First day of school, High-school… you had jitters and excitement both, just thinking about it. When your alarm beeped, you couldn’t help but smile at the thought alone. Quickly rushing to the rest-room, washing your face, brushing your teeth, doing your skincare & taking your sweet time thinking about how your first day of school would be.

Your parents, thankfully have recently shifted to Tokyo, you don’t really have any bad memories from where you lived previously, and assuming the best should be the solution to everything in life, right? You had picked what to wear previously, knee length socks on a mini tennis skorts, patched up with a white full T-shirt with gloves for your thumb.

You rushed downstairs for breakfast, sitting with your family & then quickly rushing out. Your mom small talked about your excitement along with your brother, you nodded, grinning wide. “Yeah, yeah… really am excited!” You chirped, getting all the makeup essentials and school essentials ready in your bag.

Once you were out and about, reaching the highschool premises on time. You were awestruck, there were people swarming all over. Focussed on what they’re wearing, focussed on exclusive friend-groups, some of them were vlogging, some of them patting face powder on their faces. Oh damn… they were just being problematic it seemed. You weren’t close to being a conventional teen at all, not that you weren’t a teen at all. You hummed, managing to diverse your attention towards the highschool building, it was huge. So many people, so much…

“Oop- sorry” you bumped into someone… tall. Eyes traversing through his form as he looked down at you, nudging his black glasses down and smirking. Oh fucking hell… he had the prettiest blue eyes you had ever seen. The way he smirked, looking at you as if you’re a tiny, minuscule creature at his mercy. You weren’t used to that kind of a gaze at all. “Your name?” He said as if he’s conquered you. You hate people who talk like that.

Taken aback and batting your lashes at him, you mumbled… “Y/N.”

He smirked, licking his lips with his teeth. “Satoru Gojo, your senior. My dad’s a trustee of this school & I am pretty much the second owner.” He leaned in, bending over to get to your eye level as you cowered at the weird vibe & introduction. “Say sorry that you bumped into me.” He smirked, tucking a stray strand of your hair behind your ear.

“It was by mistake — I don’t see why I should say sorry to you.” You managed to speak clearly, ensuring you were polite. The people/minions surrounding him laughed at your audacity. No one tells him shit. This was something new… apart from Suguru Geto; his best friend. Satoru Gojo’s words were the law. He has no problem beating the shit out of people who don’t listen. There’s a rumor that because of him, someone had tried to commit suicide. Just because Satoru didn’t like them, so… nobody else did.

Satoru raised a brow, smirking. “Ah, you’re new. I’ll let this one go. Let me rephrase, okay sweetheart?” He leaned in, hand touching your face with one hand. “C’mon, use that worthless mouth for something good & say sorry. Right. Now.” His jaw twitched, the hold not tender in any way. You flinched, why was no one stopping him! Where were the bloody teachers! Your pupils vibrated as you glanced at his blue eyes. You want to tell him to piss off so bad. Yet, you can’t really do that because of the way he’s puckered your lips up. Neither can you apologize.

“Can’t speak?” He shook your face to a nod, getting his own answers, while you groaned. Red hot embarrassment flushing on your cheeks. “Are you a little dumb bitch?” He forced a nod again, everyone laughing. “Aww, I know you are. So honest.” He chuckled, just having a little fun out of you. Frankly, he never knew why he was so mean… or just stomping everyone. Maybe he has this inherent habit of being worshipped & a problematic intolerance towards people who don’t.

Your eyes prickled with tears, and he finally let your face go, a little push to his hold. “Should’ve just apologized, don’t like bein’ mean to pretty girls.” He winked, walking away.

You felt daggered by multiple, hot & burning judgemental gazes around. Kudos to your first day of Highschool. You excused yourself to the rest-room. You needed a breather… and you wanted to cry, and kill him…

“That was a little too much.” Geto hummed, walking alongside him with his usual close-eyed smirk. Satoru waved his hand dismissively. “Eh, her eyes were so rebellious I hated that.” He growled, scoffing. It was true… but you didn’t know how much that’ll land you in trouble in future.

The class was good, teachers yapping and teaching & you taking notes was the perfect scenario for you to distract yourself. Then, came lunch time.

There was a pink-haired girl, gorgeous and happy-go-lucky looking… you decided to approach her and wave. “Oh hey!” She glanced at you and smiled. “Hey! You must be the girl who pissed Gojo senpai off.” She chuckled, though you sense no malice in her tone. Wow, so that’s become your new identity eh? You hate this… “yeah, Haha… that’d be me.” You decided to own that, “I was thinking if you wanna join me for, uh, lunch?” You perked up a little. You were upfront enough to ask a few others and they decided to have lunch with you.

You hate eating alone, and you were one of the new folks. The others just got promoted so it was hard to mingle. Luckily, your confidence might help.

You took your food, and walked back to the table, this time… someone again collided with you. The gravy of the food spilled all across their crisp white shirt.

“Oh shit oh I’m so sorry-” you looked up to find the familiar face who waxed you this morning. Did he collide with you on purpose? You definitely think so because you’re not so air-headed.

“Oh you just want to be an idiot all day huh?” Satoru sighed, one of the girls glaring at you and brining out a tissue, inching to clean him up. “Did I ask for that help sweetheart?” He smiled at her, indicating her to stop touching him. “Think you’ll earn brownie points and be popular?” He didn’t stop until she fully backed off, cleaning himself up.

It was like everyone had only one job, glancing at you two & waiting for you to suffer. Fucking hell!

“So, do you know how much this shit costs?” Satoru smirked, walking closer to you, you instinctively stepped backwards. “N-no I’m sorry I just didn’t think- it also felt like you bumped into me on purpose-”

“On purpose?” There was a chuckle laced with disbelief on his lips. “That’s too high and mighty of you to think. I don’t even let girls who look like you grind on my shoe, honey.” He emphasized, slapping your delusion. Or you can say, shoving the truth away.

People didn’t laugh this time, because Satoru looked genuinely pissed. Well, so were you. “Who the fuck do you think you are?” You held your plate close and purposely, drenched him even further in gravy. “Looks just as filthy as you deserve.” You teared up, gosh this was humiliating. “And by the way, I don’t even look at guys like you either. Who think the world revolves around them because mommy & daddy just stuffed their ass with money.”

You walked away with that… but was that the right thing to do? You just dug your grave deeper.

I'm thinking about socmed/college au Nanago ... imagine Gojo being one of those slice of life vloggers who takes really good videos of his daily life -- which is basically him waking up, skincare routine, breakfast ( usually some sugary cereal with milk ), classes, studying, and he's really popular because of how relaxing and carefree he makes life seem, and also because he's good looking.

And then, suddenely, a mysterious second person starts appearing in his vlogs, and everyone starts speculating because Gojo no longer has cereal for breakfast but a full breakfast platter -- like pancakes, bacon, baked beans, eggs, and also because the second person dresses like another vlogger who reviews bread and does bread ASMR -- aka Nanami Kento, so naturally fans start speculating on Twitter and pointing out why the second stranger is, in fact Nanami Kento, and that Gojo and Nanami are dating BUT some fans' counterargument is that Nanami mentioned in a live of his that " Gojo is a classmate of mine and he's honestly unbearable, I wouldn't date him ", therefore Gojo isn't dating Nanami, and it's just a coincidence the stranger dresses like Nanami ...

But then, one day, Gojo, during his white day vlog reveals that his " handsome, amazing, mysterious " boyfriend is none other than Nanami Kento and that they've been living together for about a year now and he's been having good food every morning thanks to Nanami, and fans are all going insane because holy shit ???? Nanami dating Gojo ?? For a year ?????

And in the end Nanami has to make a whole video to address this and the comments are a mix of his fans clowning him, like " I thought you said you'd never date Gojo 👀👀 " and congratulating him but no one really has the heart to feel upset because Nanami just looks so happy with Gojo

And then, a month later, Gojo's channel changes from " Gojo Satoru's daily life <3 " to " Gojo and Nanamin's daily life together 💖 "

He's a classmate of mine, yes, he's good looking but he's annoying and I would never date him "

And Nanami ends up having a live AMA to address all these ( like YouTube live ) and then a fan asks him how he and Gojo started dating and he's like " ... I don't know how this happened ... "

BUT it's only because he's embarassed to admit that how they actually started dating each other was that about a year and a half back, they were with a group of friends playing Truth or Dare, and Nanami picked dare ( drunkenly ) and Gojo went " I dare you to fall in love with me !! " and Nanami replied with " Maybe I already am in love with you, Gojo, " and Gojo got super red and was like " ... oh ... " and he ended up sleeping at Gojo's apartment and the next day Nanami woke up early to prepare breakfast for Gojo and confessed to him again, in a sober state and Gojo accepted and that's how they started dating

But Nanami will never tell anyone this because it's an embarassing story so if anyone asks he just acts confused like " Huh yeah you're right ... how did I even start dating Gojo "

"Cross the street, turn right, go straight, take another right, okay, I got it," I quitely recite while traversing the streets. I won't get lost. I admire the new buildings around the city along my trip, imagining how familiar they'll feel once I get used to living here. Once I take the last right, I spot someone that looks like Mona wearing a hoodie. It's absolutsly time to surprise her and get her back for all those jokes she's scared me with.

I get a bit closer, and immediately start running towards her and jump onto her back, tackling her with a hug. But when I hear a young male voice come from the person I just tackled, I freeze while still on his back. I slowly get my bearings and stand up, more embarassed than I've ever been. Even more than that one time I accidentally put a photo of Satoru Gojo nudes in my presentation and forgot about it and... Presented it.

"Hey, I'm really fucking sorry I thought you were my friend, this is so awkward," I address the person I just essentially harassed. "No worries, really, I think it was funny, maybe fate made you mistake me for your friend," He laughs.

"Are you sure? That must've scared you really bad,"

"Of course, here, let me see if I can make you feel any better," He chuckles and puts his hands to his mouth.

"Free hugs! Free hugs anyone! I'm giving free hugs!" He yells in the middle of a large crowd of people. "Why- Why would you ever do that, what are you doing?" I panic. He looks over while still beckoning people to come over, "You can't be the only one who feels and looks like a fool," he smiles.

"I'm actually majoring in criminal psychology at the college nearby, I just moved into the dorms because the apartments where I lived were becoming way too expensive."

"Really? For real? That's where I study for my criminology degree!" He laughs, "I knew it was fate when you jumped me, coincidences like that just don't exist."

"Right... Hey, will it be too much if I ask if we can hang out at the cafe across the street? I'd love to get to know you better," I hesitantly ask.

"Don't you have friends waiting for you?"

"They... They can wait, I know they'll understand. I'd never throw a once in a lifetime opportunity into the garbage like that, I'm meeting a new friend and it happens to be Shikanoin Heizou?"

"Interesting, alright I'm fine with that, I'll be paying though!" He starts heading towards the cafe.

I join in right behind him; as much as I'd like to complain... I did just move, I don't exactly have the funds to spend so casually.

jjk jobs and other irl things

jobs that the jjk characters would have (imo) if jujutsu sorcerors were not a thing, along with some other possible things they would do. fast-forward life and make it normal. i imagine they’re all in their 20s-30s in these aus! 

itadori yuuji: teacher and coach in sports, he doesn’t limit himself to one sport. he mainly teaches kids and teenagers and helps them build morale, but there are some well-known adults that he personally trains as well. the people he teaches and trains usually already have a knack at sports (i’m thinking nationals/olympics kind of good) but he also takes some time out volunteering to teach disenfranchised kids sports. he’s well paid but he’s not about the money, he doesn’t really think about it tbh. when he has people over they always go “wow you live in such a nice apartment! and in the middle of the city too!” and he’s like “oh you think it’s nice? it’s quite messy right now actually... but i’m glad you like it!!!”. he’s in gym clothes like 99% of his waking time. he sleeps shirtless. he’s naturally good at sports so he actually doesn’t really have a full-fledged gym in his apartment, he mostly uses the shared gym space his apartment has. he’s acquaintances-friends with a lot of people, but his really close friends megumi and nobara don’t really hang in the sport/gym scene at all. it’s a weird group he’s in but he wouldn’t have it any other way. he’s actually quite popular on instagram (i’m thinking like 15-20k followers?), enough to get sponsored athletic wear. he likes to wear bright colours. 

megumi fushiguro: clinical psychiatry, diagnoses others. i think he’d be good in psychology, but i didn’t think he’d be a therapist because he might get annoyed listening to people’s problems for extended periods of time, so i thought he’d be the person that gives out the diagnosis and possibly medication based on an interview and their past therapists notes before passing them on to a psychotherapist/cbt-specialist. he mostly does diagnoses for adults. i imagine he works in a proper hospital and wears a lab coat. clients tend to him easily because he’s not overbearing in any way, and gives others the space they need to say what they need to say. he’s straight to the point and doesn’t sugarcoat. in the past when he had just gotten his qualifications, he had some experience doing this kind of diagnoses with correctional facilities (prisons), and although he could handle it he wanted something a little less heavy. 

nobara kugisaki: influencer, she’s more popular for her strong personality, but is also loved for her looks. she’s not afraid to stand up for herself and speak on complicated political issues, and she’s got the thick skin to handle the hate that comes her way. no pr is bad pr in her eyes. i’m also thinking she would have a background in IR (international relations) or journalism. she’s good in interviews and has strong opinions. it’s never boring to watch her. i imagine she has a youtube channel and sometimes does vlogs, going around to different cities and filming + editing them. she also does food reviews. 

gojo satoru: male model and/or actor, please he’s got the height and the pretty blue eyes and the cockiness. probably marvel movies. he’s got a degree in physics that never did him any good, but it’s a subject he loves and he still keeps up to dates with the new journals that come out. he also funds/has a university scholarship he gives out to one candidate in physics every year for their undergrad/masters/phd. he has this big beautiful house that he lives alone in. people keep wondering whether he’s gonna get married or anything??? but he hasn’t really put much thought or effort into it (not that he has to) and believes the time will come when it comes. he loves the view. 

nanami kento: marketing and/or translation. he’s good at talking to people but he doesn’t love it. i see him as being fluent in multiple languages, okay with travelling for work, polite and adapting to different cultures easily. he’s really good at what he does and is paid well for it. he saved up and got a house on the beach in malaysia, and every year he accumulates all his leave days to take an extended vacation at his beach house there. he also loves the kids that work there during their summer vacation, helping their parents out. sometimes gojo comes to the beach house for a day or two and they sit on the beach and chat about life. 

maki zenin: boxing teacher, she owns the gym. her family is wealthy, so she’s well educated, but she didn’t get much inheritance. she used what she got to open the gym, and has been making money that way since. popular on instagram/tiktok for other people’s videos of her but she herself doesn’t really use instagram. she’s also got qualifications in scuba diving. nobara goes to the gym she owns because yoga is too boring and hiit is too repetitive. they’re fairly well matched but maki just has a little more stamina and can keep focused on the moves for longer. she sometimes lets yuuji use her gym for his volunteer work. maki doesn’t really help out that much when he does but she does show the kids how to throw punches (especially the ones who get bullied or get scared easily, though yuuji always stresses that you should try and make a friend first and foremost). 

inumaki toge: sign language and mental health. assisting the mental health of those with disabilities, particularly works with kids/people under 18. he helps plans activities for them at an after-school place and supports them when they wanna talk about their issues. he sometimes posts stuff online to raise awareness and obtain more funding for this disenfranchised community. he and megumi met whilst they were doing their masters and have kept in touch since. he does both diagnoses and therapy because the amount of people working in this field is much lower and they need all the hands they can get (pun intended). he’s actually also a pretty good photographer! sometimes he helps nobara and yuuji with their social media posts. 

panda: build-a-bear and/or those people that wear mascot-like things and then take pictures and speak to little kids. works at disney, and is especially good with birthdays. kids love him. toge brings disabled kids to disney and has panda entertain them whilst they’re there. sometimes yuuji comes too. it’s very sweet. 

yuuta okkotsu: writer. he’s got so much emotion, and the things he writes evoke so much emotion in other people. good at building fantasy worlds, weaving in romances that aren’t necessarily the centre of the story, and his readers tell him they cry reading his books all the time. this man is not afraid to kill off well-loved characters, and to write heart-wrenching parts of the story where one best friend leaves another for an extended period of time. the longing, yearning, and ache, and angst is what he’s particularly good at. 

mai zenin: model and by extension instagram influencer. slightly explicit, not to the point where it’s nsfw but she does do bikini and lingerie shoots. she has a pet spider. i’m thinking of something similar to nava rose. she’s quite flirty, and it has helped her sometimes and gotten her into shoots, but that’s what it takes to make it in this industry. probably had a scene in fast and furious. 

todo: heavy weight lifter, films videos for instagram and tiktok of how much he can lift. i’m thinking of the rock kind of personality on social media. he’s a lil loose in the head but he’s a good guy with good intentions. him and mai have done shoots together, particularly bikini/pool/beach shoots. they’re pretty close in popularity and they have good chemistry on-camera, so it works well. 

miwa: secretary and/or head of sales. she comes off as incredibly kind and people love her. she’s got a bit low self-esteem, and goes to therapy once a week to work on developing her self-worth. megumi helped recommend her to good therapists that he trusts. she’s got clear and concise writing and communication skills that make her good at her job. when she was just starting out, she handled mai’s social media and communications, which played a part in helping mai get the fame she has now. i see miwa possibly working in the gaming/animation/movie scene now. she met gojo that way, through helping out in sales for a marvel movie. she was pretty flustered, but gojo did quite like her and they’ve kept in touch. 

getou suguru: house-husband and/but he owns a kimino store, which also sells various other traditional japanese items. he handles more of the online store stuff nowadays, which he’s able to do from home, but he still goes into the store once the kids have been sent to school. very much advertising the traditional japanese experience, and the store gets a lot of tourists whom he’s very kind to and helps them put on their kimono. 

satosugu extra: suguru moved into gojo’s huge house and cooks him dinner after a long day of filming. their relationship is really private, it’s why people don’t understand how gojo has gone so long single and without any actual plausible press on his relationships (there are still rumours though). satoru himself doesn’t really wear traditional clothing but he respects the work that suguru does immensely and sometime has elements of it e.g. patterns in his outfits. they adopted two kids together, one boy and one girl.

HERE'S THE VLOG ASK!! (sorry if it gets too long) so about the hair.. I DYED IT YESTERDAY!! 😁 i had a sleepover at my friend's and we did it there (impulsively ofc) OK HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED: (1) i bleached my hair using one of those rubber cap thingy and turns out i bleached A LOT of hair (2) i tried to dye it pink the next day (bc it was like 1 am when we did it and we're already tired) but the pink didn't show up bc the bleach wasn't light enough :( (3) i went home and dyed it purple!! it's pretty dark and it's barely there tbh but weirdly i like it? but also bc i can not face my grandma with light hair SKDKSK
