[Geert] always had a very, very strong sense that you have to do what you love, and if you don't, then change it. With neither Geert nor myself, it was never about power or money or fame. Everything has always been about — Is it challenging, exciting and stimulating? And fun. Because as soon as that stops, you have nothing. You can have squillions of pounds in your bank — who cares? It doesn't change a thing.
