I'm cursed in a trillion little different ways and they range from hilarious to mildly annoying. one of them is never having an accurate idea about how much progress I've made while reading a book while using Goodreads's progress bar. somehow I never manage to own the exact edition GR is basing its page counts off of... first it's the ones with too few pages now it's one with too many. someone on thriftbooks sold their lovely first edition copy of Malafrena and it's nearly thirty pages longer than whichever edition GR is using. when will my suffering end
