“I like the idea that letters have the power to become identities in themselves.”

I’ve pulled this article out as this quote stood out to me where he describes letters as having the power to become identities themselves. I want to experiment with letters and words creating new sentences and explore their meaning. I also like that it’s experimental typography and more than just basic type and layouts. I don’t want to stick to ‘normal’ type as I enjoy more experimental letter forms, venturing into more illustrative styles.

Thinking about deliverables and outcomes, here the typography has been used in a branding sense; on bags and tape etc. so depending where I go with my project, that's a possible thread I could follow.
