My best friend is a guy, so, based on what he has told me about what guys talk about when they meet up, I would have to say that, yes, Simón, Pedro and Nico did at some point talk about each other's romantic/sex lives, although very respectfully and focusing on their experiences, not what their female companions looked like or sounded like or stuff like that. (For example, one of my friend's most fervent comments was "We guys get tired too!!" 😂😂 So, you heard them, girls, let your guy be on the bottom sometimes, their muscles need the rest 😂)

Also, yeah, considering Simón couldn't even admit he had feelings for Ámbar in season 2 and all he did was laugh flusteredly every time someone asked him, I can imagine the guys teasing him too 😂😂 Not even for details, just for him to talk about it at all! 😂
