Annoying Things the 141 Do
Price
Never cleans the sink well after he shaves. Every time you go in the bathroom after he’s trimmed his beard, it’s like walking into a crime scene of a hamster massacre
Always manages to load the dishwasher wrong (because, yes, there is a right way and a wrong way to do it, John)
Asks you to wait for him to get home so you can watch your shows together, but then as soon as you start the first episode, he falls asleep beside you
Smokes his cigars inside sometimes. I don’t care that you sprayed air freshener afterwards, sir. Now the whole house smells like spring meadow and shit!
Is incapable of closing the door behind himself?? At least, that appears to be the case since he’s always leaving your door wide open even though you ask him to shut it when he goes
Doesn’t like throwing things out because he’ll “find a use for it one day”. Even if that day ever does come, I think he has a better chance of finding Atlantis than finding that scrap piece of wood he saved four years ago
Ghost
Turns the TV on and then just… walks away??? And if you try to change it to something else, he grumbles “I was watchin’ tha’” when he comes back
Drinks milk/juice/etc. straight out of the carton. Mr Simon “Patient Zero” Riley might not see the problem with this, but I think the rest of us would agree that is diabolical behavior
Leaves his wet towel on the floor after he showers even though the towel rack is right? there?
Hates asking for help even when he has no clue what he’s doing. Like, sure, I get wanting to fix things yourself. However, I’d rather spend $100 on a simple repair than $1000 on a full replacement after he breaks the thing even more
Puts his phone calls on speaker whenever possible. While this can have its merits sometimes (you get firsthand news of Gaz’s engagement!), most of the time it feels like a nuisance (do you really need to hear Soap talk about his hemorrhoids?)
MANSPREADERRRR! This man cannot sit like a civilized being to save his life. He claims he sits like that because his balls need to breathe, and to that I say good luck trying to breathe after I karate chop you in the throat :))))
Soap
Cuts his toenails in bed, which wouldn’t necessarily be an issue if he didn’t accidentally leave one or two rogue clippings that stab you in the side later when you’re trying to get comfortable
Forgets to put the toilet seat down when he gets up in the middle of the night to pee – that or he pisses all over the seat in the dark. Either way, prepare to have wet cheeks the next time you sit on the toilet
Whenever he doesn’t feel like doing the laundry, he just buys a new set of whatever’s dirty (that’s how he ended up with 100 pairs of socks and 200 pairs of underwear)
Talks nonstop through every show/movie you try to watch. Good luck getting more than five minutes of uninterrupted runtime next to this yapper
Apparently, doesn’t understand what “one bite” means? Whenever he asks you for a bite of your food, he always ends up taking five or six
Also, apparently doesn’t know how to chew with his mouth closed? Like, I’m glad you’re enjoying your meal, Johnny, but can you enjoy it without speckling it all over the table and my face?
Gaz
Two words: bathroom hog. I hope you don’t like taking hot showers or having more than a 6x6 inch square of counter space for your stuff, because after Kyle’s done with his 30-step beauty routine, there’s little of either left
Never knows what he wants to eat for dinner, and no matter what you suggest, he never thinks it sounds good
Has the gall to chastise you for your screen time even though he’s just as bad as you, if not worse (because you being on your phone before bed is so much worse than him playing video games for nine hours straight, right?)
Rests his feet on the couch/bed/coffee table while wearing shoes. It doesn’t matter if they’re brand new or beaten up; take your damn shoes off the furniture, sir!
Never writes down the shopping list because he’ll “remember everything”. (Newsflash: he does not remember everything, which means cue taking a second trip to the store)
Watches one documentary and thinks he’s an expert on the subject. You can have studied a thing for years, can present him with a bunch of rock solid facts and reputable sources, and he’ll hit you with a “Well, actually ☝️🤓” and then proceed to give the most nonsensical take ever

Project Prune Purée continues. I have yet to have another horrendous bout of constipation, but then, we’re only on like day 4.
Common triggers for constipation: travel, opioids, not enough fiber (this should probably take like the top 5 spots), not enough food mass period, anticholinergic medications, being over 40.
Common problems associated with constipation: pain with bowel movements, straining on bowel movements causing high pressures in the hemorrhoidal venous columns that can blow out the valves and cause internal (bleeding) or external (itching) symptomatic hemorrhoids, or fissures (painful, sometimes bleeding split in the anal tissue). Over time, these can get worse.
Scariest complication of constipation: bowel obstruction. This can be fatal. Pretty common in my patients over 80 but possible in younger patients, especially those with a history of repeated abdominal surgeries, which lead to adhesions where bowel can hang up and twist.
Common myths about constipation: it’s dehydration! It’s not. The reason constipation poops are so dry is that the small intestine absorbs nutrients and the large intestine resorbs water. If stool hangs out longer in the larger intestine, it just keeps sucking out more and more water until you end up with hard, dry stools that are even more difficult to move. Neither drinking water nor chugging oil will help. Allegedly. One of my med school professors was like “you cannot drink enough oil to cause your bowels to move” and I threatened to, but did not, accept his challenge.
So eat more fiber—veggies and fruits are great sources, as are whole grains—and/or accept your terrible dietary habits and take a supplement like Metamucil or Miralax or prunes. Don’t take stimulant laxatives like senna or Dulcolax (bisacodyl) daily; your intestinal nerves get used to them and then you get rebound constipation when you stop. And if you poop blood, or black, tarry stools, or maroon stools, see your doctor. Tumblr’s demographic skews pretty young for colon cancer (far more common after age 50) but I did have a young man who was only 26 with bowel cancer once, and they had to put his stoma for his colostomy right into a very beautiful tattoo.

Which Treatment is Best for Piles? Insights from Dr. Tarun Mittal
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are a common medical condition characterized by swollen veins in the rectum and anus. They can cause discomfort, pain, and even bleeding during bowel movements. While piles are not life-threatening, they can significantly affect the quality of life. Dr. Tarun Mittal, a renowned surgeon specializing in advanced treatments for piles, shares insights on the best treatment options for this condition. Click here to Read More :Best Piles Treatment in Delhi
Understanding Piles: Types and Symptoms
Piles are categorized into two types:
Internal Piles: Located inside the rectum, they are usually painless but can cause bleeding.
External Piles: Found under the skin around the anus, they can be painful, itchy, and may swell.
Common symptoms include:
Itching or irritation around the anus.
Pain or discomfort, especially during bowel movements.
Bleeding, typically bright red.
Swelling or a lump near the anus.
The choice of treatment depends on the severity of the condition, ranging from conservative management to surgical intervention.
Treatment Options for Piles
Dr. Tarun Mittal emphasizes a patient-centered approach to piles treatment. The available options include:
1. Lifestyle Changes: The First Step
For mild cases of piles, lifestyle modifications can be effective in managing symptoms and preventing recurrence. These include:
High-Fiber Diet: Consuming foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can soften stools and reduce strain during bowel movements.
Hydration: Drinking plenty of water helps maintain stool consistency.
Regular Exercise: Physical activity improves bowel function and reduces pressure on rectal veins.
Avoiding Prolonged Sitting: Especially on the toilet, to minimize strain.
These measures often relieve mild symptoms and prevent the condition from worsening.
2. Medications for Symptom Relief
Over-the-counter medications can provide temporary relief:
Topical Creams and Ointments: Containing hydrocortisone or witch hazel to reduce inflammation and itching.
Pain Relievers: Such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain management.
Laxatives: To ease bowel movements in cases of constipation.
Dr. Mittal advises consulting a healthcare provider before starting any medication.
3. Non-Surgical Procedures
For moderate cases, minimally invasive procedures offer effective results with shorter recovery times:
Rubber Band Ligation: A small rubber band is placed around the base of the hemorrhoid to cut off blood flow, causing it to shrink and fall off.
Sclerotherapy: A chemical solution is injected into the hemorrhoid, shrinking it over time.
Infrared Coagulation (IRC): Heat from infrared light is used to cut off blood supply, leading to the hemorrhoid’s shrinkage.
These procedures are typically performed in outpatient settings and are ideal for patients with busy schedules.
4. Surgical Options
In severe or recurring cases, surgical intervention is often the best solution. Dr. Tarun Mittal specializes in advanced surgical techniques, ensuring optimal outcomes for his patients.
Hemorrhoidectomy: This traditional surgery involves the removal of large or prolapsed hemorrhoids. While highly effective, it requires a longer recovery period.
Stapled Hemorrhoidopexy: Also known as stapling, this procedure repositions and secures prolapsed hemorrhoids, reducing blood flow to the area. It is less painful than hemorrhoidectomy and has a shorter recovery time.
Laser Hemorrhoid Surgery: A state-of-the-art technique, laser surgery offers precision and minimal tissue damage. The laser beam targets the hemorrhoid, causing it to shrink. Patients experience less pain, reduced bleeding, and faster recovery. Dr. Mittal highly recommends laser surgery for its efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Why Laser Surgery Stands Out
Laser hemorrhoid surgery is increasingly becoming the preferred choice among patients and surgeons. Advantages include:
Minimally Invasive: No cuts or stitches are required.
Faster Recovery: Most patients resume normal activities within a few days.
Less Pain and Bleeding: Compared to conventional surgery.
High Success Rate: With minimal chances of recurrence.
Dr. Tarun Mittal has performed numerous laser procedures with excellent results, making it a reliable option for treating piles.
When to See a Doctor
While mild cases of piles often resolve with home remedies, you should seek medical attention if you experience:
Persistent or heavy bleeding.
Severe pain or swelling.
Recurrence of symptoms despite treatment.
Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to prevent complications like anemia, infection, or strangulation of hemorrhoids.
Choosing the Right Specialist: Dr. Tarun Mittal
Dr. Tarun Mittal, based in Delhi, is a leading surgeon specializing in advanced treatments for piles. With years of experience and expertise in minimally invasive techniques, including laser surgery, Dr. Mittal ensures personalized care for each patient. His commitment to excellence and patient well-being has earned him a reputation as one of the best in the field.
Conclusion
The best treatment for piles depends on the severity of the condition and individual patient needs. While lifestyle changes and medications may suffice for mild cases, advanced procedures like laser surgery offer a lasting solution for severe cases. Dr. Tarun Mittal’s expertise in modern treatment options ensures that patients receive the highest standard of care, allowing them to regain comfort and confidence in their daily lives.
If you’re experiencing symptoms of piles, don’t hesitate to consult Dr. Tarun Mittal for a comprehensive evaluation and personalized treatment plan. Early intervention can make all the difference in achieving a swift and effective recovery.

8 Harmless Habits You Didn’t Know Can Cause Piles
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/f9e128284d88b4eeb4d2e6912db6cae8/8c38a292de5d9bca-1d/s540x810/ba7b08193aefaf159a58fdc62b3724d148ef93cc.jpg)
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are a common medical condition characterized by swollen veins in the rectal or anal area. While they are often associated with chronic constipation or prolonged sitting, many seemingly harmless habits can inadvertently contribute to their development. Below are eight everyday habits that may unknowingly increase the risk of piles.
1. Prolonged Sitting
Spending extended hours sitting, whether at a desk, in front of the television, or during long commutes, can put undue pressure on the anal region. This sustained pressure restricts blood flow and can lead to the formation of hemorrhoids over time. Incorporating short breaks to stand, stretch, or walk every hour can significantly reduce this risk.
2. Skipping Fiber in Your Diet
A low-fiber diet is one of the most significant contributors to constipation, a leading cause of piles. Foods rich in dietary fiber, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, help soften stools and promote healthy bowel movements. Neglecting fiber intake can result in straining during defecation, which exacerbates the chances of developing piles.
3. Excessive Straining
Straining while passing stools increases the pressure on rectal veins. This habit is often a result of constipation or a lack of patience during bowel movements. Avoid pushing forcefully and instead adopt healthy practices, such as sitting in a squat-like position or using a footstool to ensure easier elimination.
4. Ignoring the Urge to Go
Delaying bowel movements can cause stool to become harder and more difficult to pass. This not only increases the likelihood of straining but also contributes to irritation of the rectal lining. Responding promptly to the natural urge can prevent unnecessary complications.
5. Overuse of Laxatives
While laxatives can provide temporary relief from constipation, excessive or frequent use can weaken the bowel muscles over time. Dependency on these aids may lead to irregular bowel habits, inadvertently increasing the risk of piles. Instead, focus on natural remedies like hydration, fiber, and exercise.
6. Heavy Weightlifting
Engaging in activities that require lifting heavy weights, whether at the gym or during physical labor, can strain the pelvic floor muscles. This strain can lead to increased abdominal pressure, affecting the rectal veins. To minimize the risk, use proper lifting techniques and avoid overexertion.
7. Chronic Coughing or Sneezing
Persistent coughing or sneezing due to allergies, respiratory conditions, or smoking can create repeated pressure in the abdominal and pelvic regions. Over time, this repetitive strain may contribute to the development of piles. Treating the underlying cause of chronic coughing and staying hydrated can mitigate this risk.
8. Poor Hydration
Dehydration results in harder stools, which are more challenging to pass. Drinking adequate water daily helps maintain soft stools, reducing the need for straining during bowel movements. Proper hydration also supports overall digestive health and prevents complications related to constipation.
By understanding how these seemingly innocuous habits can affect rectal health, individuals can take proactive steps to reduce their risk of piles. Simple adjustments to lifestyle, diet, and daily routines can go a long way in maintaining a healthy digestive system and preventing the discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.

How Is Chronic Constipation Different from Occasional Constipation?
Constipation is a common digestive issue, but not all constipation is the same. While many people experience occasional difficulty in passing stools, chronic constipation is a more severe and persistent condition that can affect daily life and overall health. Understanding the differences between the two can help individuals seek timely medical care and manage their symptoms effectively.
What is Occasional Constipation?
Occasional constipation is a temporary condition that happens due to factors like:
Dietary Changes: Lack of fiber or dehydration can slow down bowel movements.
Stress: Mental and emotional stress can temporarily impact digestion.
Travel: Changes in routine or unfamiliar food can disrupt regular bowel movements.
Certain Medications: Some painkillers, antacids, or iron supplements can cause short-term constipation.
Occasional constipation is typically short-lived and resolves on its own with simple lifestyle changes like drinking more water, eating fiber-rich foods, and staying active.
What is Chronic Constipation?
Chronic constipation, on the other hand, is a long-term condition. It is defined as having infrequent bowel movements (less than three times a week) or experiencing difficulty in passing stools for several weeks or more. Symptoms of chronic constipation include:
Straining during bowel movements
Hard or lumpy stools
Feeling of incomplete evacuation
Abdominal bloating or discomfort
Dependence on laxatives for relief
Chronic constipation can significantly impact quality of life and may require medical intervention.
When to Consult a Specialist?
If constipation persists for weeks, causes severe pain, or is accompanied by blood in the stool, it’s crucial to consult a colorectal specialist. Chronic constipation may be a sign of underlying health problems like:
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Anorectal dysfunction
Colon or rectal disorders
Pelvic floor issues

Mucus in Stool: Causes, Diagnosis, Treatment, and Home Remedies
When it comes to your digestive health, certain symptoms might go unnoticed or unaddressed until they become a cause for concern. One such symptom is the presence of mucus in stool. While it can be alarming to discover, it’s important to understand the potential causes and seek professional guidance if necessary. At the Gastro, Liver & Endoscopy Center, under the expert care of Dr. Manish Kumar Gupta, we provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments for a range of gastrointestinal issues, making us the destination for the Best Gastro Specialist in Ghaziabad.
What is Mucus in Stool?:
Mucus is a slippery, jelly-like substance produced by the intestines to keep the lining of the digestive system moist and protected. While a small amount of mucus in stool is normal and typically unnoticed, excessive mucus or noticeable amounts might indicate an underlying health issue. If you’re experiencing this symptom, consulting a Top Gastroenterologist in Ghaziabad can help determine its cause and provide appropriate treatment.
Common Causes of Mucus in Stool:
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): IBS is a common digestive condition characterized by symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation. Mucus in stool is often a hallmark of IBS, especially in patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS (IBS-D).
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Conditions such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis cause chronic inflammation of the digestive tract, leading to symptoms like blood and mucus in stool, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Early diagnosis by the Best Gastroenterologist in Ghaziabad is crucial for managing these conditions effectively.
Infections: Bacterial infections (e.g., Salmonella, Shigella, or E. coli) and parasitic infections can irritate the gut lining and lead to increased mucus production, often accompanied by diarrhea and fever.
Food Intolerances or Allergies: Intolerances to certain foods, such as lactose or gluten, can trigger mucus production in the digestive tract. This is often accompanied by symptoms like bloating, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort.
Anal Fissures or Hemorrhoids: Conditions affecting the rectal area, such as hemorrhoids or anal fissures, can cause mucus to appear in the stool. These conditions may also cause bleeding and pain during bowel movements.
Colon Polyps or Colorectal Cancer: Though less common, excessive mucus in stool can sometimes be a sign of more serious conditions like colorectal cancer. Regular screenings with a Best Doctor for Gastroenterology in Ghaziabad can help detect and address such issues early.
Diagnosis of Mucus in Stool:
If you notice mucus in your stool, it’s essential to consult a specialist for an accurate diagnosis. At the Gastro, Liver & Endoscopy Center, we use advanced diagnostic tools to identify the underlying cause. Diagnostic procedures may include:
Medical History and Physical Examination: Understanding your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle can provide clues about the root cause.
Stool Tests: Stool samples can be analyzed for signs of infection, inflammation, or blood.
Blood Tests: Blood work can help detect markers of infection, inflammation, or anemia associated with digestive conditions.
Endoscopy or Colonoscopy: These procedures allow direct visualization of the digestive tract to identify abnormalities like inflammation, ulcers, or polyps.
Dr. Manish Kumar Gupta is a Top Gastroenterologist in Ghaziabad with expertise in performing endoscopic procedures, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
Treatment Options for Mucus in Stool:
Treatment depends on the underlying cause of the mucus. Some common treatment strategies include:
Medications:
Antibiotics for bacterial infections.
Anti-inflammatory drugs or immunosuppressants for IBD.
Laxatives or antispasmodics for IBS.
Dietary Modifications: Avoiding trigger foods, increasing fiber intake, and staying hydrated can alleviate symptoms for conditions like IBS and food intolerances.
Surgery: In severe cases, such as colorectal cancer or significant bowel obstruction, surgery might be required. The expertise of a Best Gastroenterologist in Ghaziabad ensures that such procedures are performed with utmost precision.
Lifestyle Changes: Stress management, regular exercise, and mindfulness can improve overall gut health, particularly for IBS patients.
Home Remedies for Mucus in Stool:
While professional treatment is essential for serious conditions, some home remedies can complement medical care and help manage symptoms:
Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water aids in maintaining gut health and prevents constipation.
Probiotics: Including probiotics like yogurt or supplements can help restore healthy gut flora, especially after an infection.
High-Fiber Diet: Foods rich in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, promote healthy bowel movements and reduce mucus production.
Avoid Trigger Foods: Identifying and avoiding foods that irritate your digestive system can help manage symptoms. Consult the Best Doctor for Gastroenterology in Ghaziabad for personalized dietary advice.
Herbal Remedies: Certain herbs like ginger and peppermint may have soothing effects on the digestive system, helping reduce inflammation and mucus production.

How to Treat Piles at Home
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are swollen veins in and around the rectum that can cause itching, pain, and even bleeding. Many people suffer from piles, but not everyone knows how to treat them or when to seek medical help. The good news is that you can manage mild cases of piles at home with some simple steps. However, for more severe cases or complications, it’s important to consult a specialist.
At Goyal Piles Laser Centre, we specialize in treating piles, fissures, and fistulas. Led by Dr. Sushil Goyal, we provide expert care to help you manage and treat these conditions. Let’s go over some home remedies you can try and when you should come to our clinic for treatment.
Home Remedies for Piles
If you're dealing with mild piles, here are some ways to manage them at home:
1. Eat More Fiber
A diet rich in fiber helps make your stools softer and easier to pass, reducing strain. Include foods like:
Whole grains
Fruits (such as apples, pears, and bananas)
Vegetables (like broccoli and carrots)
Beans and lentils
2. Drink Plenty of Water
Staying hydrated helps prevent constipation, which can make piles worse. Try to drink 8-10 glasses of water every day.
3. Warm Sitz Baths
Soaking the affected area in warm water for 10-15 minutes a few times a day can help soothe pain and reduce swelling. This is a simple but effective way to feel better.
4. Use Topical Creams
Over-the-counter creams and ointments can provide temporary relief from itching and burning. Look for products that contain hydrocortisone or witch hazel.
5. Don’t Strain
Straining when using the bathroom can make piles worse. Try not to sit for too long and avoid pushing hard when passing stools. Listening to your body’s signals and going to the bathroom when needed can also help prevent constipation.
6. Get Moving
Exercise, even a simple daily walk, can improve your bowel health and help prevent constipation.
7. Cold Compresses
Applying a cold compress or ice pack to the affected area can reduce swelling and ease pain. Just make sure to wrap the ice in a cloth to avoid direct contact with the skin.
When to Visit Goyal Piles Laser Centre
While home remedies can help with mild piles, sometimes you may need professional treatment. Here are some signs that it’s time to see a doctor:
Ongoing bleeding: If you’re experiencing frequent or heavy bleeding, it’s important to get checked out.
Severe pain: If the pain from piles is too much to handle and home remedies aren’t helping, professional care is needed.
Prolapsed hemorrhoids: If your hemorrhoids are sticking out of the anus, they may need medical treatment.
Fissures or Fistulas: Anal fissures (painful tears) or fistulas (abnormal tunnels between the anus and skin) require special care and treatment.
At Goyal Pile Care Centre, Dr. Sushil Goyal offers comprehensive treatment for piles, fissures, and fistulas. We use modern, minimally invasive procedures to ensure you get the best care with minimal recovery time.

Hemorrhoids Market Size & Forecast 2025-2035
Industry Outlook
The Hemorrhoids market accounted for USD 1.46 Billion in 2024 and is expected to reach USD 3.73 Billion by 2035, growing at a CAGR of around 8.9% between 2025 and 2035. The hemorrhoids market is defined as the diagnostic and therapeutic treatment of hemorrhoids, which is the condition of swollen blood vessels in the rectal or anal location. This market comprises topical drugs, such as creams, ointments, and suppositories, and medical procedures like rubber band ligation, sclerotherapy, and surgical procedures in the severe form. The underlying reasons for such treatments are increasing incidences as a result of increased lethargy, unhealthy eating habits, and increasing demographics. The market uses developments in minimally invasive procedures and required treatment for patients.

Market Dynamics
The rising incidence of hemorrhoids is significantly driven by unhealthy lifestyle choices.
The Hemorrhoids Market is gradually increasing due to poor diets and sedentary lifestyles. Constipation results from low fiber intake and high consumption of processed foods, placing a lot of pressure during defecation are symptoms of hemorrhoids. This situation is particularly irksome for those who work desk-bound jobs where they spend most of the day sitting down, which increases pressure on the rectal veins and leads to it. Moreover, being overweight, a burgeoning problem all across the globe is another cause of hemorrhoids as it contributes to pressure on the abdomen. The elderly population is also vulnerable since they suffer from digestive disorders, and many are less physically active than younger people.
The expensive nature of cutting-edge treatment options may hinder broader patient adoption.
One of the major constraints in the hemorrhoids market is the expensive nature of state-of-the-art treatment, which keeps many patients from being treated. Some treatments are complex, including laser therapy, rubber band ligation, and surgeries like stapled hemorrhoidopexy. These treatments are costly and often with poor insurance support, thus affecting the patients’ pocket. Consequently, many patients prefer purchasing substandard OTC formulations or using folk remedies, which may be ineffective but cheaper. People seeking a diagnosis and treatment are slowed down by the extremely embarrassing feeling that comes with having hemorrhoids.
Furthermore, the availability of such treatment is scarce across many areas, especially in developing countries and rural settings. Such factors, coupled with the ignorance of patients regarding the long-term effectiveness of modern treatments, are impeding the growth of the hemorrhoids market.
The rise of telehealth services allows for easier access to consultations regarding hemorrhoid issues.
The adoption of telehealth services provides a vast potential for the Hemorrhoids Market because many patients consider it shameful to discuss it with a doctor in person. The advantage of having teleconsultations is that people have to get a doctor earlier, resulting in early diagnoses. This creates a context for establishing essential telemedicine solutions for hemorrhoid treatments, including telemonitoring, remote symptom checking, and patient-specific care. Furthermore, telehealth is a feature that helps to increase the demand for professional care in underdeveloped areas for the consumption of OTC and prescription drugs. The patient interaction via digital media improves his/her compliance with prescribed treatments.
Industry Experts Opinion
"The HemWell - GEN 2 device is designed to revolutionize the traditional hemorrhoidectomy procedure, through a groundbreaking procedure, the Hemwellectomy. HemWell offers patients a significantly less painful experience and a faster return to their daily lives."
Dr. Stephen Goldman, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Medfiniti B.V. and HemWell MD LLC
Segment Analysis
Based on the product type, the Hemorrhoids Market is classified into Drugs, Devices, and Supplements. Drugs are dominant in the product type segment of Hemorrhoids Market. This dominance is due to the accessibility and effectiveness of sites for over-the-counter and prescription oral OTC drugs, creams, ointments, suppositories, etc. These drugs reduce symptoms like pain, itching, and inflammation and give an immediate result. The increasing consciousness of patients and doctors regarding non-surgical procedures boosts the requirement for pharmaceutical treatments. Although devices and supplements are available, drugs are preferred to them because they are more portable, easily accessible, and cheaper.
