A bit delayed on this since I was out of town, but here’s my Magma sketch from this past weekend’s Magma Session!

Anyways, here’s Moon from the Arabian Knights AU. I felt like sketching Moon in mid-attack. He usually combines his wind ability into his fighting, using it as both a dodging mechanism and a way to enhance his slicing speed and power by accelerating the wind around him and his swords. =)

I liked the linework for this, so I’m keeping it under the cut.

Hello! I love everything on your blog especially the Arabian knights au :3 and i was wondering why moon’s eyes are always red ? Bcuz sun’s blue but moon’s are either red/white or black/red. Is there a particular reason ? Or is it just a design choice ?

Very good question! So Moon’s eyes are red because he was born under a red Moon, his sclera is black because of his tribe (all members have black sclera).

Opposite to that, Sun’s tribe has white Sclera. And as for Sun— he was born under a super rare partial eclipse that caused the sun to appear blue like the sky, so his eyes are Blue!

Fun fact, Eclipse’s eyes are gold, because he was born during a total eclipse at dusk. :)

As you know, Mr. Grumpy tends to get very angry and violent, but did you know it’s partially due to something called Djinn’s Madness? =)

Moon has quite the sharp teeth.. is he the only one like that or does his tribe members have them too? Sun on the contrary doesn’t have sharp teeth what does he thinks about Moon’s teeth ? Have he ever gotten envious of them or something ?

I have so many questions.. 😫

All Jinn have sharp teeth. Since they are nomadic, they don’t really have the ability to farm, so they spend more time hunting and have a mostly carnivorous diet. But they can have fruits and vegetables as well.
