I watched Mean Girls for the first (and last) time ever yesterday night. I was feeling extremely SICK because of the amount of evil that these people have been capable of.

Just started reading this book about film noir and literally in the first page of the introduction the writer says (explaining he used to skip catechism to see these movies) "how could sister Gretchen compete with Lizabeth Scott or Joan Bennett?" And I was like!!!!!!! that's the exact pairing you put in a poll against each other!!!!!!

This is not technically propaganda for either of them but I thought it was a really fun coincidence

If Sirius ever saw mean girls, there would be no doubt in my mind he would start calling Regulus Regina. Regulus would claim it's because of the similarities between the names (and the fact that Regulus kinda acts like her sometimes, but you'd have to waterboard that information out of Regulus)

In turn, Regulus starts calling Sirius Karen when he does something particularly stupid (Regulus did extensive research into mean girls just because he didn't understand why he was being called Regina and once he understood where it was coming from he knew he had to respond in kind)

James somehow gets dragged into this and is dubbed Gretchen (his unwavering obsessions with his crushed reminded Remus of Gretchen)

Remus is Cady before she started acting like Regina in the movie (Remus gets offended when that distinction isn't made, he's not that much of a bitch).

Barty is Janis, with no questions and if you dare to call him any different character, you will get hexed (Barty just resonates with Janis on an unhealthy level)

Evan is Aaron (Barty came up with this one specifically because he thought Johnathan Bennett was the only person in the cast who even came near the pretty boyness of Evan)

“Bastard!” Tom spat

You nodded

“Pretty much.” You said. Holding on to Toms hand as you both sat against the wall of the bedroom in the boathouse “It’s alright…I hope Gretchen is happy with the George back stabbing Harper.”

“You…left it all behind …for me?” He asked facing you

You nodded “I did…my job…my home…”

He paced a little more, putting his hands on his hips facing you looking a little bit in disbelief .

You raised your hands up as Tom waited for you to speak “You left Oxford …for me to see if I was alright…but your family …your job…”

You nodded , Tom smiled nervously but curiosity got to him

“why? What can I offer you? I’m Nobody…” he said flatly

“Oh Tom…no Tom…” you said , a tear escaped your eye as you took a step toward him.

You shook your head “Tom you …are like nobody I ever met…”

He frowned slowly , his eyes not breaking contact with yours “I learnt more about life that I ever would have in some dusty old library and the people I knew…Tom in one summer you managed to enrich my life and when I was away from you…I felt so…”

He looked at you, he looked as if he could cry himself “Empty?” He suggested

You took a step closer to him and took your hands in his , holding them against your chest tightly “when I was home I felt…that I wasn’t living …I was just existing …”

He looked so humbled that he didn’t know what to say , he just let you talk “and when I heard…the ship had been attacked I immediately

Thought .” You closed your eyes , afraid they would burst with tears Tom squeezed your hands and kissed your forehead “I’m here…I’m right here .”

“Tom when I thought you …were hurt or.” Your eyes closed, you felt a few tears escape. His hands ran up and with his thumb he rubbed away the tears.

“I’m here…take a lot more to take me out love ..” he grinned with that cheeky roguish smile that you had missed terribly.

Your hand held onto his, You looked up at him , eyes steady and as clear as glass “I love you Tom Bennett.”

He was taken aback by your declaration, his smile grew and just before he kissed you he admitted “I love you more.”

He suddenly enveloped your in his arms , . You couldn’t surrender any longer, your hand on his back trying to touch every segment of his back. His hands fell to your waist , holding it so delicately but you could feel his fingers dig into your hip bone, as your kissed became more fervent. You smirked as you felt something else digging into your hip bone. A brief flush of innocence made your cheeks go crimson, Tom moved his hands up your body to your collarbone ,

His fingers grazed your jaw as you clung on him, he briefly tore his lips away from yours as he examined your angelic face. As he continued to kiss you both automatically stepped back , the back of your knees hitting the bed frame. He removed your coat , letting it fall on the bed , you in turn took off his jacket and flung it over your shoulders…all without breaking from your deep kiss.

He made the most tender groans as he removed your dress, it pooled down your ankles revealing only your underwear, Tom looked down and gasped in sheer admiration “Jesus love…your stunning” he said before taking his own shirt off over his head.

We headed back inside and we heard upbeat music playing inside. I see other people dancing to the beat of the tune. I walked over to the tables to take a seat, and I turned my head back to see if Gretchen would sit with me, instead, I saw that she was walking over toward the center of the bar and she started to dance along with the song that was playing loudly. The way she moved in a synchromatic form along with the harmony of the song in the backdrop was intriguing and caught my eye. As if entranced, I got up from the chair I was seated on, walked over towards her to join her, and started dancing alongside her. The way she moved had me mesmerized. I’m falling for her and I don’t even know her. The fact that this woman has such a hold on me and I barely know her is what has me intrigued about what our relationship would be like if we were in one. I see Naomi and Liv watching us from afar and all of a sudden this man comes over to her and starts yelling at her saying “Gretchen why are you here? Why are you dancing with this thing?” I had a look of anger and disgust on my face as he continued talking. I’m watching this interaction go on and he tries to swing her when she stops his hand and puts him through the table she looks at her friends after writing me a note and says “Squad let's roll out. Thank you for the drinks Julio but we have to go.” She walks out and I walk over to Naomi and Liv and they ask me what she gave me. I responded “She gave me a note. That’s all.” I looked at Stephanie and Hunter and called them over. I said “Stephanie, Hunter, Naomi, and Liv I’m heading back to the hotel. I just need a break from the guys. I’ll see you guys at the hotel.” I walked out and I went back to the hotel. Once I got into my room I started packing up my stuff and I looked at the note that Gretchen had left me which said “If you want to stay in my room tonight my room number is #578 on the fifth floor is a suite with 6 beds. I have 5 other roommates that stay there with me and they are super chill. We have fun but I know that WWE has their rules but if you ever get tired of wrestling there come join me. I’m just kidding it’s just a thought though.” I wrote a little note to Dominik that said, “Hey Dominik, I’m fine. You and the boys don’t need to come looking for me I’m staying with a friend tonight.” I took my stuff to the elevator and I went to the fifth floor. I walked until I saw room #578. I knocked on the door and a girl with purple hair, and blue eyes opened the door. I said “Hi, I’m Demi Bennett aka Rhea Ripley. I was invited to stay the night in this room by Gretchen. Is she in there?” The girl said “Hi I’m Elyssa Lockridge aka Ruby “The Dentist” Suzuki who’s a tag cruiserweight from Germany. I’m a face known for my intensity and my finisher is the “Berserker Barrage”. Come on in she’s in the shower. Her bed is right over there. You can go get changed in the bathroom if you’d like just make yourself known.” I put my stuff on the bed that says Eliora and grab some clothes to go change into. I knock on the bathroom door and I hear Gretchen say “Who is it?” I said, “It’s Demi aka Rhea can I come in to get changed real quick.” She says “Yea.” I walk in and she was playing a song called “Pretty Distraction” (by SkyDxddy).
