I had a headcanon on how zodiac signs work in the universe of Harvest Moon and Story of Seasons.

Unlike our Zodiac signs, the year starts with Pisces because it is technically the first Spring sign. They go as follows.

Pisces = Spring 1 - 10

Aries = Spring 11 - 20

Taurus = Spring 21 - 31

Gemini = Summer 1 - 10

Cancer = Summer 11 - 20

Leo = Summer 21 - 31

Virgo = Fall 1 - 10

Libra = Fall 11 - 20

Scorpio = Fall 21 - 31

Sagittarius = Winter 1 - 10

Capricorn = Winter 11 - 20

Aquarius = Winter 21 - 31

Tell me what your sign would be. Conversion would be the following...

Spring = March, April, May

Summer = June, July, August

Fall = September, October, November

Winter = December, January, February

And then insert the birth date.

I've been continuing to write these April prompts, but I've been forgetting to post them. I'll add them to my collection on AO3 weekly or so as I catch up. They're helping jog my writing muscles. Covid kicked my butt, and I'm still trying to get into a routine where I'm not exhausted all the time. I took a break for a while and I'd like to get back into posting stuff again, including answering the stack of mail in my ask box and posting new chapters on my longer works. 8. Proposal

Doug frowned and cocked his head to the side. “But the kitchen’s closed.”

His wife, Felicity, smoothed down her apron and fixed her hair. “I think this is a special visit. Duke’s at the kitchen door and said he wanted to speak to both of us.” She moved toward straightening the collar on his shirt. “Manna’s even out there, too.”

The couple had been friends with the owners of the vineyard for a long time.

“Why didn’t you just invite them back?” Doug asked.

“He said something about a business proposal,” Felicity replied. “I didn’t want them to spring that on you.”

Duke was well-known for his brash behavior, and Manna’s rapid-fire words could be just as unpredictable.

“They’re both all gussied up, too.”

Doug looked over at his wife and couldn’t help but feel the need to make himself more presentable. He removed his apron, wondering if he was dressed properly for the occasion. “Must be serious, then.”

Felicity clasped her hands together. “A vineyard and an inn working together? It could be the start of something wonderful.”

Okay, so I have never played this game - or really had any interest in playing it, so I watched some guy play one of the games, and I did a bit of research. Sorry this took so long! I did my best, though... I'm finally almost done with requests. I've got two more left (good news for the Solomon lovers).

The others playing FNAF headcanons (dateables + new sides)

Diavolo

Diavolo downloaded it after tuning in to one of Levi’s streams.

He found it amusing. Scary animatronics are so entertaining – although he thinks they’re more cute than scary.

Laughs in the face of jump scares and death. “Haha, look, Barbatos. The big fox one killed me. I’m dead now.” / “That’s very nice, My Lord. Did you finish your paperwork already?” / “. . .uhm.” / “You have ten seconds before we reenact your game. I’ll be the fox.”

Does not care about the lore. He’ll listen and might retain some details when Levi explains it, but he will not dig deep or look for easter eggs.

He kinda sucks, but he has a good time, and isn’t that what matters? He’s not super careful or watchful because it’s just a game. There’s nothing at stake, so he can relax and just mess around.

His favorite character is Foxy, and it’s genuinely as simple as “he’s red, and he’s a pirate.”

Barbatos

He has no interest in playing at first.

Slight aside: I think he’d like horror games, but he strikes me as more of a cinematic, artsy horror game guy – like Bramble or Little Nightmares. He also strikes me as someone who might enjoy farming sims, like he would love Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons. Pumpkin Panic would probably be a happy medium.

He’ll play if Diavolo, MC, or Luke ask him to; for anyone else, he’ll politely decline. Surprisingly, he’s not too bad. He’ll probably die once or twice, but he figures out what he has to do pretty quickly.

Barbatos doesn’t react to jump scares, and he avoids them as much as possible. He can play without moving his face – at least until one of the three people who could get him to play compliments him. In that case, he’ll smile a bit wider.

Nothing in that game could be more horrifying to Barbatos than Chuck E. Cheese – a real human world place where people take their children for some unfathomable reason. It’s run by a rat! That’s one of the reasons he won’t play if Solomon asks him too. One time Solomon loaded a Chuck E. Cheese mod version of the game that he asked Levi to make, and Barbatos nearly broke the control from fright.

Luke

The game is a little too scary for his liking, but he still plays it occasionally – just not alone. He gets more paranoid and jumpier for a few days after he plays, but he’ll insist that he’s fine to keep playing if anyone asks.

He’s not great, but he’s still the best out of everyone at Purgatory Hall. He tenses up and just either goes wide-eyed or starts yelling at the characters in the game, but other than that, at least he knows what he’s doing.

Luke likes all the toy versions of the animatronics because they look cute, but the nightmare ones freak him out.

A wave of relief washes over him once he beats a game. He’s so happy that he can finally turn the game off.

Simeon

This poor man does not understand how to play – at all. He forgets which keys do what constantly, so he can’t react fast enough.

It’s a very stressful experience for him when he tries to play – all 10 minutes or so before he loses. Simeon doesn’t get scared so much as he just repeatedly asks what he’s supposed to do with increasing urgency.

Simeon would prefer to watch someone else play, but overall, he isn’t that interested in the game.

However, Simeon does find the lore and story interesting, so if he watches Levi or Luke playing, he’ll ask them questions about the plot.

Somehow, watching Luke play makes him more anxious than when he plays – probably because he doesn’t want Luke to lose and be disappointed.

Solomon

Solomon enjoys it because it’s supposed to be dark and scary, but it doesn’t actually scare him at all – barring a few cheap jump scares. Still, he kind of likes it.

Unfortunately, Solomon kind of sucks. Like Diavolo, he finds the game so amusing that he just chuckles when things get stressful. He’s the type to hear or see something spooky in the game and do nothing just to see what happens. Okay, so maybe Solomon doesn’t suck, he just likes to see how the animatronics are going to get him – a real “oh boy, I sure hope I die” approach.

Solomon loves watching Luke play. It’s hilarious when Luke freaks out – and it’s even funnier to watch Simeon get nervous on his behalf.

Unironically thinks the nightmare versions are cute.

Thirteen

She hates jump scares so much.

She played once, and at the first jump scare, she let out a stifled shriek, pressed esc, put her cat ear headphones down, and left the room (to go find MC, probably).

No thank you. She doesn’t need that stress in her life. She will not try that again. She might watch someone else play but only if MC is there to comfort her or if it’s to laugh at Mammon for being scared.

She’s not afraid of the game, per se, she just doesn’t like being startled. She thinks the characters are cute, in a way - like creepy cute.

Raphael

He thinks it’s stupid, and he doesn’t understand why it’s so popular. Raphael doesn’t care for gaming in general – but especially horror. He doesn’t want to simulate a stressful situation for no reason. If he wanted stress, he’d call Michael.

Raphael will try the game if Luke asks him to, and he does alright, but gets bored right up until he messes something up and dies. You wouldn’t even be able to tell he was in trouble. An immoveable frown sits on his face the entire time.

When Luke asks if Raphael would like to try again, Raphael tells him that if he wants a spear-free computer, he won’t make Raphael play anymore. The message was received.

Raphael will only watch if Luke, Simeon, or Lucifer play, and even then, he would probably pass most of the time.

Mephisto

He doesn’t strike me as much of a gamer, either. If he does play games, he’d probably choose games that are visually stunning and at least semi-relaxing, like Journey or Flower (probably Zelda games too).

He would play it if Luke asked him to or if he wanted to do research on it for journalism purposes.

Mephisto does relatively well, but he likes to investigate a lot, so he gets a bit distracted and takes it slow sometimes. Unfortunately – or fortunately – he has a habit of stopping after losing once. He’ll pick up the game again some other day, but once he loses, he stops that game for the day. On one hand, Mephisto does not allow himself to get pulled into games that he loses, but it makes his progress slow.

When Mephisto plays, he bounces his leg the whole time to contain his anxiety. He appears relaxed, but he flinches at jump scares and his eyes widen when he’s actively trying not to die.

He’s super into the lore – call it journalistic curiosity or just call him a nerd.

Warm Welcome - A Story of Seasons Oneshot

Author’s Notes: The story has elements from Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl, Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town, and Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral. Additionally, its heavy on the headcanons so keep that in mind. If the formatting is bad, please let me know. Thank you.

Claire always felt unwelcomed. In her childhood home, in her office, and now in her own town too.

Claire thought that after moving into the farm advertised in the newspaper, her life would be more exciting. She would have more fun, more income, and more…friends. In hindsight, it was foolish. Not only was she scammed of a peaceful and refreshing farm life but quitting her boring, yet admittingly stable, job and moving out of her apartment bringing next to nothing was not truly a sound decision. In the last week of the year too, no less.

Old habits die hard, she thought. Claire hugged herself, she had only been walking for a few minutes but the winter’s breeze was still present in Mineral Town. It would only be for a few more before she would be at the Inn for the New Year Festival. The piercing cold was starting to make her regret leaving the Rose Plaza in the first place.

I had no one to dance with anyway, she reasoned with herself. I’ll just grab a drink, warm up, and leave, just like I always do.

Finally, after around 15 minutes of walking, Claire was at the front of the Inn. The warm glow seemed to beckon her inside and to join in on the joy of the town’s people, but cold regret still surrounded her. She can not go back to the Rose Plaza, nor can she go back to her farm because it would be an hour-long walk. After standing for another few minutes, she grabbed the handles of the door and sighed. It may be the start of the new year, but every day is still the same for Claire.

As Claire went inside the Inn’s warmness embraced her, but she still felt cold. The place was packed full of people, mostly older people, so she hoped that there was at least a seat to spare. She strode towards the counter but noticed familiar faces across the room and thought that maybe, just maybe, she could spend the festival with someone she was at least acquainted with. Claire could see Gotts sitting alone by himself, but he was already having fun. There was Saibara and Zack sitting at another table, but Claire could not think of what to talk about with them. Across the room was Basil and Anna but she did not want to intrude on the couple. The same sentiment goes to Duke and Manna as well (Mayor Thomas was also with them and Claire would rather avoid any conversation regarding her attacks on the mayor on this very day upon arriving at the farm). Jeff was at the corner but it seemed like he was not drinking. The only one left would be Dudley by the counter, which was fine by her; until Claire’s eye caught a bright light blue color among the orange glow.

Carter, Claire thought. Her eye then landed on the spare seat beside the priest and hastened to take it. Carter was having a glass of wine himself while conversing with Dudley when he noticed Claire had sat beside him.

“Hi, Carter.” She smiled.

Carter smiled back. “Claire? What are you doing over here? Aren’t there anybody you want to dance with?”

She responded by staring daggers at Carter, who flinched. Claire was beginning to regret walking up to the Inn in the first place. “Dudley, a glass please,” she asked, breaking her glare at Carter.

As Dudley took out a bottle of wine, there was only silence between the two, only being filled by the revelries surrounding them. Carter drank the last of his glass. “Forgive me. I did not know you were not going to attend the dance.”

“Eh, I’m not really a good dancer anyway,” said Claire as she waved her hand. She thanked Dudley as she took her glass and chugged the wine, then placed it on the counter. “Ah! That hits the spot! Another one, please.”

“You know what, Claire? You’ve been in Mineral Town for a year, right?” Dudley was holding the bottle of wine he had used for her.

Claire raised a brow but nodded.

“Well, here’s a bottle, in the house! Think of this as an anniversary gift. A welcome gift, if you will.”

Claire’s eyes widened but regardless, took the wine and thanked him.

“No problem, just don’t tell this to Duke. Well, if you two excuse me I’ll go help myself a glass as well!” He then proceeded into the kitchen.

Claire looked at the bottle and winced. It was Mt. Grape Wine, costing 500 G per bottle. And to think that Dudley just gave it to her for free.

“Ah, what a generous act of kindness! This town never ceases to surprise—me?” Carter saw Claire examining the bottle like she was given something she disliked. “Is something the matter?”

“Yes?” Claire shrugged. “I mean—no! I just…” She let out an exasperated sigh and brushed her hair. “You’re not going to use this against me in the confessionals, right?” She pointed at the priest.

“I would never dream of it! I had since made a vow to the Harvest Goddess Herself to be gentler in my reproving.”

Claire was apprehensive but continued, “I’m…still not used to the hospitality of the town. Everybody is so nice here, unlike the people back in the city.” The memories of the past year flooded back to her. Arriving at town with only 500 G just enough for some seeds, cleaning the farm to turn it into something presentable, trying to make enough money to make ends meet, and attempting to be friendly with the residents. It was all fatiguing for her, as evidenced by Claire’s many trips to the clinic. “I feel like I’m just a tourist in town, rather than a resident.” She placed the bottle on the counter and examined it. “That, and I’m a little broke.”

Carter looked at Claire lost in thought. “Well, I can’t aid you in your financial troubles, but it has only been a year since your arrival. That’s hardly enough time to be well-adjusted. I recall when Cliff was in his second year, he was still having difficulty with talking to me. This is a completely normal thing to experience and there is no shame in feeling that.”

Claire’s eyes still had not left the wine bottle.

The priest continued, “Gray also came from the city, in addition to Kai, and—even Jennifer,” he said that last name rather dull, “I as well. And we are regarded as residents of the town, so I say you fit quite well as one. Perhaps Kai is an odd one, but he still is very much accepted.”

Her gaze averted to look at Carter. As much as he can be annoying, the priest can give wise words of advice. Sometimes. She felt her face lit up and opened the wine bottle. “Want some?” She gestured at him.

“It would be rude to refuse a kind offering.” Carter raised his empty glass in gleeful anticipation. 

Claire was about to pour some when she suddenly pulled away and gave a toothy grin. “On second thought, I don’t think a priest like you should be drinking this much.” 

“Ah—! I-I don’t drink that much and I only had one glass. I’m sure the Harvest Goddess will forgive me and—!” 

“Just messing with you.” She said in a singsong tone and poured a ruffled Carter a glass full of wine.

The pair talked about the events of the past year: about Claire’s first harvest, catch, ore, and gem, their time in the festivals, and both even talked about their experiences in the city before arriving at Mineral Town. (Claire was also telling a worried Carter about what would happen when she got her hands on MT Realtor by pretending to hit someone with a hammer. Carter, in return, told a horrified Claire about which part of the city where the burning apartment was.) Savoring the wine while enjoying the New Year Festival in the Inn made Claire start to feel warmer, as well as her face.

She emptied the bottle of wine into her glass. “I want to make a confession.”

“Now?” Carter lowered his glass. “We’re not in the confessional…okay. Pray tell me, what is it that weighs upon your mind?”

“I lied.” She looked at the priest with the same toothy grin, this time with a redder face. “I can dance, pretty well actually.” Claire noticed Carter’s furrowed brows. “Don’t look at me like that! You’re the one who told me about how white lies saved Snow White.”

“The girl wasn’t Snow White, yes, I was inspired by the classic fairytale yet—anyway—I am certain you have no malicious intent with that lie. Your sins have been forgiven.”

“A bit nicer when there is nothing between us, eh? Anyway, I had no one to dance with so I went here instead for a drink.” She gazed longingly at her half-empty glass of Mt. Grape Wine, but could not bring herself to drink it.

“I do not mean to intrude, however, there are many who would want to dance with you. I could ask Cliff to—“

“Cliff wanted to dance with Ran as thanks for her work in the Inn. Elly really wanted to dance with Doctor. Karen already asked Rick out. Popuri has Harris. Gray and Marie are just waiting on the other to ask them out. Huang came back to his country for the New Year. Jennifer and Brandon already got started.”

Carter opened his mouth but finished the last of his wine instead.

“Don’t worry about me, I’m used to it.” Claire knew that did not ease him one bit and continued, “Whenever there’s a party at my old office, I always head to the bar, if there is one, and have a few drinks. Maybe have a chat with the bartender, I don’t mind.”

There was silence again between the priest and the farmer, only being broken by the exuberant talk of the Inn’s visitors. Claire finally felt warm and had her drink, but still could not bring herself to finish her drink—or to leave. 

“Don’t get my old coworkers wrong. They were nice, fun people. But we just don’t gel well together. I tried to be close with them…but it just never worked out. At least I have my dog Momo with me now.” Claire chuckled.

“Hmm, how about your family? They—” Carter noticed that Claire went silent.

“W-well, sometimes setting aside time for yourself is great.” He was fidgeting with his glass as the silence between the two started to set in once again.

“What are you doing here?”

“Pardon?”

“What are you doing over here? Does being a priest stop you from dancing with someone or something?” Claire’s grin crept on her face again. “Ooorr you couldn’t muster the confidence to ask the Harvest Goddess for a dance? Don’t you luh-ove her?”

“What?” The priest almost dropped his glass. “N-no! I mean, that does sound nice but—being a priest does not ‘stop me from dancing with someone’. My devotion is only for the Harvest Goddess. That, and I’m not exactly a dancer. I-I think the wine is making you a bit inebriated.” He looked away with a noticeably redder face.

Claire laughed. “Forgive me, O priest…maybe you can ask her out next year. (C-Claire!”, said the priest.)” Her eyes went back to the wine and—not knowing what to do with it—swirled the glass around. The wafted fruity and earthy aroma was like the summer season and it reminded her of the town. Claire wondered if she would ever feel welcomed in her life. “Maybe by then, I’ll have someone to dance with too.”

Some people were leaving the Inn and the silence became more prominent.

Carter turned to see Claire smiling, but not the grin he knew of. It was soft, but her eyes had a tinge of sadness. He recognized this smile with his experience with people. “My devotion for the Harvest Goddess is—ONLY—for a priest and to his Deity but…” Claire looked at Carter, who for some reason could not string words together. Perhaps the wine has made him inebriated instead. “If you have no one to dance with for the next year’s festival, I could be your partner.”

Claire’s eyes widened, and Carter was afraid that he had not enunciated properly until, “Really? You’d do that?”

“W-well, yes. If that is what you want.” He smiled. “And if you are having troubles with things such as money, you could depend on the kindness of people in Mineral Town. There is an amazing power that lies within human connection, and I believe you will experience it as well. Although, I am in dire need of a few dance lessons if I ever become your dance partner.”

Claire made a soft smile in return, but there was no sadness in her eyes anymore. She glanced back at her half-full glass of wine and finished it. “You know, you’re something else sometimes. I like that about you.”

“Is…is that something positive or…”

“How about you think about it?”

Carter sighed. “Well, from all the time we had known each other, that is what I like about you.”

“What is that supposed to mean?”

“Think about it.”

Claire lightly pushed Carter, who almost fell off his chair before Claire grabbed hold of him. She apologized while Carter was adjusting his hat.

“For the new year, I wish you to do a better job at being a priest.”

“W-well, I pray that—that, you visit the church more often!“

“Sure. Someone has to keep you accountable in keeping your promises.” She stood up and grinned at him. “I think I should leave, it’s getting pretty late and I have some chores to do tomorrow.”

“Oh. Um…if you’re leaving, I guess I should take my leave too.”

The pair thanked Dudley and left the Inn. They noticed a crowd of people coming from the Rose Plaza, who all looked tired yet satisfied.

“Looks like they had fun,” Claire said.

 “Yes, it seems so…” Carter thought back to the promise he had made. “It has become dark now, I heard there are some wild dogs that go out at this time. Do you want me to accompany you to your farm?”

“No, I’m fine. I always have my hammer with me.” She pulled out her Silver Hammer and hit the pavement.

“Ah, I should be more worried for whatever is receiving the end of your wrath instead.”

“You know, if you’re going to bring flowers to the Harvest Goddess every day, you could visit my farm sometimes. It won’t hassle me or anything.”

“Oh, well…that sounds great. I’ll make sure to visit then. Good night, Claire. I pray for safe travels and for a great year.”

“Good night, Carter.”

Claire walked down streets along with a few people who were passing by. It would still be an hour-long walk but she did not mind as the spring’s breeze finally came to Mineral Town. Claire finally felt warm.

REQUEST GUIDELINES

REQUEST TYPES

I currently take two kinds of two types of writing requests: drabbles and headcanons.

Drabbles are essentially short stories. I do not have a set character limit, opting instead to write what inspiration dictates. This means that drabble length may vary.

Headcanons are a bullet-point list of 5 different opinions I have related to the given character(s) and prompt with a small explanation for each.

Please feel free to request either a headcanon or drabble specifically, or to leave it up to me which I'd like to write. If neither is specified, I will choose.

RULES FOR REQUESTING

1. Please only include one fandom per ask. If you would like to see the same prompt for multiple fandoms, please send the requests in separate asks.

2. I have a limit of 5 characters per headcanon request, and 1 character per drabble request (love triangle/poly requests excepted.) As above, if you would like to see more characters for the same prompt, please send the requests in separate asks.

3. I accept cc/reader requests and readers are left gender neutral unless otherwise specified by the prompt. I am picky with ships, so you are welcome to ask about cc/cc requests but they may or may not be accepted. I only do cc/ oc requests as trades.

18+ REQUEST RULES

1. Adult themes such as sex, violence, drug use, ect. are permitted on this blog as are potentially triggering or dark topics. All such content will be tagged

2. The themes that are not permitted in requests include sexual abuse of minors, incest, or animal abuse. While themes of noncon may be touched upon in a characters history, I will not write any noncon scenes.

3. Anyone requesting adult content must be 18+. As such I do not accept requests with heavy adult themes (such as smut requests) from anons. If you are not comfortable having your blog/name included with the request post just let me know in the request.

more self indulgent headcanons featuring a harvest moon/story of seasons/farming sim era because it makes me happy

so curses are still a thing but so are spirits. there's good and bad ones, the good ones being: the harvest sprites (that help out with the farms), the harvest goddess (who blesses or curses the seasons), and kappa (the river spirit), plus many more that i'll come up with later. having a great connection with these spirits is dire for safe and bountiful harvests

each of these spirits accept gifts in the forms of full baskets of crops, platter of delicious, home cooked meals and desserts, or dedicating various weeks throughout the year to these spirits. in return, the harvest sprites help out with the farm labor, kappa ensures that lots of fish are able to be caught around the villages, and the harvest goddess remains happy

ghosts and curses start to play into this by trying to stir up negative commotions within the small community. luring ferocious animals near the land not only to ravage the crops and livestock, but to attack the townsfolk too. curses would trick people to venture out into the surrounding woods and kill them, generating new curses out of the fear and spite of being killed which would in turn continue to haunt the surrounding area

the community is spread out but tightknit. everyone knows each others' families, their pasts, goals, and the history of their farms. some inherited through family lineage, but most of the homes out there have been abandoned, and people wanting to escape the city life would move in and take up the cheap homes. when repairs and bad irrigation was too much, these homes and farms would go back up for sale (i have suguru's house posted at the end). his gardening fields are near by, and the livestock that he has are chickens

there's various benign, curious spirits that live in the surrounding forests, and are generally shy to make an appearance to the locals. suguru has his technique still, but he can only eat curses, not spirits. i'm still going back and forth whether or not suguru is still in his murder phase or not for this, so i'll prolly just branch to two different paths: the guy who kills his neighbors (loose term), and the guy who just farms

One of these days! Though it will be platonic or age-appropriate for the staff. I'm trying to figure out just how to characterize them the best I could first!

Will you ever write a part two for (insert one-shot)? Will you write these headcanons but for (insert characters)?

One-shots: If I feel like it! Especially if it's a fic I'm particularly fond of and I feel could still be explored dynamics wise.

HCs: I usually state when something is going to be a series, so just look out for that!

What do you do when you're not writing?

Three S's: Studying, Sleeping, Socializing... Mostly the sleeping part, I like getting at least 8 hours, 10 if I'm lucky! I write slowly because when I get free time to write, I decide to just sleep. Oops!

What other games do you play?

I don't really have the time these days (which is why I like games like TWST, easy to play and let run), but I'm into off the top of my head:

Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons/Rune Factory/Anything Farming tbh, Persona (especially Persona 3!!! FEMC my most beloved), Animal Crossing, Minecraft, Terraria, Style Savvy, Sims, and a bunch of casual and tycoon games

I'm trying to make a HM/SOS timeline and I am losing my mind

Okay I need to info-dump around my headcanons for my Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons timeline. This is MY headcanon, and any headcanon you have is completely valid! And if there is anything I say that is contradicted in any of the games, please let me know so I can adjust my headcanons, lol!

So! I have a working theory that there is more than one world in the timeline, and multiple games take place in each world.

World 1:

HM SNES

~Decades later, as 64 Pete is the grandson of SNES Pete

HM TOT

HM 64 (takes place 1-2 years after TOT, since Elli and Gray need to return to Flowerbud Village)

~100 years later 

HM AP

So I imagine that the Waffle Island that you send your kid to in AP would be an AU Waffle Island that runs parallel to this world, but is NOT the one we play in TOT.

World 2: 

HM FOMT/MFOMT

HM AWL

Maybe HM MM takes place after year 1 of AWL, since Nami is in the game, and it would explain her leaving in AWL if you don’t marry her.

HM IOH (1-2 years after FOMT, since Karen and Rick are canonically married)

~100 years later

HM DS/DS Cute, with Mineral Town connected to it.

HM TOTT (Probs 1 year after SI, since Pierre and Dirk are there)

Some notes

Games I have no idea what to do with: HM STH and HOLV. Haven’t played these games. I don’t think they would be in World 1 or 2, and may be in their own world. 

I think HM IOH and SI would take place in world 2. IOH would take place around the time of FOMT and AWL, while SI could take place around DS. I believe they would have to be in world 2 since the mineral town villagers visit. 

HM ANB, SOS, and SOS 3OT AT LEAST are all connected because of the SOS POOT DLC. Because 2 HM TOTT characters appear in SOS, that also connects TOTT to these games. AND HM Grand Bazaar because Dirk from GB is in TOTT. AND PIERRE FROM THE IOH AND SI IS IN TOTT SO THAT CONNECTS ONE OF THOSE GAMES TO THOSE GOD DAMMIT THIS IS SO CONFUSING

I made it so that SI Pierre is the Pierre that appears in TOTT because I like the idea of POOT taking place later in the timeline, so that’s why it takes place a little bit after SI

More games I haven’t played so I don’t really know where they would go, or care honestly, lol: All the game boy games, and BTN. Sorry to any fans of these games, but I have lost my fucking mind and dealing with all the other games has made me lose my sanity. Anyone that has played these games, go ahead and tell me where you would put them, if you want to.

Anyways, that is all I have figured out so far. I lowkey want to bash my head into a wall, but if anyone has some corrections or anything to add, please feel free to do so, because this game series is a very hard one to make a timeline out of lmao 🫠

I always imagine that they are either "So many days BEFORE that season's equinox or AFTER that season's equinox."
