told her as much the last time they spoke, but it couldn't be real. Amy couldn't imagine seeing Sheldon with another woman. He had never even wanted her. How could he move on so quickly?
“There was probably traffic. It's not like there's another woman at the door,” Raj pointed out. “She was basically perfect for you, dude.”
“She wasn't perfect,” Sheldon shouted. He was clearly angry about something, but Amy felt like she was missing something. She didn't know how Sheldon had found that woman or what he meant when he said she was late.
“She's as close as you are going to find,” Howard said.
“I already had perfect! I had her and I let her go. I didn't want that woman because she wasn't Amy. Don't you see that?” Sheldon admitted.
Amy stammered back away from the door. Sheldon wasn't as ready to move on as she thought, and Amy didn't know how to feel about that. She wanted him to be happy and she wanted herself to be happy. She didn't know if that meant that they should be together, but she was glad that he still seemed to love her. Moving on wasn't easy for either of them.
“Did you hear that?” Raj asked.
Amy realized that she had made a little yelp when Sheldon said he wanted her. Too bad she didn't hear the steps coming to the door until it was too late.
“We have another contender,” Howard said before swinging the door open wildly. He thought that maybe he should take on the initial greeting since Sheldon had flubbed it so bad the last time. Instead, he found an Amy Farrah Fowler in her date clothes and mascara running down her face as she cried at her ex-boyfriend's door.
“Amy?” Howard asked, but he was suddenly pushed out of the way.
“Are you injured?” Sheldon asked as he rushed to Amy's side. He wasn't sure that he had ever seen her so disheveled. He was worried that someone had hurt her. She was in a lovely outfit that indicated that she had been on a date.
“Did someone hurt you?” he asked her when she didn't answer. He put his arm around her as if it was nothing for him to do it.
“No. I... I don't know what I'm doing here,” she said.
“Did someone drug you?” Sheldon asked. He was pulling Amy into the apartment and pulling out his phone to call the police. He didn't like Amy dating for a number of personal reasons, but he was also very worried about her safety.
“No. I mean. I... I was going to go talk to Penny about my bad date,” she started. “My very normal bad date,” she added when she realized that Sheldon thought Dave had hurt her. “I saw the girl, and she told me that I was too late for something happening here. I listened at the door and I heard that you were going to date that girl. It upset me more than I expected.”
“This sounds like something you should talk about in private,” Raj said. He stood up, but Howard sat to listen in. He had invested his whole night in this. He wanted to hear more about what was happening. Until Raj grabbed his arm and pulled him out of the apartment.
“Did you really turn that pretty girl away because she wasn't me?” Amy asked when they were alone.
Sheldon nodded.
“Dave wasn't you either. He just reminded me how amazing you are. Over and over again. All night. He’s a big fan, by the way.”
“You need someone to remind you how amazing I am. You were too close to it. Forest. Trees. All that,” he joked. He knew he wasn't perfect. He was even less perfect at being a boyfriend. He wished he had the chance to make things right between them because Amy deserved the very best boyfriend.
Amy understood that he was joking. She smiled sadly at it. She missed him and all of his goofiness. She was just about to tell him that when she saw he was leaning in toward her. She thought about ducking the clearly incoming kiss. Instead, she just grabbed his shoulder and brought him closer to fill the space between them. Maybe it was a bad idea, but she wanted to kiss him.

Anonymous suggested: Hey! I hope you are doing well. Would you like to write sometime about Lincoln proposing to Raj with the gang's help? Or maybe at the Shamy wedding reception? No pressure, only if you feel like. Thanks.
Lincoln stared at Raj as he played with Howard's kids. When Halley handed him the toy telephone, Raj held a lengthy imaginary conversation with a far off king before assuring the little girl that the king needed her advice and handed the phone back to her. Lincoln sighed because he couldn't believe that he had fallen in love with such a nerd, but it was love. He had never loved anyone more.
When Raj stepped away to change his godson's diaper, Lincoln quickly got Howard and Bernadette's attention.
“I want to propose to him. Any ideas? I've been working on it forever, but I'm stumped. I know he'll want something beautiful because that's who he is. I just can't think of anything,” Lincoln inquired in a hushed tone.
“You want to marry Raj? You know what a pain in the ass he is, right?” Bernadette joked, but her surprise was real. She had been waiting for whatever stupid thing Raj would do to ruin this to come. Raj wasn't great at relationships. However, he seemed to have found something real and lasting with Lincoln.
“I know, but I can't shake him. I might as well put a ring on it,” Lincoln joked back. Raj could be frustrating sometimes, but so could Lincoln. Raj was the man who inspired Lincoln to follow his dreams. He supported him in everything he did. They had spoken about getting married, and Raj wanted it. Now, Lincoln just wanted to make everything perfect.
“Have you thought about taking him to the Griffith Park Observatory? You are both space nerds?” Howard asked.
“Too La La Land,” Lincoln dismissed. He had actually mulled that over a few times, but he saw two proposals there just when he went to scope it out. Rajesh Koothrappali deserved something more. Something special.
“Fair enough,” Bernadette admitted.
“The Tar Pits?” Howard tried.
“That doesn't seem very romantic,” Lincoln said.
“I've been there with Raj lots of times. I think he'd like it,” Howard said.
“Thanks for the reminder that you dated my boyfriend before I did, but I'm going to keep thinking on it.”
Bernadette giggled because she and Lincoln had a fairly long talk about how close Raj and Howard were when Lincoln first met the Wolowitzes. Bernadette told Lincoln that Raj and Howard were completely in love with each other, but it wasn't anything to worry about.
“I'll talk to you about it more later,” Lincoln whispered when Raj came back into the room kissing his godson all over his face. Lincoln stood to grab the boy from Raj's arms. He hoped that this could be their life one day. Their own little ones in their arms.
Lincoln started an email chain with ideas on how to best propose to Raj to Howard and Bernadette, but it branched out to Penny and Leonard and even Sheldon and Amy.
“Just ask him. It isn't hard,” Sheldon wrote.
“You flew across the country to surprise Amy. Don't take away from him wanting to make it special,” Penny threw in.
“You all know him so well, and I wish I could just have you all there with me,” Lincoln explained.
“So, why don't you? I asked Bernadette to marry me in front of the group,” Howard wrote.
That got Lincoln thinking. His favorite idea of going to the Arboretum with Raj and asking in the rose garden had new life. It seemed so boring and generic, but maybe he could make it fun. Make it worthy of Raj.
“How about a little scavenger hunt?” Lincoln suggested. The laid out his plan to them, and provided them all with riddles to give to Raj. Everyone, including Sheldon, was in for the little game.
“The Arboretum? That sounds like a great date!” Raj told Lincoln with a kiss. It was beautiful here, and he was looking forward to a lazy couple of hours wandering among the flowers and plants with his hand in Lincoln's.
“Yeah. It's not a date. I'm going to leave you alone, and you need to go find Howard using this clue. Bye, babe.” Lincoln kissed Raj quickly, handed him a sheet of paper, and ran off.
“Alright. That was weird,” Raj muttered to himself. He wondered why Howard wanted to meet him here. Raj looked at the paper Lincoln gave him and saw a riddle.
“I represent purity and by pushing up through the mud and water to expose my beauty. Find me.”
Raj turned it over, but that was all that was written on the page. How was he supposed to find Howard from this? He went to pull out his phone to call Lincoln or Howard only to find that his phone wasn't in his pocket. Instead there was another piece of paper that said “no cheating” in Lincoln's handwriting. Raj stared at the paper. He had no idea, but he also stared at the map in front of him.
“Lotus flower?” he guessed. They held special meaning in India, so it wouldn't be a surprise for Lincoln to expect Raj to guess it. Then he wandered toward the aquatic gardens.
“What is this about?” Raj asked Howard when he saw him, but Howard just handed him a flower and another piece of paper before walking away without a word to Raj.
“Wait!” Raj yelled after him. He didn't know what this game was about, and he was frustrated. He loved a scavenger hunt as much as the next person, but not when he didn't know he was playing. This riddle led him to the celebration garden where Bernadette handed him another flower and another piece of paper.
“Please tell me what this is about,” Raj begged Leonard at the next stop. Leonard just smiled and walked away. None of them would explain no matter how much he begged. It was getting exhausting.
“Any other name?” Raj read from the paper Amy handed him. She smiled and winked at him before she walked away. Raj played with the rose she had handed him for a second before he added it to the bouquet he had accumulated from his friends. He had already seen Howard, Bernadette, Leonard, Penny, Sheldon, and now Amy. Who else might be left.
“Any other name,” Raj repeated to himself. Then he smiled at the rose and set off to find the rose garden. None of the riddles had been very hard, but this one was the easiest.
“Lincoln!” Raj shouted in excitement when he saw him. Then he saw that everyone else was here too. This must be the end of the little game, and Raj let out a laugh that he had finally won. Just as he was about to ask Lincoln about his prize for this game when Lincoln dropped to his knee in front of him. He held out a small box with a simple gold ring in it.
Raj dropped his flowers and put his hand to his mouth. He started nodding before Lincoln could get out the words.
“Rajesh Koothrappali, will you make me the happiest man in the world? Will you marry me?”
“Yes!” Raj's face hurt from smiling so hard. Through all of his years, he worried that he would never find this kind of happiness. Somehow he had. “This is beautiful,” he told Lincoln before kissing him.
Lincoln turned toward Raj's friends and beamed at them. He couldn't have done this without them. He wrapped his arm around Raj's waist and thanked them all for being there with them for this special moment.

@urmyheartworm suggested: Can you write a story wherein Sheldon dated Vanessa from 9x8 and how Amy would react about it.
Sheldon sat across from this beautiful woman who would not stop flirting with him using science fiction and he hated every moment of it. She liked all the stuff he liked, so as soon as he started arguing a point, she just agreed. How on earth was he supposed to get any thrill about being right if she just agreed on everything. Sheldon thought of Howard and Raj and that scavenger hunt that brought this Vanessa to him, and he grit his teeth. How did they find him someone so perfect as a joke, but someone so off the mark when they tried?
Sheldon was just about to tell her that this wasn't working and that he would like to go home now. That was until he saw a figure more familiar to him than his own out of the corner of his eye. It was Amy Farrah Fowler. An evil grin came across his lips as he thought about the pain he felt when he saw that other man kiss Amy. He wasn't going to kiss this girl. This Vanessa. But he could make it look like he was having a much better time than he was. When she said something even remotely funny he started laughing. Maybe a little too hard. Then he peeked at Amy, but she was gone. Still, Sheldon decided to go on another date with this woman. If only on the chance that he might run into Amy again.
“Sheldon is on a date with another woman,” Amy said to Penny over the phone. She tried to keep her voice from cracking. She guessed that was his right. He said he wanted to date again when she saw him last. She guessed she just didn't expect it to really happen. In the back of her head, she thought that maybe they would get back together.
“Eeee. I didn't want to tell you about that,” Penny admitted.
“You knew?” Amy asked. She let out a hiccuping sob.
“I did, but in all fairness, I didn't tell him about you going on dates either,” Penny defended herself. “Why don't I come over and we'll have some wine?”
“I just want to go to bed,” Amy said in between a few more sobs.
“Sweetie,” Penny cooed.
“I'm fine,” Amy assured her friend even though she absolutely wasn't. Still, she threw the food she picked up from the restaurant in the trash and made her way home. There, she lay on her couch and watched some mindless reality show on TV until late hours of the night.
Meanwhile, Penny punched Sheldon on the shoulder. He rubbed his arm and glared at his friend.
“You broke her heart,” she accused.
“Amy? She broke my heart. She broke up with me. Then she went out with that tall Brit. This was fair play,” Sheldon defended.
“Did you even like her?” Penny asked.
“That doesn't matter,” Sheldon growled, and then he stomped back to his bedroom.
Penny shook her head. These two clearly had some unresolved feeling for each other, and she thought that they needed to talk it out. She tried to think of a way to force them to talk things out. Even if they didn't get back together, they needed to talk.
“Sheldon, I can I ask you about the organization of my closet? I need you to look at it and help me make some changes,” Penny asked her friend.
“Okay,” Sheldon agreed. He didn't have anything better to do, so he started back to Leonard's bedroom.
“No. At my place,” Penny said. Then she started taking him across the hall. She opened the door and let Sheldon go in first. Then she immediately slammed the door behind him. Then she locked the door and tied the handle so he couldn't get back out.
“Hey, Penny. Sure took you long..,” Amy started as she came back from the bedroom of Penny's apartment. “Sheldon? What are you doing here?”
“We've been tricked by Penny in some sort of Parent Trap,” Sheldon drolled.
“You were both clearly upset about seeing the other with someone new. If you talk about it, I'll let you out,” Penny yelled through the door.
“You broke up with me. You don't get to be upset by my new girlfriend,” Sheldon said with a sigh.
“I can feel however I feel, Sheldon.”
“Then I get to feel how I feel about you dating some tall foreigner,” Sheldon countered.
“It's not the same. I went on a couple dates with a guy who is kind of nice. You found a woman who is gorgeous, tall, and into all of the same things you are. I heard about your little scavenger hunt. You found someone better than me in every way, you shoved it in my face, and then you expect me to just be okay with it?” Amy shouted.
“You couldn't be more wrong. God, I hated her. Every time she understood a comic book reference, it was a stab in my heart. Every time she spoke in Klingon, I wanted to throw up. Everything was a reminder of how she wasn't you. You've ruined my life. I'll never be able to be with another woman as long as I live because she won't be you. Don't you understand?” Sheldon yelled back.
“Though you're wrong about one thing. She isn't prettier than you. It isn't her face that haunts my dreams. That claim still belongs to you,” he added after a beat in an almost whisper.
“Oh,” Amy said as she sat down on Penny's couch. His words felt like their own wound. Was it possible that he still loved her? Even after these months? Even after she broke his heart and he broke hers in return?
Amy stood from the couch and walked over to Sheldon. He froze because he had no idea what she wanted from him. For a moment, as she raised her hand, he thought she was going to slap him. Instead her hand rested on his cheek. She got on her toes and pressed a slow, lingering kiss to his lips.
Sheldon pushed Amy away from him after a moment.
“But I thought you wanted me back? I want to be your girlfriend again,” Amy explained.
“I don't cheat,” Sheldon said. He wasn't sure that Vanessa was his girlfriend. They had no agreement. It still felt wrong to kiss another woman. Sheldon excused himself and walked into Penny's bedroom.
Amy started knocking on the door. “Penny, let me out. We talked. I told him I want him back. I kissed him. He shoved me away. If you leave me locked in this apartment any longer I will jump out the window.”
The door opened after a moment and Penny didn't get a chance to say anything to Amy as she ran past her crying. Penny started to follow her, but then Sheldon walked out from the back of the apartment.
“Okay. I ended things with Vanessa. It seems that she did not enjoy our previous date either, so it was easier than I thought,” he said. Then he saw the open door with only Penny standing there. “Where is she? I believed we were going to reconcile now,” he asked Penny.
“She left. She said that you shoved her away,” Penny explained.
“Because I needed to end things with Vanessa first,” he said with a sigh, but then before Penny could ask any other questions, he ran down the stairs. He hoped he could catch Amy, but he only caught sight of her taillights before she turned. He made his way to the bus stop to go to her apartment.
Sheldon knocked on Amy's door. He didn't try to hide his identity, so he hoped she would open the door for him. She obviously misunderstood their previous interaction, so she might be angry at him.
Amy cracked open the door. She knew she looked like a mess from her tears, but she wondered why Sheldon was there. Had he not stomped on her heart enough? Just as she opened her mouth to ask him, he pushed open the door and started kissing her. Part of Amy wanted an explanation for the sudden turnaround, but most of her just enjoyed the feeling of being held and kissed by Sheldon. She would get her explanation later. For now, she just lost herself to this feeling that she missed so much.
