okay so earlier today i was sifting through the jp scripts for fe14 (wanted to confirm that azura's strawberry line from the orchard gathering spot was in fact the same in the original. her fave fruit is strawberries!!). and anyways of course now im looking through gunter's my castle lines. just realized something i never caught before and it's the fact he tells you about distilling alcohol from wheat.
麦の収穫は見慣れたものです。 暗夜では、これで酒も作っておりましたな。
(I'm familiar with harvesting wheat. Back in Nohr, this is used to make alcohol.)
I've harvested grain before. We had a field right next to a still back in Nohr, heheh.
anyways today i learned what a still is. also why did he laugh at the end?!? SIR.
#claps my hands together. alright what type of grain alcohol are we headcanoning as popular in nohr.#gunter (fates)

Hey dawg, I can have my first legit alcoholic drink n I wanna know what you recommend. Obviously I think scrumpy would be a bit much for a first timer
Och, hell, tha’s a high honor, mate! An’ nae scrumpy, hm…maybe some sort o’ cider or cocktail? If ye want somethin’ less fruity, a good rum or whiskey might do the trick! An’ ye can mix some coke intae tha’ if ye want tae distill it a bit! Good luck, lad! Cheers!
#tf2#tf2 demoman#bomber’s bants#//mod disclaimer: i’m a non-alcoholic so i haven’t the faintest clue what any of these taste like. take this with a grain of salt.
